NTX Plumbing is outstanding! We called them for a last minute slab leak test to be performed on a home that we were under contract to purchase and they came through. They arrived on time (early) confirmed the appointment the day prior and the day of. Scott (the owner) came out and quickly figured out it was not a slab leak but another issue and charged us a lesser than we originally anticipated to pay. Their prices are fair and we confident to recommend them to others because they are good people. Everyone needs a plumber, working with NTX is a privilege. Thank you again Mai and Scott and team!! The customer comes first.

Called Jr's. They were booked up until next week. I didn't want to wait that long as I was concerned that leaks would get worse. They happily took my name and number and passed it along to another plumbing company so that I could get taken care of. Thought this was a customer focused way to operate and wanted to call it out here on Yelp.

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

If you are looking for a legitimate master plumber, this is the spot! He's fast, honest, and he definitely knows his craft. Peradventure, thank you coming on a Thursday night and fixing our three compartment sink and other sinks right before our dinner rush!

After a very disappointing experience with another plumber, I found Mark and Sunshine Plumbing.  So glad I did.  He listened, communicated well, arrived when he said he would, took care of business and was reasonably priced.  Can't do much better than that when it comes to a plumber!

I was in a pinch, needing a plumber for a client, on a Friday-midday so I called Riddell.  I haven't used them in years. Robin said that I was 30th on the wait-list for that day.  I asked if she could fit me in on Saturday.  She said sure!  I was called 30 mins. before arrival time.  Cameron+1 came with patience and problem solving.  Helpful, efficient and professional.  All points of contact were great and I will definitely use them again.

We couldnt be happier with the service we have received from Texas Green.  Our Drains were backing up all the way into the bath tubs on the 2nd floor of our home.  Roger and Amber both gave their best and had their amazing technicians out to our home same day with a solution same day!  They were fair in their pricing (I thought they actually should have charged a little more) and you could tell they really knew what they were doing.  They have earned our business and I will refer them to anyone I know in need!

Service professionals at its finest...

We had a clogged shower drain that needed some professional attention. Called Speakes in the morning and they stated they would fit us in after lunch... They completely delivered on their commitment.

The gentlemen were here for 25-30 mins and had the problem fixed right away. Asked if there was anything else that we needed. Presented us with the bill and said thanks for the business (not too many service companies understand how that part works).

I would recommend this company to anyone that needs plumbing help!!!

Abe of Strittmatter Plumbing, Heating, and AC repaired the water main line to my home and I could not be happier with everything about his work and his demeanor! Abe was very professional, always on time, extremely knowledgable, and very clearly FAIR and HONEST (which is So, SO important to me!). Abe did excellent work on what was a fairly complicated job. I felt like I was in such good hands from start to finish. And that's exactly how I like to feel when somebody's working on my home. For me, that feeling of confidence and trust is worth everything! The support staff at Strittmatter was also completely above and beyond -- they were EXCEPTIONAL -- in regards to their personal approach, their kindness, professionalism, timeliness, helpfulness, you name it. They were really, really great! Thanks so much, Abe and Outstanding Staff, for being so competent, professional, knowledgable, and HONEST! You really warmed my heart. Truly.

I have used them for years now and never once had a bad experience. They always show up when they say they will and have always done a very good job. I use them for my house, my mothers and our rental property. Price is reasonable and plumbers are very professional.

This is the second time I have had Hole in One Plumbing come out and take care of a plumbing issue for me.  Both times they were very professional, friendly and on time.   They identified my issues right away.  One time It was a serious issue but today was a minor issue.  They fixed it right away and didn't try to sell me services I didn't need.    The price was very reasonable too.

We had a plugged laundry drain. He was the only one who would give a direct estimate for repair and see us the same day. 20 minutes later, drain was unplugged same day and we were able to use it. Would recommend him wholeheartedly.

We had multiple plumbers out to our house to fix a toilet and they all recommended a very expensive double cleanout installed in the front of our house where the assumed the sewer pipe ran out to the street. Randy came, ran the camera, and discovered we already had a double cleanout on the side of the house through which he could access any point in the house. He saved us $7500, and getting our front yard dug up for no reason.  All the guys that came out from RWD were very polite and professional, and great to work with. And they were fair on price too. 100% recommend.

True Plumbing just completed a repair to our main sewer line.  To do this, they had to dig out an area 5-6 feet down to access the area affected.  They completed the repair, filled in the hole, and cleaned the entire area before leaving.  They did the job quickly and efficiently, and we couldn't be more pleased.  In addition, they offered a very highly competitive bid.  

We would strongly recommend them!

A neighbor recommended The Plumber. I called and they were able to come the same day. Our normal plumber gave us a timeframe 5 weeks from now. Two people showed up,  both wearing masks. They were able to to find the leak in nothing flat, in a different place than where I thought.  They were able to fix the leak in less than an hour leaving just a small hole in the wall to have repaired.
I now have a new plumber for any neds I have.

Owned by an upstanding guy who always gets the job done. We've had to have a bunch of things done for multiple houses and Condy always follows through. He's honest and knows his stuff!
Wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended!!

Olshan Foundation Repair is a great company.  Setting up an appointment was super easy and the communication was good before their arrival.The representative from Olshan arrived as scheduled and was a great representative for the company. He measured my foundation and tell me exactly what it would take to fix it without trying to up sell anything. I would highly recommend them.

DON'T EVER use this company!!!  They are overpriced and always find something wrong with your units to rob you of your money!  Always get another company's quote and you will find out that A#1 Air is a SCAM! I had an issue with their outrageous pricing and recommended services on November 28th.  I had already spent $1,462 (which included my club member fee) in April of this year and they were wanting another $744 for the November 28th service to replace 2 hot surface ignitors and a single run cap (I declined the recommended duct cleaning).  The technician named Michael originally quoted a total price of $2369 with 42 months financing at 5.9% interest.  After he replaced the ignitors and run cap, I received an emailed customer service survey which I completed.  On November 30 I received a call from Cody in Customer Service to go over my concerns.  He said he would talk to his manager and call me back within 24 hours.  I never heard from him, so I called him back on December 5.  He apologized for dropping the ball by not calling me back. He said management would refund me $74.40 (10% of what I paid) and the check would be mailed on December 5.  Today (December 15), I called Cody again to advise him I never received the check.  He said he would check with accounting and immediately call me back.  When he called back, he said the check was returned to their company yesterday because it had an incorrect zip code for my address.  He apologized again for dropping the ball since he was not advised the check had been returned, therefore no one had informed me.  He said accounting was instead going to issue back the $74.40 on my credit card.  I told Cody his company's so-called Customer Service was getting worse and worser and that I would post my assessment of the company on social media.  He seemed concerned and asked me if he wasn't doing a good job.  I reminded him that I was the one who had to follow up on my complaint twice because no one ever called me back since the initial November 30th call. So, please BEWARE OF A#1 AIR, their price gouging, and their extremely poor Customer Service!!!  And to the owners of this company:  You and your Comfort Specialist named Mark Peel completely failed on Customer Service by ignoring my complaint regarding your service call on June 29, 2016.  That's when I chose to use a reliable company who fixed the problem for hundreds of dollars less than your quote and who also told me I did not need to replace the plenum, which your company said I needed replaced.
