Amazing business. Roto rooter declined to repair my sewer line, I called Green Planet Plumbing and they did repair it in a short notice and with a very good price. Recommended them to my friends, and they did jet cleaning of a sewer line, that they were thinking needs a replacement and saved tons of money

I called Jerry when I needed my hot water heater replaced.  He was able to come over the next day.  Not only did he provide an estimate in line with what other were able to give over the phone, he did the work the same day.  On top of the worked promised in the quote, repaired some shoddy work done by the orginial builders.  I felt like Jerry was a partner rather than someone trying to cheat me out of money.

Just had him come out to replace the main line valve.  Estimate over the phone was accurate and work was well done.  Replaced my toilet hardware as well.  Clean and trustworthy.  Will definitely use them again.

Bill was available on short notice, and he showed up with a smile on his face. Very knowledgable and affordable. I'd recommend him!

Vinnie runs a tight ship - from top to bottom with an efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. His crew of plumbers are stellar. I have called upon their expertise many times and have yet to experience even a hint of any disappointment. They have always been on time, with excellent work and service - AND they cleaned up the work area better than when they found it. I am confident in them and refer them oftem to my friends and family.

I had water leaking from my upstairs bathroom into my living room (I am in Sammamish), a friend recommended Dave and his team from Maple Valley Plumbing. I texted Dave and he got back to me straight away, and maintained contact throughout the process. One of Dave's team members, Justin, came out the next day ahead of schedule (Dave contacted me beforehand to check if that worked for me). Justin was great, diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly, an explained everything to me. I would highly recommend Maple Valley Plumbing.

Who would have ever thought having to call a plumber would be a pleasant experience?  After putting off our basement toilet replacement for way too long and too many vague quotes and stipulations, we found Sam and All Ways Rooter.  He was prepared, on time, professional, very quick to get us on his schedule, and does wonderful work, I cannot recommend Sam and All Ways Rooter more. I certainly don't want or wish for any more plumbing issues in the near future, but if that is the case, it will be a pleasure to work with Sam again. to take care of our problems.

Dep Singh a plumber-in the Kent area responded to an evening call to resolve an immediate need to clear a clogged drain system in one the units at our 4 plex.  He was very professional and obviously very adept with his skills as a plumber.  He was articulate and kindly negotiated a fair price for his plumbing services.  It was a messy job cleaning the line but he was industrious and left a happy tenant with  a resolved plumbing issue.  
We will definitely call Dep Singh again for plumbing services.  He works for the Vortex plumbing Company.  Thank you for your promptness and taking care of business promptly!!  I highly recommend his integrity and skills when in need of a plumber.   Annette

What a relief!  After almost getting completely taken to the cleaners by another local plumbing company, Action Jackson stepped in and made my Memorial Day weekend much more enjoyable.  More importantly, they also gave me confidence in knowing I had found a company I can trust in the future.  

After having an absolutely horrible experience with the first plumbing company, I contacted Action Jackson based on their stellar reviews.  Don came out within the hour to take a look at my problem and provided me with an estimate for my clogged drain and cracked pipe.  This was mid-day Friday before the holiday weekend.  The estimate was provided on the spot with a good accompanying explanation and he sent his team of Tom and Jason out later that afternoon.  They got stuck a little later at another job and Don called to inform me that they were running behind.  

Tom and Jason were great.  They got in and got out and I barely knew they were there.  Tom is a bit of a contortionist! He had to crawl into my cabinets, cut some holes, and replace a pipe; an approach the first company was not able to conceive.  Additionally, they modified the height of my drainage pipe in my sink and redid the area underneath the sink to provide better drainage and free up some space.  This was all quite unexpected.  I would have been happy with a fixed pipe and cleared up drain but they went above and beyond.  

I can't begin to explain the gratitude I had for the whole Action Jackson crew and there professionalism and quality work.  I enthusiastically recommend them if you are looking for a trustworthy company with reasonable pricing and quality work.

I'm not one to write reviews, but I am really impressed with this company!  Ben was a true professional, and arrived when he said he would. He found our leak within minutes, and advised us on what we should do next. It's so nice  to know that there are still companies that really care about their customer. If we ever need this service again, we will definitely call American Leak Detection!

I do not recommend this business.  We hired them and trusted them as professionals to advise us, give us options, and do a good job. None of this happened. After thousands of dollars spent,  we have been quite disappointed.

Had a problem with leaking pipe in crawlspace. Conal arrived assed the situation and advised. Whist he was here I mentioned that I was not able to turn the water to the house off completely suggesting a problem with the valve. He took a look and yes it needed to be replaced. I mentioned an issue with water pressure and he dealt with that as well. Conal was very knowledgeable, arrived on time and provided excellent communication throughout the work. I appreciate his professionalism and advice and would use them again

I contacted Duane based on his Yelp and Angie's List reviews. However, I had a totally different experience. He turned out to be the nightmare I didn't want, in the first place. He is very unprofessional. He came to my house to give me an estimate. First, I had to ask him to take his shoes off as he was getting ready to walk on my carpet that I had just paid over $500 to clean. The good folks I usually hire, make it a point to either take their shoes off or cover them up.
We got up early on a holiday weekend to meet with him and everything. He gave us an estimate and set up an appointment to come out to do the work 10 days later. Then, I called and left him a message as another toilet had broke and needed to see how it would impact the estimate. He never called me back until I actually called him again. Mind you the same had happened when I called to set up the estimate appointment. These are red flags I should not have ignored.
The day Duane was supposed to come out and do the work, he was a NO SHOW. I changed my scheduled and worked from home that day and he had the nerve to not show up. We had to wait 10 days with  non-working toilets and he didn't even show up. I called him to find out if he planned on showing up and I got his voice mail box again, as always. He called me back later and left a message with some lame excuse. In case you didn't realize Duane, we are people with important jobs and we do not have time for your shenanigans! As a matter of fact no one does. Have respect for human beings. Period!

I, then, decided to do my homework and talked to several other plumbing companies. I found out that it would have been a bad investment to replace just the parts in these toilet as the brand had been discontinued due to its low quality and that even finding the parts would have been an issue. Geez... maybe that's why Mr. Duane decide to be a NO SHOW. I don't know.. and I don't even care.

I finally decided to invest in some great Toto toilets and the awesome plumber I ended up hiring made some really good money. The guy showed up the same day! He will be my plumber for life.

As for you, Duane, you and your wrench can go have several seats!

Very big disappointment. Scheduled service and subsequently had South West Plumbing cancel and reschedule over and over again, until we cut them off. Turned out to be 100% unreliable.

Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating came out to my house and fixed all of our plumbing issues. I called several other companies before I decided to use this company. Puget Sound Plumbing had professional people answering their calls and scheduling appointments. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a professional job done well and timely. They were able to come out and help me within a day or two of me calling. Other companies took too long to get back to me or didn't return my calls at all. Thank you so much guys!
