NTX Plumbing came to us as a referral. We made the mistake of going through our home warranties plumbing companies twice, and since then I've had a sincere distrust in plumbers. They (home warranty plumbers) had told me my pipes were done and I needed to spend $20k-$50k to get them fixed. After I called NTX in a panic, they said that didn't seem accurate or reasonable, and just told me to keep an eye on the situation and let them know if it happened again. Fast forward to yesterday where my hallway had a minor flood and my laminate floors were buckled and bubbled in several places. I thought for sure I have to spend $50k to fix this now. I emailed in to NTX and was responded to almost immediately, and was even scheduled for a same day appointment (what?!?). Scott showed up and actually knew the background of my situation (unlike the other plumbers who I felt were playing the never ending telephone game with the operator), ruled out our pipes being the issue, and figured out the issue was coming from our AC unit and one of those pipes. He very well could have told me to contact the AC company and his job was done, but he actually snaked the pipe for the AC unit. While submitting my payment (no where NEAR my thought of $20k-$50k at $210), he took the time to interact with my dogs and son, and then let me know the things to look out for if my pipes do ever start becoming an issue. I've already passed his info to friends and family, and told them I found the unicorn of the plumbing world. Thank you Scott, Mai, and Nancy!!!!

Great service replacing my kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. Very responsive over email and easy to schedule. Caleb was very patient with my questions over text leading up to the job and did a great job with the installation despite a few hiccups due to the setup of the original plumbing. I paid the exact amount that was shown to me on the bid and the cost was lower than the quotes I got at other places as well.

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

If you are looking for a legitimate master plumber, this is the spot! He's fast, honest, and he definitely knows his craft. Peradventure, thank you coming on a Thursday night and fixing our three compartment sink and other sinks right before our dinner rush!

I hired Sunshine Plumbing to replace two existing 50 gal water heaters with a single tankless hot water heater. This is a big job and I did my homework choosing a reputable company. I received their information as a referral from one of the owners of my trusted HVAC company in Dallas who used Mark to install a tankless in his home as well.

Mark is honest, fair, down to earth, and a true professional in every sense of the word. He is also incredibly respectful with a great attitude... can you believe he asked me with a smile (!) how I wanted my floor mopped after him and his crew worked a long 10 hour day with almost no breaks. He stayed late just to make sure we didn't lose hot water overnight, and my wife and I both were very grateful for that.

If you've been down the home improvement path, you know there can be some surprises, and this job was no exception. Mark was incredibly patient and even had to reschedule some of his other jobs (and make return trips here), and he refused to take a *dime* from me until every last detail on the job was complete. WOW.

True craftsmen are hard to find, and Mark is one of them. I'm truly impressed with Sunshine Plumbing and will be using them for all future plumbing needs. (And, yes, tankless technology is absolutely incredible).

The only plumber in Dallas I will use. Staffed by a group of professionals who know their craft, they deliver their service in a timely manner. I've also noticed they go out of their way to clean up any messes they make while on the job.

Had an issue with my dishwasher/garbage disposal and called Texas Green Plumbing. Came out very fast and the plumbers were very professional and very nice. After finding out that there was just a small user error issue they handed me the bill and it was $200 after 15 minutes of investigation. I was told the charge for them to come out was $80 which I was totally prepared to pay to have them out so fast but they added another $80 for a tool charge. If they used a tool I didn't see it and whatever was used could not have been much larger then a screw driver as I was in the kitchen for most of the 15 minutes. Again, no issue paying $80 for them coming out, but charging nearly $100 because they pulled a screw driver out of their pocket? Felt scammed.

Also been a client for years, until today. Rude plumber onsite demanded go-ahead to do job without even a general ballpark estimate of how much it would be. Later found out that was because they made zero effort to look at the problem, a broken faucet flooding the side yard, sidewalk, and street. Made a lame excuse trying to blame my wife, who was inside nursing our 2 month old. Save your money and time, and use someone that wants to do the work and get paid.

Abe of Strittmatter Plumbing, Heating, and AC repaired the water main line to my home and I could not be happier with everything about his work and his demeanor! Abe was very professional, always on time, extremely knowledgable, and very clearly FAIR and HONEST (which is So, SO important to me!). Abe did excellent work on what was a fairly complicated job. I felt like I was in such good hands from start to finish. And that's exactly how I like to feel when somebody's working on my home. For me, that feeling of confidence and trust is worth everything! The support staff at Strittmatter was also completely above and beyond -- they were EXCEPTIONAL -- in regards to their personal approach, their kindness, professionalism, timeliness, helpfulness, you name it. They were really, really great! Thanks so much, Abe and Outstanding Staff, for being so competent, professional, knowledgable, and HONEST! You really warmed my heart. Truly.

