OHA Home Service

Had a couple quotes done in regard to our gas fireplace and by far OHA gave us the best one for more service/repair than the competition. We initially had out to inspect and possibly repair as our first two quotes were way above what we wanted to pay. Brice (service tech) came out, took a look and explained the issues. Our Fireplace insert was the original that went into the house when built (about 18 years old). He gave us a couple of options from replace a few parts to a complete redo (no pressure on any option) he just laid it out in easy to understand terms. The full redo with new logs and all working parts plus installation was less than other places, plus replacing wall switch. Other places wanted more for less so went with full redo. Brice had to order parts do rescheduled for a latter date. Scheduling was easy, Melissa was friendly and helpful, we set a date, Brice showed up on time and did a great job. He installed everything, cleaned up and made it painless. He wore booties the whole time in the house, laid down tarps, and left the area spotless. I am writing this review as I enjoy our working fireplace.
Brice was friendly, fast working, efficient and  easy to have around.
Our overall experience was excellent and they do a Military Discount which is awesome.
Definitely recommend if you need this type of work done.

I needed a fireplace inspection. It had been a year, so I called OHA. They showed me where and how my propane was leaking. Short story is, they showed me the readings and replacement parts all throughout the process. I even got complete components added for replacement and my estimate did not change. They did all the work for the original estimate.

Fast, efficient and professional. My tech is Robert Vanpelt, don't ask for him. I want to be sure he is free to do the other work at my place. I want him to be my dedicated service guy.

Our gas fireplace insert has not been used in years, So we called OHA to get it fired up and ready for the Winter Season.  It was a good decision and they answered the call at 5 p.m. so we were motivated to get them on it.    We were in luck as they would dispatch a Technician to give us an estimate on a new one the very next day.  Justin is very informative about inserts and honest about his evaluation on what we had already had.  We quickly decided that he could clean and assess the one we have so we can make a sound decision.  Not pushy on selling us a new unit at all.  After cleaning  and setting it up complete. Our  fireplace was as good as new .  We plan on having OHA perform any needed service in the future and thank both of our Technicians and Myrah in the office. This was definitely a good decision.

We called about an issue. They called their technician Cody Hensley. He was here in 20 minutes. He assessed the issue and fixed it and we had our heat back. Thank you OHA for an excellently trained person who was a polite and a concerned person.

The crew that rebuilt our hvac for our 3 story townhouse were top notch. Adding a second thermostat on the top floor is amazing especially in the summer humidity. The crew that came enlarged our hvac in a day. They were professional and cleanly. They even throughly shop vacuumed the area they worked. They even were prompt in coming out for a couple service calls. Top notch company.

My main furnace and compressor and interior air conditioning unit was over 23 years old. I needed to update it before it completely failed as my elderly parents live with us in our basement. We had Brian out to do the spring check up and he recommended we move forward before it failed in the summer, potentially, and by doing so now it wasn't as busy and units were in stock. We moved forward and our Technician, Roger Cruz, was the lead and did a great job both removing the old unit and installing the new units. He spent a good amount of time with us going over everything in the basement and at the thermostat, ensuring we were comfortable working the system. It is a very modern, complicated system and highly energy efficient.  We are thrilled with it and my parents said they no longer hear when the furnace fires up, which is such a blessing to us all.

Probably an unfair single-star since OHA never provided a service.  Why not?  Because I am not pre-paying BEFORE they will even schedule a visit.  I can understand scheduling a visit and THEN prepaying before someone actually shows up, but before even arranging a time?  No thanks.  Going elsewhere for the service.

Brendon was awesome. His crew did fantastic. We had window units before. No more of that crap. They install central heating and air. Did an amazing job. No issues so far. They worked Thursday, Friday, & Monday and then it was all done. Looks good feels a lot better in the house. I waited a couple weeks until posting a review just so I can tell if any issues would happen right after they installed and we used the system. And as I said No issues at all. Feels pretty good to my family and I. They did awesome! Thank you so much guys. 100% A+!
Oh and if you see photos of 2 spot where they cut in the bathroom. It's because there was a lack in communication on my family's side while I was at work. Brendon walked around telling them where he was going to cut and wanted them to double check and look. I guess my family forgot to check that room or something so his guys cut all the rectangles out and one being in front of the shower. I asked him to recut a hole between the toilet and the cabinet which they did with no issue. It looks better and works out better in between the cabinet and toilet because we want to remodel that bathroom anyways so it won't be in the way and I wasn't to upset about the tiles and all being cut. I'm just happy of the new location where I asked them to put it worked out.

