We needed a laundry list of random things done around the house. Sergio was up for everything. He swapped our chandelier out for a fan and light fixture, repaired stucco on the exterior of our house, built a barnyard swinging custom garage door for our detached garage, matched old pine wood paneling in our great room, regrouted tile, repaired our door threshold, fixed a door frame, and did a few minor repairs to other areas of our home. He was a reliable, and did an exceptional job. It was all done quickly and done very well. I definitely urge you to utilize Sergio and his company to help with any home repairs. HIGHLY recommended. Prompt, very professional and friendly. I've always been pleased with their services. I've known them since 2010, they would come work on the plumbing repairs of the place we were renting at the time. Now that we are homeowners, it's great to have trustworthy plumbers that get the job done at a fair price.

This was no small job! One of our toilets started backing up when we ran our washing machine... that's when we discovered that our 60 year old cast iron sewage lines were totally rusted, backed up and invaded by root growth. These guys and gals came through in a big way - first when our arborist hit a line during his stump removal (the Core team was at our home within about 15 minutes to help)... then for the next six days in our crawl space, to replace all of the cast iron with pvc. Since our water main had to be off, we took the time as a chance to do a last minute babymoon. Had no worries about giving them access to our home, and the security cam footage made it obvious just how hard they were all working. Many thanks to Tony, Cheyenne, Jake and Eli , who did the work, and Tim, who coordinate the project. There was more work too - replacing a section of copper, and jetting the line to the street... point is, it was a huge job and this team made it happen. Pricing was very fair. Happy to recommend for the biggest jobs (or smallest), and they'll be our first call for future plumbing work.

The team at Elite Rooter were great helping me solve my immediate plumbing problem. Not only were they extremely courteous and attentive to my situation I was greatly impressed with their knowledge. Once they arrived they immediately diagnosed the problem, solved it, and provided me with an explanation  was to why my problem occurred. I will definitely have Elite Rooter be my 'Go To' plumber for future needs. I highly recommend this company.

This company is great, quick, and efficient.  I had a leaky pipe between my walls and John was quick to diagnose the source and quickly repair it.  This guy knows his craft and is very quick and efficient at it.  He replaced my toilet, sink, and water pressure regulator.  I was referred by my neighbor and what an excellent referral.  This company have been in business for over 70 years and the expertise reflects the years of service.

Cody and Chris are awesome. They fixed our leak fast and helped prepare for a bigger project.

I bought a new stove from Home Depot but couldn't hook it up to the existing gas valve. So I needed a plumber to swap out the valve. The original plumber I hired flaked out at the last minute but I was able to get California Plumbing to come out the same day and replace it. Stan got there prompt and was able to get the right part and swap it out in under an hour. Thanks Stan! 5 stars.

Water heater flooded in the garage. I called that night about 4pm or so and had prompt return phone call. They said could not be out until morning but would be there by 9am. Quoted about $750 or so for replacement (as with flooding would need a new unit.  

They arrived 08:30 and very impressed with professionalism and friendliness. Looked at unit and when asked if anything else needed replacement no upsale at all. Said pipes looked very good, sediment trap there and earthquake straps and told me cost for placement of new unit $675.00 which was actually less than quote. He had another associate bring out new unit; replaced and had paperwork done in under 1 1/2 exactly as quoted. 

One neighbor saw them and had them check their unit and they told them it was in great condition. So overall extremely pleased

I did not price water heaters outside of this, however for the ease of transaction and professionalism and prompt fix of the issue would definitely deal with them again. A good sign for a company is that they only fix the problem found and are not looking for new customers even when it would be easy to do so. Also final cost below estimate which was a nice surprise.

Water heater working very well, Warranty explained and serial number written on receipt for any issues for the next 2 years for service, 6 years (I think ) for the heater itself.

We had issues with our sink for over a year and we kept trying to do it ourself. After checking out the Yelp reviews on Collins Pacific I decided to give them a try and it turned out to be the best decision. They didnt waste my time and got my sink running properly and even explained to me how I could avoid this sink problem in the future. I recommend them to all my friends.

First let me say finding a reliable, honest knowledgeable PLUMMER is almost impossible. At least that is what I thought until yesterday.
I cane home to a hot water piper that broke and flooded my laundry room. I had no clue what to I was referred to Mike at Primo and I'm so glad. He came he fixed and he also helped me get a company  here to help me with the water damage within an hour.
Mike is hardworking and very efficient. I am so impressed and so grateful he was able to get out to us under an hour and will never use another PLUMMER again. If you are looking for emergency or just issues look no further. Primo is the BEST!!!! Thank you so much Mike!!!!

I was in search of assistance with a few of my appliances and needing help with gas line hookups. I was able to get in contact with Bryan on A SATURDAY! That alone was amazing, he was very communicative and had such a fast response time to my inquiries and what I needed done.

I called this company and he went to my house within one hour to fixed the low pressure in my sink. Beto explain what is the real problem . I am recommending him becuase he will charge you 100 for checking and fixing the problem not like some other plumbing company they want to send the pictures and not even coming and checking what is the real problem and giving you the price on the phone already.

We needed our water heater replaced.  I called, and Art responded right away.  He scheduled me for the next morning.  Greg and Tony came promptly the next morning.  They installed my new water heater in a timely fashion.  All three of those guys were very friendly, professional, and courteous..