I have used them for years now and never once had a bad experience. They always show up when they say they will and have always done a very good job. I use them for my house, my mothers and our rental property. Price is reasonable and plumbers are very professional.

Hole in One is not a good Plumbing company.
They did my house some plumbing works last Friday that including the water heater, but there still no hot water... When I asked they to repair it they just dodge...

We had a plugged laundry drain. He was the only one who would give a direct estimate for repair and see us the same day. 20 minutes later, drain was unplugged same day and we were able to use it. Would recommend him wholeheartedly.

After having foundation work performed, it was discovered that I had an under slab leak.  Through the process, I was referred to Randy of RWD Services, he was outstanding.  I wound up having some major work done. Randy and his team were phenomenal. They had all of the equipment necessary to perform in-depth tests to get to the root of the problem. Randy is very communicative, thorough and proficient.  He and his team pay close attention to detail, they leave the work area clean and diligently work to meet deadlines. He went above and beyond.  I highly recommend  Randy and RWD Services.

We called True Plumbing to fix an issue that we were having with our water pressure was raised by another company. True Plumbing found out we had a bigger issue. they had to replace our PRV .  We could have a bigger issue. whenever I call with an issue Mrs. Shelia and her team always respond with an hour.  They are very HONEST and RELIABLE.  I would recommend this company to anyone. A neighbor recommended The Plumber. I called and they were able to come the same day. Our normal plumber gave us a timeframe 5 weeks from now. Two people showed up,  both wearing masks. They were able to to find the leak in nothing flat, in a different place than where I thought.  They were able to fix the leak in less than an hour leaving just a small hole in the wall to have repaired.
I now have a new plumber for any neds I have.

Our sink in the kitchen basically blew up during the holidays, and Icon came to the rescue. Sorry for the delayed post.

Do not use these people. They do not stand behind their warranty.  All they want to do is upsell rather than fix. There are too many foundation companies out there to put up with such poor service.

You can't make this up.  A#1 Air is by far the most incompetent HVAC repair company that I have ever encountered.  A#1 Air has an incredible system for scheduling an appointment and the techs are extremely nice.  That is when the we guarantee great service (catchy slogan) ends.  Our issue started on Sunday with the upstairs unit not maintaining temperature.  Called and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday and thought we'd be back in the cool.  Not a big deal, right.  WRONG!  Tech 1 diagnosis; system is completely empty of Freon, solution; replace Freon $1,000, replace coil (must have a leak) $3,500 or the best option is to replace the entire system at a cost of $14,000.  Completely shocked, we said do nothing right now, but please check the other (3) functioning systems.  Tech 1 diagnosis; downstairs system is not cooling because of dirty coils, master unit has wiring issues and office unit is fine, solution; clean downstairs coils and fix master unit wiring $250.  Authorized repairs and the result was a downstairs unit that does not work and a blown fan motor on the master unit.  If you're keeping score, original problem was 1 unit not work, now 3 units are out of service.  Second day of repairs, a new Tech, and all new stories.  Tech 2 diagnosis; upstairs unit is completely full with Freon, but the problem is a capacitor, downstairs unit is completely empty of Freon and the master unit was incorrectly wired by Tech 1 and is now functioning properly, solution; leak test downstairs unit and replace capacitor.  Remember, downstairs unit was working properly before A#1, now completely empty of Freon.  Third day of repairs and after overnight pressure test, downstairs unit lost a little pressure overnight therefore there must be a leak and to recharge with Freon it will cost $1,000 or $3,500 for coils or $14,000 for a new unit.  It was not our fault that it quit working, must have been the leak.  To set the record, 1 unit not working and now (2) 5 ton units need to be replaced at a cost of $28,000.  End result:  A#1 Air was requested to leave my house immediately and I had a different company repair all the systems for under $1,000.  I have requested to speak with James Green, Owner of A#1 and have been told that he is unavailable for 2-3 weeks.  Interesting that an HVAC service repair company owner would be unavailable in July!  Do yourself a favor, don't use A#1 and again, you can't make this up.
