i would never use this company. Donnie Martin, the owner of CTX sent my wife and I a threatening letter. they will rip you off as they did to me after I had to pay a $2k plumbing bill when the guy already knew where the leak was. I would find someone else. being a business owner myself, this is unacceptable behavior

Had a leak in my front yard from a copper valve that I didn't need.  It was completely removed, did the work for me when I wasn't home.  I came back at the end of the job and everything looked good.  Didn't shop around, used these guys because they do work for my church.  Seemed like a fair price.

Recently used NTXPlumbing for our rental property. Called them around 8ish am and they had someone out by 9:30am.  Started off with a professional text message confirmation system.  Which including the approximate time with a picture of the Plumber. How nice is that! To be aware of who's coming and a time frame they will arrive.  James came and serviced the house, we received multi pictures via email upon completion.  Everything ran so smoothly, we would HIGHLY recommend NTXPlumping.

Jr's Plumbing is amazing. They sent us a very patient and friendly plumber who inspected the leaking problem carefully and give us professional recommendations. Also, they offer pretty affordable price. Although I didn't work with them due to time conflict, I would definitely use them in the future.

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

This company is 5 star! They are professional,  and willing to go above and beyond. We called them out  about our hot water not turning off in the spare bathroom shower. After he took it apart he was able to clean out the calcium buildup  and saved us a TON of money! We will be a lifetime customer!

I tried to call this company for a service call today.  When the phone was answered the response was, Hello.  No business name.  I inquired if this was a plumbing company, and the response was, Yes.  When I inquired why the caller had not identified the company when he answered the phone the man hung up on me.  However their services may be, this is definitely not a professional company.

Terribly Expensive, $330 an hour for labor!  I had Texas Green come out to replace my kitchen sink, after reading their reviews.  The plumber was here for 2.5 hours and they charged $857, I provided the sink and their were no other parts required....HIGHWAY ROBBERY!  The service was fine, but holy cow, $330 AN HOUR FOR LABOR!  The online reviews are good, which is why I called them, but be forewarned, THEY ARE EXPENSIVE!

Had a great experience with these guys. Came out and installed a new faucet in the kitchen for a fair price and did great work. Would definitely use them again.

We have hired Drip Doctor Plumbing on two different occasions. DJ provided great service, was friendly and price was good. He has been professional and punctual. When we needed to explore our options, he was solution-focused and provided us with professional recommendation and executed well on the plan we selected (as opposed to other professionals who try to find ways to complicate the project). We are happy with DJ and continue to recommend him to our network.

RWD Services will take care of your needs!  We had a couple issues that were resolved with some communication, the owner made it right!!!  For a recovering cancer patient and a disabled wife, they tried to make the process of sewer line replacement as easy as possible!

These guys totally ripped me off. They told my wife I had a leak under my slab and it would be about 5100 to fix but they discounted it to 4100. They charged 250 for a pressure check. I was able to contact the plumbing company that installed the plumbing system in my home and the leak just turned out to be running toilets which was an easy fix. They only charged 125 for the same pressure check. The company also mentioned that no pipes are in my foundation or under my home all the plumbing is ran through the ceiling and in the walls. So what was this company talking about. True plumbing are a bunch of overcharging con artist. I'll never use them again.

Update!! I was contacted by true plumbing and we had a conversation about getting the issue taken care of. I appreciate him reaching out to me and the concern about their visit to my home. After talking with true plumbing I see why the reviews are so high I have a lot of respect for this company and how they handled my situation. Thank you True plumbing for working with me.

You can tell they know what they are doing. Did a great job. I will use them again next time I need a plumber for anything.

We had a bit of an emergency and ended up contacting Icon Plumbing after the home warranty plumbing company failed to show up twice. Condy and Ryan were both amazing!!!! Condy stayed late the 1st night ensuring everything he could do was completed for the night and Ryan went above and beyond coming out several times the next day to complete the repairs and ensure everything was working correctly. We ran into a bit of a glitch (not plumbing related), Ryan made sure we had a plan for getting someone out the next day to repair our other problem and did not leave until he was sure there was no safety issues. We will definitely use them in the future with no hesitation. Highly recommend!!!

Very happy with Olshan. My 60 year old home is still level after 13 years.  They explained each process every step of the way.  They discovered that part of my home had been done before and cut their fees in half.

Couldn't be happier

I had A#1 Air come out to repair a thermostat that wasn't functioning properly at a rental property.  The technician came out, and stated that a circuit board was defective.  He made the repair, and I received an invoice(#812161) for $943 with a description that said, Repair Level 4.  I called into customer service 3 times, and was told that the dispatch department were the only ones that could describe a Level 4 Repair.   There's no scope of work, or parts/labor description letting me(THE CUSTOMER) know specifically what was repair.  I will NEVER hire A#1 Air again......shady business!
