I had a pipe leak near my sprinkler system and Superior Irrigation and Lawn were quick to listen and find the problem! They were great at letting me know the exact issue of the problem and the best solution to fix it.  They are very adaptable to the situation and fixed my leak! I highly recommend them and so thankful they were able to come out after they received my call! Thank you!!!

Great family-owned company! If you have an issue with your plumbing, call Big City Plumbing. I had been through two other plumbing companies and both of them charged way too much and were just interested in taking my money.  Not Big City Plumbing.  

I had a couple of leaking sinks in the house so I gave them a call because of the recommendations I saw on our neighborhood app. Cris and his apprentice, James, were on time and very respectable. Cris didn't make me feel like a number.  He listened to my problems and concerns and then evaluated the issue. He took his time in explaining his finding and gave me his recommendations.

You see, it's not just the service but it's the feeling of trust I felt with his knowledge and feeling that he wasn't trying to price gouge me.  That is what sold me.

We will never use this company again. My 84 year old dad had them install at new faucet a few weeks ago. Then over the weekend one of the faucet handles came off and started spewing water everywhere. They don't have weekend service, so we had to turn off the water, since there was no off valve under the sink. When they came back out today to fix it they said it wasn't under warranty cause we bought the faucet. They charged him for travel time to and from his house without telling him. 45 minutes of work and they gave him a bill for $350. Outrageous! They were rude when I called them for an explanation. I asked them if it happened again was it under warranty and they said yes, cause they fixed it. So they don't warrant their initial work, but they do warrant it if they fix it? That's rich!

Absolutely the most positive experience with a company in my 51 years.  Joshua Villegas and the crew he brought out were simply awesome. But that's not all.  We were in a battle with our insurance company over repairs where they were forcing another plumbing company on us but that company couldn't come out for three weeks and we were scheduled to close on our house in a week.  If we busted the close date, it was going to cost us some serious cash to buy an extension of the interest rate for our buyer, or lose the buyer.  Also, we risked losing our new home that we were contract on.
I called Rapid Rooter, explained my situation, and they immediately put me at ease...basically said we're on our way.  And they were, same day...got here, assessed what they could, took the only information I had, and started work almost immediately.  Fixed every issue, inspected, etc., in three days.  THIS WAS A HUGE PLUMBING BREAK under the foundation...they did everything; digging, tunneling, repairs, checks for more leaks, and backfill in three days!!!   To top it off, they were nearly half the price of American Leak Detection.  Rapid Rooter was professional, knowledgeable, kind, had phenomenal work ethic, and absolutely no BS.  They restored my faith that there are still companies out there that listen, will bend over backwards, and stand by their word.  Simply amazing experience.  Thank you Rapid Rooter!  You saved the day.

Chris and his journeyman were professional. They answered all of my questions; they explained my tankless water heater installation. Lastly, their work was professional. I would recommend CMC Plumbing Solutions to my friends and neighbors.  I am a satisfied customer.

I submitted a request for a quote through the Yelp app and the responded in less than 15 minutes. Within a day they came out to help me fix my leaking shower.  I can't thank them enough.

Abel and his assistant were direct, honest, and hard working.  Abel came through to fix a part that other plumbers in my neighborhood have bypassed or replaced.  The price was more than fair, and his customer service was great.  The assistant on the phone listened well and set expectations accurately.  Such a fresh relief to find people who conduct business ethically and directly.

I have had only 1 dealing with this company. I had to get financing for the amount they were charging. They were then unable to complete the job and did not change the amount on the bill. I made 2 complaints. I was promised a 300 dollars check and that the finance company would be notified. Which im still waiting for this to happen. So they kept 733 dollars as a tip. Be leary of this company.

I have used Aramendia in the past at my current home and previous home. I had a small water leak on my side of the meter so I pumped the water out and found where the leak was. It was from the repair Aramendia did about 5 years ago. I know repairs don't last forever and since I knew where the leak was and all that needed to be done was reseal the connection. The techs that came out did just as I did and told me they can't find the leak and have to dig up my yard to find it. They wanted to charge me $795 for this. I realized this guy lied to me and I just took the estimate and let him leave. I had another city worker come by and he showed me exactly where the leak was which is the same place I described above.

The work Aramendia did for me in the past was excellent, but now I am not so sure about calling them anymore.
