I awoke one morning to the sound of water runnning.  I thought it was one of my toilets, but that didn't seem to be the case.  I opened my sliding door to see water on my patio, that seemed to be coming from my faucet, connected to the rear of my house.  It was a slow leak, but it had to be fixed.  I went on Yelp to find a plumber that could come right out, and went through four before I found Winder.  They came out IMMEDIATELY, used a tool, that aimed at my wall, that was connected between the bathroom and my bedroom and right away found where the leak was.  They opened a hole in the wall and fixed the leak.  They then called someone, from a flood restoration company and within hours they came and started removing the wall to the bathroom and the wall facing the rear of the house.  I couldn't see anything that was wet...nothing had come onto either floor, but they were making sure that nothing could be wet, and cause mold.  So for several days I had blowers on the area.  They then came back and completely re-built my bathroom cabinets, sinks and walls, with completely new materials.  I was so happy that Winder saw the potential for a bigger problem and came, to my rescue, right away.  Thank you Winder!

I'm just so sorry that I cannot give Jeff more than 5 STARS !!!  I needed a new kitchen sink installed ... This was a Saturday.  I called the number thinking I would leave a message for possibly getting an appointment for sometime early in the week.  But instead, Jeff answered his phone !!!  He was at another site (not surprising on a Saturday) but he took the time and kindly fit me in his schedule for that afternoon !!!  Jeff was so conscientious of his work ... You could tell he takes pride in his expertise.  There was one challenging moment when the disposal also had to be re-connected and there was a slight hiccup in the connection due to certain new parts being not original to the existing disposal -- but he worked it out like a true pro and everything is working beautifully.  Jeff is a straight shooter and very personable.  I could not be happier and I'm very grateful for his work.  I will surely call him for any future work ... Meanwhile, I highly recommend him to anyone who wants excellence !!!  Thank you, Jeff !!!

Isaiah was prompt to respond, very fair and reasonable pricing, one of the few who was willing to provide a quote without requiring a call first.  He came out on a Saturday morning (2am) within an hour. Wore booties and a mask.  Will definitely call again if I find myself in need of a Plummer!

Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

Mario recently came out to my house for an annual furnace tune-up. He showed up on time and was extremely professional throughout. I have worked with this company twice and been extremely satisfied both times. They provide amazing service with personable technicians while also providing very insightful recommendations to keep your HVAC system up-to-date. The easiest $99 to spend a year is on their annual membership where a technician will come out during the spring and fall to ensure systems are ready for running AC/heat.

I normally do all my home repairs myself but tonight was one of those nights where I was unprepared for my plumbing emergency. I called Ramon and he was available to come immediately which was amazing! He not only took the time to further educate me on preventing future problems but he worked quickly and efficiently and fixed the plumbing problem. Had a block, kitchen was backing up into the bathtub. Luckily they had availability for the next day. Very professional and did a great job. The tech let me know when he was on his way. I will definitely call them for any future plumbing issues.

Awesome from start to finish!!!  I've been lucky enough not to have needed a plumber before this week.  A small leak upstairs and 2 new toilet installations were what I needed to have fixed and completed. With this company in our community, our paths crossed many times. My kids went all through school with the McLeods and it was just a matter of time before I needed to call Scott.  Ryan was our technician and was completely professional in every way (on time, knowledgeable, accommodating and personable).  I would recommend Scott McLeod Plumbing to anyone in need of top-notch plumbing work!!!

Unfortunately, I can only give 1 star. So after all our toilets wouldn't flush and our showers were backing up at 11pm on a Sunday before school starts, my husband and I went to Yelp, of course, for emergency plumbing. This was the first one. They offer 24/7 emergency help. Called twice actually. Finally received a text at 6am, asking if I still need a plumber. Wow, I responded, I needed a plumber 7 hours ago. I too would have liked to go to sleep on a Sunday night.  I proceeded to tell him that if you can't accommodate Emergency service, you shouldn't advertise that you do because it is a waste of time to call for those of us in need. He proceeded to lash out about how he returns 80+ hours a week and he was tired. Telling me that if I could do that I'm a much better person than he is. He has 5 trucks and they are so busy blah blah blah. I have all the argumentative text messages, but point being, if you have an emergency late at night, call someone else. They are too tired, too busy and don't need the work!

This is my third time getting services from Gordons Family Plumbing. They have always responded quickly with friendly service at fair prices. The first time they installed 5 new sink in a quarter of the price of other quotes. Today  Scotty unclogged my kitchen drain. He was quick, cleaned up after himself, explained the issue and how to prevent clogs in the future. You can't go wrong with Gordons Family Plumbing.

It was the worst service I've ever had! Google map shows free estimates, and $68 for drain cleaning special. The ads are FAKE. We had kitchen sink clogs issues. Honestly, the technician came fast, but once he find out there's no clean out access on the exterior wall outside the kitchen room, and he had to use the ladder to claim up one story roof (my house only a one story house) to check the kitchen drain. He immediately raised the price to $135. I don't have any questions about that. Before he started his work, I used 50ft and 100ft sewer snake to drain the sewer line. Then he used a 50ft portable electric sewer snake and found that the grease was clogging our kitchen drain. The only solution was hydro jetting, and the final price was $760+. That's not a fair price. Because he was so angry and aggressive that day, I rejected his offer. That day, I had no idea what he did. He sounded so frustrated and talked so loudly. The charge was still $135, though. I know he worked on it, but it's the same as mine. Clogged drain and water stuck in sink, not even a bubble. Because I don't feel safe, I paid him and let him go. It's s NOT FREE ESTIMATE and the drain's still clogged. DON'T USE THEIR SERVICES. They only want your money. Then I called another company, who used the same method, hydro jetting, to remove the grease under the kitchen sink, and even installed a u-shaped pipe. We fixed it the same day, but it only cost half as much. So I don't recommend this company!

I had a leak in my wall after hours, called them expecting to leave a message.  But someone answered and was able to help me out. And someone was able to come out to help me within 30 minutes.  Lifesavers!  Courteous. Very polite and helpful!

Matthew came right out the same day within a couple hours.  Great service that was very quick.  I like dealing with owner operators and that is what he is. 5 star service!
