Never gave these rude people the chance to touch my water heater. Gave no window time for arrival, then arrived in an unmarked vehicle. I had already contacted them to say I'd accepted another quote but they still felt the need to call and lecture me about being misleading by requesting they come for a quote the night before and accepting a quote from another company before they arrived (mind you they never gave me a time window, remember?). After that they peeled off in their unmarked car in a very rude and unprofessional manner. This interaction could have been a positive one where they offered a quote or business card for future needs but they squandered that opportunity. I won't be calling them back or recommend them to any friends.
Edited to add: No I do not have the wrong company. First sentence explains why I was not a customer.

I needed to have a frozen hot water valve in my laundry closet replaced ASAP. I requested quotes on Yelp, and Emanuel Morales from ABE Plumbing responded right away with a preliminary quote. I then texted him a photo of the valve and hose attachments. He quickly revised his earlier estimate to $250 parts and labor. Emanuel confirmed the appointment via text and arrived on time. He was courteous, friendly and efficient. The plumbing installation is like new. After the washer and dryer were installed, I ran some loads of wash, and everything worked perfectly. On Monday, Emanuel called to follow up. I told him he did a great job. I would definitely hire ABE Plumbing again.

I came to help a friend who was having plumbing issues at her moms  house & they called RDZ to assess the situation. Apart from their professionalism & commitment to see the job through Sal, Juan & Marino made sure that even if they had to stay all night the job was going to get solved & they did exactly that.

You have to really appreciate  & respect small business owners that go out of their way to make sure that their clients are 100% satisfied with the work done.

Even though I didn't hire them I would definitely recommend them, Sal & Juan are solid guys doing honest & respectable work! Bless you guys, it was a pleasure meeting & getting to know you guys! Thank you both

Amazing company. I don't normally write reviews unless the company is terrible. But Anderson Plumbing, Heating, and Air have amazingly honest manager. I asked a competitor company to go out to give us estimates on a furnace heater.  They gave us a quote and it seemed reasonably priced.  I call Anderson to come out and give a quote as well.  Their sales manager come out and saw we had a ductless air system. We didn't even know it had a heater as well. The manager from Anderson showed my parents how to turn on the heater using our ductless AC system because it had both heating and air.  Saved my parents thousands of dollars.  Now that's a company I can trust.  He could have just given us a quote and tried to make some money.  I'm also a real estate broker and I sell a lot of home in San Diego. Loved these two, they were awesome!  They knew what to do as soon as they arrived. My new kitchen faucet is installed and I love it!

They knew exactly what to do when installing a new gas line for adding my gas fireplace. Even knew I needed a turn off valve on the outside of my firebox so that the logs can be installed properly (I called fireplace store and they verified that's exactly what was needed). They both took the time to be very personable and even with their added parts run they are THE most REASONABLY priced plumbing company we've ever had. Will ALWAYS be calling them in the future 100%. Thank you very much to the both of you!

I was charged $125 for a service call that took 15 minutes and was apparently an easy fix. I pointed out that this was the equivalent of charging $500 per hour and if that was their standard rate...I was told that the fee was per service ( mind you a service that took 15 mins, in and out the door) and coming to my house. Even factoring in a fair house call rate and then an hourly fee still would have been less money. I would strongly recommend calling around,  I was in a pinch and went wit who could come first, there are a million plumbers in SD, don't use this one unless you are prepared for an outrageous pricing structure!

Chris has taken care of two plumbing issues at our house in PB, and I couldn't recommend him more. He arrives on time, is genuinely friendly, and clearly has a ton of experience plumbing. Both our shower and our toilet were leaking water and needed parts replaced immediately, and he had them both repaired and operational within minutes of the appointment. Whether we have another plumbing emergency or just run of the mill problems, Chris is our guy.

Carlos is the best. I got him recommended by a friend and I called him 2am in the morning. He answered and replied. Regardless our misunderstanding, I called him again in the morning at 8am to schedule for our emergency right away. He was so kind to move his 9am appointment in order to corporate with our grease trap company. I am really appreciate what he did for us today. Price is reasonable and better. He even got scratches on his hand with his hardworking. No complain!Many thanks!!! Go get him and you won't regret!

Wonderful communication,  very fair prices, great work, immediate call back and ease of scheduling are a few of the reasons I will not hesitate to call them for my next plumbing needs!

I had RNA Plumbing come out to install a 80 gallon Rheem Smart Electric Hybrid water heater to replace a 40 gallon gas water heater that started leaking. RNA installed the unit professionally, along with a pressure expansion tank, circulation pump and replaced my old water pressure regulator. They did great work and I would definitely use them again for my plumbing needs.

I had tenants that reported an issue with the shower diverter so I quickly put out a Yelp project request to get it assessed and replaced.  Christian replied promptly with a fair estimate and had availability the next day.  

Suffice to say, they showed up on-time, bought the needed part, and left the tenants feeling happy with the service - that's a win for me.  

Bill pay was also easily handled easily online with an Apple Pay option to boot!

Okay George the owner is the most professional and nicest plumber I have come across with, he actually seemed to care about what was happening to my water heater he came in and replaced it right away at a very reasonable price. I was very surprised he really seemed to know everything very well and you could most definitely tell he is really up to date with all things plumbing, thank you for the professional and very smooth and most importantly CLEAN job. Will definitely be telling my friends and family about your great service :) also thanks for accommodating my very last minute urgent appointment, 5 stars overall. Highly recommend it :)

Great company. Anytime of day, no additional fees. Fast and reliable. Used them on several occasions and always been impressed with the quality of work and their prices.

Toilet flooded in the middle of the night. Troy called me back first thing in the morning and came right over to fix it. Fixed the issue in no time and gave me a reference on an awesome restoration company to handle the flood.

We had Rod come out for our house inspection and paid him a bit more to do a more extensive inspection (leads up to the city's sewer line). He found a tilt in the pipe connecting our house to the sewage line which would eventually lead to a back up in our pipes (gross).
We decided to go with Rod to do the job because he was professional and responsive.
During the job, Rob was super quick and efficient with his time. He explained clearly what he's doing and the why behind it. He double check his work and make sure that we are satisfied.
Greay service and awesome guy! I fully recommend him and would definitely call him back if I need a plumber.
