The water heater price seems to be within current market range....not the cheapest and not the high end ... it seems like a reliable place.

My family requested a service from this company last February/March for re pipes due to partial of our side living room had a water leak through its ceiling from upper floor bathroom shower knob. Giovanni and his technician had done a fabulous project within two days. They had been helpful and knowledgeable. They had also done an awesome job for demonstrating different pipeline materials so we know what we have inside the ceiling wall.

Giovanni noticed that we have a 20 year old water heater and recommended to get a new installation before leaking to the garage. So they installed a Bradford white eco defender (ultra low nox ) and completed within an hour. Excellent! They didn't charge for a diagnostic fee.

Very fast, very solid service. I called, about an hour and a half later, Michael arrived to restore civilization to my home, hot and cold running water, imagine that. He fixed up a kitchen faucet replacement that the owner (cough, me) had really screwed up. Michael made it right in no time and at a fair price. He also replaced an old waste disposer while he was here and generally made things better. What more could you ask for :)

I had a back up issue.  A plumber came out to clear the line and said I have a broken pipe.  I am not sure about that, so I hired Gomez to camera scope the line, and they found the line is in perfect condition.

Then I hired them to install a 2 way clean out.  On the day of the job, they found I already have a clean out.  They are so honest and can totally be trust!

Living in the Bay Area it is not easy to find quality work for a reasonable price and SPS Plumbing does exactly that. My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

Our rental showed gas leak, PG&E shut off the gas line, and tenant was in big trouble. Called Gladiator. They responded promptly and, knowing it was emergency, they dispatched Edgar and his crew within hours, gave estimation, and started the work the very next morning and finished the repiping and repair totally by the end of day for a truly professional job well done. Their charge is very reasonable and well deserved it based upon their outstanding workmanship.

My water heater started acting up, suddenly water would come out hot and cold so I wanted to get it checked out right away. I called 5 star plumbing to have them come out to check it out and give me estimate. They were so fast and efficient, right away they knew what the issue was. My water heater was just too old and needed to be changed. I asked if they could do the job the same day and they said yes. Within a couple hours I had a new water heater installed and have had zero issues, I love having nice hot water and not worry about the water heater anymore. Their quick availability, reasonable pricing and professional services are what makes them the only plumbing service I will continue to use in the future I highly recommend them.

I called RPS on 09-25-20 for a low water pressure situation and corrosion on my pipes and the ball joint connections. David came out that afternoon and we discussed what repairs needed to be done. David quickly determined the low pressure was being caused by my water softener. He also found that the previous plumber I used a few years ago connected some of the copper pipes with galvanized metal fittings which was causing the corrosion. Maybe I was just lucky, but he was able to do the repairs the next morning, Saturday the 26th. Saturday he came out at 9:30 am with Josh and they began the work. They showed me all the piping that was almost completely blocked by the corrosion as they did the repairs. David and Josh were very informative explaining everything they were doing and why. The repairs were done quickly and very professionally. There was no additional cost for doing the work on Saturday and the price was very reasonable.I will definitely use RPS Ribbs Premier Services again and I will ask to have David and Josh come out and do the work.

We called Nathaniel at around 7:20 PM on a Saturday night after a clog started a flood of dirty water into our shower. We had called multiple other plumbers with more reviews, who were all booked, so we took a chance with Plumbing Point. We are so glad we did. Within 40 minutes, Nathaniel was at our house. They tried everything they could think of with the materials at hand before eventually giving up a few hours later, but they were back early in the morning with longer snake. It turns out the clog was in the city's pipes (not ours), so they cleared it and are writing us a note we can use to ask the city for a maintenance check. The pricing was very reasonable, and we would definitely call them again for an emergency!

I got estimation from multiple plumbers. Arizona form Aaron's Plumbing is friendly and honest and best plumber I have ever meet. He gave me multiple estimate for each situations. It requires City permit and he get it done in a day! Some plumber said it takes 6 months to get permit...

Job is so quick they get done in 3 days include city inspection.

Shane came out this week and installed a whole
house water filter & conditioner and replaced my old hot water heater. Both systems were chosen at Shane's recommendation. He gave me multiple options and let me choose what system would work best for my needs. Shane went above and beyond when installing my system. He even came back the next day to change a small detail he was not happy with after a night of sleep. Shane is professional, knowledgeable, and HONEST. I had a shower drain clogged and called Rooter Hero. Gabe showed up next day, and he tried to scam me for $225. It is just a simple shower drain clogged, how can it be cost so much??? No thanks HERO.

FYI, I called Value Rooter for the same job, and I paid only $77. Job Well Done!!! I know who to call next time. Definitely not the HERO.
