Very happy with the pricing and service.  They communicated well prior to the day of service and showed up on time. The plumber had a little difficulty with one of the connecting pipes to the garbage disposal which added a little extra time to the job but they honored the original estimate.  Would definitely call them for other plumbing jobs in the future.

I had a great experience with Henry and his team from Plumbit Plumbing Services! They were prompt to answer my request for a quote and came out same day to provide it. The following day, I made an appointment for their services and they came out 3 hrs later. Henry and his team are very honest,efficient and kind. I'm very satisfied with the pricing and outcome. I am very pleased with the service provided by Blue Lion.  They replaced our 50 gal electric water heater, and plumbed it right, with a good attitude, and without complaint (nor additional charges) for non-standard items that I didn't mention beforehand.  Without agreeing to specifics before starting, they also installed a new expansion tank and put in a draining (to the outside) leak pan, and removed the piping that was in the way from a water softener.  They worked quickly and well, and it all looks great.  I am very pleased with every aspect of this: cost, quality, communication and on-time arrival, and going the extra mile to do it all the right way!

I had a major issue on a Friday night at about 9 o'clock that came to light on Saturday morning around 7 AM with my water supply to my home being completely dead. After calling around to more than a dozen companies Adam from PlumbSmart. Adam was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and ready and willing to help me with my small water emergency. Even though the trouble it turned out to be was not his area of expertise he was resourceful enough to team me up with providers who could professionally solve my issue; he even followed up with me over the next 2 day to make sure I was completely taken care of. We just had a very good experience with BG Plumbing.  The shower/tub valve was giving hot water only.  We couldn't remove the valve and were told by another plumbing company the whole unit would have to be replaced.  Tsanko came and was able to remove and replace the valve at a fraction of the cost quoted by the other company.  He is very prompt,reasonable and knowledgable.m

My water softener went belly up and water was leaking all over my floor. I tried calling a few plumbers and couldn't get anyone to answer - People's Choice answered on my first try and Dave was able to help me quickly bypass the softener so that we wouldn't have to go without water. He gave me some helpful advice and I did some research, but in the end, I was so pleased with his quick response and helpfulness, that I decided to go through him to get the softener replaced. I'm glad I did. Dave is friendly, quick, and knowledgable. I will be using him again should the need arise.

Came across a small water leak on the main line coming into the house...I was happy to see that Jamie lives in my neighborhood, I mean...how much more local can you get...He showed up in about 30 minutes, gave me what I thought was a very fair quote and got to work...job was wrapped up in about 4-5 hours and was please with the whole process...Looks like we have a new Plumber that I wouldnt hesitate to call for my needs.

Very unimpressed!!! We have 2 water heaters and the one for the upstairs wasn't sending hot water. We made an appointment on Tuesday for a Friday morning. They never showed so we called and they lost our appointment. They showed up after 2. Looked at the water heater and said yep you need a new one . They didn't even come inside to see the problem!!! They then tell us they have to go get a new heater and will be back in an hour but they shut off the water to that heater. While they were gone my husband was checking the water and come to find out they turned off the STILL WORKING HEATER. Again never came inside to check! When they showed up we told them they made a mistake and by that time our other heater decided to work. The repair man said this is Friday. Guess we fixed it when we turned it off . They charged us for a repair and left. We will not be using this company when the heater truly dies!

Our previous plumber went down in quality and service drastically, so I had to find a new one. I noticed Blue Dragon had amazing reviews on Yelp and elsewhere, so I called a few months ago for a Shower problem. Gilbert was booked weeks out, so he gave me his best backup plumber's information.

Yes, he gave me a competitor's information! That shows me that he is more concerned about getting my issue fixed than just making money for himself. The plumber he referred me to did an amazing job and I was satisfied.

Fast forward to today, I have two sinks that are not draining. I couldn't reach the plumber he referred me to last time, so I called Gilbert again. Sadly, he was booked, but again he gave me the hookup to two businesses he trusts to do a good job. I called the first and have an appt. today without any hassle.

This is the first time I have ever given someone a max review for NOT being able to help me! I am simply amazed that Gilbert and Blue Dragon would rather help someone than just make money. Not once, but twice! I don't want to wish another plumbing issue on myself, but if it happens, I will be calling Gilbert and Blue Dragon first.

Fantastic customer service. Honest and transparent, Noel explained the entire reason as to why our AC system wasn't functioning properly.  We so appreciated the honesty and lack of pushy ness and fabrications. We'll be calling again... thank you..!

I was in need of a plumber because my water line that goes into my hot water tank broke and the pipe is welded into the house. Josh came within 2 hours on Saturday late afternoon, during this Corona Virus shutdown!! Excellent service and fast service!

I went on yelp to look for assistance with my tub spout issues... it's stop working.   That's the diverter that changes the water from the tub to shower.
I looked at several people and companies but chose GUARANTEE PLUMBING & A/C they came and assessed the situation for $39 which they will apply to the overall cost ... (if you continue to use them).

They came in assessed what items they needed .. left to get the materials, returned promptly and replaced it and was out in less than 15 minutes. (yay)
Problem diagnosed, solved and fixed.

The technicians were friendly and courteous.
They were mindful of the CDC requirements.
In addition, I had a toilet seat that needed tightening and they tighten it for me.
I just want to give them a YELP and say you can use them I think that they will do you right with your plumbing and air-conditioning needs.

In keeping with being transparent at first I was a little bit skeptical because I had read a couple of reviews that were negative about this company however,  I forged ahead and received positive results. I am sure you will as well. :)

We had high pressure (120psi) to our home and a leak coming out of our service box.
We called several plumbers (through Yelp and Angie's List) and had 3 estimates for the work before AAA came out.

Jaysons professionalism, communication, knowledge, and will to seal the deal was what sold us.
He worked with the pricing (vs the other companies) and did the job in no time.

End result was a new pressure relief valve, ball valve from the main mater (for our convenience) and satisfied customer.
Note: Our lawn also was left as if no one was there.

Very quick response with an estimate before they showed up.  Final price was slightly higher but still within reason.   Nobody has time to pay plumbers $89.00 for an estimate, but if you do the work we will refund your estimate.  So IK applaud this company for knowing how much a job should cost and putting that out there for the consumer to decide.  No games, just good work.

I called them a few years ago because the ac went out and liked the name and the guy on the phone sounded nice and told me about them being honest and dependable as most people associate then name with the actor and honesty and integrity.
It turns out the problem was a circuit breaker had gone and the tech telling me how dangerous it was and how it needed to be replaced and that he did not have one but would go and get one he showed me the price and I was blown away over $300 but not knowing any better I agreed.  Then came the push to use there quarterly ac service. Which I declined   . Come to find out that they charged me over $200 dollars for a part that costs $40 at home depot.

I called roto rooter this afternoon for a clean out and I was told someone will contact me between 16:00-20:00 to confirm. I missed a call at 15:30 while I was on my way home. I called back as soon as I arrived at home like 15:50. They told me a dispatcher would call me back.  No one ever called me.  I called back at 1800 to see if someone is still making my service call. I was on hold for a long time again for a dispatcher to talk to me only to get the service rep come back saying they made several attempts to contact me and there was no answer.  I've been home since 15:50! I just canceled and went with someone else.  Don't waste your time with roto rooter! They keep you on hold and they don't adhere to schedule time of appointment and they lie cus no one there really wants to work!
