Work is not eye popping but their prices are.  They are supremely expensive and you are guaranteed to find better prices somewhere else. Attitude is also not the greatest. Will most definitely be going somewhere else in the future.

Have used Masters Touch on a few repair jobs at my home and they have always done an exceptional job in a timely manor. Highly recommend!

My experience with NTX was excellent.  They were quick to reply, easy to communicate with and kept me informed.  Ricky and Erick (the plumbers) were professional and knowledgeable, reasonably priced and effective.  I will not hesitate to call them again or refer them.  Thanks NTX!

These guys are great! I called at 8am, and my plumbing was fixed before 11:30am the same day! Caleb helped me out. He was fast, courteous, and professional (plus good with my dog). He explained what probably caused the problem, and told me how to prevent it from happening again. Do yourself a favor and just call these guys if you need a plumber!

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

Wow, I can't say enough good things about Nathaniel and this company.  What a pro!  He really knows what he's doing and gets right down to it.  I feel very fortunate I found this outfit and I will be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future.  Very prompt, professional, friendly and basically all-around nice person who wants to help and is highly competent - all for a VERY reasonable price.

After a very disappointing experience with another plumber, I found Mark and Sunshine Plumbing.  So glad I did.  He listened, communicated well, arrived when he said he would, took care of business and was reasonably priced.  Can't do much better than that when it comes to a plumber!

Ridell did a great job on my new construction house. When I had a problem, the always followed up very quickly. Warranty work has been great as well. Some items were forgotten when our house was first built (a hose bib by the garage). I told Ridell this and they came out and installed it. However, they sent me a bill for around $800. I was upset when I saw this because I felt like this had been forgotten at the beginning of the job. I called Scotty and he told me not to worry about that invoice.
I would highly recommend them.

Hole in One plumbing is the best. I have used them for several large plumbing jobs and they are great. I had all of my cast iron drain lines replaced on my previous house and I just had them patch the cast iron lines on my new house. Oscar is great. He is a smart, out of the box thinker and is great at finding an easier way to do the repair. I am not saying that he is cutting corners. I had two of the larger plumbing companies come to my previous house to estimate the cost of replacing the cast iron sewer lines. One was $17k and the other was $12k. Both were proposing a full tunnel under the slab. Oscar came out and found a better, less expensive way. He ran the washroom line around the outside of the house and said that they would not need a full tunnel for the rest. Just dig under the house to the two bathrooms and make a rat tunnel between them. A rat tunnel is a tunnel that is only large enough to put the pipe through. That was a great idea and they did the work for $9200. They cleaned up when they were done. The experience was great.

I was totally happy with the service I got today. His price was excellent, he came out the same day, and did a great job. Couldn't ask for more.

This company is outstanding.  Randy and his team were able to locate our leaks before the work was done.  He and his team are very professional and leave your home very clean when you come home for the evening.  His pricing is very fair and I will recommend him to anyone I know who may need slap leak repair.

Our shower started draining slowly and pooling water, so we called True Plumbing and they sent someone out fairly quickly (within two days - it wasn't an emergency). We were given status updates for when the plumber would arrive, which was appreciated.
The plumber snaked the drain and $200 later, we were all good.

The next day, I was doing laundry on the other side of the house and I noticed water pooling on the floor. We called True again and they sent someone out the following day. This guy snaked the other side of the house and was in and out pretty quickly, with no charge.

Our experience with True was great and I will call them again if we ever have any other plumbing needs.

You can tell they know what they are doing. Did a great job. I will use them again next time I need a plumber for anything.

Owned by an upstanding guy who always gets the job done. We've had to have a bunch of things done for multiple houses and Condy always follows through. He's honest and knows his stuff!

Mr Don E arrived on time which was very much appreciated. He walked the house inside and out and then gave us his professional opinion. This is my mother's house and she is 82. He told my mother that the house had the normal settling for a house it's age, assured her that the house was not going to fall down and no repairs needed. I was so relieved to hear this good news and impressed with Don's professionalism and integrity. Why? Because I truly feel that there are some that would take advantage of the elderly and have them pay for repairs they really don't need. THANK YOU Don for your professionalism, honesty and integrity. Every company should have experienced, honest employees who carry a good tune like you!!

I did hear from A#1 and was told they would send me a $299 refund for the $685 (service call $198 the rest for installation of parts that cost no more than $20) I was charged and also told I would get that refund in 7-10 business days.  It's been more than two weeks and no refund
