I had a cog problem in my kitchen pipe and I called San Jose Drain an Main. They came in 30 minutes and fixed my cog problem in 10 minutes. I am impressed by their services and will use their services again in the near future if I have plumbing issues.

Mike did a great job plumbing my kitchen sink from the second floor to the ground level. I waited (procrastinated) for months to come back to leave the review. So you can trust me that the work was solid. Mike was very transparent about the prices. He priced different situation differently upfront. Not too low, not high at all, which made me feel comfortable. Mike was also very courteous when talking or chatting with me in my house. When prompted, he would also explained to me everything about this job in details. I would definitely choose him again if any help needed.

Duy responded super fast with his availability and a rough estimate. Said he'd come by same day.  Was super friendly on arrival and got straight to work. He handled the issue well and the estimate was accurate. Highly recommend.

Requested a quote towards the end of the day on a Monday. Daniel responded quickly with by far the best estimate which was inclusive of parts and labor including my special request to have a quarter turn spigot and not the cheapo replacement that had been originally installed. And the plumber, Jorge, was here as promised between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m the *next* morning. And while I consider doing this job myself given that this was the original spigot and had been painted and stuck it over by the builder, the quote was so fantastic that it wasn't worth the risk. I'm really glad I made the call because when I initially turned the water main off we detected that it wasn't fully shut off. The water main itself being a quarter turn handle appears to be sticking or leaking internally giving it a quick on off jiggle got it to work but now it's on my list for needing a potential future replacement. Jorge had his mask on on the full approach to my property and when we needed to go through real quick to the water main by the garage quickly slipped on shoe protectors. Professional, affordable, responsive. Again super impressed at the professionalism of Jorge and being properly masked during the pandemic. I have some future work coming down the line including potential renovations and Always Rescue will be at the top of my list for quotes and service. Keep up the great work!

Steve has helped me twice with plumbing issues. The first time, I needed to repair main water pipe that was being bent by an overgrown tree. He was one of the first quotes to respond back to me via text, and came almost immediately to do an estimate. His price was fair, and he was honest, so I decided to go ahead with him. He did the work in about half a day, and sent me the photos of his progress of his work throughout the day as it is a rental property. He cleaned up very nicely afterwards, my tenants were very pleased and even asked for his contact.

Then on Super Bowl Sunday, we came home from a trip to a busted pipe near our water heater. I immediately called Steve, and he responded back in less than 15 minutes again, even though he was at his own Super Bowl event. He was able to come promptly and quoted us a fair price to fix our hot water line in the next two hours! Now that's prompt efficient service!

The only thing to mention is that Steve is not licensed, but he is responsive, does do great honest work at a very reasonable price.

Picked up his phone right away on a Monday night at 9:15 and fit me in the next morning. He arrived on time. Ed literally saved us thousands! We got the snake stuck in pipes trying to unplug a drain went too far and it was stuck I mean STUCK! We tried for hours to pull it out and nothing! We were looking at possibly cutting pipes and drywall to get it out! He came and worked and worked and got it out! He was incredibly reasonable and informative. Would recommend him without hesitation and have finally found a skilled honest plumber.

I had a leak under the kitchen sink and a faulty faucet. They came the same day, fixed the problem and installed the new faucet, quickly, efficiently and they were very professional and courteous. Our water heater went out. Khan accommodated us immediately and did a great and neat job replacing our water heater. He was very pleasant and professional to work with. Highly recommend him.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I called for a simple service which probably would not have taken a long time at all. Since it was so easy, I believe that's the reason they were willing to come... Until he found out that I lived in a condo building. At that point, he rejected my business and told me to call someone else! Wow! They should probably state that they don't like to do business with condos on their website so people don't bother to call them.

Don't believe their website either when they say they are open 24-7. I called last night and didn't get a call back until the morning after. How does a business claim to be open 24-7? False advertising.

Good thing I didn't hire them because he was going to charge me $125 for something so simple!!!

Found them through Yelp! Got to speak with Marty on our concerns, stretched flex line on the water heater. He gave us the estimate and honored it. Mary scheduled the appt, they were on time as promised, quick and efficient, answered all my questions. Tabatha was very accommodating with the invoice. She had to revise it for us 3 times, but never grudgingly at all! Very pleasant. $15 off thanks to Yelp!

called him on monday at 4:PM he said he could come by on Tues between 7:30 and 8:00 AM this morning he was here at 7:30 looked at our problem and had it cleared by 8:00 AM no upsale just fact our main drain had build up because never cleaned I now have his name and # in my contact's would highley recommend him thank you Santos for your prompt work and honesty

Tino is awesome! We recently bought a new house and were recommended to have a plumber come check out the sewer line under our master bath. Fortunately, there were no issues that needed to be addressed. However, a few weeks later our water heater went out! I called Tino at 9AM on a Monday and he was at our house with a new one that afternoon. By 6PM, the install was done and we had hot water. He is a character and I could tell he enjoys his trade.
