We are very happy with the service from SeaTown Electric. They did a great job and even though there was some confusion with exactly what we wanted, they made it right.  Everyone involved was professional and we would recommend them to anyone. David and Tyler R. did a great job.

Oh I didn't know I'm first to write here and happy to be the one. I want to thanks Ron hamer for doing such a grate job with our shower tile installation and the faucets loveee the work and the price.

I hired B&G to install new bathroom fans and smart thermostats for my condo. They were extremely communicative and helped me identify what I needed to purchase before the appointment and also said they could supply things if I didn't want to purchase things. They told me the itemized pricing before the day of the job. I'm extremely impressed with how responsible they are. One of B&G's trucks accidentally damaged some siding in my condo's exterior and they went above and beyond to have it fixed. My only complaint is that it takes a long time to book them and I had to make appointments a month out.

Our Fixer came to help solve a quirky circuit breaker and GFCI problem; after discovering the simplest solution in a matter of minutes, he stayed on to take care of another small electrical socket fix while he was there. Great communication up front, timely notifications of his arrival, and polite and fun in person to work with and explain the situation to - would be delighted to use them again, and I even learned a little about our electrical setup for the next time.

Dean was fantastic! He helped us replace an ancient water heater, making space in his schedule to ensure that our cold showers quickly came to an end. He walked us through the whole process, giving us helpful tips and things to watch out for. He was also a joy to work with, entertaining our silly questions and was just overall a nice and funny guy. Everything was very Covid compliant and felt really safe. He wore a mask and was very punctual. We'll definitely be working with Dean again in the future! Thanks Dean!!

This is my first ever Yelp review and I decided to write my honest review for After Hour Services.

My kitchen sink has been stuck for more than 12 hrs. I tried different methods for 5 hrs but still couldn't get it resolved.

After Hours Services exceeded my expectations in many ways-

Responsive: Will replied my request for quote under 10 mins, and replied my text and call fairly quickly.

Professional: Will got things done in under 30 mins. In addition, Will was very thorough in examining andexplaining the issue. What I love the most is that he cleaned up the area after the issue was fixed.

Transparent pricing: he's honest and it's a flat fee and very reasonable price. I got different quotes and his is the most transparent.

On-time: he was on time, which is a very big factor for me.

Overall, I recommend Will and After Hour Services, with passion.

I had been having an issue with my ductless air conditioning so I called Beacon and they were there in about 90 mins.  Brom and David were able to troubleshoot the problem and take all the time necessary to fix it.

Great pricing and quality of work. Can't beat how fast they were able to turn around our project!

I'm hesitating with a 4; it could have been anything lower depending on the day. Worldview took over the contract for a job previously bid and started by another electrical contractor, which is run (I think?) by a friend of Worldview's owner; I could never get a straight answer, which was concerning. Nonetheless, they sent out a tech to install a new circuit, ground a pool light housing, and connect the circuit for said light. Before the tech arrived, another one and his crew showed up ostensibly to drop off the materials (they claimed they'd bought them, but only dropped off a spool of ground wire). When the tech arrived, he had no materials (wire, conduit, circuit breaker, junciont boxes, etc) and no vehicle to go buy them which could hold 10' conduit sticks, so I followed him to Home Depot with my vehicle to transport the 10' sticks of conduit. By now it's ~6:30pm.... I assisted the tech until 9pm, and even grabbed my fish tape to run the wires since he didn't have one! He came back the next day and we completed all the work together. I'm pretty handy and was glad to help, but there's no way this would have been done in 2 days if I hadn't.
To be clear, the tech isn't to blame here; he worked on our job 3-5 hours each day after already working 8 hours on another one each day. Kudos to him!
Worldview did shoot me a Home Depot gift card due to all the inconvenience described above, and I appreciate it. I hope they get more organized going forward and can succeed.

All of these high reviews concern me. This guy is greedy and sketchy. We just moved into our new home and called this company who the previous owners used to pump the septic and put a new pump in. They charged the previous owners 3k for that. We called him saying our septic alarm was going off and he said he will charge 3k to come back out there and fix it. When he messed it up. Make sense? I think not. We asked him direct questions and he danced around the subject with his bogus septic terminology to make us think we are dumb enough to overpay him to attempt to fix his mess when he should have come and did it for free. Anyways we called Kelly Earthworks in Olympia and they fixed it for less than 1/3 of what this dumbass wanted! Be smart and don't fall for their bs. They are a scam and they purposely fuck your system up so you can hire them again to attempt to fix it. These boys will milk you dry and make you cry.

We had an issue with our toilet securing to the floor. Fixer was able to come in and get the work done quick, efficient and at a good price! The handy person was polite and respectful. Everything was handled well and I just made another appointment for another fix!

From start to finish great communication and quality products. Jason came out and bid the job, which wasn't easy, and worked with me of on options. Emailed a bid over quickly and Ames got on the schedule. Installers where very friendly, kind and experienced. We were delayed with electrical but nothing perfect for such high demand. Family is so very happy to have heat and AC and I am thrilled to not have a crazy electric bill anymore!

Initially had them come out to regulate water pressure; the next day there was no pressure. They did come out but didn't fix it 100%. I stuck with them and had a faucet and toilet installed.  Faucet a little off, but not that noticeable. I had them come out again to install a utility sink and we purchased a new faucet from them for the sink that was installed. We requested a wall bracket, new goose neck for the faucet and extra stainless leg for the stainless sink for which we were told they'd order and install.  Heard nothing; called over half dozen times & emails.  No response at all.  Not even given the courtesy of notifying us they won't do what they said they were going to do.  I gave 2 stars because when here, the tech was very pleasant.

Called their Emergency 24/7 service.... Tried to explain how my sink was less than an hour away from overflowing and flooding my condo, but I was rudely cut off by the call center guy 4 separate times when I tried to explain my situation. He just wanted to get my info to pass me off to the next guy. He demanded my physical address just for a price quote (which is clearly unnecessary until I commit), and tried to explain that South Bellevue/Factoria area was not enough to move to the next step!!! Wow!!! He then proceeded to say fine, I'll send them an email and see if they want to get back to you... WTF?!?!  An email?!?! At midnight you think someone is going to be reading an email for an EMERGENCY?!?!? And go stinking figure.... I don't get a call back until 6:15am the next morning!!!! This place is horrible!!!! Emergency services my ass!!! I even laughed at the lady who called me at 6:15am and said Are you serious??? This is my emergency call back from 6.5 hours ago?!?! She laughed at me!!!! You guys are HORRIBLE!!!! Thank goodness I didn't hold my breath and called another plumbing company!!! Thank you Quality Plumbing for having REAL customer service! Southwest Plumbing can suck it.

They charged $400 for a new furnace thermostat. That is an outrages price, especially since I found the same thermostat after they installed it for $125 installed $200 with warranty elsewhere. The only reason they provided for such a ridiculous price for the thermostat was it under warrant for 5 years and they installed it. I will never use this company I feel they charges are extremely high and poor quality work. Still don't have a working furnace, something new is wrong, need a different tech for new problem.

Dear services are totally incompetent, I don't know why they are in business. They just cancelled our electrical appointment for the third time.
Unreliable! why would you trust this company to touch anything electrical in your home?
