Had a leak in my front yard from a copper valve that I didn't need.  It was completely removed, did the work for me when I wasn't home.  I came back at the end of the job and everything looked good.  Didn't shop around, used these guys because they do work for my church.  Seemed like a fair price.

I've actually never written a review for anyone or business before but just had to about NTX Plumbing and Scott Hooper in particular. I had a slab foundation leak. Two other companies that my home warranty sent over said that the leak was in one place in my house and they repaired it with a reroute, but then after realized that wasn't the problem after all and I was still loosing water, to the tune of an extra $250 a month in water bills.

Scott originally did work on my house before I bought it so I contacted him to come back and look at my still leaking foundation. Scott was like a detective exploring the situation and giving me real explanations along the way. It took some time, having to dig and try to track it down, but he did, and sure enough found a small hairline crack. It was great, I've never seen a service vendor be so dedicated to finding out what is wrong. Giving up wasn't an option. I'll never forget his statement, I'd rather be right, than rich. At that point I knew that Scott and NTX Plumbing had earned my business for life.

Reached out for an estimate, they were prompt and professional. they worked with my limited schedule to come out and give an estimate. The plumber that came was prompt and professional! They even called to follow up about the appointment we had with them. Wonderful experience

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

This company is 5 star! They are professional,  and willing to go above and beyond. We called them out  about our hot water not turning off in the spare bathroom shower. After he took it apart he was able to clean out the calcium buildup  and saved us a TON of money! We will be a lifetime customer!

I hired Sunshine Plumbing to replace two existing 50 gal water heaters with a single tankless hot water heater. This is a big job and I did my homework choosing a reputable company. I received their information as a referral from one of the owners of my trusted HVAC company in Dallas who used Mark to install a tankless in his home as well.

Mark is honest, fair, down to earth, and a true professional in every sense of the word. He is also incredibly respectful with a great attitude... can you believe he asked me with a smile (!) how I wanted my floor mopped after him and his crew worked a long 10 hour day with almost no breaks. He stayed late just to make sure we didn't lose hot water overnight, and my wife and I both were very grateful for that.

If you've been down the home improvement path, you know there can be some surprises, and this job was no exception. Mark was incredibly patient and even had to reschedule some of his other jobs (and make return trips here), and he refused to take a *dime* from me until every last detail on the job was complete. WOW.

True craftsmen are hard to find, and Mark is one of them. I'm truly impressed with Sunshine Plumbing and will be using them for all future plumbing needs. (And, yes, tankless technology is absolutely incredible).

Ridell did a great job on my new construction house. When I had a problem, the always followed up very quickly. Warranty work has been great as well. Some items were forgotten when our house was first built (a hose bib by the garage). I told Ridell this and they came out and installed it. However, they sent me a bill for around $800. I was upset when I saw this because I felt like this had been forgotten at the beginning of the job. I called Scotty and he told me not to worry about that invoice.
I would highly recommend them.

I called Texas Green Plumbing because I was having some problems with water discharge bubbling up in a utility sink when the washing machine drained water.  The service was scheduled promptly, the plumber was clearly skilled, determined to fully investigate the problem, and efficient in solving the issue.  He also thoroughly cleaned up the work area after finishing.  I will definitely call this company the next time I have need for a plumber!

I had a problem with the main line from the backside of the house.  Several plumbers had come over the years and had done a temporary fix.  I called Speake's because of their 5 star rating.  Two very nice young men came out and went under the house.  They snaked three places from the roof and two clean out valves in the front.  All clear and all cheaper than the price quoted by the last plumber for just ONE pipe on the roof.  
These guys rock!  They knew their stuff.  Only problem is that I can't adopt them.  But, I now have my forever plumbers.

Replaced a couple of water heaters on second floor and took great care to get the old ones out, the new ones in and installed without issues.

Very responsive and polite. We texted and there was a misunderstanding. They bought a hot water tank and went to my house for an installation while I thought just a diagnostics and estimate. They politely told it was fine. So, I just feel I can trust them. I proposed a small job right after that and they agreed although they might have had a lot of other big works to do. Deserve to get a good review.

RWD Services will take care of your needs!  We had a couple issues that were resolved with some communication, the owner made it right!!!  For a recovering cancer patient and a disabled wife, they tried to make the process of sewer line replacement as easy as possible!

We called True Plumbing to fix an issue that we were having with our water pressure was raised by another company. True Plumbing found out we had a bigger issue. they had to replace our PRV .  We could have a bigger issue. whenever I call with an issue Mrs. Shelia and her team always respond with an hour.  They are very HONEST and RELIABLE.  I would recommend this company to anyone. Our kitchen floor had felt warm for several weeks, then one Saturday we came home and found water slowly coming up around the cabinets.  We called another plumbing company but they couldn't come out until that next Tuesday.  That company, however, gave us The Plumber's info, and Curt (the owner) himself was out at our house within a couple hours. He thoroughly investigated and found that we had a hot water Slab Leak...  He was very personable and professional, took the time to explain everything to us, gave us a flat price to fix it (which was better than we had feared), and started to work right then.  He fixed our leaking pipe, (buried four feet below), and only had to break  ONE 17 Travertine tile to fix it!  Amazing!!!  He protected our property with plastic sheeting while he worked, and did a great job cleaning up as well.  He was Fast, Fair, and a very good plumber.  Highly Recommended!

