Had a leak in the garage ,   called and got Jesse  booked to see me today. Arrived earlier, as he became freed up sooner then thought.   Excellence service, very timely,  communicative, and  price was fantastic.   Will recommend him to all my friends and family.

I was not in my right mind when I thought it was okay to put grits down the garbage disposal. The sink instantly clogged up and the pipes started leaking! I called 805 Plumbing and spoke to Carlos. He was friendly and willing to help me ASAP. More importantly, he was honest and told me that he wouldn't be available to come fix my sink until the evening but I would be charged an after hours rate. I appreciate Carlos being so forthcoming about the after hours rate, he was trying to save me some money. Then he suggested the following morning and that was perfect. The next morning he texted me updates so I would know approximately when to expect him. That is great customer service and put me at ease to know that he hadn't forgot about my appointment to fix my kitchen sink. Anyway, he evaluated the problem, got the parts, and fixed it quite quickly! He also explained what he fixed and provided me a few suggestions. Thank you 805 Plumbing!!

Our dishwasher was smelling really bad especially while it was running so we called Exodus to come over and check it out. We were able to schedule a time slot for the next day.  We were told we would get a free estimate. Mauricio, the owner, came to our house. He called about 30 minutes before he arrived. He was very punctual. He was very polite and professional. He checked out our dishwasher and showed us where the foul smell was coming from. It was from a lot of grease and grime that we had never cleaned. He told us how to clean it. We weren't charged a thing. We are very grateful for the excellent service Mauricio gave us. It may have saved us buying a new dishwasher. We plan to use Exodus for all our future plumbing needs.

James came very quickly. I called and he was available as soon as possible on a Saturday! I had a pipe leak while my husband was at work. He found the problem fast and was very transparent with cost before doing any work. He was respectful and quick. I'd recommend their services.

Update: just bought this house. home warranty will not cover the job that HomePro Plumbing did. Our loss. Super frustrating. It was on Saturday and I attempted to call while Homepro was working on our job, but was told to call during regular business hours what a joke.

This is my go to company for plumbing.  Daniel has done 3 separate jobs for me as I upgrade the plumbing in my home.   For each of the three Daniel called in advance to confirm the appointment, showed up on time, completed the work quickly and for the quoted price.  He is friendly and courteous and he cleans up as he goes leave zero mess.  I've recommended him to several friends and plan to use his services on my next project.  If I could give him 6 stars I would!

Daniel was great.  Showed up on time.  Diagnosed the issue quickly and provided an estimate.  We agreed to the work and he completed it quickly and cleanly as well as for the quoted price.  I have already asked him for an estimate on a second job and plan to use his services again.  Nice to find a good plumber!

WOW, their customer service is HORRIFIC!   I left a message yesterday (after 5) and sent an email message off their website for a return call, pretty much expecting a return call within the first hour of their office opening.  NOTHING.  Called them, and they are booking for the next day.  Since we are without water asked if they could refer to someone who might be able to take us same day (yes I am aware they don't want to lose business, but truthfully it doesn't hurt to help people) and she promptly said No, I can't help you with that.  Work your return calls people.  Snide service brings you nothing.

Alex is my hero!  Kind, calm, and understanding about how frustrating plumbing issues are.  He was relentless in making sure my drain line was perfectly clear, verified flow from all drains in the house, and then he returned my washer and dryer to BETTER installed conditions than what he found them in.  Never calling anyone else!

You don't ever want to hire this Plumbing and Drain Service!  Minor repair in the bathtub faucet, which just needed to change the valve stem and handle.  The faucet had been leaking.  They came out the next day and when I showed Eduardo what was wrong, I asked how much and he  called his boss to find out the price.  I nearly feel off my feet when he said it would be $375!!

They never want to give a quote on the phone or ahead of time, they claim they must see it and then they quote you.  But to change a valve stem that only costs about $20 at Home Depot, doesn't mean that you have to pay a fortune to get the labor part of it done.  I told Eduardo that he can tell his boss that I won't need their services at that ridiculous price!

Vessel Plumbing is by far my plumber of choice. They are very professional and personal, and I had a great experience. When you don't know anything about plumbing, it can be scary and intimidating. Travis made me feel very comfortable and explained to me everything that was going on and exactly what he was doing so there were no surprises. The service was amazing I will definitely call Vessel Plumbing any time I need plumbing service. I strongly recommend them!