We are very happy with the new HVAC that OHA put in recently but this visit was for our gas fireplace. Excellent service and rapid response times. We are really glad to have a company like this around!

An interesting interaction! I previously posted a two star because my first impression was less than desirable, mainly due to a lack of communication from the business. Once I found the right person to speak to that changed. My fireplace was replaced and is working well so far. The technician who installed the equipment, Roger, was very thorough. My old fireplace was rusted due to water coming in from old exhaust pipe.

Kevin Hamilton was very professional. On time and explained the process before beginning .  We were trying for a visit to see if we wanted to hire OHA for a full maintenance contract . When Kevin finished . He explained some future applications that might be needed and same day sent the quotes breaking down each part.

I hired a Chantilly company called Airbenders to replace the HVAC unit in my home before OHA purchased the company. The owner did not give me the lowest estimate, but he treated me kindly and respectfully when he came to my home. I like the unit; however, the technicians damaged my home. Then, they would not make the repairs or clean up after themselves. After OHA's quality control officer found out about the problem, she contacted me by phone and promised to make it right. Today, Cody came to my home and identified the issue with my unit. He was on point, polite, and willing to explain the details in a direct manner. He also brought a gentleman with him to repair the previous damage to my home, which he did. I was blown away by how serious the company was about making everything right. I started today hopeful and am ending it not just satisfied, but impressed.

Great service. Our AC went out on a 84 degree day and I was home with a toddler and newborn. Our technician Jamar was responsive,  friendly, and professional! He took his time to figure out the problem and the entire service call took two hours max. Really appreciated this business' responsiveness on a Saturday!

Emailed to schedule appointment early in the morning, replay came a day later wanting to know if I still needed service. I replied yes. A day goes by and no one contacted me. I called them and they said the system was down and they would add me to the schedule on Thur. I called Thur morning to see what time they would arrive. They could not find me on the schedule.  
If this is any indication on how they do business, then I wouldn't want them touching my HVAC.

We recently had or entire heat system and water heater replaced.  Brian came out and quoted us a very fair price.  He was prompt and professional.  The techs that installed were Alan, Jacob and Preston.  All very professional and got the job done quickly and thoroughly. Alan explained the new system before  leaving which was very helpful.  Highly recommend these guys

Technician told me I have to replace a part that would cost me $1800 thus recommend me to replace my furnace for $10300. Im glad I called another company for second opinion. As a result, the part to be replaced only cost $485. Very disappointed!

OHA did a great job relocating our HVAC system. In order to build our screen porch we needed it moved around the corner and they did a great job! We will definitely use them again.

Wow!!! What a difference between this company and the other that came this morning. This company was professional; licensed; had all the correct equipment and actually knew what they were doing. Hands down were awesome. The reason for the 3 star review is the price! The replacement part plus install was over $700 when the original item to replace with a brand new one from same manufacturer with all the parts was $400. I am all about profit, but when one part costs less than $100, I cannot see paying $600 for labor. So if you want a company that will find the problem, call them... if you want it fixed call around before you pay the outrageous costs.

This place wanted $350 for a basic chimney sweep. That's almost 4X everyone else in the area. I'm curious if they thought if I wanted them to build a chimney? RIPOFF!

Daniel who was our Tech was amazing, very knowledgeable and helpful. He came in to help us with our Fireplace. He told us about the service plan which we are intending to get for our home, highly recommend!

Had this company come out again today for an actual issue on my AC unit.  Was surprised to find the same gentleman show up again.  5-star for his professionalism, knowledge and ability to resolve the issue (faster than expected).  Appreciating this company the more I utilize their service.

Neil was extremely professional and understanding. Came like a super hero to fix our furnace and saved me and my two little ones form freezing:) Knowledgeable. It is pricey but this is the second place I had experience and it's day and night. I totally trusted his expertise!

Brandon Kelley had recently recommended a rerouting of the return air duct for the finished basement room to reduce a high static pressure at the blower.  He came today on time with all the needed materials and completed the rerouting.  The work was very neat and workman like and resulted in a 24% reduction in static pressure--and within the manufacturer's recommended amount.  I am very pleased with Brandon's skill and professionalism.

