Bob is an amazing plumber and expert at all things. We had drain issues and he was there to help us when in desperate need. Highly, highly recommend Master's Touch for all plumbing needs.

My landlord used this company to fix a leaking toilet, some water cloudiness, and some water pressure issues. Scheduling was pleasant and easy. The plumber came right on time, and although some things couldn't be fixed without major work, I appreciated how the plumber explained everything and even fixed some items I failed to mention. They worked hard and were transparent through it all.

I would recommend NTX Plumbing, for sure.

Had some sewer line issues and the plumbers came out and fixed us up with a hyrdro jetting did some fast and amazing work.

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

I could not have asked for a better experience. Nathaniel is an extremely knowledgeable craftsman, he's transparent, has great communication, and is just an overall friendly person. He was upfront about costs and kept me updated as to what he was finding (I had a leak in my plumbing and unfortunately we had to take a larger chunk of drywall out than initially intended, but he told me ahead of time that might be a possibility and then when that was our last ditch effort to find the leak, he asked if that was how I wanted to proceed. And of course he did end up finding it and fixed it!)

I tried to call this company for a service call today.  When the phone was answered the response was, Hello.  No business name.  I inquired if this was a plumbing company, and the response was, Yes.  When I inquired why the caller had not identified the company when he answered the phone the man hung up on me.  However their services may be, this is definitely not a professional company.

Jay came by my house this morning for a sink that wouldn't drain. He was patient, understanding, and took time out to draw a diagram and explain what exactly was going on and what was fixed. His pricing was reasonable and provided great customer service.

Roger is such a great guy.
Came over within 30 minutes of my call and got us up and running again!
With our house reaching 15 years old, I'm glad to have a highly competent plumber so close.

Service professionals at its finest...

We had a clogged shower drain that needed some professional attention. Called Speakes in the morning and they stated they would fit us in after lunch... They completely delivered on their commitment.

The gentlemen were here for 25-30 mins and had the problem fixed right away. Asked if there was anything else that we needed. Presented us with the bill and said thanks for the business (not too many service companies understand how that part works).

I would recommend this company to anyone that needs plumbing help!!!

Abe of Strittmatter Plumbing, Heating, and AC repaired the water main line to my home and I could not be happier with everything about his work and his demeanor! Abe was very professional, always on time, extremely knowledgable, and very clearly FAIR and HONEST (which is So, SO important to me!). Abe did excellent work on what was a fairly complicated job. I felt like I was in such good hands from start to finish. And that's exactly how I like to feel when somebody's working on my home. For me, that feeling of confidence and trust is worth everything! The support staff at Strittmatter was also completely above and beyond -- they were EXCEPTIONAL -- in regards to their personal approach, their kindness, professionalism, timeliness, helpfulness, you name it. These are some of the good guys! I've been through a lot of plumbers and they are honest, fair priced and on time. A second leak occurred immediately after a disposal was replaced and they came right back out and didn't charge again.

Hole in One came out and did a job for us Friday and they did such an awesome job! They are honest and fairly priced! Family owned business. So glad to have found such a great plumbing company!! I highly recommend them!!

After having foundation work performed, it was discovered that I had an under slab leak.  Through the process, I was referred to Randy of RWD Services, he was outstanding.  I wound up having some major work done. Randy and his team were phenomenal. They had all of the equipment necessary to perform in-depth tests to get to the root of the problem. Randy is very communicative, thorough and proficient.  He and his team pay close attention to detail, they leave the work area clean and diligently work to meet deadlines. He went above and beyond.  I highly recommend  Randy and RWD Services.

My plumber threw a fit cause he couldn't fix the toilet. Then I asked him what's wrong? then he yelled nothing's wrong! as he smacked my phone right out of my hand.

You can tell they know what they are doing. Did a great job. I will use them again next time I need a plumber for anything.

Had several companies submit quotes for a french drain due to water coming in house in Carrollton during heavy rains. Olshan was only company that brought measuring tools and Mark, their technician, was the only one who explained why I wanted a surface drain and not a french drain. The price was in the same range as the other companies and since they were the most professional, I chose them. The crew n supervisor who came did a great job despite having to dig thru very rocky soil. I was also impressed that the supervisor did not leave the job site - an unpleasant experience I've had in the past. They were very experienced with the installation and I'm very happy to have chosen them. Now let the monsoons begin!!

I was very please with all aspects of my experience. They worked with me because I did not know if I had a A/C or a plumbing issue. They were able to get both technicians to my home in a single afternoon, and they worked with me on the service fees. That technicians were very knowledgeable and very personable, and the work is top notch.
