We came back from vacation to discover a leak in in our kitchen. I had called around to a few plumbers and all provided high quotes and could not make it out for a couple of days. When I talked to Sam he said to send him a picture for a better idea. 30 minutes later I got a call that said they had wrapped up a call in our area early and could swing by to take a look. Within 15 minutes they had the leak under control and  were on their way to another job.
They were quick, professional, and incredibly accommodating to our schedule. By far some of the best service we have ever received. They are our go to plumber from this point on, and we will definitely be recommending them to our friends and family.

Called at 10 and they were by 1:15 and drain was completely clear at 1:30.  Ezzy was helpful, efficient and courteous.  I would highly recommend EJ plumbing.

United Plumbing is very responsive, timely and effective in resolving plumbing requests.  This time, they replaced a broken toilet with an easier to maintain American Standard toilet in our master bathroom.

Another day, another issue with the house we needed help with. Thank you Khan for coming to the rescue in a matter of a few hours. You are always so reliable and helpful.

Just had them come out to clear out a long drain pipe and a badly clogged sink drain. Had them replace the under sink plumbing and washer standpipe with ABS. They are a pleasure to work with and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommended!

Ivan is an excellent service provider! I called 3 plumbers when my sewage grinder pump stopped working, all with very different estimates. Ivan came out that same day, took a look, and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He then came back promptly the next morning, as scheduled, with a new grinder pump that he had just picked up, and replaced the unit. He was knowledgable, friendly, and very professional. The job was very well done, and he then sent a note, a few days later, thanking me for my business. I will be calling Ivan any time I need plumbing services.

This is an updated review.  I am still giving 5 stars for the service I received, but I was not able to get a contractors license number from them (it's not on website or invoice) and do not find them when I search the License Board website.  I had planned on having them bid two larger jobs I have coming up, but without knowing if they are licensed and insured, i would not be able to do that. I emailed them for that information a week ago and have not yet received a response.  This does not, however, in any way change the initial service and good work I received from Jaime.  If I get the information I need, I will update my review and will have them bid my jobs.

When the burner for my AO Smith water heater broke, I called a few plumbers who cover that brand. Other companies told me that my four-year-old model was discontinued and I would need a new model at a cost of $1400 for labor/installation (no parts included in that because it was still under warranty). Steven, owner of SPS Plumbing, helped me see that the other guys were upselling me, then he ordered the part I needed and installed it for less than $300. Thank you! Great service.

My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

These guys are the best. Rarely have I encountered a home repair business that operated as competently and professionally. We had our home repiped  by Gladiator. Five guys showed up at 9 am and by 3:30, our old pipes had been removed and the new copper pipes were installed and working. They cleaned up after themselves beautifully and completely. The price was fair too and below the price I was quoted by others. They have my absolute recommendation.

Thank you 5 Star Plumbing for coming to the rescue when my shower got clogged! As a woman with long hair, it's inevitable for the drain to clog from time to time. I was having visitors come over and needed to have this situation fixed ASAP! I called 5 Star Plumbing and they gave me a reasonable quote and were able to come super fast! They did a great job and offered tips on how to prevent future clogs. Thanks for the fast service and well trained staff!

We wanted to do a water re-pipe, and I was calling plumbers to get the house inspected. R.P.S charge $49 for coming over and inspecting, while many do not. From reviews, R.P.S looked good, and I thought to get a quote and hand them over the job.
Plumber  Xavier Galvez came over. Rather than inspecting the house professionally he simply kept saying three words -- This is weird. He didn't want to go into crawl space, didn't want to do any real inspection.
Please avoid inspection from this company especially Xavier Galvez.

On time , very poor English  and tried to head conversation to unrelated plumbing. Was a waste of time. Very frustrated

I though I had posted this in April of 2021.  I had a small outdoor plumbing issue, contacted them, with photos, and they were able to be here with the labor and the solution, almost before anyone else had even replied to my yelp request.

He was too busy to fit me in but was prompt in response and referral to another quality local plumber who was also responsive. Thank you for keeping customers best interests in mind.

Top notch plumbers!  Had an issue with a toilet leak and also a bad toilet fill valve.  At the recommendation of our contractor, called Jaime of Fantastic Rooter.  He wasn't able to make it so he had Gerry (Gerardo) come out to take a look.  He was able to quickly detect the source of the leak (wax seal) and fixed it.  Also, looked at the fill valve.  He didn't have the exact same valve but one that was similar.  He installed it but due to the shape of the new valve, the tubing placement wasn't ideal.  He tried a bunch of different configurations for the tubing but it still didn't work.  So we decided to have him order the new valve from the toilet company and he would come back to reinstall (which would require pulling up the whole toilet again).  He didn't charge me at all for the visit as the toilet wasn't fixed yet.  The valve was backordered so it took a while to get it.  But when he got it, he contacted us to set up a time to reinstall.  Our work schedules were pretty busy so he actually came in on a Sunday afternoon to reinstall the valve.  It required pulling the whole toilet up again but there were never any complaints.  Gerardo did an outstanding job and was extremely pleasant and professional the whole time.  Never thought I'd enjoy meeting and talking to a plumber but I really enjoyed working with Gerardo.  Excellent work and service!

We worked with Plumbtree for a water softener installation and preventative horizontal re-pipe. They walked us through the entire process, gave us very transparent quotes and had no pressure while we waited a few months to start the process. We worked with Mario and he was amazing at what he did and I can't say anything negative. Every day they worked they ended the day with running water, a clean house and gave me a clear plan for the next day. 10/10 and I'll definitely use them again if we somehow have any plumbing issues in the next 40 years.

Its never a pleasant experience to wake up to no hot water. I called 3 different companies to take a look at the water heater the first company showed up an hour and a half late and the tech didn't know what he was doing so they had to send out another person this took a whole day waiting on them. The second company couldn't come out for A few hours so I found the Plumbing connection in the Yellow pages. it was nice to have someone answer the phone and come out within 45min on a Sunday. Khan was very professional and honest and even told us to get other estimates if we needed to before we made our decision. I'm glad we went with Plumbing Connection and I would recommend them to help with any of your plumbing needs! Thank you

Mike at Pure Plumbing Solutions is great at what he does. Very professional and straightforward in his dealings, usually available on phone or calls back as soon as he can. I used his service a couple of times and am happy to recommend him for all household plumbing jobs.

On president's day weekend I had a faucet start leaking badly.  We reached out to a company we found a good yelp review, and Rooter Hero responded a short time later.. NOT the actual company we reached out to.  OK.. I guess these guys are the after-hours crew.  

They come to my house and give me an estimate just shy of $1k.  Um.  OK.  What does that include?  No itemization.  They didn't even really look at the faucet to see if it was fixable before providing this estimate.  The estimate itself is completely without itemization.  

My wife pushes back and they immediately reduce it to around $700.  Still no itemization.  Still not a lot of real time spent looking into the actual problem.  

We say hell no, obviously.  This is very predatory.  

I ended up waiting until after the three-day holiday.  Brought in a different company, and $200 worth of faucet tightening (and showing us how to do it) he was on his way, all the time apologizing as it was their minimum service fee.  

So.. AVOID these people.
