Did a good job of coordinating a two-fer plumbing plus electrical job and getting city permits. Moved a laundry washer box and electrical outlets and then replaced the main electrical panel, added whole house surge protector and car charge outlet. Donnie was helpful in referring a drywall company they regularly use who also did well. They were also very reasonable on pricing.

Had a leak in my front yard from a copper valve that I didn't need. It was completely removed, did the work for me when I wasn't home. I came back at the end of the job and everything looked good. Didn't shop around, used these guys because they do work for my church. Seemed like a fair price.

Our water heater went out yesterday. NTX came out at the end of the day last night and determined we needed a new unit (still under warranty luckily). They showed up promptly this morning with the new unit and had it installed in 90 minutes. Punctual, professional and affordable. Highly recommend these guys. They are Wylie based. Scott came through for us getting us scheduled on the same day, when some other companies were booked for days and Jeff was prompt and professional and the install was clean and better than new.

Genuine professional service with integrity. We will us this guys for any future services!!!

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor. Huh?? I looked around (why, I don't know). Then I looked up. Oh f@#k! I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters. Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage. I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened. Panic!
Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back). I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'. So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing. I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what? He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour. In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak. From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.
AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought). When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low. And Frank was very nice. He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done. Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.
AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling. My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on. Now how lucky is that?!
Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber. I sure hope they don't scare easily...

Nathaniel is by far the best plumber I have ever worked with, he is very professional and reasonably priced. We have had a few random things go wrong recently and he is very responsive, shows up on time and gets the job done. I would highly recommended him!

I tried to call this company for a service call today. When the phone was answered the response was, Hello. No business name. I inquired if this was a plumbing company, and the response was, Yes. When I inquired why the caller had not identified the company when he answered the phone the man hung up on me. However their services may be, this is definitely not a professional company.

Excellent customer service. They came out after hours and made sure my plumbing emergency was addressed in the short term, while being able to save the long term work for a later time during regular hours (with regular rates). I won't hesitate to call Riddell again!!

Texas Green will always be my go-to plumbing company. These guys are good at what they do and they don't cut any corners. I know I can trust them to get it right the FIRST time. I've seen Roger (owner) make miracles happen with seemingly impossible deadlines. Coming from a Realtor, this is HUGE. Amazing customer service!

This company is outstanding. Randy and his team were able to locate our leaks before the work was done. He and his team are very professional and leave your home very clean when you come home for the evening. His pricing is very fair and I will recommend him to anyone I know who may need slap leak repair.

I highly recommend The Plumber. I first had the owners son Casey and Nate install a new kitchen faucet. They did a great job. So respectful and knew what they were doing. I then had an appointment with Curt, the owner. He installed a new toilet in my half bath in like 30 minutes. So nice. He lives a street down from me in Parr Park. He's coming back next week to move my old toilet to the curb for bulk pickup. Couldn't have been nicer. Reasonable prices. Been in business for 40 years. Please call for your plumbing needs!

The home warranty company plumber had to demo my bath vanity to repair a concrete slab leak in my master bath. After 3 different contractors failed to follow through on installing a new bath vanity, my insurance agent recommended Icon plumbing. It was one of the best phone calls I have had in awhile.
Condy Hammer from Icon Plumbing installed the vanity, vanity top, sink and 2 bath faucets. He was on time, efficient, professional and a nice guy. I have added Icon Plumbing to my directory as my go to plumber.
Addendum-the 40 year old toilet in my master bath just stopped working (finally). I contacted Condy at Icon. He is on the way to save the day .
My main drain became blocked by tree roots. The top on my outside drain popped the top and raw sewage was pouring into my front garden each time I flushed a toilet or took a shower.
I immediately called Condy at Icon. He came the next morning and cleared the roots in 10 minutes for a reasonable price. Great job as usual and a nice guy to boot.

I recently got the floors redone in my home and noticed many cracks in the concrete slab. Unsure of whether or not these should concern me, I contacted Olshan for a free inspection. Robert Wise came to my home and was extremely informative, very personable, and very professional. Fortunately, at this time I do not have any foundation issues and Olshan put my mind at ease. Thanks, guys!

Do not use this company. Our upstairs unit stopped cooling. We had a guy come out and he didn't have the right tool for our valve caps to check Freon and after sending a picture to several other companies who also didn't have the tool, I was recommended to call this company because they are a big outfit and we're likely to have the tool.
Sam and I believe Michael came to my home and also didn't have the tool. They said they could change the fittings to something more universal which was great. They then came into my home and Michael walked right into my laundry room and did not leave after I asked him to get out and use a different sink because I didn't know what my wife had laying around drying in there.
Sam went up and looked at our units and basically told us everything was wrong and immediately started talking about a replacement unit. We had to press to get a repair option and he gave us a total of 10k to repair without any explanation of parts or a breakdown of costs all while saying replacement is the better option and kept saying our units are builders grade so they are basically garbage. Basically everything was wrong. I'm okay with an option to replace since the units are 9 years old,but they worked great until a couple days ago, but we all know the type of person that's trying to sell you rather than take care of you and that was Sam's approach.
At the end of the interaction I asked him to put it all back how it was and he was reluctant to power the unit outside but kept changing his story as to why. We put 2 lbs of refrigerant in there's no refrigerant in the unit well it will be gone within a couple hours. I just wanted it how it was before. Maybe a leak in the coil but it was blowing coolish air even if the temp wasn't dropping. Also while a replacement unit could be installed the next day, they would wait a week after getting parts to repair. So transparent.
Outside of the sleazy sales process to the service call, there were several aspects that made me uncomfortable to include bringing up the recent shooting as a form of small talk which was poor tact. What if I had known someone that was hurt? Either way, that's not a topic I want to discuss with a stranger. I mentioned getting a second opinion and while he was like oh yeah, that's definitely smart. He was visibly uncomfortable, and I learned why the next day. I declined getting a replacement quote because I was not comfortable with their team.
I called another company the next day that had come out before and didn't have the right tool and he came out to look. We walked up to the unit and discovered a#1 had broken off the service port from the king valve! This wasn't disclosed to me after they had been out and no other person had touched the unit in between. After calling to talk to the service manager, I was argued with, dismissed, and they refused to accept responsibility regardless of my photos because they had on the paperwork that sam filled out that there was a leak outside. Sam did not fill out paperwork of findings until after he would have broken the valve so it's now obvious to me why he pushed so hard to replace the unit. He at no point showed me anything with the units or outside to see for myself and tried to take advantage me and my family. Sometimes people make mistakes, but you have to do the right thing.
Take your business elsewhere. This company is not trustworthy.
