My wife and I recently purchased our first home in Irvine on October 2015 and discovered a leak from the piping output of our water heater. We contacted various plumbers that were giving us exorbitant prices for the job without any careful inspection. The problem with home repair is not only resolving the damage, but negotiating through the sea of contractors that at the end of the day, are trying to maximize their bottom line.

We contacted Jeff on Friday night and he arrived promptly. Since our house was built in the 70s, various contractors have worked on the house had made haphazard repairs that Jeff soon discovered. We had un-capped piping with water still feeding into it and a slab leak that was flooding the garage!

Since my wife and I are first time home owners, Jeff was extremely transparent about the issues and spent ample time to educate us on the issues and possible solutions. He drew diagrams to help us visualize the manifold of piping and how it fed into the house. He made sure that we were part of the process, so down the line if further issues would arise we would have the fundamental knowledge to hopefully be able to make an adequate assessment and problem solve.

From the financial perspective, he is extremely honest and reasonable. He didn't charge me an upfront after hours rate or initial leak inspection fee like other plumbers. He simply found out the problem and told me how much it would cost. At the end, the overall and quite extensive repair and exploration was extremely competitive with the initial quotes I acquired from the other plumbers. Also, his work is of high value as is apparent in his high quality repairs and craftsmanship.

My plumbing issue is now solved and I have hot water! Thanks Jeff!

I've worked with Olson Plumbing in 3 occasions and every time it has been prompt, reasonable, and solve some issues I've had other plumbers looked into before. I always get at least another bid and Paul always come through at a better price and excellent work.  The recent incident was a leaking hot water heater (way over 10 years old), water all over the garage floor on a Saturday mid - afternoon.  I called Olson Plumbing right away.  Paul and Brad showed up inside an hour, ran out to get a replacement and installed by the end of the day.  I was so thrilled that I was never out of hot water.  Additionally, I just spoke to another plumbing company a week before about the sewer line since both neighbors on each side of me had major problems. I was looking into preventative measures but instead was quoted a need for full replacement at a very,very,very high price.  Paul ran a camera and saw the same things but indicated that there is no  need for a sewer replacement so he cleaned out the sewer line and provided me a copy of the DVD. Thank you so much!

David is awesome.  Great work, super responsive.  He's done two projects for me now (installed an earthquake shutoff valve and replaced gas dryer).  Can't recommend him highly enough.

Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

Have an irrigation system broken. They came and told me that if I can find a landscaper it's gonna be way cheaper which I think it's very good advice. They are very honest. If I have any plumber issue I will definitely go with them!

We had a great experience with Specialty Air!! Originally called for service to see why we were not getting any cold air from our vents. And having a new 3 week old baby needed someone out quickly... Cory came out, and he was even earlier than he said he would be. He fixed the problem, we had cool air and all was great. Two days later we had the same issue with no cool air. I called them again and Cory came back out that same day(again earlier than they originally quoted me) He said we were then going to need a whole new AC unit, that the unit had died... Mind u the original unit was 25+ years old. :/ After the initial reaction to hearing that news, he told me they would credit the work done from the previous call to the new unit. (Hey at this point any little bit was going to help!!) I was pleased to hear that of course. 3 days later two guys came out (sorry don't remember their names) to replace the unit, furnace, and ducting for our new AC unit. They were both also very nice and took care to make sure they kept things clean both during and after they were done with the install.
Jay the owner even came out to the house to see not only how things were going, but to check the work his guys were doing. I could tell he wanted to make sure I was going to be completely satisfied with everything. Needless to say I was. Everyone I dealt with including the woman who answered the phone when I called the second time was professional, and they all took my time into consideration! Keep doing what u guys are doing! We will definitely recommend Speciality Air to anyone who asks! :)

We've used Pablo multiple times and been very satisfied with the ease of scheduling, workmanship, and price.

Pablo has installed new sinks and faucets in the kitchen and bathroom, installed a food disposal and dish washer, fixing a corroded pipe in the shower, and fixed the water pressure in our bathroom.

I plan on using him again!

Edit: I forgot that he re-piped a gas stove for us as well!

Neri Sanchez and his crew from Plumbing Solutions 4U saved a stalled construction job that was left hanging and literally saved the day. He identified an incorrectly chosen pipe not made for plumbing that a contractor had installed in the shower and was causing rusty water to come out! He quickly figured it out and fixed it, and fortunately, we didn't have to tear anything out!
We also needed a Toto toilet with a washlet installed, and Neri knew a lot of information about them, had installed many of them, and it was clear that he was the one to hire! He installed it an it works flawlessly. We also had Neri install a Navian tankless water heater. He showed a lot of care and skill tearing out the old 50 gallon water heater, and did an immaculate job putting in the Navian. He called the manufacturer rather than just guessing when it came to a question regarding a pipe. A lot of others would have made an assumption and did the wrong thing.
We are very appreciative, having worked with a lot of well intended but careless contractors, of Neri's patience, knowledge, skills and his well trained crew. They work together very well!

I called Ramon at Tri City Plumbing to check out my water heater at 8AM. He asked for my address and told me he would be out within the hour. He showed up shortly thereafter. He explained the issues with the water heater and why it needed to be completely replaced. He was very professional and gave me a fair price to do the work and said he could do it immediately. He was done around 11AM and did a nice clean install. Thank you Ramon...Job well done sir!

Had a block, kitchen was backing up into the bathtub. Luckily they had availability for the next day. Very professional and did a great job. The tech let me know when he was on his way. I will definitely call them for any future plumbing issues.

Not only were they the only plumbers to answer their phone on a Saturday, Derek was able to arrive within half an hour! He was fast, knowledgeable, courteous and triple checked his work. I feel absolutely confident in his repair and the next time I have a plumbing emergency, they will be the ONLY ones I call. Fantastic experience, I highly recommend Scott McLeod Plumbing! My wife's shower was stopped up for months. We've had several experienced plumbers out who all said the 100 year old p-trap was rotten and we needed new piping. The estimates were between $1800 and $8000.  Danny from Hiniker came out for another estimate today. He talked me into trying to snake it again. He found an old shampoo cap that was blocking the pipe. It was a miracle. Danny is great. Saved the day. I won't use anyone but Hiniker. They truly are the last honest plumbers. Thank you.

This company does not deserve any stars. I called this company to unclog my kitchen sink, they were NOT able to put the plumbing under the sink together, they told me the line was clear, so I paid $150, after I called a second plumber he put the plumbing back together again once he ran the water the line was still clogged. Got in touch by text with John Gordon, finally agreed to refund my $150, it's been ALMOST a month and still have NOT received my refund, and he is not longer answering my text it phone calls.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!

I had a water leak inside my upstairs bathroom a good neighbor recommended HMS Plumbing I called Chirs he  came right out isolated the leak so I had water to the house that night he came back the next day repaired the piping they had to cut the walls and expose the pipes and dry the walls for 3 days his gentleman that came in and repaired the walls did a really great job on my walls I couldn't tell and after they were done they CLEANED up that's what I liked he was very knowledgeable in how insurance works it helps and didn't seemed bothered with all the questions I had thanks for everything HMS Plumbing
