I called these guys for a quote for a plumbing leak. They would not guve a quote over the phone. When they came to the house they quoted $950 before even knowing what the issue was. They just saw the house and property,  and the price went up. I paid them to fix it. They came back 4 days later to finish the job, and found another leak they created. I had to pay them $550 to fix that as they were not convinced they created it until they dug it up. They fixed that one. After all this was said and done I get a $900 water bill. Of course they are not going to help with that. So overall this one water peak cost me $2400. I will never use this unethical company again for anything.

I had a pipe burst in my front yard and I tried fixing it myself.  After finding the scope of the work was out of my league I called Master's Touch.  Bob was out within a couple of hours and he took care of it.  He followed up later that day to make sure everything was fine.  The level of caring and professionalism was second to none. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing issues.  Thank you so much and I will always call upon him for any of my plumbing needs

NTX Plumbing is outstanding! We called them for a last minute slab leak test to be performed on a home that we were under contract to purchase and they came through. They arrived on time (early) confirmed the appointment the day prior and the day of. Scott (the owner) came out and quickly figured out it was not a slab leak but another issue and charged us a lesser than we originally anticipated to pay. Their prices are fair and we confident to recommend them to others because they are good people. Everyone needs a plumber, working with NTX is a privilege. Thank you again Mai and Scott and team!! I was impressed with responsiveness of the owner and the professionalism of their plumber Caleb. Caleb came within the arranged time window, fix the problem, and clean up the debris. He was easy to communicate and well mannered through out the process. I will definitely contact them again if future need arises.

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

Nathaniel is by far the best plumber I have ever worked with, he is very professional and reasonably priced.  We have had a few random things go wrong recently and he is very responsive, shows up on time and gets the job done.  I would highly recommended him!

I tried to call this company for a service call today.  When the phone was answered the response was, Hello.  No business name.  I inquired if this was a plumbing company, and the response was, Yes.  When I inquired why the caller had not identified the company when he answered the phone the man hung up on me.  However their services may be, this is definitely not a professional company.

Excellent knowledge and straightforward information from the office and the plumber.  I've had two previous plumbing companies work recently and they were a one star compared to this respectable company.

Price $ gouging a customer is Not acceptable and will be dealt with by the Texas Attorney General.

I was referred to Speake's plumbing from a sheetrock guy. They showed up on time, replaced 5 bathroom faucets with new valves/water lines and a toilet within 4 hours. They were professional, courteous, and, reasonable,  fast. I highly recommend them.

Replaced a couple of water heaters on second floor and took great care to get the old ones out, the new ones in and installed without issues.

Every time I need a job I call Benton plumbing. They always do a great job. It's done right the first time and for a fair price.

Hole in One plumbing is the best. I have used them for several large plumbing jobs and they are great. I had all of my cast iron drain lines replaced on my previous house and I just had them patch the cast iron lines on my new house. Oscar is great. He is a smart, out of the box thinker and is great at finding an easier way to do the repair. I am not saying that he is cutting corners. I had two of the larger plumbing companies come to my previous house to estimate the cost of replacing the cast iron sewer lines. One was $17k and the other was $12k. Both were proposing a full tunnel under the slab. Oscar came out and found a better, less expensive way. He ran the washroom line around the outside of the house and said that they would not need a full tunnel for the rest. Just dig under the house to the two bathrooms and make a rat tunnel between them. A rat tunnel is a tunnel that is only large enough to put the pipe through. That was a great idea and they did the work for $9200. They cleaned up when they were done. The experience was great.

Only guy to actually give a decent quote for installing a specific part and was upfront and got the issue fixed quickly.

RWD Services will take care of your needs!  We had a couple issues that were resolved with some communication, the owner made it right!!!  For a recovering cancer patient and a disabled wife, they tried to make the process of sewer line replacement as easy as possible!

My wife call me at work on Saturday to tell me that they couldn't shut off the shower water after my son took a shower. I was able to walk her through shutting off the main water line to the house and then started looking for a plumber for an emergency call. Searching Yelp I was able to find True Plumbing with a 4 1/2 star rating. They were close to my home and offered 24/7 service, so I made the phone call. To make a long story short they arrive within an hour and had  diagnose the problem and spoke to me about it over the phone. I went ahead and authorize the repair and the issue was resolved within a half an hour. My wife said, after I got home and after Eric had left, that she felt very comfortable with him as did my son. she went on to say that he was very polite and respectful of our property. I can't tell you how much that means to me when you have stranger come into the house and take care of a problem for your family and not have to worry about them while you're not there. Again the problem was solved quickly and correctly and my family felt safe while they were in our home that to me is worth a  rating. I highly recommend you give them a try if you need any plumbing work done.  mb.

You can tell they know what they are doing. Did a great job. I will use them again next time I need a plumber for anything.

We had a bit of an emergency and ended up contacting Icon Plumbing after the home warranty plumbing company failed to show up twice. Condy and Ryan were both amazing!!!! Condy stayed late the 1st night ensuring everything he could do was completed for the night and Ryan went above and beyond coming out several times the next day to complete the repairs and ensure everything was working correctly. We ran into a bit of a glitch (not plumbing related), Ryan made sure we had a plan for getting someone out the next day to repair our other problem and did not leave until he was sure there was no safety issues. We will definitely use them in the future with no hesitation. Highly recommend!!!

I had Olshan to come out and look @ my foundation. the person that came out was very nice polite and respectful  I was told that my kitchen was going down hill and my foundation had to be repaired I asked if they needed to dig inside would they repair the floor  I was told that they did not dig inside. when i  agree to let them do the work i was asked to initial where they were not going to dig in my house the guy that came out said i did not want them to dig inside  now the whole side of the house that Olshan did  is coming apart now they tell me if they did it i would have to pay they just could not do it for free I am still paying for what they half did $9000. my advice never trust Olshan they find ways to cheat you please there should be a star  zero giving them one star is untrue

My neighbor and I both decided to drop A#1 Air for the same reasons. They try to double-charge you (re-charging for work already paid for).  They also try to charge more than their estimate, saying oh I forgot to put a part on the estimate or some other excuse. Legitimate businesses don't do this.
