Jessie completed the whole house sewage piping on our 1929 house within a week of being called.    He's professional, kept to schedule, clean, and did a couple extra add on's.   He made sure we were comfortable and not lacking service for too long.  Thanks Jessie.

I was not in my right mind when I thought it was okay to put grits down the garbage disposal. The sink instantly clogged up and the pipes started leaking! I called 805 Plumbing and spoke to Carlos. He was friendly and willing to help me ASAP. More importantly, he was honest and told me that he wouldn't be available to come fix my sink until the evening but I would be charged an after hours rate. I appreciate Carlos being so forthcoming about the after hours rate, he was trying to save me some money. Then he suggested the following morning and that was perfect. The next morning he texted me updates so I would know approximately when to expect him. That is great customer service and put me at ease to know that he hadn't forgot about my appointment to fix my kitchen sink. Anyway, he evaluated the problem, got the parts, and fixed it quite quickly! He also explained what he fixed and provided me a few suggestions. Thank you 805 Plumbing!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLUMBER. What was only a clogged pipe almost turned into a $10,000 job and major upheaval to our lives. Mauricio came out when our washing machine wouldn't drain due to a suspected clogged pipe. Our regular plumber wasn't available due to a death in the family, and I picked Mauricio at Exodus Plumbing because he has nothing but 5 star reviews on Google and Yelp. Unfortunately it seems I will be his first negative review. Mauricio tried to snake the drain and said he couldn't get it through because the pipe had collapsed underneath the house. He said the only option was to completely redo the plumbing for the kitchen/laundry around the outside of house, which would entail jackhammering the garage, patio, and an estimated $8,000 - $10,000!  Thankfully, our regular plumber stepped in at this point, came over, snaked the drain with no issue, and everything is working fine. I did 5 loads of laundry yesterday, no problem. NO collapsed pipe. Extremely upset at the service I received by Exodus Plumbing.

Highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

Our bathroom drain was clogged so I called Vessel plumbing. Very good communication. On time. Kept the estimate for his work. Solved our issue in a timely manner. I will be keeping this place on my list to call again.

Jerry came out to a condo I had listed for sale and promptly diagnosed the problems. We had two leaks, under the kitchen and bathroom sinks, and he got them fixed on time and on budget. Four months later, the kitchen sink started leaking! Turns out it was something totally unrelated to the previous repairs (dishwasher drain line). Jerry took care of it and even fit me into his busy schedule to make it happen.

Manny is great, he is professional, courteous and does quality work. He was able to come the day after I called him. As a new home owner Manny provided plenty of maintenance tips and made sure I knew how everything worked.
I needed a few faucet installations, a garbage disposal installed and my bath faucet fixed. Everything was done in a timely manner and everything works as it should.

My son and his wife rent a house from us in CV. They complained that the water pressure in their showers was extremely low. Eddie, dressed in mask and gloves (Covid-19 precautions) showed up and determined quickly that the lines were full of calcium buildup (thanks to San Diego water.) He flushed the lines and restored the water pressure to the delight of my daughter-in-law. He did so at a reasonable price. We will keep his number on our iPhone for future needs.

Gabe recently completed some work for my property and fixed a garbage disposal and shower cartridge. Both jobs were done fast and precise, Gabe does great work. Will be using him again.

A great company with plumbers you can trust. They completed many projects for me during the renovation of my home and were always fast and professional. They even figured out why I did not have any hot water after my original contractor had spent months and thousands of my dollars without ever correcting the problem. Pride plumbing diagnosed and fixed it in 10 minutes for a minimal fee. After three months of taking cold showers I was ecstatic!!!

I had ASI for 20 years and decided to try Anderson plumbing based on a neighbor recommendation. Although I know they're known to be highly over priced , I felt I got an ok deal on a complete new ac and heating system and signed up for their VIP program . Let's just say I feel like a very ignorant person not a VIP. The follow up and communication has been poor, so bad I chose to escalate to a customer service manager ( Erin). I received a message from her how sorry she was to hear about our unhappiness and left her cell phone number for me to call her and talk about the issues. I left her a Vm on January 17th and did state on her message when she got my Vm on her cell she'd call me back on a recorded line as that's their policy . Never even got a call back which further confirms how poor their customer service is. What's ironic is the last tech who came out happens to be the owners son in law who shared he was changing positions but someone would follow up with me regarding quote for tankless water heater .Maybe posting an honest review will deliver better ( or any) results as we have buyers remorse and paid a premium for good service and fair pricing - needless to say we've gotten neither . My parents taught me to get 3 bids to make sure companies are competitive and one example is having our duct work cleaned ( all BBB rated and referred companies) and the Anderson price was more than triple the price for the same service.
