Bob is prompt, professional, fair and trustworthy.  Our most recent problem involved a clogged double sink that anther local plumber could not fix.

I called Mr. Rooter first. Their quote was astrononmically high. Our whole plumbing system needed to be replaced for an outrageous 45k.  Scott at NTX came out and augured our toilet. !!! Problem fixed.  For roughly $200.   I'm so grateful to have found a company that is honest and cares about doing the right thing and putting the customer first.

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

I can't say enough good things about peradventure. We had them out to get rid of the air gap on our sink and reinstall our garbage disposal and faucet after getting new countertops. They are very fairly priced, showed up on time and were so courteous!!

Our granite people took part of our garage disposal with them and he was luckily able to find a spare part in his truck - total life saver!!

They are a family owned business...Nathaniel the owner is 1 of 11!! Just great people who do honest work - I would highly recommend!!!

After a very disappointing experience with another plumber, I found Mark and Sunshine Plumbing.  So glad I did.  He listened, communicated well, arrived when he said he would, took care of business and was reasonably priced.  Can't do much better than that when it comes to a plumber!

Jay came by my house this morning for a sink that wouldn't drain. He was patient, understanding, and took time out to draw a diagram and explain what exactly was going on and what was fixed. His pricing was reasonable and provided great customer service.

So a very good friend of mine had a gas leak and needed a plumber. She had been getting estimates but was so overwhelmed at the cost. So I got on the Rowlett FB page and did a search for recommendations that had already been given to others looking for one as well and found Roger Wakefield of Texas Green Plumbing (972-442-4101) on one of the posts. She called them and was thrilled with their response, kindness, honesty and above all they got the job DONE. They were so much more affordable too. So a big shout out to this company from her and me. I so appreciate you helping my friend.

This is the third time I have used over a 10-year period and each time they have been prompt, professional and spot on.  In the past, I have had Casey do indoor bathroom faucet work, today I had Travis work on an exterior faucet.

This faucet had frozen back in January and caused interior damage to the kitchen, resulting in over $15K in wall/flooring damage. (This is what happens when you forget or neglect to disconnect hoses in the winter!)

Turns out the faucet itself had sustained damage (that I just now realized when I went to use the hose for the first time since January.... I should have had them check it out at that time; duh?).

Travis told me what the likely solutions could be (minimum and worst-case).  Turned out the simple solution of replacing the faucet didn't require ripping out bricks to get deep into the wall; yea!!!!

These guys have integrity and never make you wonder if you're being ripped off.  HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I noticed water coming from my water heater/overflow pipe this weekend and quickly requested quotes through Yelp. I went with Drip Doctor Plumbing based on reviews, fair/upfront pricing and ability to come out next day.  DJ was very friendly and put my mind at ease with installation. I will be using Drip Doctor Plumbing in future.  Highly recommend!!

We had multiple plumbers out to our house to fix a toilet and they all recommended a very expensive double cleanout installed in the front of our house where the assumed the sewer pipe ran out to the street. Randy came, ran the camera, and discovered we already had a double cleanout on the side of the house through which he could access any point in the house. He saved us $7500, and getting our front yard dug up for no reason.  All the guys that came out from RWD were very polite and professional, and great to work with. And they were fair on price too. 100% recommend.

Eric and Cameron replumbed our sewer line. They were very communicative and professional and did a good job. They also bid about 1/3 the price Schrader plumbing bid. I would very much recommend them again.

A neighbor recommended The Plumber. I called and they were able to come the same day. Our normal plumber gave us a timeframe 5 weeks from now. Two people showed up,  both wearing masks. They were able to to find the leak in nothing flat, in a different place than where I thought.  They were able to fix the leak in less than an hour leaving just a small hole in the wall to have repaired.
I now have a new plumber for any neds I have.

Icon plumbing replaced ALL slab and below pipes in the house. I was pleased with the service I received and they did a great job! I highly recommemd them, Condy will treat you right!

I had my foundation cracks fixed by Olshan and have no complaints. Jesus and his crew did a great job limiting the mess around the house then double checked that all of the existing issues were fixed and explained what to expect in the next couple of months. I will definitely be recommending Olshan to friends and family.

Kristi from A#1 was very helpful when we spoke with her and refunded our money for the service call and paid for the guy that actually fixed the unit in the afternoon.
NOW, her service was great but does that take away from the fact that their guys in the field are trying to take advantage of people? No.
