I can't recommend CTX highly enough. After a slight mixup, Austin and Adam really came through and did a great install of our home filtration system. Their professionalism really shines through in the way the way the tackle problems and handle customers. If you are looking for reasonable prices with quality workmanship, CTX should be your first call. Had a leak in my front yard from a copper valve that I didn't need.  It was completely removed, did the work for me when I wasn't home.  I came back at the end of the job and everything looked good.  Didn't shop around, used these guys because they do work for my church.  Seemed like a fair price.

NTX left me hanging with a half-finished job. I won't be using them again.  I was referred to them by a contractor that I respect so I thought I'd give them a try. Long story short they came out, gave me an estimate and we scheduled a date to do the work.  One week prior to the job I provided them with the manufacturers installation instructions because every water filtration system is a bit different.  NTX didn't bother to view the information.  Half way through the job I realized that the installation was going all wrong.  The plumber said he's order the part and finish the job ASAP.  One week passed and I got no updates so I followed up and the message I got was sorry we can't finish your job.

Amazing experience & totally recommend, especially if you're in the Renton/Highlands/Kennydale area! These guys came out first thing on a Sunday morning to fix my leaking pipe. The crazy thing is that I didn't tell them about it until 9pm the night before (a Saturday night). The BEST thing is that I didn't have to talk to them on the phone. Who wants to use the phone??? Who wants to call around and get quotes? Yuck!

I posted for help via Yelp's automated system and got a message right away on the app. We texted long enough for them to get a feel for my issue and make a plan for them to come out the next morning. They were on time, they were professional, they were able to use parts they had in their truck, they were quick, and they fixed the problem on the first try. What more can you ask for? Water damage sucks but at least now you can call someone who doesn't.

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

I could not have asked for a better experience. Nathaniel is an extremely knowledgeable craftsman, he's transparent, has great communication, and is just an overall friendly person. He was upfront about costs and kept me updated as to what he was finding (I had a leak in my plumbing and unfortunately we had to take a larger chunk of drywall out than initially intended, but he told me ahead of time that might be a possibility and then when that was our last ditch effort to find the leak, he asked if that was how I wanted to proceed. And of course he did end up finding it and fixed it!)

I hired Sunshine Plumbing to replace two existing 50 gal water heaters with a single tankless hot water heater. This is a big job and I did my homework choosing a reputable company. I received their information as a referral from one of the owners of my trusted HVAC company in Dallas who used Mark to install a tankless in his home as well.

Mark is honest, fair, down to earth, and a true professional in every sense of the word. He is also incredibly respectful with a great attitude... can you believe he asked me with a smile (!) how I wanted my floor mopped after him and his crew worked a long 10 hour day with almost no breaks. He stayed late just to make sure we didn't lose hot water overnight, and my wife and I both were very grateful for that.

If you've been down the home improvement path, you know there can be some surprises, and this job was no exception. Mark was incredibly patient and even had to reschedule some of his other jobs (and make return trips here), and he refused to take a *dime* from me until every last detail on the job was complete. WOW.

True craftsmen are hard to find, and Mark is one of them. I'm truly impressed with Sunshine Plumbing and will be using them for all future plumbing needs. (And, yes, tankless technology is absolutely incredible).

I wouldn't waste your time with these guys.
Called them over 3 weeks ago about some plumbing work and a bathroom remodel.
Was told I would be contacted by remodeling department. Still waiting !!

Price $ gouging a customer is Not acceptable and will be dealt with by the Texas Attorney General.

Speake's Plumbing is locally owned and operated, and that is a very important attribute for us. From the time we called to discuss the work we needed done to the end of the job, everyone was courteous, professional, on time, and the rates were competitive. Abe of Strittmatter Plumbing, Heating, and AC repaired the water main line to my home and I could not be happier with everything about his work and his demeanor! Abe was very professional, always on time, extremely knowledgable, and very clearly FAIR and HONEST (which is So, SO important to me!). Abe did excellent work on what was a fairly complicated job. I felt like I was in such good hands from start to finish. And that's exactly how I like to feel when somebody's working on my home. For me, that feeling of confidence and trust is worth everything! The support staff at Strittmatter was also completely above and beyond -- they were EXCEPTIONAL -- in regards to their personal approach, their kindness, professionalism, timeliness, helpfulness, you name it. They were really, really great! Thanks so much, Abe and Outstanding Staff, for being so competent, professional, knowledgable, and HONEST! You really warmed my heart. Truly.

I had a leak today with a pipe under my sink and called Benton plumbing and they sent someone out, he diagnosed the problem, went and got a part and fixed the problem and the cost wasn't bad considering the water leak. I will keep their number and won't use anyone else. They are prompt and professional. Very responsible with their customer service.

I've used Hole In One Plumbing in the past and was happy with Oscar's work. This time they sent Johnny. He was very professional, knew what he was doing, offered some money saving solutions and did a very good jobb.

Our toilet started leaking and in less than 24 hours DJ was at our home to fix the issue. He was reasonably priced, on time, and tidy as he worked. He was polite and respectful and finished the job quickly and efficiently. He is a hard worker and I couldn't recommend his company more. Hire him for all of your plumbing needs!

I've worked with Mark and had a great experience.  So yesterday when I noticed a hissing sound in my wall I called him immediately.  He had Austin and Eli come out that same day.  They diagnosed the issue and worked on a resolution.  They were able to make the repair yesterday before the end of the day.  They were both so knowledgeable and polite!  I also felt the pricing was very fair.  I would recommend RWD to anyone with plumbing or slab leak issues! Great job!

True Plumbing just completed a repair to our main sewer line.  To do this, they had to dig out an area 5-6 feet down to access the area affected.  They completed the repair, filled in the hole, and cleaned the entire area before leaving.  They did the job quickly and efficiently, and we couldn't be more pleased.  In addition, they offered a very highly competitive bid.  

We would strongly recommend them!

You can tell they know what they are doing. Did a great job. I will use them again next time I need a plumber for anything.

Our sink in the kitchen basically blew up during the holidays, and Icon came to the rescue. Sorry for the delayed post.

Had several companies submit quotes for a french drain due to water coming in house in Carrollton during heavy rains. Olshan was only company that brought measuring tools and Mark, their technician, was the only one who explained why I wanted a surface drain and not a french drain. The price was in the same range as the other companies and since they were the most professional, I chose them. The crew n supervisor who came did a great job despite having to dig thru very rocky soil. I was also impressed that the supervisor did not leave the job site - an unpleasant experience I've had in the past. They were very experienced with the installation and I'm very happy to have chosen them. Now let the monsoons begin!!

Well, interesting concept, no overtime and 24 hour service.  But not true.  I called at about 9:00 pm on a Wednesday night, got an operator who asked me a lot of questions, mainly to see how old my unit was and if I had any kind of service warranty.  When she found out it was a fairly new unit, she placed me on hold to find a time slot for me.  Her exact words, There are no available technicians in your area, since you are not a club member.  I responded, never, ever, not in 1 week, not in 1 month, not in 1 year?  Then she started to back track and the best she could do is call me back, if anything opens.  Definitely false advertising and should be reported to the better business bureau.  I went ahead and calledl several other companies and got a nice young man, Carrollton company to return my call and I had service the next day at 10:00 am.  Service call was reasonable and 1/4 hour rate was acceptable.  His ad didn't make any promises, but he sure did exceed my expectations, especially in the summertime in Texas.  When and if A #1  ever calls me back, I doubt they will, I won't need or use them.
