Highly recommend Drymount Air. They were quick to come and diagnose the problem. When they had to order a part they were very responsive and came out as soon as it came in. Their technician Danny was outstanding. He was extremely thorough and very professional. He didn't leave until the unit was up and running to its 100%.

I am giving 5 start only for my experience of the customer service, response time, and professionalism of the company employees. I didn't get any services before or after writing this review.
The technician Mr. Dailey is a gentleman and very knowledgeable about his work. He called me 30 mins before as owner advice me that he will, then I received an automated message from the owner about his profile and picture. Which is greatly appreciated for security reasons and excellent customer assistance. Mr. Dailey looked at the issue and provided me a quote within minutes. The price was higher than I expected and thus I politely declined the services. The owner and Mr. Dailey was very polite even after I decided to not use their service at the moment. Although, the customer service experience with them was so great that I will again reach out for any future services.

I needed a fireplace inspection. It had been a year, so I called OHA. They showed me where and how my propane was leaking. Short story is, they showed me the readings and replacement parts all throughout the process. I even got complete components added for replacement and my estimate did not change. They did all the work for the original estimate.

Fast, efficient and professional. My tech is Robert Vanpelt, don't ask for him. I want to be sure he is free to do the other work at my place. I want him to be my dedicated service guy.

This was my first time calling Cardinal Plumbing. I'd read all the good reviews and was like 'yeah, but they can't be THAT good.' Whoa. The technician, Zack, was super prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and above all, I felt like he 'really' cared. He fixed the issue and even sent me a document to refer to in the future for issues that may arise. I was a business owner for 24 years, so customer service is near and dear to my heart. Cardinal Plumbing, from the time I contacted them, to the time Zack left---was an incredibly awesome experience. These people ROCK! Will tell all my friends about them to.

I called Plump Right Plumbing later in the day, i thought they wouldn't come over until the next day. Brent came by immediately and stayed until the job was complete.
Since I'm giving up DIY plumbing Plumb Right will be my first call.

Our dishwasher had detached from our quartz countertop. For 3 days I had called about 10 different companies. The few who did call me back put up barriers we only serve inside the beltway  or I can come out in 2 weeks.

Last night I searched Yelp and sent out requests. Zapata's answered within 15 minutes. I sent him pictures, explained what happened. He was able to come out the next day!

He was professional and respectful. He explained to me how it had happened, and how he fixed it. He showed me his work when he was done, and made sure I had no questions.

I am definitely going to keep his information for future reference!

After having a company come out 5 times to repair my hvac system I called these guys and I'm so glad I did. These guys are the best. I spent over $1,600 with another company and the same problem kept coming back. Part of it was my fault because I never changed my filter in the 2 years I've lived here which caused my coils to keep freezing up. The first company never even brought up my filters or even addressed why they were freezing up. They just charged me to put freon in my system(3 times) and replaced my blower motor which now I don't know for sure if I needed it. Brian B Quick came out and didn't charge anything for an assessment. Right away they figured out that my system was very dirty and needed to be cleaned. They cleaned my coils and checked for freon leaks by installing dye and nitrogen and there were no leaks, in fact the first company put too much freon in there. My hvac system is working better now than it has ever has. I couldn't even tell you how happy  I'm now that I finally found a company that is good and honest. These guys will be my go to company for my house and all of my rentals. If you need a good honest company than call these guys, you won't be disappointed.

We live in McLean and have used Nugent for all of our plumbing and HVAC needs for about 15 years.  Whether the job is big or small, they are friendly, responsive, reliable, and stand by their work.  I recommend them to everybody.

My nearly 30 year old central air conditioner finally kicked the bucket. There was a leak somewhere  in the system and no parts were available. Leak sealant didn't work. I got 4 estimates for a new furnace and air conditioner system and finally decided to go with Daniel's. Since the furnace was also nearly 30 years old, I figured it could go bad at any time; so it would be cheaper to change them together than separately. I spoke with Carlos about my requirements. He was able to get the system I wanted with the parts I wanted. I got a furnace with the highest air flow fan. Other contractors told me a higher airflow wasn't needed, but I knew it would help with cooling my 2nd floor rooms. I got a a Goodman system. I found an air conditioner consumer rating article on Google and it found that Goodman systems took 3 of the top 7 spots in the rating. Carlos checked with the manufacturer to see if the furnace was compatible with the other parts of the system. He had a 3 year labor warranty and the manufacturer had a 10 year parts warranty. I paid half of the cost upfront. It was installed 4 days later on a Monday. It took 7 hours to complete the job. The deteriorated exterior wiring was replaced, a new Honeywell thermostat was installed and they cleaned up after themselves. Carlos sent me the serial numbers of the furnace, air conditioner and coil so I could register my system for the 10 year parts warranty. The whole process was quick and smooth. Unlike other contractors, who were saying that just getting the system would take at least a week, so installation would be the following week. This was in July and it was hot outside. The air conditioning has been running flawlessly since July 26, 2021. My second floor has been cooling properly for the first time since we moved in. The price was fair because Carlos was willing to match prices. The work was done on schedule, it was professional looking, the work crew got everything done with no problems, they were professional and tidy, I have had no problems after the installation and my electric bill has decreased by 40% while the house is cooler than before. I would gladly recommend them.

