Best Sink Repair in San Jose CA

I had high expectation after having read Yelp's reviews.  But this service is above and beyond.  I realized that I've paid for an excellent professional service and my money was well spent.  Giovani and his team took meticulous care in repairing a leaky valve and pipes in front of my home.  

I am going to keep this short: they kept coming back to fix my pipe until there is not any leak.  They made multiple trips on the same and different days, and spent their money on new parts until everything is perfect.  I've asked Giovani if I needed to pay extra for his extra visits and parts and his answer was a flat no.  The only thing they were willing to take were two cans of Coke that I offered.

He was also nice enough to spend time to inspect a bathtub drain through its service panel; the tub drain seems to be leaking slowly to have caused water stain at the lower floor ceiling.  I didn't pay him for the inspection but he gave me some professional advice.  I've also asked about whether I need to replace a couple of other things and his answer was either there is no need with explanations, or proper quotes on installations.  

They just came for a 'small' job and they've spent enough time on the job and everything else.  These made me think that I've underpaid them.

This is a review for Mike helping to fix the connection from dishwasher to our garbage disposal. Turned out the previous installer didn't do things properly, and he even helped fixing things that (yet) another provider failed to do well. Highly recommend Mike, and we are very happy with the result.

If you are looking for a responsive, high quality, professional, and ethical service at a fair price, look no further!  I called Local Rooter (based on a recommendation from my son-in-law who used Local Rooter to clear their sewer line two weeks prior, who highly recommended Local Rooter as they worked very diligently to successfully clear his sewer line).  
Within 30 minutes of my call a crew of 2 with the right equipment showed up on the job, clearing the sewer line in about 90 minutes.  They provided high quality, timely and ethical service to my mom who is almost 80 and who had been taken advantage off from another company who broke her sewer line on a Friday with no resolve and had my senior mother signing a contract three days later for $17,000 plus to put in a new sewer line (which she didn't need and couldn't afford).  This call saved my mom over $14,000.  So sad that some companies take advantage of seniors, but not Local Rooter.  They are fair and don't exploit seniors.

Javed has removed two clogs (one in our sink, the other in our bathroom) and replaced our water heater. All 3 times he responded quickly and did excellent work. Don't hesitate to call him for any of your plumbing needs.

My sink started backing up which I thought was my annual problem where my tree trunk roots needed to be removed.  It was not.  It was worse!  My entire sewer line needed to be replaced.  Wow!  Wtf was I going to do.  I had to bite the bullet!  Long story short, ARP set me up with a reasonable rate and had the job done within a day and a half!  The pipes were disgusting.  The main sewer line was so clogged, you could barely fit a finger in the only hole left in the pipe.  The rest were just as bad and old and corroded.  They were like busy bees.  Very professional,  courteous, considerate and didn't waste any time!  From the owner, Daniel, to the accounting staff, this company's work ethic and professionalism was incredible!  Thank you all at ARP!!!!

We run into sudden and very complicated failures with toilet water running due to a broken part, incoming water switch for toilet not working and the main water switch not working that were just identified after the running water. We called Right Plumbing Services and Eddie answered the call right away and promised to be on site within 30 mins. Eddie came in time and fixed all issues. We are happy with Eddie's job and would use Right Plumbing Services again for future issue.

AAA  Affordable Plumbing and Khan are the real deal!  If I could give more than 5 stars I would!  They were professional, courteous, cost efficient, fair, responsible, respectful, TRUSTWORTHY, ..the list could go on and on.  

Khan should teach a class on how to run a business - he is a delight to work with.  I have found my plumber for life.  Will call him for all our plumbing needs.  He did a trenchless sewer line replacement and clean out for us.  He gave us an unbeatable price and got the work done in ONE DAY.  His crew was fantastic and cleaned up beautifully after the job was done.  

Khan was very focused on our satisfaction - NOT about figuring out ways to charge us more money.  He was on time, communicated with us effectively and didn't accept any payment until he knew we were satisfied.  

I just can't speak highly enough about Khan and his team!

Had Kitchen drain clogged during cold week in December/January .. Called drain Master and told me someone would be out between 3-5 guys cost estimate over  the phone was $125-158. Guys  (Dave and nephew) showed up at 5pm and got to work.
Struggled for over an hour and was not able to free clog. Need to consider doing serious plumbing job to add an outside clean out in the line as their snakes can't get beyond the drop in the line. Dave was very conscious and caring and apologized for not being able to clean the clog. I was not charged anything and felt they did appropriate service given the circumstances. Thanks

The words professional, thorough, and tidy come to mind when I consider Water Quality Plumbing. They truly listened to my concerns and clearly, thoroughly, and promptly answered my questions.

The result was a perfectly repiped home, repaired faucets, and guaranteed work. They also left their work space clean. I can't say enough about how pleased we are with Water Quality Plumbing.

Today was the 2nd time we've used Vic's Handy Plumbing. The first time was a bit over a year ago when our kitchen sink was clogged. We have very old pipes and our landlord just doesn't care. He came out, climbed on our dangerous roof to get his snake down the pipes to unclog. He explained what we could do to prevent this in the future and we haven't had any problems with that sink since!

Fast forward to 2 days ago, yet another clog we couldn't troubleshoot ourselves in our bathroom sink. We even invested in a decent snake and couldn't do it ourselves. Vic showed up 4 hours after I called, snaked the line, checked for leaks and let us know what we could do with that sink to prevent toothpaste buildup in these old pipes, etc.

I trust this guy, and he's super friendly. Prices seem to be comparable to other places and honestly, I'd pick him over all of them in a heartbeat.

Santos the owner is a pleasure to work with. After interviewing a few different plumbers to help me with work on my 100 year old house I couldn't be happier with my decision. His team is diligent, punctual, respectful, and most importantly do fantastic work. No need to look anywhere else these guys are fantastic.

I asked him over the phone for a range of what it would cost to snake a tub drain which was a very simple job. Just a hairball in the P-trap they said between $160 to about $220 but when they got out there they said it be $240.   Took all of about 10-15 minutes to snake the drain. I understand, travel costs, and everything but still find the cost expensive for the amount of work involved.

Unresponsive.  Wrote several times, did not hear back.

Mission City came to the rescue when our showers were backed up and we had water flowing out of the bath late in the evening. Despite the late hour, Mission City showed up in under 30 minutes and had our problem solved about 30 minutes after that. We are truly grateful!
