Best in San Antonio TX
We hired the company ( Carl and his son Luke) twice. Carl came to help us repair a leak in the gas pipe. Luke came to repair a water pipe leak in the attic. They both did a good job and charged fairly.

Great experience having our water heater replaced. We contacted four companies for estimates and Raymond both had the best price and was the best at communicating. Thanks Raymond!

Great service at a reasonable price. Thanks for coming out quickly and taking care of our water spigots.

In the last ten days, our Family was in need of plumbing services. Recently I became aware of Chris Tobar and his crew at First Aid Plumbing Services. I contacted over the Thanksgiving Weekend & he took care of a leak I had at my Father In Law's Master Bathroom. The work they did was very professional, minimized the cut they needed to make in the wall to solve the issue & fixed our problem. Then I had him out to my personal residence because my master bathroom tub was not draining properly. He sent out his crew out to me & solved my issue. Fast, reliable & honest, you can't ask for anything more. I highly recommend Chris Tobar and his crew!

They did an amazing job! The crew came to our house as promised. If they had a question they always asked to see if it was acceptable. Very professional we couldn't have asked for more.

The folks are H20 Specialists are pros. We have had them work on a variety of projects in our home from installing a tankless water heater; to new plumbing fixtures; to responding to an emergency plumbing leak. They always get the job done right. They are incredibly pleasant to work with from the office to the on-site plumbers. I highly recommend them.

Nice plumber! Natal led a new faucet for me! Checked my bathroom faucet. Replaced the outside faucet. Total $75 and I got a calendar!

So, I consider this a work in progress.
I've been getting intermittently high water bills, so I called my go to plumber (Anchor Plumbing in San Antonio) for help. Their plumber tried some tried and true methods, and finally told me to contact ALD, as they would most likely find the leak much faster than he could.
When ALD showed up, they did their various tests, and told me my system isn't leaking. Their pressure tests showed no leaks in my irrigation system or inside my house. So they kept troubleshooting, and eventually discovered that the expansion tank for my water heater was intermittently indicating water was being pulled in then pushed out about .4 gallons per hour, repeating several times every five minutes. But, the SAWS meters only register water coming into the house, so when the expansion tank pushed the water out, the action didn't register--I was charged for water that I didn't use!
I'm having the expansion tank removed tomorrow, and will hopefully remove the Work in progress notice next month.
I was impressed. They spent much more than the hour I was told was included in the base price, and after determining my system wasn't leaking, they stayed until they found what appears to be a very logical solution to my problem. Consider me a fan!

Wolves in sheep's clothing
Beware! I feel so sad and stupid for trusting that this company is reputable and has excellent reviews.
I was given an arrival window for consultation between 1pm and 4pm. The Technician did called a bit after 5pm to explain that he was held up and running about 2 hour behind. I truly appreciated the call since I felt that he was demonstrating accountability. Around 6:40 pm the tech arrived. Tech was very polite, patient, professional, and engaged well in explaining needed work.
He took about 10-15 minutes to expose the water pressure regulator and show that there was a leak and the cost to repair it would be around $1500. Unfortunately, this is were I feel taken by the wolf. I trusted the estimate due to presentation and charisma of the tech. I agreed to the service and price. I decided to do some research before the next day of job needed and to my surprise the quote given was almost 3x more than estimates online. I decided to get second opinion and indeed charges quoted where about twice higher.
I canceled the service and received a call from the company's office manager, Becky, that I owe $425 for the consultation: tech coming out, gas (company is maybe 5 miles from my home), and exposing the line. Of course, I was not happy with this price and explain that a hole was dug and water removed to show water pressure regulator leak. The tech took about 10 minutes top 15 minutes to show regulator and leak and I am responsible for $425 for a maybe 15 minute consultation . Office manager agreed to reduce it to $225 and provided an invoice indicating an hour work (not true), two techs coming for consultation (not true) and PB1B Basic Pressure Control System Renovation:
Basic Pressure Control System Renovation
Single isolation system
Performance and safety testing, six month warranty (I am not a plumber but I do not believe that none of the work that is listed was done) for God's sake 6 months warranty for exposing the broken/ leaking water pressure regulator?
Please take your time to ask questions. I am not sure if this happened to me since I am an ignorant female who should have asked more questions and done research before agreeing to pay 2x - 3x more for a service which was canceled once I educated myself but now I am left with a broken water pressure regulator and a $425/ 15 minute consultation (negotiated down to $225).
I am feeling discouraged with humanity! Best way I can describe this experience is: Beware of Wolves in Sheep's Clothing

You may spend a little more money on plumbing if you use ABC but they do a fantastic job. We recently had to replace all of our waste water lines under the house and Joe worked hard to make sure the job was done right.

Ryan from Quest came out to check out the gas line to my gas fireplace. Ended up not being a gas line problem, but Ryan pointed out the features of my fireplace and the things I needed to do to operate it effectively. Assured me there were no issues with my gas line, which was a relief. Very professional. Fair price for service call. I would not hesitate to call Ryan at Quest again!

After a new AC install from another vendor, we needed additional electrical work to finish the job. Jose and the rest of the team were excellent. He explained the nature of the work (running a new line from air handler to panel and adding a new breaker), and how they planned to tackle the job very clearly.
The work itself was great and they finished quickly. Thanks Jose! Really nice having AC working the way it should.

This company was procured through our Home Warranty company to come out and take a look at a leaking pipe we have after the winter storm. Service request was put on 3/2 and a few days later they called to setup an appointment with their earliest time slot available, which was 8 days later. We understand the winter storms caused havoc. On the day of the appointment they called and said they will be here within 30 minute s but also told my wife they needed the service fee to be paid in cash. This was news to us and it is not stated in our Home Warranty contract. We questioned it and said we would get cash. After I get home from leaving work early to meet the Flow-Wrong Plumbing, I get an email from Home Warranty stating a new provider is now on contract. So after waiting a week and half we now have to contact the new provider to try and get this matter resolved.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Some female said they'd be able to service our home the next day... the next day comes & she says they'd have to reschedule for the next day.... well that day comes & this dumb braud has the nerve to say they don't service our area (5 miles away).... my 3 kids went w/out water way longer than need be thanks to this company who asked for our address the day we set the apt up & never said they didn't service our area but proceeded to make an apt