Brice came to clean our gas fireplace and take a look at the associated remote used to turn it on and off and adjust gas flame levels. He did a nice job and was very helpful. Unfortunately, the part we need to fix the remote is pretty pricey, but they offered to apply some of the cleaning charge toward the replacement part so that was helpful. I highly recommend.

Brendan and Bert did an outstanding job at fixing our AC unit ticking problem! They also discovered a slew of other issues that carried over after we bought our home within our attic and crawl space. They took corrective action and installed safeties/new tubing so our leakage issue won't happen again. They were fast, efficient, and I highly recommend this company!

The previous contractor left the fireplace with bad sealing. Fireplace won't work. David checked all gas pipelines, pressure regulator was missing and he got the part and put it. Cleaned up the bad job done by Calix home services the contractor that I had used earlier and got my fireplace working. Peter is very thorough about his work and excellent with his work.

From Steve who took the call at the call centre to Brice the technician, we had an overall great experience with OHA. They were friendly, conscientious and expertly knowledgeable  and our gas fireplace was sorted out with minimum fuss or hassle. Brice diagnosed the problem instantly and fixed the fireplace, also pointing out that the replacement part was more appropriate to the repair than the original builders' component. Having tried another provider before who could not diagnose nor quote nor be more communicative, we had low expectations. However OHA definitely made our day and will receive return-business from us in future. Can wholeheartedly recommend them.

I have been going to OHA for years cause the system installed by the builders was always having one problem or another and about 6 months ago I called them in to do a full replacement of my HVAC system. They did an excellent job and installed a very complicated system in just under 2 days. Basically I have 3 floors but the old system had manual dampers that would never be adjusted properly. Well they installed sensors and automatic damper controls to give me a multi-zoned HVAC system and it works great!

Today I noticed that something was wrong cause my app said the upstairs was currently 32,780 degrees! Since I wasn't on fire or melting I know there was an issue so I called up OHA and they got Steve to come over right away and check it out. He showed up within 2 hours and was decked out in all the latest PPE and started troubleshooting. Turns out the battery in the sensor was corroded (the ones that came with the sensor itself) and that was causing the problems, battery replaced and the sensor back up everything returned to normal! In and out in 30 minutes!

Highly recommend OHA to anyone needing HVAC service cause they are nice and have great rates and response times!!!

I needed to have my HVAC system checked as it had stopped working a few days ago.  I checked reviews of a lot of companies and OHA's was clearly the best.  I called late morning and Brendan arrived that afternoon.  He ID'd the problem and got my system back online quickly.  Once repairs were made he throughly cleaned both the indoor and outdoor components.  He took pics and walked us through the entire repair and cleaning.  I can't tell you how happy my wife and I were with the company responsiveness and Brendan's work specifically.  Thanks again.

**UPDATED 3/20- Huge thanks to Scott for coming out immediately and rectifying the issue I previously had! He took care of my vent cleaning personally, sent photos, and called me as soon as he was done. This is how all business owners should handle valid complaints. Because of Scott's service I am very pleased with this company and have no problem referring them in the future.

Scott was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and fix two areas of concern about our chimney and fireplace. The chimney had been allowing water to get in and now we have a great looking new chase and cap on it and we also have a new heat shield in our fireplace to bring it up to code. Very responsive too, the other two companies we called never responded.

On Saturday night my townhouse was getting really hot and I noticed that warm air was blowing through the vents. I tried everything I could think of to rectify this issue but nothing worked. I tried to get an HVAC company out but no one was available. Three companies including OHA responded, but OHA was able to get a technician to my house by 0800 Monday morning. Brian and Zach were able to run diagnostics, and determined that my thermostat had gone bad and had actually turned on heat instead of A/C. They got the problem diagnosed and a new thermostat installed inside of 90 minutes. HVAC work is always expensive but the charge was in line with what I expected. The techs were very courteous and got the work done so that I could get into the office without losing an entire day.

Someone in my neighborhood had recommended OHA Heating and Air, and now I can see why! Steve arrived at our home in the time frame he'd given us. He wore booties, so not to have scratched our hardwood floors. He was friendly and knowledgeable. And he gave our gas fireplace a very thorough cleaning! Since we'd never had a gas fireplace before, he even took his time going step by step on showing us how to work our fireplace to what to expect from the funky smells when just starting it after a long time. The company's prices are affordable and competitive. I highly recommend Steve and OHA Heating and Air. They've found a loyal customer in us!

