My property management connected me to Albert, and it was very easy and fast to set up a time for him come take a look at my bathroom issue. I had a small drainage issue with the sink and shower, and not only did he get to work immediately and fixed the issues, he also educated me on recommendations to prevent the issues from reoccuring in the future and was friendly about it. Would definitely recommend.

I was connected with Albert via my property manager to fix a leak in my bathroom. He responded promptly and set up an appointment ASAP. He arrived at the very beginning of the appointment window and fixed the issue in under 20 minutes. He also replaced all the ancillary parts to make sure everything was working as best as possible. Easy to work with and quick.

Got in and unclogged my drain and showers quickly and efficiently.

Albert was great! He fixed the shutoff valve under the kitchen sink that was not working at all. He put in a great quarter turn, dual valve. I can now change out my water filters and I'm super great full. I highly recommend this service for all of your plumbing needs. I had an issue with the kitchen faucet & under the sink leaking. He was right on time and super fast. The technician arrived promptly at the start of his window, retrieved a few parts downstairs after initial inspection, and we had a perfectly-working sink 20 minutes later.

My toilet's water was continuously running and I had no option but to shut my water off every time after I used it. I called Albert Hall Plumbing and not only did they arrive within the hour, they fixed the problem within an hour as well, replacing the lever inside the tank as well as going as far as replacing the water hose to the main pipe. Their service was also very friendly on top of it all. Would highly recommend.

I manage 16 residential properties in San Francisco. I've been working with Albert for years. One of the property managers that I knew recommended him, and I only regretted that I haven't met him sooner! He's honest, responsive, reasonably priced. I love that he addresses issues right away: as soon as he receives a service request he contacts the tenant the same day and fixes the issue.

They came super quickly to repair our leaky sink. The employee who came did a super great job assessing the situation. After determining what was wrong, he immediately returned from his car with replacement parts and fixed our sink all in one trip. Only took about 20-30 minutes and was super easy to manage. These guys are straight shooters. When you call on them they answer the phone, hear over your concerns, and let you know when/if they can come by. We've had them over for a couple of repairs in the past. Honest, direct, and fair.

Unfortunately, when I called on them recently to replace a sink they told me they were booked up for a few weeks and could not help us. Which is fine. I'd rather be told the truth than be fed some BS, which is what you get from so many contractors in the city.

Albert Hall Plumbing is Great! I called Albert yesterday, and set up an appointment for today. He was here on time, diagnosed the problem quickly...gave me a straight up no BS quote to fix the problem. He had the necessary parts on hand...had it fixed in about 15 minutes and I was back to the rest of my day.

Work came in significantly higher than estimate. When I called the person to ask about the discrepancy he quickly became belligerent calling me an a**hole and using other profanity. In addition the parts that were installed were of poor quality and another plumber who I subsequently called told me that they would need to be replaced. Overall dishonest and poor quality.

My landlord called Albert twice in recent years for a clogged drain and a broken toilet. I was always impressed with his visits.

When we had the clogged drain, my landlord gave him the wrong key and while he was away to get the right key, he called to reschedule our appointment because he had to fix someone else's broken water heater. Their emergency was a higher priority than my clogged drain and I understood that. Albert came the very next morning.

He always showed up and worked quickly and was a pretty nice guy. I can't speak to his prices since it was my landlord who ordered his services. The fact that my landlord owns several properties and uses him repeatedly must mean he's fairly-priced, too.

Albert is awesome! He will make sure that whatever plumbing issue you may have will be taken care of and fixed. I called a few plumbers in order to source the location of a horrible smell inside the house, he was able to find the issue on his first attempt, we were very very happy with the ability that Albert has to find out what was wrong and to then complete the repairs needed in a timely and professional manner. I have had Albert do several jobs for me- replaced an old toilet, replaced sink fixtures on 3 different sinks (kitchen, bathroom, garage), replace water heater exhaust pipe, fix clogged drains 3 times, and address low water pressure (he found a simple problem/simple fix where another plumber wanted to run a new main water pipe for us for thousands of $$ more.) He is fast, professional, knowledgeable, and very honest with regards to pricing. Once, he couldn't fix the problem (a main sewer line clog) and despite having worked for about 2 hours on it, he didn't charge me, to ensure my satisfaction. I recommend him in highest terms to anyone who needs a great general-purpose plumber.
