These guys showed up prompt and on time. They were friendly and quoted me on a job. They were the highest price by 40% so I went with someone else but if work reflects promptness they appear very good.  And will reach out for plumbing in future just not electrical.

Master's Touch did an excellent job helping us out with a clogged kitchen sink. They were even able to find something that was a thread away from being a major issue and fixed it for a great price. They were on time, called ahead, and were able to show up promptly. This is no fluke as I've used them a couple of times now. The price is right and I can't recommend them enough. Jr's Plumbing has gone above and beyond to repair my sink. They are responsive, easy to schedule with and do great work.

I needed a new garbage disposal and with it, the drain line also needed to be replaced. During the same call, they fixed both and did not charge separately for the drain line repair.

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

He has helped us for several years now with our rental properties and he's professional, knowledgeable, reliable, honest and all around just a wonderful guy. They are a local, family owned and operated business. Nathaniel has assisted us with so many projects from tough jobs fixing another contractor's shoddy work to small needs. The pricing is always fair for top quality work. I'm extremely grateful to have found Peradventure plumbing. I wish I could say the same of all the other trades that we use. If you're looking for a company with integrity, this is is.

I tried to call this company for a service call today.  When the phone was answered the response was, Hello.  No business name.  I inquired if this was a plumbing company, and the response was, Yes.  When I inquired why the caller had not identified the company when he answered the phone the man hung up on me.  However their services may be, this is definitely not a professional company.

Cody and his assistant arrived within the hour, as promised.  They were courteous and professional.  
The team cleaned up and had the clog removed in less than an hour.  
Will use them again, if needed.

I called this company when I was in quite a pickle as the gas had been turned off at a rental duplex that I own. Roger did get someone over here within an hour or so. The first guy who came said that the crawl space was too small to work underneath the house. I approved them bringing a guy to dig a tunnel to go under the house. At that point I asked Roger what kind of cost I was looking at. He said about $1800 for the plumber and a digger. About is the important word. He did not inform me that he only does flat pricing, no detailed bill at all. He did go the extra mile and jump through a lot of hoops to get the city permit. He charged me $500 for that and I have no quibble with that part of his invoice. On the city permit he estimated the cost of the job at $2000. It took them two days to actually do the job. When the second plumber got here on the first day he was able to get under the house, so the digger was told to leave. The second plumber who came was incredible!!! He knew what he was doing but I have no confidence in the first man to arrive. I did not ask for a firm price because I know how many issues can come up in these old houses. The bill came to $4975 which I thought was outrageous. The two plumbers, one master and the other journeyman, were maybe here 7 hours each day. I think Roger spent at the most 6 hours getting the permit. He told me that they worked 44 hours, there is no way that they worked that long. They spent $500 on parts so nearly $4500 was for labor. Geez, is he a lawyer!! He charged me $275 for the journeyman to come over the next day and take their gauge off and put on 4 flex lines. He left the stove sitting in the middle of the kitchen and was maybe here 20 minutes. I told him that the bill was too high and that I needed it reduced. He said he absolutely would not.  He told me that if I didn't pay him the next morning that they would come and tear the new pipe out. Then he said he would call the Dallas police to report me for theft of service. Roger is a very nice guy until you question him and then he got downright mean. I was fully prepared to pay $3500. Careful, careful ,careful if you choose this company. I'll never use them again.

We have been a client of this company for over ten years.
During a service call I mentioned we were having trouble getting hot water to the kitchen sink; it took a long time to turn hot.  The plumber recommended that we order a circulation pump which Speake's would install along with leak sensors.  

After nearly $1,000 we have warm water; either hot or cold.  When my wife called to ask for assistance we were told the work was not under warranty as we bought the circulation pump from another source - as Speake's requested.  Travis also went on a long yarn about how equipment made in China was not really dependable.  What a pile!

Great lawn fertilizer - but not good service.  We plan to upgrade our water heaters to tankless soon and will be using another plumber.  Speake's lost another long - standing customer because there service has gone downhill!

Abe of Strittmatter Plumbing, Heating, and AC repaired the water main line to my home and I could not be happier with everything about his work and his demeanor! Abe was very professional, always on time, extremely knowledgable, and very clearly FAIR and HONEST (which is So, SO important to me!). Abe did excellent work on what was a fairly complicated job. I felt like I was in such good hands from start to finish. And that's exactly how I like to feel when somebody's working on my home. For me, that feeling of confidence and trust is worth everything! The support staff at Strittmatter was also completely above and beyond -- they were EXCEPTIONAL -- in regards to their personal approach, their kindness, professionalism, timeliness, helpfulness, you name it. They were really, really great! Thanks so much, Abe and Outstanding Staff, for being so competent, professional, knowledgable, and HONEST! You really warmed my heart. Truly.

I chose Benton plumbing because of there 5 star rating. Yes this company definitely deserves to be at the top. They weren't the first place I called. But from the moment you answered my call I was impressed. The lady listened to my problem and she was able to dispatch Ray to come out. He arrived on time and came prepared to take care of my issues. Five star for sure.

This company is by far the best I've ever dealt with. I had a complex leak that most others would have attempted to get to, quit, and charged a huge bill. NOT THEM. They were determined to help me on a personal level, solved a complicated issue and were more than fair on price. I can't say enough about them. Edward and crew are the best!!

I've worked with Mark and had a great experience.  So yesterday when I noticed a hissing sound in my wall I called him immediately.  He had Austin and Eli come out that same day.  They diagnosed the issue and worked on a resolution.  They were able to make the repair yesterday before the end of the day.  They were both so knowledgeable and polite!  I also felt the pricing was very fair.  I would recommend RWD to anyone with plumbing or slab leak issues! Great job!

Great service and honest upfront pricing! I had a difficult plumbing job and have been quoted $1000 minimum by another company but these guys did it quickly and for less even though they found a problem with the structure of my house that made it more difficult than the other company had even thought. Highly recommend!

You can tell they know what they are doing. Did a great job. I will use them again next time I need a plumber for anything.

We had a terrible experience with the workmanship of leveling our concrete pads on our patio.  The first time they came out, one pad became a tripping hazard, it took months to come to an acceptable solution.  We spent $1,925 and it looks worse than when we started.  No manager ever called to discuss, just bad business.  Save your money!

William Green was our service tech today. He arrived on time was very thorough, polite and described to me what he was looking for and how everything checked out.
