Had a Tankless water heater installed. Very Professional from the quote to Installation. Came on time and completed the Work.

I just have to say again, Master's Touch is the best.  Discovered a leak at my washer shutoff valve late in the day when we returned from vacation.  Bob came out first thing the next morning and it was fixed in a jiffy!  Kudos!

Discussed problem with phone person who was very nice and positive. (At:  N TX PLUMBERS???)
Explained the problem and they accepted the job.
Refused to work on my copper drain line after arriving much later than the promised time.
This was a copper a/c drain line for condensation.
I paid them in full b/c that's what I do.

But, I would never recommend this company ...which was recommended by an a/c company (Rescue Air Heating and Cooling in Richardson TX) that doesn't work on copper drain lines.
They were recommended by my morning plumbers, (Dean's Plumbing) that don't do that.
And the A/C people , (Nick's Air Service) that I had out first thing in the morning assured me that it was a job for plumbers.
Previous freeze damage on copper pipes was plumbers.
Any answers?
Water pouring into all areas leaking through the ceiling.
Yard man was the winner of the day, followed by
my Junk Haulers who got an oversized fridge through the door in a couple of hours.

Meanwhile nobody has addressed or will address my main problem. How is this ok or legal?

Don't people take pride in anything?
My yard guy and junk haulers did.
And my neighbor is always great and provided the water cutoff tool so my house didn't flood when they removed the fridge.

I called and they were able to get to my house the day of if it was an emergency, however it wasn't so they came the following day to replace my water heater. They answered all of my questions with ease and made me feel very comfortable about our new water heater. They gave me a time frame of when they would arrive and texted me 30 min before arrival. When they arrived they were professional and were done within 45 min. They even sent me a text later on in the evening to make sure everything was running smoothly! Thank you Jr's Plumbing!

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

Wow, I can't say enough good things about Nathaniel and this company.  What a pro!  He really knows what he's doing and gets right down to it.  I feel very fortunate I found this outfit and I will be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future.  Very prompt, professional, friendly and basically all-around nice person who wants to help and is highly competent - all for a VERY reasonable price.

Public Be Warned!! This company has ruined my elderly and very sick parents nice Dallas home! Since Riddell was hired by my family a few years ago the plumbing in the home has NEVER worked properly with toilets not flushing and severe leaks and water damage in the home! I came to Dallas with my children for Christmas. We arrived and found water leaking into the downstairs closets and into the second floor bathrooms, and water was profusely leaking from the upstairs toilets (Riddell very recently installed) to the bathroom from the freaking light fixtures! I immediately contacted the horrific plumbers and asked them to come to the home on a emergency basis. The woman who answered was very rude and could not even give me a time frame when the idiot plumbers would arrive! The Managers could not be bothered either. HOURS later the technicians arrived and I asked what the hell was happening! This technician said I don't work for you! And he left!!! This awful (want to be tech.)came back only after my sick mother called and begged the company to return to help with the flooding into the entire second floor! Riddell plumbers fixed nothing and left the home a complete disaster with only 1 working toilet, no showers, and a home full of children and elderly! We had to leave the home early so we could shower!!! Monday the technicians finally showed again and somehow talked my mother (who has cancer and dementia) Into calling the owner of Riddell pluming to apologize!!!! Again the technicians somehow convinced my mother to call the owner and apologize for my google/Facebook reviews! Does anyone realize how bad this is!!! The idiot plumbers are also charging for a water restoration company they should be paying for! This company is trying to convince my sick mother this was a root problem! No this is a severe company and employee problem who prey on the sick and elderly! Can't wait to see the outrageous bills these thieves charge my mom for problems they created and have blamed on roots!!! Please never ever call this company! They will ruin your home, the employees are rude, incompetent, and manipulating! Only contact them if you have an attorney who works in the family!!!

Texas Green will always be my go-to plumbing company. These guys are good at what they do and they don't cut any corners. I know I can trust them to get it right the FIRST time. I've seen Roger (owner) make miracles happen with seemingly impossible deadlines. Coming from a Realtor, this is HUGE. Amazing customer service!

Since moving to Garland I have used Speak's. They are always professional and thorough. They discuss needed repairs and verify before making changes/repairs. I had them out today to fix a leak in the front shrub line. Not only did they find it and fix it they ran new pipe and made sure to put the new levers in an order to leave outside water available if the inside water needed to be shut off. They cleaned up all of the mud and made the once lost valve cover accessible again. They also made a small repair to a dripping shower faucet, which was not part of the original call. Quincy and Trevor did a great job. I highly recommend Speak's for any plumbing issues.

Replaced a couple of water heaters on second floor and took great care to get the old ones out, the new ones in and installed without issues.

I chose Benton plumbing because of there 5 star rating. Yes this company definitely deserves to be at the top. They weren't the first place I called. But from the moment you answered my call I was impressed. The lady listened to my problem and she was able to dispatch Ray to come out. He arrived on time and came prepared to take care of my issues. Five star for sure.

My water heater was leaking so I called hole in one based on my friends recommendation. They were able to come to my house and install a new water heater that very same day. Jeffrey was prompt courteous and answered all my questions. I now refer hole in one to all my friends

We had a plugged laundry drain. He was the only one who would give a direct estimate for repair and see us the same day. 20 minutes later, drain was unplugged same day and we were able to use it. Would recommend him wholeheartedly.

RWD Services will take care of your needs!  We had a couple issues that were resolved with some communication, the owner made it right!!!  For a recovering cancer patient and a disabled wife, they tried to make the process of sewer line replacement as easy as possible!

My wife call me at work on Saturday to tell me that they couldn't shut off the shower water after my son took a shower. I was able to walk her through shutting off the main water line to the house and then started looking for a plumber for an emergency call. Searching Yelp I was able to find True Plumbing with a 4 1/2 star rating. They were close to my home and offered 24/7 service, so I made the phone call. To make a long story short they arrive within an hour and had  diagnose the problem and spoke to me about it over the phone. I went ahead and authorize the repair and the issue was resolved within a half an hour. My wife said, after I got home and after Eric had left, that she felt very comfortable with him as did my son. she went on to say that he was very polite and respectful of our property. I can't tell you how much that means to me when you have stranger come into the house and take care of a problem for your family and not have to worry about them while you're not there. Again the problem was solved quickly and correctly and my family felt safe while they were in our home that to me is worth a  rating. I highly recommend you give them a try if you need any plumbing work done.  mb.

From start to finish Olshan executed wonderfully.  Joe was the person that came out and did our quote and was very helpful with all of my questions. We got three quotes and decided to go with Olshan.  Once I signed the contract, they were quickly out to do the job in a few days. Armando was the supervisor over the job, and they arrived on time with a crew of guys. These guys work hard! They get to work, handle their business, and they did a wonderful job. They had to cut a hole in my concrete floor on my front porch and the concrete work to patch it up was repaired perfect. At the end, the job was cleaned up extremely well, and Armando was with us the whole way through.

We are just at the end of an entire interior remodel on our home, and I've had many contractors to work with throughout that process. Some good, some bad, and some great. Olshan was great, and I would highly recommend them.
