My technician was Ryan Nunez and he did an amazing job.  He was on time and let me know what was going on every step of the way.  The repairs done were very reasonably priced. I would recommend CTX plumbing to everyone.

Had a leak in my front yard from a copper valve that I didn't need.  It was completely removed, did the work for me when I wasn't home.  I came back at the end of the job and everything looked good.  Didn't shop around, used these guys because they do work for my church.  Seemed like a fair price.

I would totally use this company again! My home owners insurance would not cover the leak, because it was on the outside on the sidewalk area...the other plumber wanted to charge us 250.00 to detect the leak... And $1500 to fix the pipe.
Scott knew exactly where the leak was and was not planing to charge us 1500.00 to fix a leak outside of my house... Which it did not required any drilling on my sidewalk...

Working with Jr's Plumbing was a great experience.  They were flexible when my schedule changed and when we could make the date/time work, showed up right on time!
Caleb was awesome and professional.  He handled my problem in a short time and provided some training :)  and offered to help if I needed anything else.  Thank you Caleb and Jr's Plumbing.

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

Wow, I can't say enough good things about Nathaniel and this company.  What a pro!  He really knows what he's doing and gets right down to it.  I feel very fortunate I found this outfit and I will be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future.  Very prompt, professional, friendly and basically all-around nice person who wants to help and is highly competent - all for a VERY reasonable price.

After a very disappointing experience with another plumber, I found Mark and Sunshine Plumbing.  So glad I did.  He listened, communicated well, arrived when he said he would, took care of business and was reasonably priced.  Can't do much better than that when it comes to a plumber!

Ridell did a great job on my new construction house. When I had a problem, the always followed up very quickly. Warranty work has been great as well. Some items were forgotten when our house was first built (a hose bib by the garage). I told Ridell this and they came out and installed it. However, they sent me a bill for around $800. I was upset when I saw this because I felt like this had been forgotten at the beginning of the job. I called Scotty and he told me not to worry about that invoice.
I would highly recommend them.

So a very good friend of mine had a gas leak and needed a plumber. She had been getting estimates but was so overwhelmed at the cost. So I got on the Rowlett FB page and did a search for recommendations that had already been given to others looking for one as well and found Roger Wakefield of Texas Green Plumbing (972-442-4101) on one of the posts. She called them and was thrilled with their response, kindness, honesty and above all they got the job DONE. They were so much more affordable too. So a big shout out to this company from her and me. I so appreciate you helping my friend.

I had a few little things I had ignored...slow draining, missing bathroom sink drainers, faulty fill tank. When the pipes under the dink started leaking, and replacing the washer did not work, I knew I had to call help. Speakes was recommended by a coworker. The plumber quickly fixed thr problem. Since I had already paid the very reasonable trip fee, and the repair cost was less than expected. I decided to.have him fix all of the other little issues.

He fixed them all. It has been over a month now, and I have had no issues. He made recommendations for other things that need to be done, but he did not make me feel like...you know...your house is going to fall down if you do not do this immediately. He answered all of my questions. I got the feeling they were good plumbers, doing good work, at fair prices.

I will most definitely use Speakes again.

I have used them for years now and never once had a bad experience. They always show up when they say they will and have always done a very good job. I use them for my house, my mothers and our rental property. Price is reasonable and plumbers are very professional.

Very responsive and polite. We texted and there was a misunderstanding. They bought a hot water tank and went to my house for an installation while I thought just a diagnostics and estimate. They politely told it was fine. So, I just feel I can trust them. I proposed a small job right after that and they agreed although they might have had a lot of other big works to do. Deserve to get a good review.

This company is outstanding.  Randy and his team were able to locate our leaks before the work was done.  He and his team are very professional and leave your home very clean when you come home for the evening.  His pricing is very fair and I will recommend him to anyone I know who may need slap leak repair.

Very professional. Had a few issues. One toilet stopped working after it was pulled out but a was able to repair myself (they were unaware of the issue). I recommend getting the quote on paper as there was an issue with what was quoted and what was charged but we were able to come to a compromise in just a few minutes of talking it through.
Al in all very good experience. I would use this group again

Curt was absolutely incredible. My mom and I had a massive leak coming from our backyard faucet that we tried to fix ourselves, but in doing so we loosened something behind the brick that shot out like a geyser. We called the closest place which was The Plumber. We shut off the water to the house and Curt was able to come out a little over an hour later. He took one glance at it and let us know he would be done in about half an hour. He cut into the brick, replaced the whole faucet and re-sealed the brick for $200. This guy is awesome and has saved my mom quite the water bill :/

Icon plumbing replaced ALL slab and below pipes in the house. I was pleased with the service I received and they did a great job! I highly recommemd them, Condy will treat you right!

I recently got the floors redone in my home and noticed many cracks in the concrete slab. Unsure of whether or not these should concern me, I contacted Olshan for a free inspection. Robert Wise came to my home and was extremely informative, very personable, and very professional. Fortunately, at this time I do not have any foundation issues and Olshan put my mind at ease. Thanks, guys!

If I could give zero star I would. TERRIBLE. Purchased and replaced my AC unit completely in 2012 by A#1 Air (bad idea now) and 3yrs later it breaks down. Takes TWO days (100 temp) of calling back and forth before someone FINALLY comes out. An hour later than when they said they would. AND i had to call numerous times checking in on when they would arrive. During the call, I specifically I inquired about my warranty which they told me parts and labor is cover but that I would still have to pay $99 for service fee. (Which I expected some sort of service fee cost). Technician comes and says I have a part broken/failed in the outside unit which is common then begins to say I have to pay an additional $140 on top of my service fee to repair because labor is not covered only the part. THERE IS A MANUFACTURER WARRANTY ON PARTS FOR 5 YEARS SO THIS ISN'T EVEN A#1 WARRANTY IF YOU LOOK AT WHAT THEY ARE CHARGING SINCE THE PART IS ALREADY COVERED THROUGH THE COMPANY OF THE AC UNIT. I went over my warranty on the phone and then they show up and states otherwise and charges?!?! The WORST company! DO NOT GET AC OR ANY OTHER SERVICES FROM THEM. [Update: 2hrs after posting, manager Bobby called and was VERY helpful and resolved the situation. I'm still not happy with how the whole process took place, but AC is repaired, I have cool air blowing, and he lowered the labor fee and service fee bc I got a year maintenance plan. Will see how that goes. Cost of that would've been same as what I was quoted so decided to get at least a year of maintenance service for the price].
