I called for a tub drain leak. They sent out Bob and Mike I believe. Did a great job and fixed my problems and the price was good. I would recommend them.

We had them install a drop in cast iron tub after we removed the existing whirlpool tub. It was a challenge as it weighed 250 pounds and very little room to work. Jerry came out and gave us a quote, started the job the same week. We called three other plumbers and none would call back or give us a quote. Very happy with the service and quality of work. Will definitely call Anchor Plumbing if we need them in the future.

John was great. His team was very courteous and professional and took great lengths to ensure that they in no way damage our home, even going to the extent of covering their shoes with a plastic bag to avoid bringing in any dirt! the team was able to fix the issue with the water system in our home (there was an odd knocking each time we flushed the toilet). That was about 4 months ago and we still haven't heard the sound. Thanks guys!

Did great work! I've never had an experience where you're given a window and then they actually show up on time at the start. Caught me off guard but pleasantly surprised. I needed a pipe replaced and they had it done within an hour. Very friendly and professional. The quote was fair and the work was good. Hard to choose which plumbing company to go to when you finally need one so I highly recommend them!

Great guys. I own a house built in 1969 so I have had the opportunity to try a few of the plumbing companies here in Denton. These guys were the best! Their rates were more then reasonable (almost half of what the more well known companies quoted me), courteous and cleaned up great after completing all the fantastic work they did. They answered all my questions and took the time to explain what they were doing. I highly recommend AM Plumbing!

Over the Labor Day holiday, my water heater went out and although it was an expedited call through my home warranty company, the company they chose couldn't come and when they did their quote to the insurance company was so high, my out of pocket cost would be ridiculous and said I would have to wait 2-4 days to even have it installed.
On my way home from work I seen James from C.J. & L services in the chestnut community and explained the situation. He not only came to my house immediately after hours, but had my water heater installed the next day!!! He did the job at an affordable cost and he doesn't overcharge .He is very gracious and has an excellent company and he lives right here in forney!
Guys he was a blessing to me, so I'd like to pass the blessing on.

Daniel came in and saved the day with our shower remodel project. Our tub needed to be relevelled after another contractor messed up the installation. We also needed the plumbing connections to the shower handle/valve to be re-aligned...again fixing another contractor's mistake.
My wife and I were both impressed with his ability to not only do the job well but to put every effort into finding the best solution (i.e. the professional way to resolve the problem and connect everything together). Also, his communication throughout the project was top notch. I had never met him before this job started, so I'm not trying to help a buddy. I honestly just want others to find good contractors. Go with this company. They're the type of people you want.

Initially I had contacted Sachse plumbing about an odor I had and over the phone he advised me a couple options of things I could do to help rectify the problem before he would need to come out and take a look.
Called him back later as the DIY things did not take care of the issue and needed a second opinion regarding an odor in my house that I initially thought was a plumbing problem and was told by a big box company in fact was. The other company wanted to charge me a fee to scope my plumbing system to diagnose exactly what was wrong. Kenny came out and within minutes had assured my wife that we did not have seepage or a plumbing leak and diagnosed it quickly as a rodent issue instead. He still ran a camera through my plumbing system and thus confirmed his first thought. I climbed in my attic and viola, discovered a dead rat as the culprit and ridded my house of the foul odor.
He was extremely nice and accommodating and made my wife feel comfortable when he was at our home.
Also Kenny refused to take any money and provided his expertise and service at no charge.
It is refreshing to have honest trades people in this world as too many times people with knowledge can easily take advantage of situations and run up costly bills with in this instance would have provided no fix for the problem.
We will certainly keep Kenny in mind if ever in a pinch and truly have any plumbing needs.

I have called Boyd's in several occasions and each time they show up quickly, take care of all our issues, and are friendly and respectful.
The last call was for a slab leak. We were concerned about how intense the job was going to be. They found the leak, we discussed the repairs needed, and completed the work in just a couple of hours for what a reasonable fee.
Thank you guys, glad that leak is taken care of. We appreciate the help!

We have used Tri County a few different times and, while sometimes it may be difficult to get ahold of them (common in this area of East Texas where services are scarce) they are always honest, do a good job, and do not try to up-sell you on useless services. I recommended them to my parents, which says it all.

I was very impressed with Brian's work. After another company, Saving Grace Plumbing, failed me, I called Brian. He came the same day, found the exact leak spot, got access to it without making a lot of damage and did the replacements. His cost are very affordable, too. I highly recommend his company.

Tyler Hummer responded quickly, was very efficient in doing the job, friendly, gave good explanations. A great job and very reasonable price. I really appreciated his help.

Overcharged for a water repair by $150 and when I've called to ask the technician to give me a more detailed breakdown of my bill I keep being told that they will do it and it simply is never done. Otherwise they were very fast and the repair seems solid. I just wish that they were a little more diligent with their customers after the invoice is paid....

I used All Metro Plumbing Service today which left me a disappointed. He overcharges for open ground work as if under a slab. I failed to get an estimate before the work because I would have never paid that amount if I had known. He actually drove up and started before I came outside and that's how the estimate got bypassed. I know work looks different when repaired but this is way off and it should look similar to before he started. I needed my water on but I wouldn't use them again for those reason. He was nice but charged too much using a pricing book but under the wrong label because there was no slab. Last problem is he didn't want to take a check is trust issues so if he doesn't trust I won't again. His name was Michael and he's the owner but I can't use him again.

I used this company for an Gas Test inspection. They were horrible. The owner didn't want to do anything but get paid. He came over and looked at the water heater and furnace, and said everything looked ok. He didn't even want to put his gauge to pressure test the system. He wanted to use an old gauge that i had. When the city inspector came out, he said that there were several things that needed to be fixed. The inspector said that the plumber should have know these basic things. He also told me that the gauge was not valid and I needed an up to date gauge. This guy never returned any of my calls in regards to the inspection. i had to find a another plumber to complete the job. Don't walk but run away from this company.

The company did a good job however I should have called other companies in the area. They charged triple, the cost from other companies. They replaced a rubber ring and charged over $300 for a job that in which they spent less than 30 minutes to complete. Regretfully I would recommend for people to look at other companies or a handy man first. Maybe Home Depot or Lowes would provide you with ideas on how to do it yourself.
