This is my first ever Yelp review and I decided to write my honest review for After Hour Services.

My kitchen sink has been stuck for more than 12 hrs. I tried different methods for 5 hrs but still couldn't get it resolved.

After Hours Services exceeded my expectations in many ways-

Responsive: Will replied my request for quote under 10 mins, and replied my text and call fairly quickly.

Professional: Will got things done in under 30 mins. In addition, Will was very thorough in examining andexplaining the issue. What I love the most is that he cleaned up the area after the issue was fixed.

Transparent pricing: he's honest and it's a flat fee and very reasonable price. I got different quotes and his is the most transparent.

On-time: he was on time, which is a very big factor for me.

Overall, I recommend Will and After Hour Services, with passion.

He didn't reply emails and calls. It has been a week. two emails and one voice message. I get that it is the busy time of the year, but he can just reply a simple message saying he won't have time. We had a toilet installed from him before. He did replied me promptly last time. I really don't get it..........

Prompt at appointment time and got the sewer clean out done very quickly. Would strongly recommend.

Never on time or even close! They gave me a two-hour timeframe and it's two hours beyond that and they are still not here! This is the second time they are extremely LATE!! Who wants to wait the entire day for a plumber to arrive? They keep saying half an hour longer, etc, but it's  over two hours longer. VERY UNHAPPY AND WILL NEVER USE MR. ROOTER AGAIN!!! EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE! Aside from this, they installed a new faucet and the handle broke off after six months. Instead of fixing it for free, they tried to sell me another one. Not my idea of a warranty. They did end up fixing the broken one but after I wasted my entire day waiting.

I called Jerry when I needed my hot water heater replaced.  He was able to come over the next day.  Not only did he provide an estimate in line with what other were able to give over the phone, he did the work the same day.  On top of the worked promised in the quote, repaired some shoddy work done by the orginial builders.  I felt like Jerry was a partner rather than someone trying to cheat me out of money.

We thought we had a leaky drainage pipe in our garage ceiling, and needed a quick and reliable fix. Dave at Maple Valley Plumbing was very responsive and reassuring. The tech, Andy, was also fantastic, diagnosed the problem as originating under the sink rather than the lower pipe, and fixed the issue. Thank you!

I called them yesterday about a sticky bathroom faucet I had - they gave me a flat price to replace it and showed up right on time the very next day.  Guy was super nice and professional, checked out the sink and went right to work.  Cleaned up after he was done - everything is perfect.  Price was very fair, service was very fast, and I didn't have to clean up anything.

The sewer line I share with my neighbor was clogged (it's been an ongoing problem).  Action Jackson arrived promptly and had it clear within a couple hours using their jetter.  Yay!  This was after we had the person we have been using for years tell us that we should spend $4,000 to put a clean out in without trying to clear it or using a camera.  We eventually may need to install a clean out, but it might not be for years.  Highly recommend!

We found out we had a water leak when we went to pay our water bill. It was about $200 over the average we pay. Living in Westport Wa it is difficult to get anyone out here for repairs. After making numerous calls to plumbers and people who clean up water damage (plumber referred us to them). We finally were told about American Leak Detection. Who knew they existed? The plumber finally called back and said he would not come out till we knew exactly where the outside leak was. We called American Leak in North Bend WA, Ryan called back and said sure we to Westport. Yahoo we thought we won the lottery. David came out the next week, found the leak in less than an hour. We still think we won the lottery when he was done. Now if this happens again or if I know anyone who needs someone I'll tell them American Leak Detection NW. Thank you so much!!! Without your help most plumbers would not have helped us!!

I was skeptical at first... How can all the reviews be 5 stars?  I was very happy to find out they were accurate.  Leon was great.  Friendly, honest, smart, etc.  I will be booking again, highly recommend.

We recently did a major remodel to our kitchen and hired Done Right for all of the new plumbing and natural gas installation.  Steve and his crew were courteous and very professional.  We were so pleased with their work on our kitchen, we just hired them to replace our hot water heater.  If we ever have a need for a plumber again, Done Right will be the company we call.

NO TIME FOR YOUR was his response within 1 minute of a phone conversation.

I called to see if they move toilets 1 to 2 feet on the second floor with wood paneling below to my shock he responded back with anger and said We are too busy and don't have time to do anything for you He was rude and mean. I called back to verify they were Walt's plumbing and he got angry and started yelling telling me they couldn't do any work and didn't have time for a toilet.

I called We Do Water Heaters late last night after discovering my water heater wasn't working. I had a call back first thing this morning and was given an estimate based on some pictures I sent over after the call. The price was good and Brady was able to come out and get my new water heater installed today!  The service was great and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a new water heater!

The tech that came out was very skillful and knowledgeable.  He was able to locate our problem in our sewer line, it was dug up and fixed in the same day.  Everything was cleaned up and working perfectly.  Great company with a very professional staff from start to finish.  I definitely recommend them!

Multiple-time repeat customer of West Sound Plumbing and they always do a great job. Thanks Josh and Caleb for a great job today working in a very challenging space under my house. They had a great attitude and helped me understand what had gone wrong. Will continue to use them with confidence!

I have used ABV plumbing for two different services and both times Hristo was on time, provided pricing ahead of time (no surprises), did great work, cleaned up afterwards, explained things to me, and even wore shoe covers so he didn't track dirt inside! Very happy with his services.

Just wanted to compliment Ally for a job well done. Christopher fixed our kitchen Fawcet on Tuesday. He was VERY professional and efficient . Performed the work on time and called to let us know when he would arrive . The customer service staff when I called was terrific and Travis was also exceptional in assessing our plumbing situation. THANKS AGAIN

Repsonse in regards to the manager who replied to my previous post: read reviews, people have been having issues with this company and specifically the manager I also had issues with..  Yelp may filter reviews as chris says, however there are plenty of reviews that are bad and we are not all lieing, about our experience we had.  If there are that many bad reviews, there are not that many people lieing.  The manager (chris) actually was yelling at me and I said absolutely nothing slanderous as put in the response to the review.  There were 3 leaks fixed and I actually did pay for all them.  I was told by the technician the 428 charge for coming out a second day was taken off (since they did no work the first day) but because there was another leak found (the third one)  it evens out to the same amount.  I did not get  absolutely any credit or free work.  I was charged just under 2000.00 for three leaks that is what I paid. If the manager was not yelling at me there would have been no reason for me to ask him to be quiet and stop talking over me. I also on two occasions told him to stop putting words in my mouth as he kept saying I was saying hostage which is not a word I use.   I also never threatened.  I am a person who when I have had a bad experience I let people know and I told him that's exactly what I was going to so (as people should) not once did anyone apologize I had to argue on the phone with Chris for over 7 mins before he told me he would call the technician to take the charge off for the second day coming back when it should have been fixed the first time.  He kept telling me to go and talk to the echnician to take the charge off myself.  He was rude and did not have any empathy for someone who lost two days worth or work because they couldn't be on time or manage their schedules correctly.

Andrew at Hunt's services come through for me again. He showed up on time got right to work six the problem in no time and was a tremendous help thank you hon service five stars definitely and thank you especially Andrew
