This is my first ever Yelp review and I decided to write my honest review for After Hour Services.

My kitchen sink has been stuck for more than 12 hrs. I tried different methods for 5 hrs but still couldn't get it resolved.

After Hours Services exceeded my expectations in many ways-

Responsive: Will replied my request for quote under 10 mins, and replied my text and call fairly quickly.

Professional: Will got things done in under 30 mins. In addition, Will was very thorough in examining andexplaining the issue. What I love the most is that he cleaned up the area after the issue was fixed.

Transparent pricing: he's honest and it's a flat fee and very reasonable price. I got different quotes and his is the most transparent.

On-time: he was on time, which is a very big factor for me.

Overall, I recommend Will and After Hour Services, with passion.

I've had Erik do a number of projects for me. (Kitchen faucet, dishwasher installation, new powder room, relocating washer dryer, and a hot water recirculating pump and piping.
Without exception I've always been satisfied, felt I got a fair price and only had the work I required recommended by Erik. You can't go wrong working with Erik.

All Ways Rooter is very easy to work with, gives good rates, and is thorough with explanation/communication about the work done! I cannot recommend them enough

We had a blocked sewer line in our old triplex.  I called Mr. Rooter and they came out in not much more than an hour.  Their plumber was named Danny and he did a very professional job.  I would gladly use this company again.

Jerry, what a great and honest guy. Called to set an appointment for some plumbing issues I am facing in my new house. He asked few questions via phone and told me how I can eliminate the bad odor that was coming from the sewer without he coming over. I did what he asked me to do and the smell was gone.

dave a great owner operator, answered the call and came out as so as he could, got my broken water line fixed in no time, was fair with the price and did an excellent job. Way better to call them and not those crazy TV advertising plumbers that way over charge.

I went to Angie's List for a plumber to replace a garbage disposal.
One estimate was for $800.00 and another plumber wanted to come
to the house and charge me $79,00 for an estimate. Vortex gave me
a very reasonable estimate. I called and they were able to schedule
an appointment within days. They were very professional and fast and
cleaned up afterwards.  They were very knowledgeable and did a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing problems.

Called Sunday morning at 9:00. They were here at 11:00 and unplugged my sewer, identified and marked where the problem was in my line. They coordinated with a company (Sewer Friendly) to come out for the repair. Sewer Friendly was out the next day  and completed the repair. Awesome - I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a leak in my pool plumbing. They came out and were able to locate where they thought the leak was and marked the concrete with blue tape and said the leak is inside this box.

I had the pool repair company come and saw through the concrete and dig down to the plumbing and they found the leak within the box that American Lead Detection marked.

American Leak Detection made what I thought was a very intimidating process (having a leak repaired in concrete without being able to see it) very easy.

Leon is the best. He is dependable and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend him for repairs, painting, installations, etc. He's done everything from hanging difficult blinds to installing my garbage disposal. I've hired him many times over the years and I've always been very happy with his work.

Hey, I like these guys. Small bathtub leak, not a big deal but plenty annoying. A contractor friend recommended them and he was right as he often is. Called, phone answer by a person, promptly scheduled within a few days, came when they said they would, spent time really checking out the problem and they fixed it. Sounds easy but a off again/on again leak can be hard to assess- they nailed it. Got a thank you note and 30 day warrantee - comes with a fridge magnet, nice since given the quality of the service, the price and our 100 year old house it's likely that we will be needed them again.

I have used Walt two separate times at my home in Bellevue. His prices are fair and he does quality work.

They were great to work with. Barry was extremely responsive with my messages on Yelp leading up to our appointment. On the day of the appointment, they showed up right on time. When they saw the spigot on the water heater, they explained a potential complication that could arise before we proceeded with servicing the water heater- they said that it was a rare occurrence, but wanted to be upfront that it was a possibility before they did anything. Overall a great experience, and I will be contacting them for future needs!

The tech that came out was very skillful and knowledgeable.  He was able to locate our problem in our sewer line, it was dug up and fixed in the same day.  Everything was cleaned up and working perfectly.  Great company with a very professional staff from start to finish.  I definitely recommend them!

I was calling around to various places in the area about installing a new toilet. I had put a lot of thought into the toilet choice, but learned upon arrival that most places wanted a huge lot of money, almost the cost of the toilet itself, to do the install. I learned this was because we had chosen a one-piece design, and so it was heavier and thus more difficult to move and to install. After searching for a solution and weighing the option of doing it myself, I got a callback from West Sound with an offer at about half of what the other places wanted, and so I decided to use them instead.

One thing that surprised me was the speed. When I got a call back (after approving of their pricing), they were ready to come out within 30 minutes! I didn't realize they would be that fast, and couldn't account for that as I had existing plans, but still, nice to know they can be very prompt. Asked them to come out the next day instead, and so a young fella came out the next day, was courteous and professional, and installed the new toilet without much fuss. Also hauled the old toilet away for a fair rate. I have no complaints, everything worked out well.

I have used ABV plumbing for two different services and both times Hristo was on time, provided pricing ahead of time (no surprises), did great work, cleaned up afterwards, explained things to me, and even wore shoe covers so he didn't track dirt inside! Very happy with his services.

Thanks to Ally - James and David - for a great customer experience. The company communicated about arrival and confirmed our appointment in advance.  James and David arrived, assessed our gas rerouting needs, and got to work.  I appreciated that they explained what they were doing and why. They answered any question I had and made sure I knew how to get the system online after other trade work was done.  I think we got good work and paid a fair price.  We'll keep Ally on the short list for any future projects.

Called last night at 9:00pm to get a plumber out in the morning to look at my drains in my house. They were draining slowly and backing up a little bit. So not an emergency. They called me this morning to set up an appointment.  Was going to be between 12 and 2. Then they call me at 2 and said we can not get out to me today. So now I'm calling around trying to find somebody that's not going to be over time  pay. I would not count on this company if you need them to come out.

I probably should have read the reviews before scheduling with this company. I needed my dryer vent cleaned, so on 6/22/21, I got on their site to book my appointment. Seemed easy enough, and I was thrilled that the next available appointment was the next day. I was only given morning or afternoon, no specific time.  I took the day off, and when I didn't hear anything around 1pm, I called. Michelle in the office put me on hold only to come back on the line to tell me the automatic scheduling system did not schedule me. She truly showed no care or concern, almost like this happens frequently.  She told me they're very busy & take emergency calls first.  I asked when I could get rescheduled and she was very wishy-washy.  Friday was open, but then she said she could no guarantee the appointment because an emergency might come up.  Next week might work better for them, but then she went back to Friday.  Time?  Oh, she could not commit to that either. Ok, fine, put me on the schedule for Friday.  The best was, I was leaving my house Wednesday around 4pm and there was one of their trucks around the block from me.  Whatever.  Well, today is Friday & took the day off because I was given no specific time or even time window.  So, here I am drinking my coffee, and I get a text Good morning Katy, this is Maxie with Hunt's Services. We have you scheduled for a dryer vent cleaning. Our technician is unavailable today and we are having to reschedule all of his appointments for today to next week. We can offer you a $35 rescheduling credit due to having to move your appointment. Please give us a call at 253-533-7500 or text here, Thank you!.  Really?  I called & got Michelle again.  First she said my appointment was cancelled due to emergency calls. I pointed out that the text said the tech was unavailable & all his appointments were cancelled. Again, wishy-washy, and slightly apologetic now.  Second day off work, still dirty dryer vent.  Needless to say, I'm on the schedule for another company on Monday, and sadly, another day off work.  Thank you Hunt's Services for an unexpected 4 day weekend.  At least the weather will be nice & there's beer in the fridge.
