I had a toilet that was not flushing all of the water out of the bowl.  They came by my house on 11/4/16 and resolved the issue using an auger and charged a fair price.  I highly recommend them.

Our water heater went out and we needed a replacement fast. Gabe was the first to reach out and offered to replace our unit the same day. His quote was very affordable compared with others that we received. His work is high quality and he made adjustments so if there is a need in the future repairs will be easier to perform. HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!! Bought parts to repair a drain and cartridge and inquired about returns- was told no problem. Asked for a receipt which consisted of the total i paid and a phone number. Cartridge did not fit and when we went to return in- the owner berated and insulted us stating we had no idea what we we were doing; that it was not a try it out store and that he could not stay in business if he took returns. Reminded him that he TOLD us a return was no problem and provided the receipt. He opened the register, checked the till the got out his wallet to hand us back our refund. Most unprofessional, awful place of business- BUYER BEWARE!!

Johnnie and Ryan were awesome! They removed our improperly installed and broken AC. Their work was truly professional. They also fixed the ductwork that had been poorly done by our contractor. I can't say enough good things about this company and its people!!!!!

Showed up on time. Gave me a few different options to retrofit sink and plumbing in 1939 home. I appreciated that.

I needed my water heater replaced. It's a 75 gallon, Natural gas unit. It would have cost me $1200 to purchase from HD or Lowe's, but they would have had to order it, and I needed it sooner than later.

They guys came out and quoted me $4100!!!!!

To install a $1200 water heater. In a closet, in my garage. I had it drained and disconnected before the got there as it was getting late. I even removed the water softener, let them borrow tools.

Don't get me wrong, they were really friendly and did a clean install.

They replaced hoses, added an expansion tank, and leak detector (cheap battery powered).

25 tank
$75 misc hoses and fitting.

Shoot, let's just say $1700 for all materials and tax
That's $2400 labor for two hours of work.

I never got an itemized receipt.

They were supposed to come back to address another issue, never did.

I got screwed. Learn from my mistakes.

called to have low water pressure fixed, and to locate pressure reducing valve buried in my yard. the plumber they sent did nothing for me to fix my problem or locate the valve. i wasted 150 dollars for nothing, i do not recommend.

Great service, the plumbers were very attentive, knowledgeable and fast, and I was shocked when the bill came it was very inexpensive. I did call other competitors and they quoted me way higher than Harold's Plumbing did. I will continue to use this company for my plumbing. I'm not sure what those other peoples comments are so negative. I have not experienced anything like that so don't take everything you read so serious. A+ to Harold's plumbing!

Very impressed with the services I have received from this company. They're honest and only sell you what you need. No price gouging and quick turnaround on their work. Have used multiple times now and will continue to use in the future.
