My job was hard.  I had a hard-to-detect leak in front of the house.  

Plumbers are in high demand, and I'm sure this company is no exception.  Most won't call you back promptly, but Rodger's did.  And they also ball-parked a range of what it would take to fix my problem - which is RARE, and makes it SO much easier to commit.  So before they even arrived I was impressed.

The crew was early, knew exactly what they were doing, and spent almost all day prosecuting my leak (which required them to excavate two completely separate areas of muddy garden).  Man it looked tough!

The final price was high end of stated range, and I was happy to pay it.  These guys are my plumbers now, and honestly...they should be yours too.

Chris told me I had a slab leak & bad drain leak. I paid them over $2000 of which $1425 was just for leak detection, but now they say they can't find either leak, much less repair them. He suggests I call somebody else, which is what I wish I had done $2000 ago.

I had a water pipe burst. Within 40 minutes the plumber came and fixed the leak in about 30 minutes. The price was VERY reasonable ! I would highly recommend the company.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!

So many excellent things to say.  From when I called, Toby was clear, polite, straight.  Understood what I want and agreed in writing.  He did the estimate the next day and came in to do everything the day after after the pipes broke from the freeze.  I decided to repipe with pex.  He did what he said he would do.  Very nice and polite and work mask inside.  My tenant complimented him and his crew to me.  Showed up when he said he would.  When he came across something, he called and discussed before performing anything different.  I truly appreciate that.  Super nice and clean job.  Performed exactly as agreed plus more actually.  He put a cut off valves without me asking because he thought it needed.  Pipes where all insulated nicely wrapped and labeled!! He took bunches of pics and sent to me.  He is not the cheapest but i'm so glad I found him.  Now, I sure have someone I can trust to do my future plumbing job now.  Thank you Toby and your crew! I'll be recommending you guys.

One of my hot water heaters decided to spring a significant leak at 9 o'clock on a Sunday morning. I called the nearest Plummer that was open 24/7. I cannot believe how fortunate I was to find this plumber! Fred came and fixed the problem. Immediately. This is absolutely the best Plumber I've ever come to service my house -- And I have had quite a few. His work is careful and meticulous, and he's very respectful of the house environment, and takes care of everything. Besides just being a very nice person, he's an extremely competent plumber. I ended up having him replace the other water heater, as well as some other plumbing tasks that did not need immediate attention. But I was so impressed with his work, and his pricing (he didn't even charge me extra because it was a Sunday) That we took care of many large tasks in the house that would eventually need attention. Call this guy if you have any plumbing issues. I wish I found him years ago, will save me a lot of aggravation on getting jobs re-done.

Unfortunately my experience with this company was not good. I called about a leak coming from my garage floor. Denise was very nice and sent someone pretty quickly. They did their assessment, which took a few hours, and said the leak is on the hot water side, under the slabs. They left saying they will provide 2 quotes - one for direct repair and ne for reroute, and that I will have the quote in the next couple of days. A week passed and I still didn't get the quote, I called a few times before they finally sent it, and it was for reroute only. I had asked them for both because my insurance needed 2 options. They said they don't recommend the direct repair with it being under the slab. and they quotes $1,200 to reroute the lined, which also included cutting an area of the dry wall. So they came and did the work, and after they did the work they said we have another leak (because the meter was still going), they tried to find it but couldn't and said to watch for it and let them know if we see any hot spots or water leaking. Before I paid, I asked the plumber what the warranty was for exactly, and asked if we see the same leak, will it be covered. He said yes, because the other leak is somewhere else. So we turned on the hot water as usual, and 2 days later the same leak is back. I called and they said this is another leak, on another line. they repaired one line but this is a different line that is leaking. Min you, I have already paid $250 to diagnose, and $1,200 for repairs and I am having the same exact leak. And they are telling me it will take a whole day to diagnose again, and they charged ~$170 per hour, and then who knows how much for repairing AGAIN.
I a giving 2 stars because they answered the phone and talked to me each time. But to me, this job is not done. They quoted repairing the leak under the slab. The leak is still there, its not any smaller.

And to add, the new plumber I hired found the hot spot without 10 minutes and fixed the leak.

I cannot say enough positive things about Pool Logistics. I am so thankful to have found a quality pool repair service.  Djevat was very professional and reasonable and absolutely amazing.  I recently had a leak at the skimmer Djevat went above and beyond to get the job done right.  It is rare to find a company that from the start you just know you can trust.  Owning a Pool just got a little easier.   ....  Customer for Life   Darla S.

Horrible customer service and shoddy work. I called another plumbing company for a leak underneath my kitchen sink because I had the same or similar problem in November 2021 and thought that the work was still under warranty with that company. When the plumber arrived from the other company and after fixing the problem, I asked him what the issue was and what could be done in the future to prevent this. He stated that I needed to get a new garbage disposal. I told him that I just had a new garbage disposal installed by another plumbing company (One Source). He then informed me that the disposal was not connected properly and said that the pipe was not placed far enough up. Had I known that the problem was related to the installation of the garage disposal by One Source, I would have called One Source to rectify the problem, but I didn't know until after the repair was made. When I contacted One Source about reimbursement, including providing the receipt of the work done by the other company, they refused stating that their work was under warranty and that I should've contacted them instead. However, as I explained to them, I did not know the leaking water was related to the improper installation of the garbage disposal by their company.

I hired Hiho Handyman for painting, flooring and lighting in my kitchen and bathroom and was very satisfied.  They exceeded my expectations in every way and cleaned up after they were finished.    This is an honest, five star company.  I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

They didn't unclog the line  and wanted to dig a hole in my entryway floor for 5 grand!!
I called a different plumber out... he had it fixed in ten minutes!!

I had a worst experience that the person who wrote the review above .  I was talked down to totally .   When I asked a question to Mr. Murley about the job . He became very angry . That was my tip  off . He gave me a huge estimate bill in writing.after talking down to me in front of my wife . Became ever more hostile  Then  pointed out where it states in his estimate. Is not an estimate could cost even more .Mr. Murley  then asked how I planned on paying and whether I had the money. .  His estimate was 7,500.00 I politely said thank you .  He left mad .. .  Had Allred plumbing complete the same job for 975.00 .