When we were gathering quotes from different companies for replacing our duct work, adding a smart thermostat (LOVE IT!), as well as a few other smaller fixes, we called OHA, and Brendan came out to take a look. My husband and I could not have been more impressed with his personality, attitude, thoughtfulness, care and knowledge. He was so genuinely nice and really thought about our needs and how to meet them. He's a very laid back type, who really takes the time to think about what you need - not just try to sell you anything he can.

We are extremely pleased with the work that they have done, and could not recommend them more. (I should also mention that Brendan also caught a fire hazard in our basement, and fixed that, too!) We had already planned on upgrading our HVAC in our new-to-us home within the next year, or two, and we will be hiring OHA for that work, as well.

All of the men we have met from OHA have been extremely considerate and kind. And they wear booties over their shoes in your home... an added bonus! They are just the type of people you will be happy to open your home to. And the women who answer the phones and set appointments are so lovely! They are always so pleasant to speak with. If you're tired of dealing with people who are grumpy and don't care about you or their job, then give OHA a call. I found this company by requesting a general quote on yelp.  When they answered back to my request, I loved their reviews and booked them right away.  Jonathan, the HVAC tech, was on time, came completely prepared to do the jobs I needed done.  He was thorough, efficient and tidy.  I will absolutely be doing business with OHA in the future.

Last October we were very pleased when we listened to our friend's suggestion that we contact OHA to service our gas fireplace.  The two technicians seemed very knowledgeable, competent, thorough, trustworthy, and honest.  When our upstairs AC was not cooling a few days ago, we contacted this company again (around 5:30 in the evening--and they answered the phone!), and Jonathan ZImmerman came promptly the next morning and fixed it on the same visit.  (He added refrigerant since it was 20% low.)  He was just as impressive as the others, and he seemed happy to take the time for well-communicated, thorough explanations.  One thing this terrific company does that sets them apart from the rest is taking many photos of the work they do while servicing your home or business.  We highly recommend them!

Unsatisfied with serviced fireplace.  Identified  $2500+ For new fuel system and burners.  Got a second opinion from a different company that cleaned and replaced a part for $215.
UPDATED:  Greg, the owner, contacted me personally concerning the issue. He refunded his service fee and paid for the second service.  Talk about going the extra mile!  Also informed me that his technician was new and needed additional training.  Overall, extremely impressed with the customer service and responsiveness.

I had a gas fireplace that was leaving a funny smell in an upstairs bedroom.  I haven't used this type of fireplace.  I much prefer and grew up with traditional fireplaces.  After I searched Google, Facebook, Checkbook.com. Nextdoor and Yelp online, I decided to call OHA.  I had hoped that since OHA also inspects traditional fireplaces and services HVAC equipment that I might be able to get the technician's advice on how to maintain those items as well, but this wasn't to be.  The technician was focused only on gas fireplaces and this was fine.  He quickly and skillfully opened up the fireplace and confirmed that no gas was leaking and that it was operating correctly.  He told me that the fireplace could use a cleaning and that this would cost around $100 or so, but he told me this could wait.  He showed me how it worked and patiently answered my questions.  The charge was $95 and I was satisfied with the service.  Now, because I've wanted to get on an HVAC maintenance plan, I contacted what seemed to be the best companies in the area.  Based on all of the reviews that I could find and reviewing company websites, OHA was my number one choice.   The sticking point?  I still need to confirm their annual maintenance plan prices.  They were great for what I had them do.

My lower AC was out and they responded quickly when I reached out. They adjusted to my busy schedule and arrived within the planned time.  Brenden (the owner) was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and took time to explain all aspects of the work. He even verified the airflow and made some no-cost recommendations for improvement. This is a wonderful company and I recommend them.

