Had Mike come out to check a leaking gas pipe valve.  Turned out to just need a good tightening and he didn't charge anything... even after coming into Philly from Jersey.  Will definitely call him back next time.

From calling April to having Anthony and Steve come fix our shut-off valve it was until an hour (unheard of scheduling in 2021 Philly!!!). Great professional service, would highly recommend them for any plumbing issues you have!

Needed to replace the cast iron sections of our sanitary drain pipe because of cracks which were causing water leaks in our basement with a very unpleasant smell. Brandon knew exactly what needed to be done, gave us a fair quote, showed up on time and got the job done in one morning. The best part was that he made sure to use our basement window for removal of the dirty stuff so he didn't have to truck it through our house. We will be calling him for all of our house fix needs! Amazing service!

Warren has been out here twice in the past week and both times he has been a tremendous help. Warren is extremely knowledge and patient with people like myself who are not plumbing experts. Warren not only was able to assist with our emergency water issue but also helped us identify many additional plumbing pitfalls that we may run into in our home. Was able to get a same day appointment for a second opinion after the gas company told us we had a leak with our heater line.

Aqua responded to my Yelp message and I was able to schedule an appointment for later in the day. They called saying they were running late and then the technician called to follow-up, giving an estimate of the time he would arrive.

Once he arrived (I believe it was Bobby), he was socially distant, wore a mask and was professional. We told him our situation and that we wanted a second opinion. He was honest and told us that our first opinion was correct in his assessment. He did point out some other things that may be the cause of our sewer smell and said he would be glad to come out again if the smell continued.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Aqua again - great company and service!

Everyone that I interacted with at this business was helpful. Xavier and Anthony were very professional and they solved the issue right away. They were timely and the price was reasonable. Kit and his team are hands down the best plumbers we've ever used. They have done a variety of work for us, including installing a vanity, replacing faucet fixtures, and handling an emergency clog. They are so responsive, friendly, and do great work. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable and trustworthy contractor.

Jason showed up earlier than the appointment time, and spot the problem right away. He fixed the furnace with in 10 mins. Very professional and very experienced. I would recommend their service to friends.

I chose Rick Lucas plumbing based Yelp Reviews and he was great!  I was selling my home and needed someone to repair a tricky leak in a very tight space, along with other repairs to busted pipes.  Rick always responded when he said he would, he was at my home when he said he would be there, and was very professional and great to talk to.  He was able to schedule me on a Friday afternoon, when I talked to him only that Monday before.  The price was very fair too!  I would highly recommend Rick Lucas Plumbing.

Called this guy on a Sunday of the fourth of July, and he immediately called me back!!  Showed up on time the next day and FIXED the problem-bad leak under the sink!!!! Not only is he dependable but he's honest and an EXCELLENT plumber.  Price was more than reasonable.  I will use him forever and  highly recommend him!!!!!!!

I have used them three times, two for heating issues and once to install a gas range.  The two times in which my heater wasn't working, they were out to my house within a few hours of calling and the problem was fixed. Each was a pretty quick fix, however, it was nothing I could do myself.  What they charged was definitely reasonable and they are both super nice and very responsive. Highly recommended.

The technician that responded to my call Billy Pearsall was very professional, prompt and provided thorough service. I had a leak going into my basement and could not figure out where it was coming from. Billy got right to work and pinpointed the source, fixed it, kept the area clean and was concise explaining what had to be done. Pricing was fair, response time was quick. I would definitely recommend Valdel  Plumbing to anyone.

We had a leak in our downstairs bathroom which was clearly caused by the master shower directly upstairs. We initially called in another plumber, and he and his boss felt very strongly that a hairline crack in the pan of our master shower was causing the issue. They came back with an estimate of $7,000 to redo the entire master shower (and vanity). What? We called Bommer Plumbing for a second opinion and boy, are we glad we did.

Jim arrived right on time and he worked with my husband and me to troubleshoot the leak. He spent close to 90 minutes at our place. Long story short, the culprit of the leak was worn caulk along the top of of the master shower basin, NOT a hairline crack. We all cheered when the source was found! We saved thousands of dollars with this (accurate) diagnosis. And he even pointed out a potential issue with the electric source for our downstairs bathroom fan.

Jim was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and hilarious. We were cracking jokes like old buds. He was awesome!  And office staff is super friendly. They keep you apprised of your plumber's whereabouts on the day of your appointment. They even send a picture of your plumber so you know what they look like ahead of time. This was a great touch and much appreciated, as you can never be too careful these days.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Don't do what we did and call Bommer Plumbing second...call them FIRST.

Fixed: leaking faucet, installed a new vanity and sink, installed a new outdoor spigot. Quoted quickly over the phone, came quickly did great work for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

We are currently using Williams Precision Plumbing to renovate the hall bathroom. Chris and his team do an amazing job and are professional and polite. Chris came for the free estimate and spent time answering all my questions. He is also very responsive via email and text which has made scheduling very easy. I will use them again for our future plumbing needs!

Excellent experience.  Mike and Bernie quickly and neatly installed a new hot water heater on the third floor of our tiny house.  Price was less than we'd budgeted.  Will definitely recommend them in the future.

I was worried that my shower drain was stopped up and also that the drain in the laundry might be clogged because I washed my kid's stuffed animals and two opened up (letting stuffing and beads out). Mr. Rooter got right back to me, literally 10-20 min after I left a message and less than 90 minutes later the technician was at my door. Joe was great, ran tests--patiently, turns out everything was fine. Now, I don't know a thing about plumbing, so he could have told me both needed to be cleared and I would have believed it. Did not charge a dime for coming out either. I recommend without reservation and if needed, this is the company that I will be calling.

Kevin was fantastic -- he fixed a couple sinks that had been perennial problems in our home. Don't know why we waited to fix these, but he came by, inspected them, helped us pick a replacement, and got everything installed really fast. Super nice, very communicative -- we'll definitely use his service again (and sooner this time!)
