Our expansion tank connected to our hot water heater sprung a leak and was leaking water all over our garage floor and walls. My wife called Cathedral Plumbing when we got home late at 5:45 PM, and within an hour they had someone to the house and the problem fixed! We were just near the end of our 2-year warranty with Beazer and the plumber (Charles) was extremely friendly and fixed our problem quickly, honoring our warranty. It was beyond a relief to not only have the problem solved, but to have someone so genuinely nice and knowledgable help correct the issue. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend Cathedral Plumbing to anyone who values great customer service and timeliness!

Friday night our toilet clogged and stayed clogged no matter what we did (our other toilet had been removed for a remodel). Over the weekend!  After speaking to several plumbers on Saturday morning, we selected Byron McDaniel simply because he could get here the soonest. He arrived right on time Sunday morning and installed a new one. He was pleasant and very quick. No mess left behind and his price was very reasonable. For your sake, I hope you never need to call these guys because plumbing work just sucks and it's expensive.  However, if you are looking for professional, trustworthy, and friendly plumbers who will do the job right and cost MUCH less than your big corporation plumbing company, then you better call Scott.

Scott walked me through every step of the way, showed me exactly where my line was broken and how he could best fix it at the least expense to me!    

He worked with the foundation company so that he could assure that the line was intact after the foundation was repaired and even helped me clean up a little mess.

They were always on time, always clean and professional, and best of all, he calls you back or emails you back fast!  

I hope I never need to call him again but if I ever need these kind of repairs, he will be my go to man forever!!!    I could not recommend them more.    Believe me, I shopped around and got estimates, he saved me a lot of $$$$$ from start to finish!   Thanks Scott

We've used them twice and everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Communication was clear and timely. Amanda sets up a two hour window, calls you when the plumber is 30 minutes out, and they were never late. Brandon handled our problem with this latest visit and he was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and seemed quite conscientious of keeping our expenses at a fair cost. He cleaned up everything when he was done and gave me plenty of time to ask questions. Hopefully we won't need them again anytime soon but if we have plumbing issues, we will call them.

My upstairs rr had a shower clogging issue. Flooding the floors Noel came out the very same day took care of the issue quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend for any plumbing issues. Thanks again!

My kitchen sink had fallen through off the granite counter top and had them come out for an estimate. To either fix the sink (seal it back in place) or to install a new one was the same price- over $2500!
Yes, over $2500 to put the original sink back up or to install a new one. And that's if I bought the sink. And then they have the balls to change me $50 just to come out and tell me that crap. I guess they are so over priced that is the only way they can make money.

Working through our home warranty company they first came and the toilet clog was not fixed. They kept promising dates for 2 weeks and refused to come unclog the toilet. Very rude and unprofessional, BEWARE! Never came back.
