Best Drain Installation in Seattle WA
David and team replaced a section of my sewer line and added a liner. I talked to 3 other companies and chose David due to his diagnostic review of my issue, competitive bid, and professionalism during the estimate bid process.
David was communicative and friendly through the entire repair process. He showed up when he said he would and worked efficiently. He was always conscious of the quality of his work and how he left the area each day. He walked me through what he did and was clear about what he was doing and why.
Highly recommended for all your sewer needs!

Quick response to phone message, and friendly service. Rates are very good. Solved our blocked drain problem in about 30 minutes. Will defineatly use them again. Thanks to Yelp users for the great reviews that made up my mind to call. The BIG BOYS in West Seattle were going to take up to a week to MAYBE have an opening.

First of all, please see Rodney R's review. I wish I had before going with Mr. Rooter. I had a pressure vacuum seal on a sprinkler system blow. Because of the reviews on Yelp, I called Mr. Rooter and spoke to Scott, a project manager. To their credit, they were on the job in a matter of hours. They charged me $429 plus tax for the job, what they said they would charge me. Because of an associated $400 water bill, I pleaded with them to reduce their costs. No go.
I read Rodney's review and called Good Guy Plumbing, just to see what he normally charges. $125 plus $50 in parts.
Look, I hate feeling like I've been screwed. And I can't help but feel screwed. Mr. Rooter seems to be over charging for the services. Did I have any issue with their service? No. They were very professional. But at twice the price of someone with great reviews, I think you're better off checking out the competition before going with Mr. Rooter at least so that you have some comparison.

My water heater broke and flooded the garage the night before Thanksgiving. I called and got many quotes. Vortex gave me a call back right away. They had the best price and they had the availability to come out on Thanksgiving morning. They didn't charge me extra for the holiday. They did a professional job. The new water heater was installed well and works great.

OVERALL: 9.7/10. Near Labour Day 2021, I noticed that there were puddles of water in my second bathroom, and freaked out - I couldn't tell if it was from a pipe burst, a ceiling leak, or something worse.
It turned out (after a lot of self-experimentation) that it was from the toilet (most likely the feed that goes into the toilet bowl itself) -- since it was from the original condo build in 2003, and this was 2021, so... I guess toilets can stop working too?
In any case, I had to scramble to get someone to fix it since I was afraid the leak would affect the floor beneath me (given how terribly this building was constructed, I wouldn't be surprised if the between floor spaces had issues).
I bought my own toilet from Home Depot (thankfully they had some toilets, but I didn't get a water-saving one like I wanted because, despite the rebate, I don't actually pay for water in my building, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯), and set out to find a plumber to install it. I tried to make sure I found a local business to support, so off I went!
1) VALUE FOR MONEY: 9/10. All things considered this turned out to be the cheapest option I had, since the other quote (Joe's 2 sons plumbing) was almost double what this one was. It came out to $523 (after tax) for labour and installation (of customer-provided toilet); the cost came out to be the same for either repair or replace ($375 for an onsite visit), but I needed to also change the angle stop for an extra $100 (labour inclusive). After tax, that seemed pretty reasonable, since I didn't know how to do this myself (Eero had mentioned it was pretty easy, but if it was my first time installing a toilet... maybe I should watch first).
2) QUALITY: 10/10. So far, no further leaks. I had a smarthome leak sensor near the toilet just in case, but I moved it elsewhere in the home as I realized these guys were legit, and I'm very happy with this off my back!
3) SERVICE: 10/10. The workmanship was solid - the most impressive thing I noticed was that I didn't need to move my over-toilet shelf to accommodate the plumbing work.
He simply worked around it, and installed the toilet successfully! The plumber's name was Eero - he was no-nonsense, and even answered some other quick questions about my hot water heater that I had concerns about.
The full turnaround was only six days, from initial contact to work completed (including a site visit to give me a free quote). I contacted them on September 3rd, and they completed the work on September 9, 2021. Jeremiah was responsive and explained everything in a very thorough and articulate manner (especially given my lack of understanding in the plumbing space).

Jeff is great. He does quality work. Doesn't overcharge or try to talk you into anything you don't need. He fixed a whole list of things for us. All done well and even fixed a broken cabinet hinge that he happened to notice. Not always easy to get a hold of but worth being patient. We will definitely use his services again and would recommend him.

Schuerman Plumbing is highly recommended by friends and neighbors for their outstanding work, fair prices and efficiency.
The father and son team, Tom & Mark, worked very well together and got the job done as promised.
Nice to have a team of plumbers that can be trusted. Wish I knew them sooner

I used this company this summer and was very pleased with there work. When my water heater started to leak I called them right away! They came out and replaced it same day with a great energy efficient, larger heater then I had previously. I have recommended to friends in the area and they have been happy with their work as well!

