Had a great experience. I'm a new home owner and Prosper Plumber was patient to show me what he was doing while working on my water heater. He gave me tips on things I can do myself to prolong its life as well. Will call him back again if needed.

I went through my home warranty company because I have a hot water heater issue where the pilot light won't stay on.  The request was sent to Planet Earth Plumbing on 7/9.  I was told I would recieve a call from them within 24-48 hours however I never received a call.  On Monday 7/13 I called Plant earth and was given an appt date of 7/15 from 8am-10am.  No one ever showed and I did not receive a call saying they would not be there.  When I called the office back the lady said that their Technician had been out all night working a gas leak and that was why he didnt show.  But I didnt get a phone call or any kind of contact that no one was coming.  I had my spouse stay home from work so they would be there to let them in the house.  I understand that things happen but the fact that no one cared enough to pick up a phone and let me know they weren't coming is unacceptable.  The contact for Planet Earth said they could reschedule but it wouldnt be until Monday July 20th.  That is just not acceptable.  I understand that HWA's are a pain for the vendors but If you dont like them DONT SIGN UP TO WORK WITH THEM. It would have been ok if I had recieved a call letting me know.....I understand things happen but not having the courtesy of letting the me know that no one was coming is horrible customer service.

Outstanding guy!  Honest and competitive.  I'm telling you...don't think twice.  I got his quote and several others.  One came in HUNDREDS over his.  I would use Bill 10 times over...no need to wonder if you're getting a fair price.  YOU ARE!

We needed help with putting together furniture and just all around help around the house. My partner is post cardiac surgery and can't overdo things and climb a ladder.  Brandon did such a great job and really went overboard making sure everything was completed and cleaned up.
I will definitely contact him again!

I called John at 8:15 this morning with a clogged toilet that just wouldn't flush correctly.  He answered the phone himself (WOW)!!  He let me know he could come by in a few hours.  He called me back within two hours and told me he was on his way.  Came in and fixed the problem within 15 minutes.  He was a nice man, and got the job done.  I will use John again.

Well I consider myself pretty handy around the house when it comes to plumbing basics.  I got into a little trouble with re setting the toilet tank on a Koehler product.  The gentlemen at Bluebonnet came out and got me taken care of quickly and honestly.  They had the difficult job in 25 minutes keeping my cost to their trip fee not including the parts I provided.  I would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

We've used these guys twice. Came on short notice both times. Very nice, quality work, affordable.

While on the phone, they were happy to tell me their personal experiences with it and talked me through diagnostics out of the kindness of their heart. 5 stars for being generous people when they could of easily said no!

We called McMahon on Dec 30th they were supposed to snake the sewer lines, we told them (when we called) they were going to need the big auger to bring it out. The appt. Was at 8, the guys didn't get out of the truck until after 8:10 (they charge hourly) they did not bring the correct size auger with them, spend 20-30 mins trying to get it unclogged with no luck. The auger they bring was only 100ft (with the small diameter cable) they snaked the line once with the whole line and nothing, go in for a second try and only go 75ft and quit.  Tried to tell me it's old pipes and that there is roots in it. When I told the worker it was PVC pipe less then 6 years old, he had the audacity to ask me how I knew. (Did I ask you how you know how to plumb?)  They said they would need to go get the bigger auger, which I was under the impression was going to be $135, it was only $10 and they failed to inform. They think the clog is more than 100ft, they said the bigger auger it's 120ft and stops working at 100ft, (the power of the auger was not as good) at this point they are claiming the bigger auger is not going to do any justice.  I'm already over 45 mins into my hour and I said okay we will just leave it alone until my husband gets home (they give me a quote on new sewer line ($5,000.00).... That I don't need) and proceeded to charge me $125.00 keep in mind the job was not completed and problem not solved. Later that day we saw another plumber working on the neighbors pipes, we stopped and talked to him. Bradley Earp unclogged the line with the big auger they should have brought to begin with (he said the one they used was never going to be big enough, they should have known to not even bring it) his auger was 85ft, and told me that If he couldn't get it unclogged he wouldn't charge me. He got the clog unclogged in less than 30 mins. Much better service there. A one man team and true professional.
McMahon will record what's going on without telling you, which is whatever because I was not lying about what I said but it's against the law to not at least tell you that your being recorded. When my husband called to speak with them, they said they would give us a refund because they were under the impression that the job was completed. Few hours later one of their managers stops by and says that they offered to go get the bigger auger (no clarification on price or that they wouldn't charge me another hour.) He said I'll go listen to the recording and see what was said and call you back (basically calling me a liar). They never called back to discuss the refund.... They ended up never giving me a refund, so I called a week later to see what was going on and he said he wasn't going to give me a refund because I sent them away. When I tried to explain the chain events to the (manager) he hung up on me and proceeded to ignore my calls. I 100% do not recommend this company. They sent 3 people for a 1 man job, and tried to drive up the price by bringing the wrong equipment and charging us for a new sewer line, that's completely unprofessional and dishonest. If you use this company good luck!

Echols & Sons is the best plumbing company. And not huge, so you can get the same competent plumber that already knows your house from the prior trip.

Called on Thursday night and scheduled for him to come between 11-1 on Friday.  As it got close to 1:00, no show.  Called and he said he made a mistake with scheduling and came in about 15 minutes. He spent 25 minutes to fix what I thought the leak was.  But, before he left, he never verified that this was, in fact, the only leak. There was a major leak just below where he fixed.  I couldn't get a hold of him on Sunday. This resulted in me having to call someone else to fix another leak.  $350 wasted.
