Great job, they arrived as scheduled, were dressed professionally even wearing booties over their work shoes. They diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed it. The job was done professionally at a very fair price. We will definitely use them again as needed and will recommend to friends.

We had our issues but these guys are stand up men, and proud of there business and what they stand for. Thanks to Jeremy for the installation of a new toilet and water heater. Thanks to Mike and Chris. I would definitely call them again. It was tuff having to deal with home shield. There is nothing American about American Home Shield.

Had a pipe leak from my 2nd floor bathroom to my 1st floor. Was a project since drywall on the 1st and 2nd floor needed to be cut open. Gotten quotes from multiple plumbers. Out of all the plumbers, Richard and Chris impressed me by answering their phones & texts right away, showed up on time as they said they would, very clearly explained the issues, what they were going to do, and made sure I was informed every step of the way. I was even impressed by how detailed their proposal was compared to the other plumbers - you can tell they are extremely professional and take your time and money seriously.

I had a small leak on the main water line just before it enters my home.  The issue was that long ago someone installed galvanized pipe to the standard water pipe used and over the years the galvanized pipe rusted and eventually caused a small leak.  I had four different companies come out to look at the issue and give me a quote.  The issue was greater than just replacing one small connection to have it match up with the normally used water pipe material as there is a hose bib and line going off to the irrigation system in the same location.  

After meeting with the first three companies and getting their quotes, some which included doing things they suggested be done while doing this project, All-Star Plumbing came.  The first thing he asked me after I talked and showed him the issue, was what I wanted to do.  That surprised the heck out of me but was much appreciated.  We talked about it, came up with what SHOULD be done.   The price was most reasonable, and he did a great job on the project.  I would recommend All-Star Plumbing.

My son-in-law has just returned from 7 weeks of training and we were planning a great evening at home but all of sudden water started to come through the ceiling in the kitchen at around 6pm. I started calling around to several plumbing companies and only a few called back. 24 Hour Express Service was the first and they were here within a hour. Dustin walked in and we told him what we thought happened and he looked through the hole in the ceiling that we had already cut and he assessed the situation quickly and it turned to be in the shower upstairs and he was able to quickly repair it. Dustin was professional and had a great attitude for having to be here at 7-7:30pm. I will recommend you to everyone. Thank you

Jose, our plumbing technician, was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional.  He diagnosed the problem and fixed it in under an hour.  Even gave us a break on the price.  Will use again.

This was the ONLY contractor who would give a quote up front, on a very standard garbage disposal install...(the two most heavily 5-starred plumbers gave me nothing but run around when I pressed them for a general price range and I even sent them photos to show what an easy job it would be.) Anyhow, Installation Pros have great customer service in returning calls, giving upfront information, and showing up when they said they would. I liked our installer, who did a fantastic job in about 15 minutes. The *only* thing preventing a full 5-star rating was the price seemed a little high for the amount of minutes spent on the job; it came out to cost just over ten bucks per minute. Again, it was stellar service and a nice job. We are happy with them and would use them again.

Jay Indeck and his colleagues/employees are exceptional. Jay is thorough in his assessment and recommendations. He and everyone he employs is prompt, professional, and competent. His prices are fair, and his work is outstanding. Can't say enough about his company and have only had one job with him! We will recommend him to everyone we know.

I had a slab leak in my home that started to get worse. I called KP Plumbing and spoke to Kevin. He came over the same day and diagnosed the issue. He was upfront on the options available to remedy the problem. I decided to do a full replacement of the water lines in the house rather than doing a partial replacement. After agreeing on the terms, he wrote a contract and went over it with me line-by-line before we both signed. He answered all the questions I had about the work to be done. The job took two days with the second day devoted to patching up the stucco and drywall. Disruption to our daily lives was kept to a minimum and we had running hot and cold water at the end of the first day. Very happy with the job. Kevin was knowledgeable, courteous and also a pleasure to work it. I would use his services again if the need arises.

I had a small list of things to do around our house. One of which was installing a new ceiling fan in the family room that would need all new wiring. He came out within 24 hours to quote a price that was very reasonable. He was very honest and stayed until everything was perfect. Will likely hire him again!

We reached out to Jim & Sons as our backyard area drains were not draining properly. Whenever it rained our backyard would pool with water and we'd have to sweep away the water into one of the drains that was functioning. When we saw in the weather forecast that it was going to rain again, we immediately reached out to Jim and Sons to see if they'd be able to stop by for an estimate.

We'd reached out to previous plumbers before regarding the same issue and was told we would never major construction done to replace the existing drains. Steven and Chuck came out from Jim & Sons and told us that they'd simply need to cut out a narrow portion of the concrete to add new drains. They came back the next day after initial inspection and got started on the work right away. The work was done in a day and a half and turned out better than we had thought! We plan on adding pavers/steps onto the cut out section, but now the drains are working perfectly and just in time before the long rain days.

From beginning to end, Steven and Chuck were extremely professional and also friendly. They made sure to clean up the yard leaving no mess after completion of the job. They were honest with their inspection, gave a fair estimate, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I'd highly recommend Jim and Sons (especially Steven and Chuck) for any plumbing related work moving forward!

Have a home that's over 20 years old that needed some renovations done to the bathrooms. With some searching and seeing the amount of positive reviews , we decided to go with John. John is by far the most professional, kind , and skillful individuals out there. He is punctual with his time and is always available for contact and has the cleanest work I've seen. He also provided us with very useful tips when it came to what materials to use and designs. Pricing is absolutely fantastic as well. We have other bathroom to do and will continue to use John for his services. I highly recommend him for your construction needs , hands down !

I was surprised to see that this company doesn't have many reviews on Yelp. I've used them twice and both times they took care of my problem quickly and honestly.

I had to call them yesterday to root out the main drainage pipe in my backyard. That pipe has been driving me crazy since I bought my house a few years ago. It was clogged with roots and mud. I replaced the pipe that I thought contained the clog but I found that there was another blockage under my front yard. I thought that if this wasn't a simple fix I may have to dig the yard up and I really wanted to avoid that.

On the phone they told me that to root the pipe would cost $125, and if that didn't work then they would use a high-pressure hose which costs $325. If they would have had to have used the hose they would have credited the original $125 against the cost.

They came out on schedule and unclogged the pipe using the rooter. They could have upsold me and told me that they had to use the hose, but they didn't. They were at my place for 15 minutes and took care of a problem that had been bothering me for weeks. I should have called earlier.

I would definitely use this company again.

My whole kitchen faucet broke on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. They were able to squeeze me in for repair the next morning and saved my ability to cook for the holiday. They were affordable, professional, and efficient.

This is my 2nd review for Hybrid Plumbing.   I called Steve who I have used before because my toilet was spraying water.  I called two other plumbers first to see about pricing and Hybrid by far had the best pricing.  I also looked up the toilet he was going to install since I had not heard of it and it got rave reviews.   Fast forward to Friday.  Nick arrives right on time.  Installs my new toilet (which I love) and fixed the faucet in my kitchen.   Oh and I got a few toilet seat.   Took a little over 2 hours and was considerably less expensive than other quotes.   These are my go to guys.

Ike is the only plumber I have used for the last 20 years. He's honest, reliable and his prices are always reasonable. I really don't know who I'll call when Ike retires. He's like an old family friend.

Worse company hired  by  home warranty. They don't get back to you. I left  multiple  voice mails  they marked  as job  complete  when  clearly  it's not.