The home warranty company plumber had to demo my bath vanity to repair a concrete slab leak in my master bath. After 3 different contractors failed to follow through on installing a new bath vanity, my insurance agent recommended Icon plumbing.  It was one of the best phone calls I have had in awhile.

Condy Hammer from Icon Plumbing installed the vanity, vanity top, sink and 2 bath faucets.  He was on time, efficient, professional and a nice guy.  I have added Icon Plumbing to my directory as my go to plumber.

Addendum-the 40 year old toilet in my master bath just stopped working (finally).  I contacted Condy at Icon. He is on the way to save the day .

My main drain became blocked by tree roots. The top on my outside drain popped the top and raw sewage  was pouring into my front garden each time I flushed a toilet or took a shower.
I immediately called Condy at Icon. He came the next morning and cleared the roots in 10 minutes for a reasonable price.  Great job as usual and a nice guy to boot.

I am a two time customer of Olshan Foundation Solutions.  The first time we used the company about 8 years ago, everything was great.  Well with the recent drought, the area of the home they didn't stablize before needed repair.  Since the experience was so good the first time, we didn't hesitate to give them a call.  Let's just say a lot has changed in 8 years - it a BAD way for this company.  The price quoted was for a certain number of stablizers, however no one informed me that they reduced the number of stablizers but kept the price the same.  The sales person sold one thing and I got another.  It wasn't until half way through the first day of digging and drilling that an experience supervisor came out to let the crew know where to dig and drill.  Even then, I am unsure of his qualifications.  The crew chief was nice enough, but I had communications issues since he spoke broken English at best and I know minimal Spanish.  After all the wholes were dug and supports placed and it was time to fill the wholes with cement, the crew chief told me they broke 3 post tension supports in the foundation and they would need to send an expert out to the house to repair those.  With these issues, the 4 day job is approaching 2 weeks long.  And to boot, no one told me they do not replace tiles removed or the carpet that was pulled back in any way - even though they did this for me 8 years ago.  Now that they say they are finished, the main reason I called to have my foundation checked out was a huge crack in our brick along the master bedroom - still is left unresolved.  

DEFINATELY GET A SECOND OPINION and ASK A LOT OF QUESTIONS before deciding to go with this company.  They were great once - but totally suck now.

You can't make this up.  A#1 Air is by far the most incompetent HVAC repair company that I have ever encountered.  A#1 Air has an incredible system for scheduling an appointment and the techs are extremely nice.  That is when the we guarantee great service (catchy slogan) ends.  Our issue started on Sunday with the upstairs unit not maintaining temperature.  Called and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday and thought we'd be back in the cool.  Not a big deal, right.  WRONG!  Tech 1 diagnosis; system is completely empty of Freon, solution; replace Freon $1,000, replace coil (must have a leak) $3,500 or the best option is to replace the entire system at a cost of $14,000.  Completely shocked, we said do nothing right now, but please check the other (3) functioning systems.  Tech 1 diagnosis; downstairs system is not cooling because of dirty coils, master unit has wiring issues and office unit is fine, solution; clean downstairs coils and fix master unit wiring $250.  Authorized repairs and the result was a downstairs unit that does not work and a blown fan motor on the master unit.  If you're keeping score, original problem was 1 unit not work, now 3 units are out of service.  Second day of repairs, a new Tech, and all new stories.  Tech 2 diagnosis; upstairs unit is completely full with Freon, but the problem is a capacitor, downstairs unit is completely empty of Freon and the master unit was incorrectly wired by Tech 1 and is now functioning properly, solution; leak test downstairs unit and replace capacitor.  Remember, downstairs unit was working properly before A#1, now completely empty of Freon.  Third day of repairs and after overnight pressure test, downstairs unit lost a little pressure overnight therefore there must be a leak and to recharge with Freon it will cost $1,000 or $3,500 for coils or $14,000 for a new unit.  It was not our fault that it quit working, must have been the leak.  To set the record, 1 unit not working and now (2) 5 ton units need to be replaced at a cost of $28,000.  End result:  A#1 Air was requested to leave my house immediately and I had a different company repair all the systems for under $1,000.  I have requested to speak with James Green, Owner of A#1 and have been told that he is unavailable for 2-3 weeks.  Interesting that an HVAC service repair company owner would be unavailable in July!  Do yourself a favor, don't use A#1 and again, you can't make this up.