Horrible, that they refuse to service long time customer who was honest enough to share that they HAD tested for positive for COVID-19 in the past. But was well out of any CDC quarantine limits. They stated that they need to See a negative test before they will service.  So are they providing customers with their Negative test results prior to entering homes...NO. So much for being honest. They stated that they had never had anyone answer that question with a YES...seriously

January 29, 2021, I had my water heater replaced in my home by technician James Seward along with his colleague. Mr. Seward came promptly on time and assured me that it would not take long to replace the old system with the new system. They followed proper procedures by wearing a mask and social distancing due to COVID. They ensured my health along with theirs was taken into the highest of regards. Also, they carried with them an extra heater just in case the temperature was to drop in my home. They worked diligently and made sure that any issues about the new water heater would be resolved at that time. I was very pleased with their work; furthermore, their attention to detail was a relief to see, because many technicians would not have taken the time to ensure a proper installation was done correctly. Also, what amazed me about the work that they did, they made sure to keep me in the loop of what was going on. For example, the HVAC system that was also installed by OHA had corrosion on one of the bolts, Technician Seward realized that the pressure was not building up; therefore, he and his co-worker worked extensively on the problem and installed a backup release pressure valve to the system. Also, they created a piping-angle-system solution that made sure that hot water would still be able to flow while the heat circulated through the house. Technician Seward (in my opinion) took his job seriously before the corrosive bolt situation, Tech Seward showed me a leakage that was in the HVAC that could have caused serious complications if it was not taken care of immediately. He ensured me that he would stay until the job was done correctly. I am happy that I stuck with OHA to do both my HVAC and Water Heater System. I am pleased with work and will be doing business with them more often. In my opinion, the technicians that are sent out from this business should be highly recognized for their diligent work and professionalism.

Wow, Prompt courteous crew!  Scott and Austin rate an A+.  Several companies have worked on my 2 propane fireplaces over the last few years.  It has been an ordeal to keep them working and very costly!  Finally OHA has both working safely & I have a company I trust to fix them & not take me to the cleaners. Thank you OHA.  Nice to have someone who knows what they are doing!

My AC system (split heating/cooling system) stopped blowing cold air.  I called OHA at 3 PM on a Friday.  Brendan showed up within the hour.  Before his arrival, I received a text that he was coming with a picture of him and his van (nice touch to know who's going to show up at the door).  Brendan quickly troubleshot my system, figured out the problem, and serviced the unit.  Price was fair and work was done right.  I was very impressed with OHA and I highly recommend them.  Great job!

This company is honest, respectful and courteous.  They went above and beyond on multiple occasions for me.  If you have lost faith in the service industry but need your system repaired, replaced or serviced.  Give them a shot.  They are worth every cent (probably more but don't tell them so their rates stay the same).

Full Review:
For starters, this was right when Summer was hitting so I was on a tight deadline to get my system replaced.  This all started because one of my units wasn't working properly.  After the technician repaired it he noticed ice around my other units cables as well as some other things.  He put towels down to ensure my basement didn't flood once the system began defrosting.  I'm sure this technician believed this and was not trying to get one over on me.  I don't think for a second that/that technician was being dishonest.  Now, on to the review:

OHA Heating and Air was not only the least expensive (I'm not going to say cheapest because it's still expensive!) but they were also the most honest group of people I came across.  They didn't try to upsell me or get me to make unnecessary modifications to my existing system.  The thing that really stuck out to me was that when I initially called them over for a quote on replacing my system the owner came over and told me the issues I was experiencing was likely due to dirty filters.  He finished the quote, told me to change my filters and let him know if I still want it replaced.  I changed my filters and my system worked like a champ.  As it turns out, I didn't need to get it replaced (unless I wanted to).  I quickly went from urgently needing to get someone out to my house and replace my A/C system to being able to take some time and think everything through.

I ended up getting the system replaced and couldn't be any happier.  The technician's that came out were Cody and Trevor.  These two were the most professional and polite technicians that I have met in a very long time (the owner Brenden aside of course).  They answered my questions in detail and ensured I understood everything they were saying.  They immediately placed booties over their shoes so they wouldn't mess up my carpet and worked the whole time without a complaint.  I couldn't be any happier with these two.  They took away my old system and left my home without a trace of them ever being there (with the exception of the new system of course).  They changed out my filters (it took about a month for me to make a final decision) and said something that really stuck with me when I told them not worry about it.  I'm paraphrasing what Cody told me because the sentiment is what stuck with me, not the words exactly: Our priority is making sure you are taken care of and if it's something small that's outside of the scope of the original work it doesn't matter.  We'd rather leave you happy.  Both Cody and Trevor behaved and worked as though this company is theirs and they wanted to leave the best impression possible.  

Lastly, the manager made multiple site visits to ensure I was satisfied with what was being done.  He was very attentive to my questions as well and then did something that I was definitely NOT expecting.  They had some extra compound sealant and went around my home finding areas that could use it.  The manager told me they had this extra stuff and could either take it back or use it if my home needed it.  He said he'd rather put it to use in my house.  I was shocked.  They continued to go above and beyond.  I can't recommend them enough!

