We've been using NexGen for over 3 years, and they've always provided fast, friendly and reliable service for our home A/C and heater maintenance. We've always had great technicians but our most recent tech, Carlos, was awesome! He was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. He also suggested an electronic air cleaner for our home but wasn't pushy. I will definitely request him in the future!

One of our toilets clogged up. We used the plunger for about half an hour or more. Yucky stuff started coming from the other toilet. So I did a search on Yelp and asked for estimates from several places. A couple of places couldn't come until the next day. Isaiah responded the fastest and was able to come in 30 minutes! This was 9 pm on a holiday. The estimate he gave was exactly what I paid. Isaiah was friendly, professional, and explained everything thoroughly. Our toilets are working again. No mess was left behind. Thank you, Isaiah for great customer service and excellent work!

Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

You came so quickly & took care of the flood & heater is such a timely manner.  I give you a five star but if site would allow I would give a 10/10. You guys were awesome in replacing my heater I know it was not your job to take care of flood but you helped us without an extra charge. And your repair/replacement fee was affordable also.

I just moved to Upland 2 weeks ago and found my new plumber. I called Scott Mcleod Plumbing and they showed up on time the next day. I needed a bathroom faucet replaced in the shower area. Kyle showed up and looked at the problem area. He gave me a fair price quote and said he could do it that day. After the installation the water was making a groaning sound from the faucet area. Kyle spent much time trying to correct the issue as it was not as it was not supposed to be making such a loud sound. He went above and beyond to make this repair right. He went back to the plumbing supply store to get a different ( and more expensive) valve to see if that would correct the sound/ flow issue and it did and it was fixed right. It took some difficult troubleshooting to do this as he never had this problem before. Good job well done and honored the price quoted. They will be back to do our water heater soon and we are glad we found them as I would recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

I called Gary to come hook up my kitchen faucet and drains after having new counters installed. Gary was so friendly. He called me to confirm our time the day before and was right on time. I was quoted a price from another plumber two days prior that was twice the amount Gary did the job for. It's great to know there are still people out there who aren't trying to just take all of your money!!!! Unfortunately, during our home remodel we have found too many people just looking to make some extra cash. I will definitely use Hiniker plumbing again if I ever need a plumber

We we had a clogged sewer line and toilet had overflowed and soaked carpet. We called for service at 7am. We called them back at 9 and explained that we had an appointment at 10 that we couldn't cancel. They said they would see us at sometime after 1:00 but then proceeded to call us three times to say we were the next customer when they finished their current job. Then, around 5:00 p.m. they called and said they were not going to make it today.

Scotty was very pleasant to work with. I had four ceiling installed and he did an excellent job. Thank you again and I highly recommend him

The professionals at Rush Plumbing are reliable, extremely knowledgable and ethical.  Their team came out as scheduled and assessed my tankless water heaters that were failing.  They guided us to work with the manufacturer on a warranty for one unit which ended up saving us nearly $800.00.  Both units are now installed and working great.  I fully recommend this company and will definately use them again.

Best drain Cleaners in orange county they were able to bring up large roots from our drainage system that had not been clean for many years just good guys who do a great job!

I needed help with a water leak from my expansion tank last night around 9:00 pm so I called 24 Hour Express  and Chris showed up in about 30 minutes and removed the rusted out tank and capped the line for me since I didn't know anything about those, thanks to him, I do now.  Chris was really helpful to me and  I really appreciate him and 24 Hour's service that late in the evening. I added Their number to my contacts and if I ever need help again, 24 Hour Express Service will get the call- Thanks again Chris

The best rates in Riverside!   I called two other plumbing services listed here on Yelp before getting an estimate from Jim & Sons.  The first estimate was $3,500. The second estimate was $4,600. Jim and Sons estimate was $2,100 for the same job.  No brainer there, right?  Jim and Sons got the job done a few days later since they  were so booked. I didn't mind waiting a couple of days.  A dripping hose was disconnected or damaged in the process.  When I reported it, they came to fix it early the next day.  They also installed a brand new faucet and reconnected my garbage disposal for a fair price.  

I will be using this company for all my future plumbing needs.

We just purchased our home and already had plumbing issues. We originally called Mr.Rooter company out an Joe came and truly helped us. He then decided to have his supervisor, Tim come out with him yesterday to run a camera line through our toilet to make sure everything was good. Well, a bigger issue was found to where our pipes were busted and filled with dirt. Had we never contacted such a great and honest company, we would've been out the pocket A LOT OF MONEY!! We were able to call the original owners and they fixed it for FREE!! Thank you Tim and Joe for your honesty and helping us get this issue fixed. This is a great company and they're honest about their work and the issues with your plumbing. Don't look for further, Mr.Rooter is IT!

Our water heater stopped working.  We called Bougart plumbing and within a few hours of our call, he was at our home installing a new water heater. This company was very responsive and didn't take advantage of our situation to overcharge us.  He only recommended new parts for items that needed to be replaced and if something was functional, he said to keep it.  He was very honest, would call again for future plumbing services.

We needed a new toilet and installment. ER BLOCK did an amazing job with a great price. They sent over a plumber, I believe his name was James. He made sure that he cleaned up after installing the new toilet, was very polite and went above and beyond. With great customer service I highly recommend this company. I love that their service trucks represent how clean and professional they truly are. Thank you ER Block Plumbing.

In case anyone does not know a fair cost to have your toilet line snaked $750 is an astronomical and gouging price.  I could not be home when Roto Rooter came and very strongly feel that they took advantage of my girlfriend who assumed we were getting a fair an honest price.  

Two stars for fixing the problem which was toilet paper at about 30ft into the line.  I understand that the price was said upfront before service but again she had no idea what it should have cost and with an established company as large as Roto-Rooter you would think you would be getting a fair price.  

I called the corporate office to discuss the absurdity of the cost with Roto-Rooter which someone called me later in the day.  They started to tell me that the cost breakdown included a $450 visit fee (noting this was in the middle of the work day in the middle of a major metropolitan city).  $450 to show up???  Not $450 to show up and actually do something, just get in the door.  Are you guys kidding me?  $300 to snake the line which is still a lot but for convenience of having it taken care of when you don't have the time to deal with it yourself, fine.  

After he told me the cost to show up was $450 I asked him if he thought that might be a bit questionable and the line dropped.  No follow up call from them to see why the line dropped.  I called corporate back and have left a message and still no reply from them.

I suppose after establishing themselves as a well established company Roto-Rooter has decided to establish themselves as a company that gouges those that would not be aware of their outlandish fees otherwise.
