Best Faucet Repair in Riverside CA

We needed to change our water pressure regulator because it was just way too high. We had a leak in the shower already (husband fixed) so we knew we needed to get the regulator replaced. My husband reached out to Easy does it Handyman Services for a quote. We received several other quotes and by far he had the best one. We scheduled a time a date and he was here on time and completed the job. Great customer service, answered all our questions and very professional! I was very worried about my septic tank. I had no idea when it was last pumped, but knew it had been easily over 10 years. Called A&A at 11am Monday and they sent Jason over at 5pm on the same day. A very large and surprisingly clean-looking truck came and got going. I had the lid already exposed. Jason pulled it up, looked in, and told me the waste level wasn't bad at all. Music to my ears! He was very personable, efficient, clean, and knowledgeable, putting me at ease about the whole process. After pumping out the solids, he went in with a hose and washed out the sides and bottom and showed me the result. I was very impressed. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

We had a leak in the upstairs bathroom that was leaking through the downstairs' ceiling. I called and Alec was able to come out the same day to check out our situation.  He was able to do the repairs on the spot.  And although the job took longer than he expected (the parts that needed replacing were very difficult to get to and replace!), Alec was more than fair about the charges.

One of our toilets clogged up. We used the plunger for about half an hour or more. Yucky stuff started coming from the other toilet. So I did a search on Yelp and asked for estimates from several places. A couple of places couldn't come until the next day. Isaiah responded the fastest and was able to come in 30 minutes! This was 9 pm on a holiday. The estimate he gave was exactly what I paid. Isaiah was friendly, professional, and explained everything thoroughly. Our toilets are working again. No mess was left behind. Thank you, Isaiah for great customer service and excellent work!

The other night, my water heater started suddenly spewing hot water. I went to yelp because I haven't been satisfied with any of my previous plumbers. David has five stars for good reason. He showed up on time, gave me a reasonable estimate, and quickly fixed the water pressure pipe. He also called the manufacturer to see if I was still under warranty and gave me an estimate in case it turns out I need an additional piece. It's so hard to find a good plumber and I feel very lucky to have found him. Highly recommend.

Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

My 20-year-old water heater, picked the week of Thanks Giving to, shall we say, meet it's maker (Rheem ?!!?), shuffle off its Mortal Coil, Bite the Dust. Well... at least it went out with a bang. Needless to say, a difficult week to find anyone repairing anything!

Whenever possible I will use small owner-operated businesses. These can be hit and miss, but the large corporate businesses simply can't match the level of knowledge, quality, and integrity you get when you find the right small business. In this regard I find Yelp ratings very relevant. Along with a great rating, AccuServe has a state contractors license, is bonded, and has no complaints at the BBB. Its like winning the plumbers' trifecta!

Mike and I had several rounds of text messages and phone calls to work out the details and price for the job. In all our correspondence, Mike was articulate, prompt, courteous. His quote matched our actual cost. Never any pressure.

The work was done on schedule, as promised. No surprises. Workmanship was great. He left the water heater closet in far better shape than he found it.

This is a small business, and in my opinion, the owner Mike, takes pride in his work, knows his craft, is ethical, communicates and presents himself well, and takes his life-long career path seriously. His son, Shane, who is learning the craft from his father, was also professional and courteous.

Excellent customer service and fair pricing. Tim and Marco did the repairs and servicing. They stand behind their work and offer a quality service agreement and service discount. They came at the agreed time for the initial estimate and the subsequent repairs. I am very happy with the service and am glad that I finally found a reputable and professional HVAC company. They really do deserve a 5 star rating.

We used Robert's handyman services for the first time today, and we can honestly say that it won't be the last.  Robert replied to our email request promptly to scheduled a date and time that would work for us, called to confirm our appointment time this morning, and arrived on time. He has a professional demeanor without being stuffy, and he's personable, knowledgeable, and helpful.  He was very good about double checking how we wanted work done before proceeding and asking our opinion when done. He's skillful and thorough and cleans up after his work. We highly recommend Robert Glennon at Call Our Handyman.

You came so quickly & took care of the flood & heater is such a timely manner.  I give you a five star but if site would allow I would give a 10/10. I just went through a massive remodel and  Neri who's going the owner really takes pride in his craft. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone that worked for him was also very kind and went the extra mile to keep their workspace clean. They helped me with moving a gas line, changing/'moving waterlines for our ramped sink and they installed my pot filler. I highly recommend using Neri and his team for all your plumbing needs. Sent a message to Tri City Plumbing to get a quote for a clogged kitchen sink and responded within minutes, scheduled to come out  in the afternoon but  arrived earlier than expected.  Ramon charged exactly what he quoted which was very reasonable.    He's fast and did a great job.   Ramon is very friendly, easy to talk to and answered all our questions.   Asked Ramon for a quote on another project which was also reasonable.   Will be using Tri City  for plumbing problems and  would definitely recommend Ramon.

I needed to replace the corroded 3 shut off values, underneath Kitchen sink. Juan responded to my phone call promptly. He was available the next day, and quoted a reasonable price.

Juan arrived on time. He was friendly and professional. He did a great job. I noticed a slight leak after he left. He came back a few minutes later to fix it. It  just needed tightening.

I have a small property management company and I am always looking for responsible, honest contractors. Aaron has been wonderful. He shows up on time, and has great communication with me. He is a magician with water heaters, and has fixed leaks for me as well. I have been very happy with his service and level of knowledge.

UPDATE: I have now been using Righty Tighty Plumbing exclusively for all my plumbing jobs for over 2 years. He never disappoints. Friendly, knowledgeable, and actually shows up! (A skill some in the repair trade have yet to master.) I can't recommend him enough.

These guys are great. I had an emergency at home and gave them a call. They told me they'd come in as soon as they were done with their current job. Showed up at the time they gave. Explained to me exactly what was wrong and didn't charge an arm and a leg to fix it either. I will definitely be using them again and would recommend in a heartbeat.
