These guys are amazing. I had originally called them just to get a quote to see about fixing my clogged shower valve. They came out and were really honest about everything so I just had them fix it! Super nice. Super professional. They were super cautious on not making a mess. Cleaned up after themselves. They also went to a few different stores to make sure they got the right part for the shower. I highly recommend them. If I ever have any other plumbing issues I will definitely be calling these guys again. Don't waste your time anywhere else.

Dan's taken care of three jobs at my rental property in the last year, and I can say that he's always reliable and does great work. I've had poor experiences with other plumbers in the past - shoddy work, not showing up, etc. Never had an issue with Dan.

Most recently he took care of a wobbly, constantly-running toilet, which has been a problem for years. He found that the floor itself was uneven, causing the wobbliness, and the plastic flange was busted. He had to remove the toilet, pull up the vinyl flooring, jackhammer the concrete, remove the old flange and replace it with a new metal one, and fill in the concrete. After all this he was still able to re-set the original vinyl flooring and it looks good as new. Awesome work, very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

We had a late night plumbing emergency. All of our drains were backed up and we couldn't flush the toilets.  I contacted a few places and Isaiah responded to my message in less than 10 minutes.  He had the most affordable pricing out of all of them and was able to come out in about 30 minutes.  He cleared out our drain and also did the camera just to make sure nothing was missed.  He took care of the problem quickly and efficiently.  Highly recommend and will definitely be using this company again if we have another plumbing issue.

Fast response and great service.  David responded to a call quickly and came out same day on a Sunday to replace a broken water pressure valve.  He arrived on time and provided great info and no pressure options and was able to repair the issue same day.

Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

AMAZING! Mike is by far the BEST and MOST HONEST plumber I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with!! He responds to calls immediately and 90% of the time can get us in ASAP. He has, unfortunately, been out to our house 3 too many times. And every time he has educated us on how to be kind to our plumbing in order to reduce the need to have him come out. WHO DOES THAT? We've used Pablo multiple times and been very satisfied with the ease of scheduling, workmanship, and price.

Pablo has installed new sinks and faucets in the kitchen and bathroom, installed a food disposal and dish washer, fixing a corroded pipe in the shower, and fixed the water pressure in our bathroom.

I plan on using him again!

Edit: I forgot that he re-piped a gas stove for us as well!

Neri did an amazing job. He showed up quickly and was very professional and extremely nice, very helpful and resourceful. Anytime we have any plumbing issues in the future we will definitely be using him again especially because there's roots in our pipes that he was able to diagnose. Juan and his team did an incredible job responding to and fixing an issue we had at our warehouse.  We had a leak 4' under ground at our main line coming into our building.  He showed up when he said he would, diagnose the issue and fixed it to get our building back up and running.  I would highly recommend Flo Star Plumbing.

I had a leaking problem and I call after 11:00 pm. It did not take the long to arrive. Maybe 4o minutes.  I was tryingbto help but i thought I will be in the way. The guy was quick. He knew what he was doing. We interchange some words and he was telling me the place is workingbisvopen all the time. The good thing this business I am very sure is in Rancho Cucamonga, Ca .

I have hired Gordons Family Plumbing and never had such a honest, hard working team! The owner Quoted me a price (which was beyond fair) and had his team working the next day. His team was on the job for a couple days, each day they would keep me up to date on the progress and clean up afterwards each day. I have recommended this business to my family and friends and will definitely be back for all my plumbing needs.

Been dealing with Mike S.with Option One for a little while now on an older 60's home. I have had some minor and major issues with the house being that it's over 50 years old. Every project Mike has been very professional, prompt, and explains everything in a way that is both easy for myself and my wife to understand. Dude is very personable and clean. I have had jobs from simple drain cleanings done to digging up the foundation of the home because I have cast iron pipes with holes in them, to currently a trenchless main line repair. Mike has done what he can to make the process as painless as possible. The crew who did my trenchless followed in suite with Mike's candor, and were very professional and polite.

I have dealt with many of the other competitors and have always felt things were a little off, be lack of experience to fluctuating prices that would be ridiculously high.

Option One's guys always quote prices that are fair, I never feel like I'm being ripped off. In regards to some of the reviews about them showing up late, all I can say is I have never had an issue. Could just be based on a large customer base and a heavy work load. Anytime I need someone to come out they are reliable and are quickly at my door.

Needed an emergency plumbing response after hours and these guys were great!  Chris answered the call and Jose fixed the problem quickly.  I would definitely refer these guys to others in need of plumbing assistance and I would definitely call them again.  Thanks again HMS Plumbing!

Matt was so helpful!  He installed the lines for our washer and dryer.  When he left, I went to use the washer and noticed that the water wasn't running.  He had already been gone for 15 or 20 minutes but didn't hesitate to come back and help us.  We ended up having an issue with some of the equipment and he was able to fix it right away.  We would use Matt again for any plumbing needs!

Today Mr. Jay Durham fixed our outdated washer water valves. They didn't close, but he fixed that and made sure there weren't any leaks that could have caused more damage.
