Absolutely DO NOT USE this company. I'm currently looking into legal options to get my money back from Andrew. Here's the story:

Met with Andrew twice in early November to walk him through a number of things I was looking to get done to an old house I purchased. Moving water/drains, hot water heater, gas, etc. Andrew seemed like a great guy at the time, down to earth, confident he could get all the work done in a timely manner. I've never misread someone so badly.

I sent Andrew half the total cost of the project on November 13th for materials and to get started on the work, with the rest to be paid upon completion of the work. He said he'd be getting started that weekend on the project. Instead, it turned out to be one excuse after another about why he never showed up when promised to do the work. He became increasingly difficult to get a hold of. He stopped answering my phone calls, always promised via text to call me back later, and never did. This continued for two months until early January. In order to get a hold of him, I had to call from google voice numbers he didn't have.

On Friday, January 10th, I finally got a hold of someone (I believe his wife) and told them I did NOT want him performing any work and asked for my money back. I was told he would return the materials the following Monday (Jan 13th) and would get a refund a few days later. That turned into no later than Wednesday (Jan 22nd). It's now Jan 31st, I still don't have the money returned to me, hence the legal action against Andrew.

To sum it all up, Andrew repeatedly lied to me about starting work, calling me back, his plumbing license (it's expired), pulling permits for the job, sending me any kind of documentation, and now he's literally stolen my money. Do business with this man at your own risk.

Bill worked us in to his already busy day! Gave us upfront pricing and was able to stick to it! No separate service charge. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, showed up, promptly, wore a mask the entire time, and even gave us advice about other plumbing issues. GREAT!!!

We needed help with putting together furniture and just all around help around the house. My partner is post cardiac surgery and can't overdo things and climb a ladder.  Brandon did such a great job and really went overboard making sure everything was completed and cleaned up.
I will definitely contact him again!

I called John at 8:15 this morning with a clogged toilet that just wouldn't flush correctly.  He answered the phone himself (WOW)!!  He let me know he could come by in a few hours.  He called me back within two hours and told me he was on his way.  Came in and fixed the problem within 15 minutes.  He was a nice man, and got the job done.  I will use John again.

Well I consider myself pretty handy around the house when it comes to plumbing basics.  I got into a little trouble with re setting the toilet tank on a Koehler product.  The gentlemen at Bluebonnet came out and got me taken care of quickly and honestly.  They had the difficult job in 25 minutes keeping my cost to their trip fee not including the parts I provided.  I would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

We've used these guys twice. Came on short notice both times. Very nice, quality work, affordable.

Great service!  Called and told them I needed my water heater changed out and they were able to come the next day and get it done quickly even during a winter storm. Would highly recommend using them for your plumbing needs.

My best friend worked there for a while, they treated her awfully the manager is severely unprofessional! Managers dog ATTACKED her leaving permanent nerve damage in her hand, then penalized HER for it. Very unprofessional company

I had a hot water heater go out and I called Belue Plumbing and they came within 2 hours. All of the folks I felt with were very friendly and professional. Also the price was very fair. I will be using them again for my future plumbing needs.

We had a need to have a hose faucet replaced outside.  My boy stood on the hose and broke the pvc pipe.  I needed it changed out as an emergency last night.   I called about 10 plumbers, they were the only ones who called back.  But they called back in the morning.   It was very pricy.  Plumbers need an emergency line.   Pleased with their service.  Will use them again!

Listen up people.  Builders are NOT building houses according to City of Dallas Codes after finding this out the hard way.  Anyways, I had a plumbing problem that several high-end plumbing companies could not find or did not service 75241 zip code.  After having a plumbing company cancel on me 1 hour before arrival a friend recommended Echols and Sons Plumbing.  I called them and within 1 hour Jacob showed up and replaced the hot and badly leaking cold water valves in my laundry room.  Jacob was very professional and knowledgeable in his abilities to do the work.  After he had finish I looked at his work and seen where he had installed the valves the correct way making sure I wouldn't need to replace the valves nor the copper pipes for years to come.  Echols and Sons Plumbing price put a smile on my face and I quickly paid and closed the door before Jacob realized he made a mistake.  Thank you Echols and Sons Plumbing for making my day.

Bobby answered the call after 5pm and arrived not too long after to repair our emergency leak. I had already tried 4 other large plumbing companies that were either already closed or didn't call back (this was the evening before July 4th so I was worried about how long it would take to schedule). He was efficient, organized and did quality work and was very polite and pleasant. I was very grateful to find a repair person who could come the same evening.
I highly recommend this very service oriented company! We were so relieved and pleased to find him.
