I had these come out today to replace my water heater.  They were the second quote that I got.  The first quote was clearly a rip off.  Easy Does it gave me a far price and they warranty their work.  

They got to my house on time and were done quickly.  I will definitely use them for future projects in the future.

Great service! Called at 11 and they were able to come out the same day to pump my septic tank. The owner was very friendly and knew what he was talking about. I have to empty our tank every 2 months and I won't use anyone but him  from now on.

The 2 dudes from drainage rooter came out the next day and And had to remove the toilet to pull out a big piece of plastic They were both friendly and And thorough.

I had a backed up kitchen sink I couldn't get unclogged.  I  requested a quote at 7pm.  In less than 10 minutes the owner, David contacted me and set an appointment and gave a price.  

The employee, also named David showed up right on time.  60 years of gunk in galvanized pipes so the snake didn't work.  Turns out I needed my plumbing hydro jetted.   He set up an appointment for a little later in the day and left.

A little before the appointment he came back to start the prep work for the hydro jet.  The new plumber, also named David, arrived a few minutes later and they got started.  They cleaned it out all the way to the main line and showed me a live video of the work.  Not a recording like I've heard other plumbers show.

They cleaned up before they left.  And it was cleaner than when they arrived.  On the invoice they changed what I was quoted, no extra fees.  Every one I dealt with the friendly, helpful and polite.  It was a great experience.

Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

This review is for the manabloc. Three years ago our manabloc started to have a leak on one of the valve.  I called around and Mike from AccuServe Plumbling was able to take a look at the leak. Both him and my husband was able to get the problem resolved during that time. Three years has passed and now another valve started to leak. I knew to call Mike since he help us the last time. I called and left a message. He called back within 20 mins. I explained what happened and he was able to come out to take a look the next day. When Mike and his colleague arrived, we looked at the manabloc and decided it was time to replace it. There was hard water particles built around all the caps. I didn't want to wait till it's too late and where the leak gets bad on multiple valves and it floods the wall. Mike called Viega the company that makes the manabloc. He asked about the process to ordering a new one. The call was on speaker and I was able to hear what needs to be done. Mike and his colleague helped me with the size on each valve. I took detail notes and pictures to send to Viega to help me with the ordering form.
Fast forward, after one month I received the new manabloc. (It was a mission to get it custom ordered.) I reached out to Mike to let him know and we had scheduled the date and time to have it replaced. I was nervous and stressed a few days before. It's the plumbing system that controls the water going through your whole house. Just praying the new manabloc works.
Mike was on time with his colleague. The process was time consuming. Of course we had so many valves/line on the manabloc. Mike was unlocking one by one and vacuuming the access water coming out of each tube. After that was done, he was testing to see if the old lock-in nut will work with the new manabloc. Unfortunately it didn't. We had to use the new connectors . Mike had to cut and crimp each one. When the new manabloc went in, he had to be creative to get all the individual pipeline to connect to the manabloc. Some lines were shorter than others. After 3.5 hours later Mike completed installing the manabloc. I followed his instructions to turn on all the water in the house to let all the pressure out. He made sure all the valve/lines were OK and not leaking before he left. We are so grateful and appreciative of Mike and his colleague. It's has been easy to communicate with Mike through text and he has been so helpful through the process.

We have had years of problems with our upstairs air conditioner.  We have had many different repair men come and give us many different opinions on what the problem was. From minor solutions ( that never worked) to major ie. ripping out walls to repipe ( which we did not opt to do) Went on Yelp to find someone with a good reputation and found these guys...what a great company! They came out the next day and had it fixed within 1 1/2 hours! I waited a couple of months to make sure it was really fixed and we have not had 1 problem since! I am so happy to finally find someone who knows what they are doing and doesn't want to rip you off in the process! Jay was awesome and I told him I would give him a great review when he left, so here it is Jay! Thanks so much!!!!

We used Robert's handyman services for the first time today, and we can honestly say that it won't be the last.  Robert replied to our email request promptly to scheduled a date and time that would work for us, called to confirm our appointment time this morning, and arrived on time. He has a professional demeanor without being stuffy, and he's personable, knowledgeable, and helpful.  He was very good about double checking how we wanted work done before proceeding and asking our opinion when done. We've used Pablo multiple times and been very satisfied with the ease of scheduling, workmanship, and price.

Pablo has installed new sinks and faucets in the kitchen and bathroom, installed a food disposal and dish washer, fixing a corroded pipe in the shower, and fixed the water pressure in our bathroom.

I plan on using him again!

We had a problem with our main sewer line and Neri was able to come the next day and fix it.  His whole team was professional and a pleasure to work with. He was always available to ask questions and communicated very well throughout the whole process. It was easy to understand what was needed and trust they were doing the best thing for our house.

At first we thought we had a deep clogged drain that needed to be snaked. However, after seeing what was happening in the sewer with the camera, we realized it was a much bigger job. The team worked so hard, fast, and rose to the occasion of our difficult task. Our job required dirt and concrete removal. After our sewer repairs were complete, Neri installed an easily accessible cleanout and repaired the concrete, good as new!

The technology, gear, and professional team turned a difficult problem into a great relationship.

I 100% recommend Tri-City plumbing! Reasonable price, on time, easy to get a quick appointment, and communicative. Ramon replaced a toilet for me and went the extra mile to make sure it was done the right way (took some repairs to my very old, damaged infrastructure and some extra time). I contacted FSPD really early on our way into Orange County after luke warm morning showers. He responded to my yelp request in less than 15 minutes before 8am.
They checked into it, found a leak, called me with options and we had a new water heater by the time we got home. Very trustworthy as well since they were in our garage and we were never home.

I contacted Scott McLeod Plumbing and had the great opportunity to work with Cody. I called in with a leak under our guest bedroom sink that was pumping out hot water. There was water everywhere and the steam from the hot water was starting to bubble the ceiling. Cody calmly walked me through the steps to turn off the water before the technician was able to arrive on site. Before I knew it the sink was up and operational again.

Excellent excellent service! Went with Hiniker because of all the great reviews and we were not disappointed. Called yesterday to have someone come out as soon as they could. They scheduled someone to come between 2-3 and today and he was here a little before 2. We had Jeffrey and he was very professional and efficient. He took care of our issues in under 30mins.

The only thing I would say is, I wish we were notified he was on his way.

But other than that, we would definitely use them again. I'm a new to home repairs stuff but according to my dad they were reasonable in price.

I found out I has a slab leak and started calling various plumbers. None of the guys would give me any information just large estimates of what it would take to fix. I finally called John at Gordons Family Plumbing. He talked my off the ledge and explained how everything would work. John and Steve were at my house that evening to look over the issue. We agreed on a date and time to fix. John and Steve were there on time. They did the work faster than expected and well under the estimate. They were both very friendly and easy to talk with. Gordons Family Plumbing will be my plumber for life!

This company uses tiny snake head instead of large 3 c cutter to cut out drain tree roots but punched a tiny hole to release the water to called the job done.   Drain clogged again in just 3 days and refused to service again unless pay another $950 for hydro jetting (hydro jet is for grease not roots).   Hired other plumber to get the same job done and claims previous plumber is lazy for fast job.

I had a major water leak coming from our upstairs bathroom. Water everywhere, ceiling, walls, carpet, furniture, everywhere! Called HMS. They were there in no time. Stopped the leak, tore the walls, ceiling, carpet out, and dried it all up. Contacted our insurance co., got approval for repairs, and restored everything to better than it was before! Great service, great people, great job. Thank you HMS. Any pluming issues in the future (hopefully not !), we know who to call.