Daniel was fantastic.  He showed up 5 minutes early and was finished in under an hour for our size job!  Did a great caulking job as well for me around my handle to make sure it matched the rest.  No more dripping tub faucet!  The pricing was reasonable as well!  Thanks Daniel!

Jerry a foreman from Duke's plumbing is awesome. I used them for a bathroom remodel. Jerry came by daily to keep me posted on what to expect and how the daily progress was coming along. He is easy to communicate with and got back to me promptly when I had questions. We stayed on schedule, actually they finished early. Jerry and his team were very professional. I can tell he takes great pride in his work. I would definitely recommend Duke's plumbing, make sure you ask for Jerry

Isaac and Manny! Manny and Isaac! It doesn't matter the order you say their names.  It's a win-win both ways! For the next person that calls TL Premier Plumbing you are in for a treat. This team is a solution-focused powerhouse of skill, professionalism, and muscle, that spent the last three days under, and in, my home undoing a mess of Jerry-rigs to 70-year-old cast iron. To the previous people that have come before me and made the weird modifications to this great house, I have one question for you. WTF!
I have to say thank you many times over to these gentlemen for coming out and working their magic. Nevertheless, renewing my faith in plumbers, after a long ordeal with a hideous Home warranty company, Fidelity, and two of their contracted plumbing companies... Isaac and Manny once again, thank you. I will probably, hopefully, never call you again for sewer work, which is a great thing! However, I will definitely call TL Premier Plumbing and request you both again when it is time to remodel, replace copper lines, add a water filter, and so on. Thank you, Manny and Isaac!

Eddie, owner of Plumbing SD, earns his FIVE STARS--fair and squared.   Our neighbor, Don of Shephard Construction, recommended Eddie for repairing our broken sewer line.  Like most homeowners, we obtained several quotes and his was the lowest.  However, this was not the main reason why we chose to work with him.  Our initial instinct was to go with the BIG NAME like Bill Howe Plumbing because we've had good experience with them in the past.  However, Bill Howe Plumbing could not give us a quote based on video images of the broken sewer line because a different company took them.  Bill Howe Plumbing said that it needed to snake its own camera down the sewer line before it could give us a quote--the cost for these new images would be another $350.  Eddie gave us the quote based on the images that we had already paid for.  He is very professional, knowledgeable and respectful of our time.  He clarifies up front of potential, unforeseen problems such as permit requirement/fees and the depth of sewer line--and how much more it would cost should we encounter them as he digs.  He starts and finishes his job time.  He kept us well informed every step of the way from start to finish.  He listens and takes care of our concern to cover up the hole (while waiting for the inspector) with plywood in addition to the yellow caution tape.  He took photos and stated his professional opinion of what caused the problem.  He cleanses up well after he finishes the job.  He gave all the receipts and photos for our record.  We will definitely use his service again.  Michelle & Sunny & Sam

My dishwasher was leaking so I called Pride Plumbing.  I've used them a number of times, and I've always been happy with their service.  They are also the chosen plumber for the building by our HOA.  
The dispatcher sent out Javier for an after hours call.  Javier called me while he was on the way, and asked about the problem.  When I explained that the dishwasher was leaking, he told me that they don't repair appliances.  He didn't want to come out to the house, and then have to charge me for the call.  He said, all you have to do is turn off the hot water under the sink.  I was having trouble finding the valve, so Javier used FaceTime to help me find it, and turn it off.  He never came the house, and didn't bill me for the call.

Now when was the last time you called a plumber and he stopped the leak over the phone, and then didn't charge you for the call?  
Yeah, right...Never!

I got home late Saturday afternoon to see someone elses drain backing up my kitchen sink. ( the downside of being in a highrise),

I've been seeing & hearing Anderson's ads for $99 drain cleaning, so I gave them a call.
The answering service was very professional, and the plumber called fairly quickly. HOWEVER

I was told it was $99 for him to show up and another $99 for my drain to be cleaned. I call them out on the bait and switch advertising and he said it was after hours, which it wasn't it was between 7am & 7pm.
That is just so messed up -  if you advertise $99 be very clear. Say not for same day appointments. Say +hourly rate, say + trip charge. Put an *  after the price - Don't waste my time with this BS.
