We hired the company ( Carl and his son Luke) twice.  Carl came to help us repair a leak in the gas pipe.  Luke came to repair a water pipe leak in the attic.  They both did a good job and charged fairly.

I called Thunderbird Plumbing and left a message. Jeff called back within an hour and we set up a time for him to come out to fix tub drain and install a new kitchen faucet. He got the drain fixed very quickly but ran into trouble with the new faucet because there was a wrong part in the box from Home Depot. He went to work on another job while I exchanged the faucet and pulled up at my house exactly as I did. Kitchen faucet is installed. He did a really great job and was very honest and fair. I know many other places would have charged me more to come back.

Awesome Service. Called at about 6 in the evening with a leak in my kitchen ceiling. He came out in about an hour. Made the best of the situation then came back the next morning to fix. Great guy who took the time to do it right. And he wasn't trying to up charge with other stuff. Gave honest answers to my questions . I had been debating some bathroom remodeling and he answered honestly which meant no extra money out of my pocket. I would gladly use this company every time.

In the last ten days, our Family was in need of plumbing services.  Recently I became aware of Chris Tobar and his crew at First Aid Plumbing Services.  I contacted over the Thanksgiving Weekend & he took care of a leak I had at my Father In Law's Master Bathroom.  The work they did was very professional, minimized the cut they needed to make in the wall to solve the issue & fixed our problem.  Then I had him out to my personal residence because my master bathroom tub was not draining properly.  He sent out his crew out to me & solved my issue.  Fast, reliable & honest, you can't ask for anything more.  I highly recommend Chris Tobar and his crew!

I was in need of some outdoor plumbing projects.  They responded quickly to my request for a quote  They were on time, very professional and did an excellent job.  Pricing was also very reasonable.   I highly recommend them.

This is a father & son business.  They are quite knowledgeable and have a friendly, business-like demeanor.  They have been to my house 3-4 times since 2007 to fix a problem and charges have been very reasonable.  I recommend them highly.

I had a pool leak that I had already had a leak detection company come look at, and they couldn't find anything. I called ALD and they found the leak and literally marked an X on the ground where the leak was. They tested the whole pool while they were there. I highly recommend this company.

Update:  We have had them out several times again since my initial review, and they have done a good job on everything for us.  They have been quick to come out when needed, and have worked hard to give us what we wanted.  Travis in particular, has been very good.

Blaze came to help with a longstanding toilet issue that we could not figure out. He happily spent time listening and going though the problem with us and saw that there was a defect in one of the toilet parts. Blaze changed it quickly and it is working beautifully. We will definitely recommend him for anyone that has a plumbing problem!

They have taken care of our church facility for a number of years and you would be hard pressed to find a more responsive and honest company like Quest.
Every employee and representative from Quest is always kind and concerned and been able to solve our problems in a timely manner.

We had a bunch of little things to get done around the house. Jose was responsive and straightforward on pricing. His team came in and did the work quickly and with good quality. I would definitely hire him again.

Avoid this company! Avoid this company! I probably shouldn't even call them a company. They would not honor my 2 year warranty even though my claim was within 2 years of the installation. The main person I talked to in the office was Susanna Delgado and she was by far the worst customer service person I've talked to in years. She was rude and inconsiderate. Please notice she has left a google review giving this company one if its few 5 star ratings. She is obviously bias so you should disregard that review. I haven't had hot water for over a week and she had no urgency to fix it. She sent a service rep out and he couldn't fix it. After they tried and failed she said it's out of our hands. Umm hello you are the company that installed it and it's been less than two years so I have a contractual warranty and you're a plumber so how can you not fix it? I'm going to cut my losses and move on and never talk to these people again.  I'm looking forward to use a plumber who cares at least a little bit about other people! Please stay away from this company! Zero stars! I forgot to mention they improperly installed the unit when building the house so they can't even do their job right! They straight up left out a part that is required to keep the unit dry so water got into the unit and ruined it. I even read the manufacturer's user guide and it explicitly says this part is required upon installation otherwise it is improperly installed.

This company was procured through our Home Warranty company to come out and take a look at a leaking pipe we have after the winter storm.  Service request was put on 3/2 and a few days later they called to setup an appointment with their earliest time slot available, which was 8 days later.  We understand the winter storms caused havoc.  On the day of the appointment they called and said they will be here within 30 minute s but also told my wife they needed the service fee to be paid in cash.  This was news to us and it is not stated in our Home Warranty contract.  We questioned it and said we would get cash.  After I get home from leaving work early to meet the Flow-Wrong Plumbing, I get an email from Home Warranty stating a new provider is now on contract.  So after waiting a week and half we now have to contact the new provider to try and get this matter resolved.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Some female said they'd be able to service our home the next day... the next day comes & she says they'd have to reschedule for the next day.... well that day comes & this dumb braud has the nerve to say they don't service our area (5 miles away).... my 3 kids went w/out water way longer than need be thanks to this company who asked for our address the day we set the apt up & never said they didn't service our area but proceeded to make an apt
