Fantastic plumber he found the problem and fixed in less time than I thought possible.  Without a doubt the best plumber I have ever used.  Never a problem after his work (used him twice for two separate issues) I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work.

plumbers are pretty boring to write about. but when i needed one fast - due to some nasty ricey water bubbling up through my kitchen drain - i really had no idea where to go.  i've never hired a plumber before and really didn't know how it worked . . . so i got on yelp.  and then felt the need to share as well in case there are any other first time homeowners out there panicking over dirty water bubbling up in their drains.  

the first place i called was recommended to me by our property mgr - but they couldn't make it until monday (it was a friday) - and they charged a ton.  

so then i called mr. rooter. they could come out almost immediately.  the plumber man - i forget his name - was really nice and professional.  they did charge a lot, but this just seems to be how plumbers roll . . .  he fixed my drain in about 3 hours and was out the door . . . they also give a 6 month guarantee and they'll do a free inspection of your other drains/plumbing if you want it.

oh and note: don't put rice down the drain.  i didn't do it, i swear, it was my neighbor.

Mr Simmons is the pipe master of West Seattle and quality plumbing is his game. I've had Mr  Simmons install a sink & new faucets project for FRANK and he does exceptional work. Have no fear in hiring this plumbing out fit. Mr Simmons will lay his pipe the correct way.

unprofessional BS artist. No quote, no results, and got pissy when I questioned his progress. paid $1000 for a hole in my yard. He said he'd do a waterline replacement and apply the grand toward that. I asked him to put it in writing and then talk. Never heard from him again. Fast talkier.
His guy Andy, who did the work, is a nice guy.

Quick response, arrived on time - job was quick (hot water heater replaced) . I will call these folks from now on, very impressed!

I feel violated.  I had a toilet replaced.  A contractor told me the going rate was $225 but I was charged $325.  More than the cost of the toilet itself, which I bought. The crew was very nice and they did a good job.  But I got sticker shock when the bill came.  I feel like I was taken advantage of.

It's a really pleasure to have Jackson and his team to work with us! I live in Mercer island and the basement was floating at around 9 pm, everyone at home worked for almost 4 hrs and that when we reached AJP.
Fastest response and great job done among all. They checked everything and said the main pipe of city has been clogged. And helped a lot the following day to communicate with the Mercer island city hall.

I had American Leak Dectection at my property twice to determine where my water was leaking. We have a very long driveway that is highly wooded. They were able to quickly walk the water line and determine where the leaks were. Both of the workers were very friendly and courteous! They marked the spot and when I dug it up it was marked perfectly for the leak.

Leon and his partner did a phenomenal job in installing two glass shower enclosures for my new remodel. He was responsive in correspondences, providing a quote and sticking by the quoted cost and was also prompt and on time on the day of the installation.

Upon completion of the installation, Leon and his partner did their due diligence to vacuum up the debris from the material cut off that was required as well as cleaning up the trash that came with the items.

He showed me the completed work prior to departing and sent me an online invoice that was payable with credit card. This is a great feature as it allowed me to look back at the work and reconfirm the quality and completion of it in it's entirety prior to making payments.

I would definitely have Leon and his associate assist me again in further projects.

As a note, I do recommend getting in touch with him as soon as possible as it does seem he has a rather full schedule.

We recently did a major remodel to our kitchen and hired Done Right for all of the new plumbing and natural gas installation.  Steve and his crew were courteous and very professional.  We were so pleased with their work on our kitchen, we just hired them to replace our hot water heater.  If we ever have a need for a plumber again, Done Right will be the company we call.

Both kitchen and bathroom bathtub blocked. Tried all sorts of means myself and even rented the power drain cleaner from Home Depot. But the block is too deep. Walt came on time, quickly fixed the issue. Very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Found these guys online and their friendly staff and plumbers really impressed me. After explaining my story of what happened with my hot water heater and telling them how I had tried fixing it myself it was clear that I needed a new one. Brady was a great guy and didn't pressure me into buying anything too expensive and gave me lots of options. You could tell he was a genuine person who wasn't trying to rip off his customers. Glad I used them for my new hot water heater.

The tech that came out was very skillful and knowledgeable.  He was able to locate our problem in our sewer line, it was dug up and fixed in the same day.  Everything was cleaned up and working perfectly.  Great company with a very professional staff from start to finish.  I definitely recommend them!

I have used ABV plumbing for two different services and both times Hristo was on time, provided pricing ahead of time (no surprises), did great work, cleaned up afterwards, explained things to me, and even wore shoe covers so he didn't track dirt inside! Very happy with his services.

Called their office because I had a plumbing stoppage. Water was coming back up through the shower and toilet, so I needed help. When I asked about pricing they said they couldn't tell me but would send someone out to assess the problem. Two guys came out, said that normally  they could use a snake to clear the line but I would have to sign off because the snake was so powerful, it could damage the room if it spun out of control! That option would have cost about $400 plus tax--$188 to pull the toilet and reseat  it and about $200 to run the snake through the line.

Far too dangerous though, I would be taking a risk they said-- but wait...they had another option, they could run a camera down and I would not have to risk damage to my house. You guessed it, this safe option was even more expensive. It would cost $353 to run the camera and $188 to pull the toilet. with tax about $600!

WOW.---$$$$$. But they assured me, their rates were comparable to anyone elses, and all plumbers have the same equipment.

Not true, I actually found an honest plumber who charged me less than $300 compared to their $600 option. Think twice before you call Puget Sound Plumbing, they won't hesitate to rip you off if you buy into their fear based sales pitch. Just wonder how many people have fallen for their scare tactics,..

I called them out to snake our clogged kitchen drain line.  They did good work,  They quoted me $325 to snake the line, on top of their $59 service fee.  It sure would take a little sting out if they credited the service fee toward the work you have done.  

While I wouldn't rule them out for future service calls, I'll probably shop around for someone a little cheaper next time.