Don't waste your time with searching for someone else to use.  Brendan was responsive when our 18 year old ac unit was not working right, dealt with all of my husband's questions about our different options to include fixing, and that we did not have to replace our furnace when other companies wanted to replace all of our split heating and cooling system.  We are very happy with the new heat pump system, the price we paid, the money we saved in not having to replace the furnace, and the fantastic customer service throughout this painful process.  Would definitely recommend!

If you're looking for a small business heating and air conditioning company look no further. Have called them twice now, and both times they were timely, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Also, this is the first time I've written a review. It should say something to you.

Brendan was awesome, to say the least. He serviced our AC at a very reasonable price, and showed up exactly when he said he would. When it comes time to replace the system, he will be at the top of my list. The other quote I received was ridiculously different for the same service without the extra care and attention Brendan provided.

THEY ARE HVAC SCIENTISTS. but they dont gouge or take advantage. their skill level warrants them to charge double but they dont. they demonstrate empathy towards their customers & staff. david & devon came to inspect our newly installed system in our 50 year old home. they discovered the unit was mechanically too big & the ductwork was too small. they thought it through like a puzzle, which it was, but they enjoyed the problem solving with a personal satisfaction. it was actually pretty exciting! if you dont enjoy your livelihood then you cant understand this type of enjoyment. they provided further information through phone & email to be sure we were comfortable in our decisions. next came zach & mr kim to provide the duct rejuvenation. they were here for ten hours!! zach was lead & mr kim was helping, all the while zach explaining the job but never expressed frustration or aggravation of getting through a very long day with someone green but eager to learn. applause all around!! i commented to zach about his patience & he said he knew what it was like trying to learn from someone without it. this is another example of how this company keeps it real. they have universal respect. which also brings me to the ladies of the operation: my initial phone call was received by shelby (so friendly & the best laugh ever) with their location being in fredericksburg i was afraid i was outside of their service area but she said 'tell me what the problem is'. she listened to me ramble & said they had a new location in chantilly & they would call me. moments later rebekah called, listened to me further ramble & then she added brian (sr tech) onto the call. he too listened for quite some time reassuring me they had the right guys for the job. they literally woke me from a nightmare. rebekah had an excessive amount of email exchanges with me answering EVERY question. she never got short & never expressed any frustration when she easily could have. if youve been burned & jerked around, oha will fix you! i am so thankful for the peace of mind they have brought to my family. i wish this company & its employees many successes & all good things. Brendan and his partner were the epitome of great customer service! Even though we were WAY out of their service area (over an hour 1 way), he was prompt, professional and thorough.  I was told by America's that I most likely needed a thermocouple and anticipated having to have Brendan install it upon arrival.  As a customer that feels like I am pretty adept, I told him this upon arrival.  After cleaning and testing my equipment, he ascertained that I didn't need ANY parts and only charged me for the cleaning service which was very reasonable.  His honesty and integrity was bar none!

I found Brendan on yelp. My husband and I were impressed from the moment we met Brendan. We had him install and additional unit the upper level of our house. Its difficult to pick one good word to describe him, his work ethic,quality of work. I could go on for ever saying how he performed his work in an outstanding manner, his demeanor and every other positive word that comes to my mind. We are very very pleased with the outcome of the installation and everything. You will not be sorry if you hire him!!!!

Called Brendan about a problem with my gas logs. Brendan was willing to come out on the weekend to correct the problem but I insisted he wait till Monday. We agreed on Monday at 900 am. Brendan was at my home at 859 and by 910 he already had the problem identified. He fixed my problem and the went above and beyond to clean and service my gas logs at no additional additional cost. Brendan was extremely professional and respectful. If you have any heating and air issues you will not be happier with anyone but BRENDAN THE HEATING AND AIR MAN OF VA.

Was in need of having our heating system looked at. Spoke with Brendan this morning and scheduled a service that same day. Brendan was polite, professional, and had the system tuned in no time. It's a relief to not have to worry about being charged for unnecessary repairs when I place a service call to Brendan. He has always properly and efficiently diagnosed all HVAC issues that I have presented him with and provided several options/routes to take based on what is the most financially feasible for the situation and NEVER has tried to sell me a part or service that wasn't absolutely necessary.
