Have used Masters Touch on a few repair jobs at my home and they have always done an exceptional job in a timely manor. Highly recommend!

$312 to run the snake and unclog the toilet.  Seems a bit much as the plumber was here less than an hour.  On a positive note they were able to come out the same day and even gave a courtesy call.  I would get a quote or a few quotes before getting repairs again.

Showed up on time, did the work, and did not try to sell me anything that I didn't need.  Were very willing to answer any and all questions.

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

We have this pipe on our 3-in-1 sink that keeps breaking because of how it was set up historically. I had to call Nathaniel back three times. I was frustrated but Nathaniel showed up soon after I called and fixed my problem. He even covered my follow up fees with warranty!

No need to go to others. Definitely recommend Peradventure!

Also been a client for years, until today. Rude plumber onsite demanded go-ahead to do job without even a general ballpark estimate of how much it would be. Later found out that was because they made zero effort to look at the problem, a broken faucet flooding the side yard, sidewalk, and street. Made a lame excuse trying to blame my wife, who was inside nursing our 2 month old. Save your money and time, and use someone that wants to do the work and get paid.

Fast on the response!  Their plumbing team is friendly and up front with you.  Overall, a great experience!

I chose Benton plumbing because of there 5 star rating. Yes this company definitely deserves to be at the top. They weren't the first place I called. But from the moment you answered my call I was impressed. The lady listened to my problem and she was able to dispatch Ray to come out. He arrived on time and came prepared to take care of my issues. Five star for sure.

We had a great experience with Hole In One Plumbing fixing our water meter leak! From the beginning, they were accommodating with scheduling and were able to move us up when an opening became available. Joe, the plumber, was on time, friendly, and did an excellent job. The price was very fair for the work that was done. We will use them again for any plumbing needs and recommend them to our neighbors!

We had multiple plumbers out to our house to fix a toilet and they all recommended a very expensive double cleanout installed in the front of our house where the assumed the sewer pipe ran out to the street. Randy came, ran the camera, and discovered we already had a double cleanout on the side of the house through which he could access any point in the house. He saved us $7500, and getting our front yard dug up for no reason.  All the guys that came out from RWD were very polite and professional, and great to work with. And they were fair on price too. 100% recommend.

Great Experience!!!! Called them up to give me a bid on removal of old bathtub and surround. True Plumbing came out promptly and on time. The guys were here 6 hours and worked very hard. I had a great experience with them and they did a great job on my bathroom.

Our kitchen floor had felt warm for several weeks, then one Saturday we came home and found water slowly coming up around the cabinets.  We called another plumbing company but they couldn't come out until that next Tuesday.  That company, however, gave us The Plumber's info, and Curt (the owner) himself was out at our house within a couple hours. He thoroughly investigated and found that we had a hot water Slab Leak...  He was very personable and professional, took the time to explain everything to us, gave us a flat price to fix it (which was better than we had feared), and started to work right then.  He fixed our leaking pipe, (buried four feet below), and only had to break  ONE 17 Travertine tile to fix it!  Amazing!!!  He protected our property with plastic sheeting while he worked, and did a great job cleaning up as well.  He was Fast, Fair, and a very good plumber.  Highly Recommended!

Our sink in the kitchen basically blew up during the holidays, and Icon came to the rescue. Sorry for the delayed post.

Very professional and honest. After the technician examined and measured our house he informed me the cracks were just the house settling and could have gouged me for $6000.

Total waste of $75 for service call. I asked when I called to make sure the tech that came out would be familiar with my system. Of course the guy who showed up didn't have a clue. Nice enough guy, but he had never worked on the multi zone split systems. I knew more than he did and had to show him how to get and understand the error codes. He charged $75 for the service call saying he would get back to me on the cost of the replacement part needed. Never got a follow up from them.

Find someone else if you need repairs. These guys just want to clean your outside unit or replace the whole unit. Diagnosing and repair is not what they do.
