They have been great in helping us get through our busted pipe. They have been on time and contacted and scheduled what we needed. Extremely knowledgeable and great customer service.

Bob is an amazing plumber and expert at all things. We had drain issues and he was there to help us when in desperate need. Highly, highly recommend Master's Touch for all plumbing needs.

If I could give them zero stars I would.  I attempted to hire this company for plumbing issues that came about as a result of the extreme cold in Texas.  I called on Wednesday 2/17 and scheduled an appointment for Saturday 2/20 between 1pm and 3pm.  I received a call back a few hours after scheduling the appointment.  The company was canceling my appointment because, in retrospect they didn't have time.  The appointment was rescheduled for Monday 2/22.  On Friday 2/19, I received the following text message: Hello! Our schedule is full. We will not able to provide service next week.  Yes, the full schedule should include my appointment.  This is the most unprofessional group I have ever dealt with.  I wouldn't contact them again no matter how small the job.  After expressing discontent over the missed appointments and the fact that I would post an appropriate review, the plumbing company actually texted the following to me.   Not a problem! Everyone knows this is a stressful situation and it is sad you have a lack of compassion for the plumbing profession during this time.  Apparently NTX Plumbing lacks compassion for the people that attempt to hire them because help is needed.  Pass this one up if you are looking for a professional plumber

We found our new plumber!!  Joe stopped by today to look at our leaking kitchen faucet and temporarily fixed it and was so helpful and polite and it was free or charge! We will be purchasing a replacement faucet and having them come back to install it next week. Amazing customer service, highly recommend!!

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

Wow, I can't say enough good things about Nathaniel and this company.  What a pro!  He really knows what he's doing and gets right down to it.  I feel very fortunate I found this outfit and I will be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future.  Very prompt, professional, friendly and basically all-around nice person who wants to help and is highly competent - all for a VERY reasonable price.

After a very disappointing experience with another plumber, I found Mark and Sunshine Plumbing.  So glad I did.  He listened, communicated well, arrived when he said he would, took care of business and was reasonably priced.  Can't do much better than that when it comes to a plumber!

I wouldn't waste your time with these guys.
Called them over 3 weeks ago about some plumbing work and a bathroom remodel.
Was told I would be contacted by remodeling department. Still waiting !!

Speake's replaced the faucets in a old shower (circa 1955), unclogged the drain, replaced the sink hardware and the shower head in another bathroom.  They even had to removed some of the vintage tile to install the new shower faucet.  They were extremely careful and did a great job for an extremely reasonable price.  Excellent, excellent experience!!  I had requested an estimate from another plumber who told me (without looking at the house) that the job would take 3 times longer  and cost 4 times as much as Speake's. .  I'm so glad I used Speake's.  Definitely will recommend to all my friends.

Replaced a couple of water heaters on second floor and took great care to get the old ones out, the new ones in and installed without issues.

I have used them for years now and never once had a bad experience. They always show up when they say they will and have always done a very good job. I use them for my house, my mothers and our rental property. Price is reasonable and plumbers are very professional.

This company sounds like a scam to me. I called to request a gas shut off valve installation (for gas dryer) and fixing of a leaking faucet. A young lady answered the phone made me feel like I called wrong number because she doesn't understand what I was talking about. She put me on hold two times to check with someone. Then she said they got to go and look and do estimate. I told her it is the same shut off valve that any house using gas dryer will need, nothing tricky here. So, she threw out a price which I believe a high price ($185). Then I asked if it include the leaking faucet. She said no, they have to come and look at the faucet. So, I felt a bit weird and wanted to be sure I asked if they won't charge for coming and look, correct? To my surprise, she said it is $69 for coming and look. If after that, I don't use the service, I lose my money. Now, everything got so fishy here.
Does it mean after they come and look, they decided to charge me $500 or even a thousand dollars for the leaking faucet, I still had to pay them or I lose my $69? Either way, they get their scam money.
I haven't used their service yet, but I guess I'd better not. Because the whole thing doesn't make me feel comfortable at all. Their staff doesn't sound they know what they are doing, and they set potential customers up for some scams already before they even do any service for us.

Drip Doctor Plumbing is the best. The owner Dj is reliable, affordable, experienced and honest. He has done multiple jobs in our home and work done is great.  I would recommend this company for all your plumbing needs

We had multiple plumbers out to our house to fix a toilet and they all recommended a very expensive double cleanout installed in the front of our house where the assumed the sewer pipe ran out to the street. Randy came, ran the camera, and discovered we already had a double cleanout on the side of the house through which he could access any point in the house. He saved us $7500, and getting our front yard dug up for no reason.  All the guys that came out from RWD were very polite and professional, and great to work with. And they were fair on price too. 100% recommend.

12 Years ago I called them, used them a half dozen times since. No nonsense business approach. Sheila calls me by my first name. Friendly company to do business with. And everything they fixed is still fixed.

A neighbor recommended The Plumber. I called and they were able to come the same day. Our normal plumber gave us a timeframe 5 weeks from now. Two people showed up,  both wearing masks. They were able to to find the leak in nothing flat, in a different place than where I thought.  They were able to fix the leak in less than an hour leaving just a small hole in the wall to have repaired.
I now have a new plumber for any neds I have.

A superior company I've used on many occasions. Well trusted and respected. Several times I've had to call after hours and they were there to help. Thank you so much for your service.

Their word is their bond. Olshan performed extensive repair work on my parents house several years ago. Because of their age Mom and Dad opted for a solution that corrected the perimeter slab issues and avoided the disruption of having break the slab inside of the house. Olshan warned of possible new movement and promised warranty return. Years passed, house needed adjustment and I called. They were back and work was completed within 2 weeks, perfect work and parents were treated like family. Thank you Wayne Brown and staff. You guys are a blessing.

I hire various trades almost weekly and have for over 10 years in my line of work.
I contacted A#1 Air because I had no one available to service a particular area.
The representative who scheduled my appointment had the pricing way off base for the service I had requested.
The technician, while friendly, was confused in regard to the service requested and recommended a full re-wire of the house.
Once he understood, I was told we could move forward.
I never received a call form the supervisor I was told would be calling me, nor did I receive a call back when I reached out by phone and email.
The only call I did receive was for payment, although the job was incomplete.
Two weeks into this process I sent a final email stating I would not be paying for the incomplete job and needed a supervisor to call me.
I received a call from a customer relations representative advising me they were declining the job.
I have had this particular service completed countless times at various properties and it is not complicated, but they sure made it that way.
I chose A#1 Air as I anticipated quick and competent work.........never again.