I had a mysterious water leak, and Jackie from Bowman's had it figured out and fixed in no time at all (and, for a very reasonable price)! I will be sure to call Bowman's next time I have a plumbing need. Thanks!

Jafar is awesome!  He was just out looking at my hot water that has just been warm. He diagnosed quickly and gave me options at different price points. He was super patient with all of mine (and my neighbor who is having similar issues) questions. He did not put any pressure on me to go with the most expensive option of replacing and I very much appreciate that!  I have to decide which which option to move forward with but I will absolutely use him when I decide. I know why all reviews are 5 stars!

It's very hard to write this review after reading the other complimentary reviews. I found Sila 3 years ago through Angie's list after purchasing my house. I signed up for a seasonal maintenance package. You pay a yearly fee and they check your A/C unit and furnace before each season. The first experience was great. The AC technician went above and beyond. However, since then they routinely have emergencies or other reason to not show up when they are scheduled.  Having to block out 4 hours for them to come service my unit requires me to take time off of work. But, then it's a no show. When I call them after they miss the appointment window, they apologize, but make me reschedule for weeks ahead of time. The whole day is shot. They have now done this to me twice.

I used to prefer hiring solo practitioners for home repair issues.  But now I've changed my mind.  We moved into an older house a few years ago, and we've had occasion to call Thomas E. Clark three times in the past year or so, initially for an A/C problem and then twice recently for plumbing issues.  I called them the first time because we have an unusual A/C system; the plumbing issues were also significant, not simple toilet or faucet repairs.  Each time, Clark was able to send a technician quickly, and that technician was fully competent and efficient.  They diagnosed and fixed the problems and charged a fair price.  What more could you want?  

I will not hesitate to call Thomas E. Clark again.

I am very please with using Snell and the top-notch service I receive everytime I need help with my HVAC systems.  They have been doing tune-ups for me  for the past 3 years, and my heating system was built in 1988 and my AC in 1998, both are still working fantastically.  The technicians have always been reliable and polite, and I never feel like I am pressured into anything and always feel like they are on my side with the repairs.  I have dealt with some other service providers in the past that consistently leave me feeling like I have been overcharged and taken advantage of, but never with Snell.  I have older heating and A/C systems where it would be easy for someone to come in and tell me I have major issues and convince me to replace them, but I always feel like the Snell techs are honest and open with their opinion of my system and whether or not it is all in working order.

Recently, I have had inquiries into my systems as a result of selling my home.  I have moved away from my house and had a limited window where I would be able to get a neighbor or friend to come over to the house to allow the technician inside.  The first time we tried to do this, it did not work out, perhaps more on my part and schedule than that of Snell's.  However, I was offered to receive the service free of charge and was able to quickly schedule another visit within a tight window that the tech made with no problems.  I really felt like Snell has bent over backwards for me, and I will  always recommend using Snell to any of my friends and family in the area.  I wish I could take them with me to North Carolina!

I tried to get a hold of Allan recently, and had a less than ideal experience. I called and asked for Allan Luke, the president, and was met by someone with a negative attitude who left me on hold for five minutes before hanging up. I called back and got someone different with a similar demeanor on the phone and was placed on hold again. I was finally put through to Allan and when he answered he told me he was too busy and didn't have time for my questions. It was classless and all around disappointing. The situation spoke loudly for the lack of character and integrity of the company and those they employ, and I was left feeling disregarded.

He ruined my cabinet with caulk and water stains, ruined a towel with caulk, didn't clean up, and demanded payment in full although he couldn't repair my pipe.  I offered to pay for the service call and pay the balance if he found the part (he said he's never seen that part before)  but he refused to leave until I paid in full.  That was nine days ago.  I haven't heard from them since.  My sink is unusable.  They haven't returned my phone call or email.  I've been swindled out of $700.

Never showed up! Had to wait 4 days for an appointment. Said they were running late then didn't show up. Reading other reviews now I see why! Typical!

I called Magnolia to see if they could fix my outside water faucet. I was charged $200 for the visit and diagnostic. Then the tech said it would cost about $1500 to fix because they would have to go in the crawl space and get an air test for that and on and on. So paid my $200 for nothing. I found a repairman who fixed it for $350 and it is working great. Magnolia is a RIPOFF!!!!
