Ok. To make a long story short, I didn't call Big John in the first place. I learned my lesson the hard way and I will now NEVER use anyone else. I went with another plumber and $2000 dollars later the problem was not fixed. I had this other plumber over four times and he kept blaming my tenants. My tenants could not take a shower their first week there. I was completely embarrassed. I called Big John on an early Saturday morning and he swung by noon on time. He took a look at the situation and took care of the problem lickity split. My tenants were hesitant because of the last plumber. We had water running in all the bathrooms, showers, sinks, flushing toilet paper down the toilet and trying to bombard the system. What do you know..,everything was working. Thanks Big John.

Here are my reasons to recommend Big John: First: He was on time in my emergency plumbing issue. Two: Big John was fair and reasonable. Three: He actually solved the plumbing problem. Four: He not only solved the problem he gave me some options for the future to make the situation easier but didn't use any scare tactic, just honest assessment on what to plan for in the future. Four: He is now my go to Plumber. I had to spend a ton of money to find a plumber for life. He's great and I highly recommend him to anyone. He's a business owner/plumber that is fair, honest and reasonable. He started his own business to run his business his way and I appreciate his knowledge and professionalism. The job was enormous. Every pipe protruding from the damage soaked walls and angle stop valves needed to be replaced.

Our almost 7 years old tankless water heater started leaking about 2 months ago. It was still under warranty fortunately. We called All plumbing to get a quote for the installation and less than 4 hours later the new tank was installed and working great. Efficient and excellent customer service. These guys are awesome. Joe and his team are A+   I would definitely recommend.

We bought a fixer upper a couple of years ago. Every room needed a remodel. This time we remodeled both bathrooms. I had a tile guy and I did the drywall and electrical. We just needed someone to do the plumbing. After four estimates, we chose Hidalgo Construction Company to set the bathtubs and redo the plumbing. We chose him not because his quote was reasonable, but because he didn't try to sell us on something else. We originally wanted to get cast iron. While others were pushing tubs that they were used to installing, Anthony was good with installing a heavy tub and not trying to talk us into something we weren't looking for. We eventually went with an acrylic tub. We also needed to do one bathroom at a time so we had a bathroom to use during the remodel, which he was perfectly fine with.

Removal and setting the tub took two days. Like the day of the estimate, he was on time. During the work, wore a face mask during this pandemic, laid down a cloth tarp on the floor, wore a shoe cover, and was just extremely clean. I highly recommend Anthony to anyone that needs a plumber that is professional, respectable, take into consideration what the customer wants, and great and timely at communication.

I had a leaky main valve and went on Yelp to find quotes.  FIRST CLASS responded right away, sent a technician within the hour to give me an accurate quote. They gave the best quote of them all (sent pics to others) not including a military discount that I got. My leaky valve was fixed brand new that night. It was absolute first class service. I plan to go back to them again for my plumbing troubles.

Bernal's Plumbing was super responsive!
Had an issue with a commercial toilet and a urinal and Bernal came to the property and fixed it within a few hours.

We had another toilet blow washer and Bernal came back to the location within a couple hours to repair it. Also diagnosed a larger issue with the water pressure in the building. Highly recommend!

Although we had an initial scheduling mix-up, Alpha & Omega plumbing offered a discount to compensate for the confusion. The two plumbers that arrived to replace my garbage disposal were very professional and courteous. They completed the service and offered advice to prolong the life of my new disposal. I would highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.

Danny and his staff were very helpful and professional. I called at 7pm to unclog my main line and they offered to come out and help me. Great affordable prices and they get the job done really fast. I will definitely be calling 24/7 plumbing again!

I called bob with a leak in my Garage and no water running to the house on a Sat.

We didn't have an emergency we just wanted to have a new kitchen faucet put in. The first plumber we called said he'd be there in an hour. He called five hours later and said he was running late! Needless to say we cancelled with him. The second plumber had to cancel because of an emergency. That was a blessing because we called Mr G's Plumbing and Albert was there on time the next morning. He was professional, courteous, honest and reasonably priced. I would give him a ten star if I could. We highly recommend!!

This is my 3rd review for SoCal Plumbing and it's been 5 stars every time.  It's a great feeling to know I have an honest and professional company to turn to for my plumbing needs.  The valves to turn off the main water line to my house and to turn off water to my sprinkler system were frozen.  The valves were very old and had been painted over many many times.  I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to turn off my water if I ever had a major water leak.  So I called SoCal and they sent a tech the next morning.  Paul inspected everything and provided me with a fair quote to replace both valves.  This was more complex than it sounds as it involves cutting out the old valves, then installing the new valves and rebuilding the copper lines.  Paul did a great job, fully tested the new installation, and took the time to make sure all my faucets, shower heads, etc. were working properly after he completed the job.  I feel much better knowing I can now shut off my water quickly if I ever have an emergency.  Thanks Paul.  Thanks SoCal Plumbing.

This was my first time using this company and the truth is these guys are good! Came to my home within 15 minutes, seen the problem went to the store to grab the material that was needed and came back quick. This company meets their name! Now I see why they have perfect reviews. Efficient, fast, and reasonable. The pressure cartridge in my shower wasn't working, making the water  boiling hot (no cold water). Efficient plumbing saved the day. So happy with their service. I have saved  their number in my phone for all my plumbing needs and if someone asks. If you're in need of anything plumbing related, call them.. you're welcome!

Would not choose to use this company willingly. We have to use them because they are under warranty with our Builder.

We had an emergency plumbing situation. My husband called on Monday as soon as he found a leak in our kitchen but the on-call plumber said he already got home and the issue didn't sound like a big deal. On Tuesday they showed up for an appointment that we did not make unannounced. We were not expecting them so we were not available to answer the door (We were waiting on a call to set up an appointment). They were supposed to show up after hours on call wednesday but Jean one of their service guys called me to convince me to reschedule it the day after since he could only be at my house after 7:30 p.m. and would stay a minimum of 2 hours. I told him that anything would work for me as long as it got done with no additional damages caused. He convinced me that if we waited an extra day no additional damage would be caused to our home that was not already done so I agreed to see him the following day. However, the following day Thursday I was notified by our warranty guy that 20/20 refused to come to our house because we were a no-show to our appointment. This was not our fault though because we didn't schedule the appointment in the first place.
Now I am waiting for a manager to call me back because Jean the on call guy (who promised me he could come to fix out plumbing issue) is saying that he is forbidden to come to our house by Theresea, his manager and we have to make an appointment during 8 to 5. The builder is now saying this could void our whole warranty..

AVOID THE HEADACHES AND CHOOSE ANOTHER PLUMBER!!!! This is just one of the many issues that they have caused us since we purchased our home.

I have used other plumbing companies in the past that charged an arm and a leg to unclog one backed up drain.  I was the most satisfied with the customer service Plumbing Masters provided and with the work they did at my home.  The plumber that came out was very kind and professional.   He was able to unclog several backed up drains and pointed out to me exactly what caused my drains to get clogged up.  I would recommend Plumbing Masters to anyone who is looking for great customers service, a good response time,  and reasonable pricing.
