Recently used NTXPlumbing for our rental property. Called them around 8ish am and they had someone out by 9:30am.  Started off with a professional text message confirmation system.  Which including the approximate time with a picture of the Plumber. How nice is that! To be aware of who's coming and a time frame they will arrive.  James came and serviced the house, we received multi pictures via email upon completion.  Everything ran so smoothly, we would HIGHLY recommend NTXPlumping.

I am changing my earlier review as we were able to connect and Joe was very apologetic and understanding for the miscommunication. He has been very responsive after intial fall and I will consider him for my next project. My recommendation is to stay connected with him and all goes well.

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

We have this pipe on our 3-in-1 sink that keeps breaking because of how it was set up historically. I had to call Nathaniel back three times. I was frustrated but Nathaniel showed up soon after I called and fixed my problem. He even covered my follow up fees with warranty!

No need to go to others. Definitely recommend Peradventure!

After a very disappointing experience with another plumber, I found Mark and Sunshine Plumbing.  So glad I did.  He listened, communicated well, arrived when he said he would, took care of business and was reasonably priced.  Can't do much better than that when it comes to a plumber!

I am so incredibly impressed with this company and with the technicians/plumbers they sent out. We had some sort of possible gas leak issue coming from around our fireplace and another plumbing company could not fix it, so we were referred to Riddell. My initial call to them and the appointment set up was easy and they were courteous and helpful. Then came time for the actual appointment. Robbie and Zack were our technicians/plumbers and they were very professional, knowledgable and personable! They were very thorough in their efforts to determine the problem, which they then fixed. They worked together very well as a team. We were worried that we were going to have to have LOTS of brick removed from our fireplace in order to fix a leak, but it turned out to be much easier to fix and no more brick had to come out. Robbie had my family's safety as his top priority and made sure to check all junctions at the fireplace, pressure test our entire house's gas system, and check for leaks in the attic. He explained everything as he went, including the science behind it, which was appreciated by me and totally thrilled my two homeschooled girls, for whom everything is a learning experience! I cannot recommend Riddell Plumbing enough, and these two guys deserve to be recognized by their employer for their excellent work and customer service. Thanks guys!

I had a problem with the main line from the backside of the house.  Several plumbers had come over the years and had done a temporary fix.  I called Speake's because of their 5 star rating.  Two very nice young men came out and went under the house.  They snaked three places from the roof and two clean out valves in the front.  All clear and all cheaper than the price quoted by the last plumber for just ONE pipe on the roof.  
These guys rock!  They knew their stuff.  Only problem is that I can't adopt them.  But, I now have my forever plumbers.

Abe of Strittmatter Plumbing, Heating, and AC repaired the water main line to my home and I could not be happier with everything about his work and his demeanor! Abe was very professional, always on time, extremely knowledgable, and very clearly FAIR and HONEST (which is So, SO important to me!). Abe did excellent work on what was a fairly complicated job. I felt like I was in such good hands from start to finish. And that's exactly how I like to feel when somebody's working on my home. For me, that feeling of confidence and trust is worth everything! The support staff at Strittmatter was also completely above and beyond -- they were EXCEPTIONAL -- in regards to their personal approach, their kindness, professionalism, timeliness, helpfulness, you name it. They were really, really great! Thanks so much, Abe and Outstanding Staff, for being so competent, professional, knowledgable, and HONEST! You really warmed my heart. Truly.

I can not thank Oscar and team enough for helping us replace our entire plumbing system!! We purchased our home a year ago and discovered within the first few weeks of living here that our entire plumbing system needed to be replaced asap. Talk about complete nightmare. Our toilet started leaking and in less than 24 hours DJ was at our home to fix the issue. He was reasonably priced, on time, and tidy as he worked. He was polite and respectful and finished the job quickly and efficiently. He is a hard worker and I couldn't recommend his company more. Hire him for all of your plumbing needs!

I've worked with Mark and had a great experience.  So yesterday when I noticed a hissing sound in my wall I called him immediately.  He had Austin and Eli come out that same day.  They diagnosed the issue and worked on a resolution.  They were able to make the repair yesterday before the end of the day.  They were both so knowledgeable and polite!  I also felt the pricing was very fair.  I would recommend RWD to anyone with plumbing or slab leak issues! Great job!

Excellent quality work, fair pricing.  The team seems very knowledgeable and trustworthy.  Sheila is a gem, and makes everything go!  She is very personable, has great communication skills,  and connects well with customers.  She definitely instills confidence in the company. I highly recommend The Plumber. I first had the owners son Casey and Nate install a new kitchen faucet. They did a great job. So respectful and knew what they were doing. I then had an appointment with Curt, the owner. He installed a new toilet in my half bath in like 30 minutes. So nice. He lives a street down from me in Parr Park. He's coming back next week to move my old toilet to the curb for bulk pickup. Couldn't have been nicer. Reasonable prices. Been in business for 40 years.  Please call for your plumbing needs!

Can't even give them one star. Had them come out to poly jack our driveway. They claimed they put 300lbs in. They couldn't show us the product when we asked. Odd...
The young man running the truck seemed more interested in his phone than the job.
It didn't even move the driveway. They claimed they would come back in June, after the original date in April. To add to it and see if they could get it up to the height needed.
Called Heath in June and he told me to call the office. Did that, they promised me they would be back out to see what was going on, in June the 6th. It's now July 18, 2019 and they still haven't made it out and they won't return calls. Gave them 3300 and as the song goes. Take the money and run..... Stay away from this outfit. It's apparent they only want your money.

A#1 AIR INC - #1 IN OVERCHARGING THE CUSTOMER.

I wish I'd read these Yelp reviews before I agreed to have them replace a fan coil.

A#1 Air was fine with the installation, but charged me 3 times what they should have.  After they installed the equipment, I reviewed the model # and used the internet to go to the manufacturer's website and found they'd charged me more than 3 times the wholesale price. I contacted the company requesting a breakdown of the costs.  After two weeks, they emailed me the cost breakdown and I immediately requested that I speak with a manager about it thinking that surely I could convince them that their salesman flagrantly overcharged me.  However, the woman representative I spoke with explained they had a 30% markup for labor, 35% overhead/insurance markup, 12% parts markup, 25% equipment markup as well as a 10% profit markup.  So no sympathy there; the whole company is there to systematically rip off the customer. I could only conclude that I got royally screwed over by these guys and had to suck it up.

I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

If you have to do business with these guys, you need to negotiate like you're buying a used car and make sure they tell you the make and model # of whatever equipment they're trying to sell you and look it up on the internet before signing any contract with them.  Whatever price they quote you, divide by 3 and state this is what you will pay (take it or leave it).  But better yet, call someone else with a better reputation.  These guys will screw you over on the price.
