They even moved around another job so that they could get to my house faster since they were in the area. Jason was a nice guy, worked hard and repaired my water heater in 30 minutes. Zane was initially hired by our contractor to do the plumbing on a bathroom addition that we had about three years ago.  He did a fantastic job in moving the pipes to the toilet and creating new ones for a sink and shower.  While he was working at our house one day our neighbor came by saying that her house was flooding because of a leak under the kitchen sink.  Zane went over to our neighbors and helped them out with their critical issue.  After the bathroom was completed we had Zane install a new water heater in our house.  All of the work he did was great and we have had no issues with it.  He was a pleasure to have in our house, polite, courteous​  and competent.
I recently had two different plumbing issues and called Zane, he helped talk me through both issues and I was able to resolve the problems without him coming to my house. What an ethical guy!!
If I have any problems I won't hesitate to have him come over.

I've never experienced any unprofessionalism and lack of integrity like this. This company sent over a guy who is unbelievably slow, doesn't complete work, and still wanna charge a lot. I can't imagine it takes two days for someone to install 5 pairs of dampers to cabinets, 2 shower curtain rods, and change two AC filters. For this little amount of work, he has charged me $450 labor only and took 7-8 hours in 2 days. He doesn't charge by hour and only charge by project. He couldn't finish the full list of work planned and doesn't patch up walls when he messed the paints when installing the curtain rods at a wrong position. What's even worse, he mixed the purchase of materials with someone else's and wanna charge me for the full amount. It made me feel he did so intentionally with no integrity at all as he bought 6 pairs of dampers and never gave me the one extra pair he didn't use. It could just be this one guy whose name is Farhad that is this bad. The company should reconsider if he is qualified and stop letting him ruin the reputation of the Company.

Farhad's response below is beyond the point. It's not about charging work by hour or by project. The point is that the three tasks mentioned above only takes 1 hour or 1.5 hour maximum. The hourly rate for a handyman in Oceanside is $30-$45 per hour. At least this is the quote I've received from two other handyman. In other words, the work Farhad did should have cost less than $100 if it is done by someone who's more skillful and even given a $60 hourly rate. Another handyman has changed the hinges for all 15+ cabinets in my house for just a bit over an hour.

I'm usually ok with paying people more with tips if he shows he has tried hard and worked hard. No, Farhad, I don't need you to finish work anymore. I need you to refund me the extra damper I bought and you didn't return to me or use on the job.

You need to position yourself better in this market. The service provided and the rate you've charge won't be sustainable for the business.

I had a completely clogged kitchen sink yesterday afternoon and called Done Right Drains and Plumbing after finding their $40.00 drain cleaning special advertisement.  I was able to schedule an appointment for this morning (Saturday) which I  appreciated since weekends are usually difficult to book on such short notice.  Juan showed up on time and did an excellent job.  The clogged drain was pretty bad and required the use of two different snakes in two different locations but Juan was able to unclog the drain despite the difficulty.  I expected to have to pay more than the $40.00 advertised price based on the complexity of the job but to my surprise Done Right Drains and Plumbing honored their advertised price and only charged me $40.00. I cannot speak highly enough about the excellent work and customer service that I experienced with Done Right Drains and Plumbing today. I will definitely use them for all my future plumbing needs and highly recommend them for anyone looking for an honest, experienced plumber who does excellent work and provides exceptional customer service.

Chihuahua Plumbing is great! Paul and Anthony are awesome, and know what they are doing. They are efficient and don't charge an arm and a leg. Another plus is that they will get the job done right then and there. No need to reschedule after getting a fair quote. Chihuahua Plumbing is my go-to for all of my plumbing needs. Highly recommend them!

My kitchen sink clogged the night before Easter Sunday and I found A&A on Yelp and messaged for a quote at 9pm Saturday night. Alex responded within minutes and assured me he could be at my house early Sunday morning to fix my problem.

Alex was very communicative, showed up on time and worked diligently on the problem until he was assured it was solved.  It was not an easy clog, and required some effort.  He also installed a new garbage disposal.  The part I couldn't believe was that his pricing was extremely reasonable, especially for short notice on a holiday Sunday.  

Alex will be my go-to plumber and I'm telling all my friends about him too.  Don't even hesitate to hire A&A!!

I had the plumber Nestor come out to check on a leaky water heater pipe here in my house in Spring Valley. He fixed the problem it was a temperature relief valve. Most importantly he showed me the root of the problem was my water pressure regulator was not working. He replaced it very clean work. I highly recommend Nestor's Plumbing to all my friends and family.

We urgently needed a plumber to help us install our kitchen/ bathroom faucet and dishwasher after we remodeled. We looked into a few plumbers referred by friends and JC plumbing was the most responsive, flexible on time and also the most affordable option. Juan was extremely accommodating and able to come in as soon as our fabricator completed installation.

I appreciated that the first thing they did was laying down tarps to ensure they keep their working surface clean! (Something out cabinet installers did not do and I wish they did).

Most importantly, all of the work was very thoroughly done- after the work was done, he tested everything to make sure things were done correctly, and he also walked us through. We were very impressed by Juan and his team's knowledge and patience in explaining to us about maintenance and what to do if we ever get a clot in the pipe.

On top of all, Juan is super friendly. My husband and I are happy we found him and highly recommend him to everyone!

Chose him because of the other reviews. Which were spot-on, he knows what he's doing. Fixed one problem and took a look at another w/o extra charge. Will be calling again when I'm ready to deal with that.

Cali Craftsman Plumbing is an excellent service at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Mario and his team for any plumbing project I had. He was super professional and down to earth with real solutions to some issues I was experiencing in my older house. Radi and his team are awesome. They're fast, efficient, clean, extremely polite and shoot you straight on the amount of work required and the costs to expect.

I first used Dr. Piper when we had a leak in our upstairs bathroom. They came in, fixed the issue and patched up the wall afterward to a point where I couldn't tell the wall had been touched (aside from needing to be painted).

Most recently they came out to handle a corroded pipe for my water heater. They arrived on time and were in and out in less than an hour.

They do good work at a fair price while communicating well throughout the process. I have nothing to complain about.

Our shower wasn't draining. I called a different company & communication was horrible. So on a Friday afternoon I called. Clint & his assistant worked & worked & couldn't clear the old cast iron drain. Today they fixed the plumbing under the house!  They were both professional, gave us confidence in their assessment & their repairs. Very hard workers. Only plumbers I will call in the future.

Emergency plumbing situation and needed someone to come fix it asap. Called several plumbing companies and Ruben was the only one who even answered the call-- he came out immediately! Ruben is very Professional and courteous, polite, friendly, informative, quick, and reasonable rates. Ruben left the site clean an orderly.  Ruben is the best and will definitely call again for any of our plumbing needs.

If you are looking for a plumber Devin is your guy!! I've had him come fix things on 3 different occasions and each time I've been thrilled with his honesty as well as his knowledge and expertise. He makes sure that things are done correctly, and I very much appreciate that.

My experience with Ideal Plumbing could not have been better. Had an emergency hot water leak under the house in crawlspace and they came right away. Technicians Dustin & Rene  took care of the problem and answered all my questions. Fair prices - unlike many plumbing repair companies Ideal plumbers do not work on commission, so there is no reason for them to over sell. It is also interesting to know that Ideal Plumbing does not advertise, new business is by word of mouth - they are that good! A local family business besides.

Our water heater broke late one night, and I requested quotes via Yelp. Dave of Day and Night Plumbing was the first and only to respond with a firm quote. When we selected him to do the work, he went above and beyond to make sure it was done correctly. He was professional and stayed until the job was complete.
