Last night, our tenants notified us that the bathtub is clogged. Earlier today I called A&A Plumbing & Rooter Service to make an appointment, but got their voice message and I didn't leave a message as I was going to call them back later. About an hour later, I received a call back from August. He says he got a missed call and asked how he can help. It was really nice of August to call me back as I was not expecting it... that just shows they are in the business to provide world class service for their customers. Anyhoo, I made the appointment with August for same day in the afternoon.

August went out to our rental property and resolved the bathtub clog issue in a jiffy. He also recommended a snake drain cleaning tool that our tenants can buy for future use. Anyway, I made the payment via credit card over the phone (there is a transaction surcharge of 4% of the total charge when using a credit card which is fine)... and received the order receipt confirmation via email. Thanks August for making it very easy and simple! I appreciate you for it.

Great service. They were able to make it here about 90 minutes after I called, immediately diagnosed my plumbing issues, did quality repair work in a short time for a very fair price.

I had sewer clog below my first floor toilet, an issue beyond repairing with my household snake.  Reached out to Drain Edge Rooter through yelp.  Isaiah promptly reached back out to me within 20 min of submitting my request for quote.  Isaiah read my description thoroughly and responded with a very fair price and offered to come out that same night.  Isaiah showed up when he said he would, was very professional, polite/respectful, and no nonsense.  He had my issue resolved in less than 30 min., did not change the price that was quoted, cleaned up after the service, and offered professional advise to avoid future issues.  I was very pleased with the service Isaiah and Drain Edge Rooter provided me, and appreciate the great customer service experience.  Isaiah will be my go to guy for all of my plumbing needs in the future.  It's nice to finally have a trustworthy plumber as a resource.

David and his assistant were prompt, professional, and very great communicators with all my questions and concerns.  His team installed a wonderful new water regulator to our sprinkler system which cut our water bill by 30% and reduced the high water pressure leaks.

Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

Two months after first contacting Accuserve, we called him again for a blocked drain. He arrived with his son on time, gave us options to decide on that varies in price, and then fixed the blockage. It's not everyday you meet an honest business that will not try to upsell but genuinely just really want to help you out. Thank you so much! We're so happy we have someone we can trust take care of our plumbing needs.

We've used Pablo multiple times and been very satisfied with the ease of scheduling, workmanship, and price.

Pablo has installed new sinks and faucets in the kitchen and bathroom, installed a food disposal and dish washer, fixing a corroded pipe in the shower, and fixed the water pressure in our bathroom.

I plan on using him again!

I've used Plumbing Solutions 4 U a few times now. I first found the business through Thumbtack.  Neri is very responsive and professional. My condo is a bit older so everytime I've been in a bind with my plumbing issues Neri has always come through and responded quickly to fix the issue. His work is excellent, quick and efficient. He's even changed some of the plumbing and piping in my condo to be more efficient. Prices are very fair and communicated upfront so you know exactly what the problem is and the cost to fix it before work is started. No hidden fees or any other stipulations like you may get with other plumbing companies which might cause great anxiety. My grandma wanted a local plumber since she resides in the Inland Empire area we decided to call Ramon of Tri-City Plumbing. She had small projects that needed fixing, like her kitchen faucet and reverse osmosis. He fixed the faucet and replaced the old reverse osmosis, all at a reasonable price. Gary was great in terms of promptness, knowledge, value and general ease to work with.

Our water pressure regulator broke and was leaking out a significant amount of water.  I called Gordon's family plumbing and was able to get Gabriel here in 90min to fix the issue.  Fixed the regulator and offered to flush the tankless water heater for discounted price.  Reasonable price for a quick response.

Oscar was sent out to my house and was very knowledgeable. He made me aware of issues within our plumbing that will need attention as soon as possible. Definitely recommend this company and Oscar when it comes to plumbing work.

I would very highly recommend Plumbing Matters. We had a couple jobs that needed to be done & Justin delivered right on time & for exactly the prices that were quoted. First, he replaced our hot water heater and then came right back a few days later to install a new pressure regulator. The work is top notch and was done in very good time. On top of it all, their pricing is very reasonable & they gave us a quote over the phone without needing to come over & give us a whole sales pitch in person. Our house was built in 1990 and will undoubtedly need more plumbing work done at some point. It's nice knowing in advance who we'll be calling.

If possible....I'd give 10 stars. This review is well over due. However,  I feel the quality and professionalism of this plumbing company  has stood  over time, been tested &  evidenced.  About 4 months ago, I called Anthony's late approximately  8:45 pm.  They were here  in less than 30minutes. He was professional, knowledgeable in plumbing, didn't over charge me, and MOST IMPORTANTLY  fixed an issue that was supposed to have been fixed one day prior, by another plumbing company.
