Quoted $185 for a badly clogged toilet, $250 to do it after hours, in the mid-high $300s if they needed to pull the toilet off the floor to get into the drain (they did not). They were able to come same day on a Friday night, right when they said they would, and got it done quickly. Took care not to dirty my floor with shoes or plumbing equipment, considerate with masking. Charged exactly as quoted. Boss Plumbing quoted me $385 for the same job and RotoRooter would not give a quote until they saw it (at which point you could reject service) but tried to come earlier than scheduled and then switched to the correct time slot, but by then Economy had already gotten there.

Brandon is great! He was very responsive, and was able to fit me in soon after I called him. He gave me a very reasonable set quote to replace my kitchen faucet and completed the work quickly with no problems. I also showed him around the house to other things that needed to be done and he was helpful in explaining and advising and gave me a quote for those items as well. I would highly recommend him!

Warren has bailed me out on multiple occasions.  He is always extremely responsive at any call or text and then truly has the clients' best interest at heart when completing the job.  Whether it is a big or small job you get the same 1st class care and service. I called John Snyder Plumbing and they gave me a fair estimate on a potential full stack replacement (2nd floor bathroom to basement) but it was more then I could pay at the time. I reached out for more estimates and inadvertently reached out to John again.  John called me on a Sunday to discuss the quote and heard my dilemma.  He was kind and adjusted my quote but was realistic about the price.  I agreed and moved forward.  Zach and  Anthony came out the next day.  Two very nice gentleman who answered all questions asked and most of all cleaned up the mess before they left.
I called John because I had a conference call and might have to ignore his call to pay the bill.  He said to me, he would send the bill and to pay it over the next few days.  This means a lot to someone who gets paid weekly, especially during this time. I look forward to paying the bill for such great service. I want them to know their kindness and good work was appreciated.  I would recommend this company to friends and family. (I know this sounds too good to be true but it is and I am grateful.)

Wouldn't choose anyone else for my plumbing needs. Kit was professional and maintained constant communication throughout the entire process. Had issues with my bathroom toilet and tub for years that I thought would not get resolved after going through multiple people for help. Kit was the one who figured it out, and I couldn't be more grateful to him for it and I know who I'll be contacting in the future.

What can I say about this company.  They came out to correct work on two different jobs that two different WELL KNOWN plumbers did at my elderly mother's home.

We were having some issues with our plumbing and so we got in touch in order to get a repair quote. Rick was extremely fast with getting back to us, it took around 10 minutes to hear from him which is really great. For most area providers it takes a few hours at least.

We then scheduled the job and it went very well. They gave us a heads up via text when they were on their way and showed up right on time. They were considerate about their presence and didn't cause a big disruption to our work or kids schooling schedule, which is a big deal now that a lot of people are stuck at home due to Covid-19. I also appreciated that they let me know what specific repairs they were going to do prior to doing them, just so we knew what to expect. Once they got started with the work, the job was completed in a reasonable amount of time.

I'm definitely a fan now and will use them in the future if the need arises.

Our hot water tank cracked and started leaking suddenly. Mike came over the same day and was able to install new unit within 48hours. It is evident that he knows his business and does things the right and safe way. Have been looking for a reliable plumber for years! Mike is the guy.

He's simply honest. His work is always well done, he calls back later to make sure you're happy with it, he answers all questions in a way I can understand and never asks to speak to my husband or dad. They arrive on time, communicate well and their prices are fair. If you call for something he thinks you can do yourself, he'll flat out tell you how to trouble shoot it and to call back if you actually need him. Honest and hard working. Recommend him to all my neighbors as they move in. He's everyone's go to plumber on my block!

Showed up on time and was extremely friendly but didn't address or fix my issue after I explained my leak in detail (tech seemed like he was in a hurry).  I also called regarding another issue and was told I would get a callback- it's been 2 months and I'm still waiting....

Was able to get out to the job I had fairly fast. Gave great advice and did a job well done.

They arrived within 1 hr. after call, repaired my toilet in less than an hour. Fast and did a great job. I plan on using them again.

I've had Chris and his team do a number of jobs for me in the past 5 years. I've always had good results, and Chris is always very willing to explain options and choose the best solution for the job. Definitely my go-to plumber.

We had a problem with the spigot on our rooftop deck and called My Plumber. Mike showed up in 30 minutes and diagnosed our problem. The spigot was not working at all, but the spigot on our outside patio was working. Mike stayed with us and helped us solve the problem within 15 minutes. We had accidentally turned off the knob in the basement three years ago and it cut off the flow to the spigot on the roof. Mike didn't charge us for the visit and he was a great guy to talk to about our plumbing issues. We highly recommend him for your plumbing service.

Our water heater was broken and we got a fair quote from this business.  We are happy with the service.

Kevin came out the same day for a difficult water heater project and was able to make it work.