These guys are great. We had a side sewer that needed repair. From Collin in the office to Angel.as Project Manager to Pedro and Cesar in the trenches, these guys performed above and beyond expectations. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending them for a side sewer repair.

Good value, and *great* communication. Erik did good work for us installing hose spigots. He has been responsive with follow up questions and was able to advise on another situation. Much appreciated, Thanks Erik

Called All Ways Rooter and they not only showed up early, Sam was a consummate professional. He diagnosed the issue with my kitchen sink quickly and had my garbage disposal reset and properly sealed in an hour or so. He advised me on ways to fix future issues myself and was pleasant to be around as well. If you are ever fortunate enough to get Sam as your tech, you won't be disappointed!

I would just want to say, Thank you so much! We were having a serious water pressure issue, awhile ago our hot water heater hot hose got a pin hole in it and we didn't know until our besetment was complete flooded! As I tried to shut the water off, and get the hose replaced. When I turned everything back on I guess I didn't turn the valve far enough and had been living with bad water pressure ever scent's. So I got tired of it and I asked my son-in-law for a recommendation of a plumber he used a few weeks earlier, he gave me tech city's number. Made an appointment and today was the day... Can you even guess what it was, yeah yeah.. I didn't turn the valve all the way back on.. Feeling pretty stupid, They were so kind! Turned the valve and did some checking and didn't even charge me, Who dose that any more? Thank you guys, 5 star's and a hug to boot!!!

I have used Action Jackson twice and was happy with them both times. They cleaned roots out of our pipes with water and also the snake. The first time they gave us and estimate and zero pressure and are waiting for a new estimate for the new problem. They were actually early both times and called ahead to make sure it was OK. I will definitely use them again.

I would like to share my experience with this excellent company. Pricebusters is the best! All the employees in the field are marvelous people, and skilled in their work. They are definitely whom you should call if you have any plumbing or sewer issue. I learned this a little bit too late, but I took a right turn, and hired Pricebusters to complete my sewer job. These guys are great! All of them. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I highly, HIGHLY recommend then for sewer and plumbing issues. They went the extra mile in the work they did for me. To prevent further issues, I followed their recommendation to put a liner in the the sewer line to prevent further blockages. Alex and Beau were great on phone calls, and Beau went the extra mile to come to my house to explain the project and the reasons for doing it. I would like to share the names of the excellent workers , but I am not sure of all of them. Maybe Pricebusters can add them to my comments. Works site cleaned up, deck washed off. Could not ask for more. Thank you, thank you and thank you again.

They are the best! Josh came to unplug my tub. Our house is 60 years old and has a pipeline you'd never want to surf on! He didn't even charge us and gave me some great ideas on how to keep it all moving along.

If you want to keep on waiting for them to show up, hire them! Good luck with that! Curious what their actual work will be like????

Lately it seemed as if my house was falling apart all at once. My hot water heater began leaking and obviously needed to be replaced. I contemplated doing the job with a buddy of mine to save money and decided to get an estimate. I figured I would call a plumber because that seemed right up their alley.
I called Southwest Plumbing for a quote. They showed up and were nice but it seemed like they were inflating how hard the job was. When they quoted me over $2,900.00 to just replace a simple 50 gallon water heater I was floored!
So now I was back to contemplating doing it myself. Then my furnace stopped blowing heat! Now it's time I call a company that works on heating and air. After reading reviews for Taylor Heating and AC I decided to get an estimate for the furnace from them.
The guy that responded to give the estimate from Taylor Heating and AC was great! He told me they would fix the furnace and replace the 50 gallon hot water heater as well. I was bracing myself when he gave me the quote. Drum roll please........
$1,800.00 for the water heater and the furnace!
I was expecting the service team to upsell but the entire experience was great! They not only fixed the furnace but serviced it as well.
Thanks to TAYLOR HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING!
Southwest Plumbing, I can't believe you inflated the cost so much!!
I was a previous customer but will not be calling you back. I'm now wondering how much I overpaid you for the previous job you did for me.

I had a plumbing emergency and was unable to find anyone available to come out to Camano Island. I called and they were able to get a plumber out right away. They were here and checked everything to make sure the leaking had stopped and they continued to check everything until they were sure everything was taken care of. I appreciate them being quick, courteous and professional. Ben walked me through step by step what he was doing and kept me informed of what they were finding.
They did tell me when I called that the dispatching fee was not going to be used towards any work and that it was just a dispatching fee. There was no confusion about this at all. They were completely upfront about fees and did no work without telling me what was what. I appreciated that very much!
