Mark and his team were great. He replied quickly via the Yelp bid request, after which I texted some photos and he provided an estimate. Once approved, his team was here the same afternoon for the fix. Very quick and courteous. They'll now be on top of the list for any plumbing needs!

Highly recommend. Reached out late at night regarding a leaking kitchen sink the week of Thanksgiving and they were able to respond quickly and were able were able to come out next day and took care of the problem in no time.  Really fair prices. Will definitely be reaching out to them with any problems in the future.

Brandon is great! He was very responsive, and was able to fit me in soon after I called him. He gave me a very reasonable set quote to replace my kitchen faucet and completed the work quickly with no problems. I also showed him around the house to other things that needed to be done and he was helpful in explaining and advising and gave me a quote for those items as well. I would highly recommend him!

Warren and his team are terrific!  I have been searching for years for a plumber that I would recommend without hesitation, and finally found it at Boss Plumbing. So far, Warren & co have fixed a valve another plumber didn't want to touch, assessed and identified small leaks that were making a big mess (and of course repaired them), installed a new sink and faucet (including some retrofitting) and did it all with a wonderful blend of expertise and good humor.  It was a pleasure having them in my home, and I would trust Warren to professionally tackle any plumbing-related job.

Quick response and availability was quick.  They were very polite and handled the situation promptly.  Their level of communication was awesome.

We chose John Snyder because of all the positive review.  Unfortunately our experience was disappointing and annoying.  We asked him to replace an outside faucet.  we were told 2 workers would be there with all teh equipment needed and the cost would be $300.00.  one worker showed up and didn't have all the equipment needed to do the job and didn't know how to do the entire job and left saying he would be back.  He never came back and we then received an invoice for $700.00!!!  We STRONGLY recommend that you NOT use this vendor.

I noticed I had a leaking shutoff valve under my toilet, looked on yelp for plumbers and noticed Plumbing and Things had great reviews so i sent a quote request (this was on Friday evening) Kit actually called me back about an hour later. I described what was going on, he told me what the problem most likely was and gave me a price, I agree because it was a good price. He was able to come out the next morning, he was on time , very professional and was very nice. The problem was exactly what he said it was, he completed the job and even cleaned up the area. The price was what he said no add ons and no surprises. I definitely would recommend calling Kit and getting Plumbing and Things for any job you may have.

After contacting 3 other places with no return phones calls which is very unprofessional by the way, hubby and I contacted Goodman plumbing. Someone actually answered the phone and came out the same day. Within the hour actually. There were two guys both named Ed who snaked my back yard drain. They were very nice, very professional, and even gave a tip on how to try and prevent the issue from reoccurring. I will definitely use them again in the future!

We were having issues with the outdoor sewer backing up into the grass.  Called Rick and his team and they responded tentatively.  The gentleman arrived on time and snaked roots that were over grown into pipes. After receiving a call from the water department about my $300 outstanding bill I knew it had to be from the toilet in our powder room. I had called a different local plumber from the yellow pages 2 weeks prior and never got a return call. So I tried again, this time via yelp and selected Miller Plumbing. They are local and had positive reviews. He was very responsive and fit me in that same day as he had another call in the neighborhood. He was on time, and diagnosed and solved the problem immediately and explained why, although the toilet is getting older, there was no need to replace it. He also took care of a local neighbor who called him when I told them he was visiting me that day. Miller Plumbing is now the only call I will make.

After packing all day to prepare to move, and a few hours before a scheduled showing of our property, we had a leaky pipe we tried to fix on our own go completely haywire, spraying water all over the closet and floor. We turned the water off and called a few plumbers to see who could help. John Neill had a full schedule for the day, but promised we would be he first appointment the next day. To my delight, his team finished earlier than expected, and John called me to ask if they could come by right away! They arrived within a few minutes, assessed the problem, made a special trip to get parts and fixed our issue in about 20 minutes. I was so grateful, not only to get to take a shower, but to have the problem corrected in time for the house to be shown!
These guys were especially accommodating, polite, efficient and thorough. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I had Valdel replace four toilets and install a kitchen sink faucet.  The work was all done promptly and professionally, and we've had no issues ~6 months later.

However during removal of one of the old toilets, the plumbing technician dropped one of the old toilets down our stairs, causing some damage to our hardwood floored stairs and the marble tile in our entryway.

Valdel fully covered the costs for the necessary flooring repairs. They were helpful and responsive to work with during the process of selecting contractors and having the repairs done.

Accidents can always happen, so it is good to know when a company is willing to take responsibility and handle incidents in a professional manner.  I would be more than willing to work with Valdel again based on my experiences.

Great service so far. Called them out tonight on emergency hot water heater flood. Came out within an hour and it was after 9:30pm. Keith was awesome and explained everything to me. They will be out first thing tomorrow to replace and get us back up and running. Thank you Keith.

I requested a quote for plumbing work, and they responded immediately and agreed to come out the following day. The following day arrived, and they contacted me saying they would be unable to come out during the agreed upon time, so we rescheduled for the following morning. They never arrived the following morning. I messaged them asking if they were still coming out, and received no response. I cannot speak on the actual quality of their work, but I can say in my experience, they are not reliable.

The price given made no sense for the proposed work. He could have just said he didn't want the job instead of insulting me. Women and novices get a second quote.

So thankful for their quick reply and professionalism. We had an issue with our bathroom sink. After leaving a message, we heard back quickly and then they were on our doorstep. We will definitely be calling them again if ever the need arises.

I had been using a plumber I was not thrilled with and almost called him again but I read the reviews here and decided to use Mr. Rooter. I got same day service for my leaking sink. Joe came out and was very professional. He gave me all my options and we decided to install a new faucet. Joe found other leaks in my sink area and cleaned them up for me. Before Joe arrived, I received a text with his photo and history so I would know who to expect. I felt compelled to write this review since I was helped by others who gave good ratings and led me to Mr. Rooter.

Had such a great experience with Kevin and Vinko Plumbing. Had a leak in the line that supplies water to my fridge, causing flooding and obvious anxiety! I called Kevin and he was very quick to respond. Even offering same day appointment. I have had nightmare experiences with plumbers in the past, so Vinko was a breath of fresh air. He showed up in time and fixed the problem with ease. He explained everything to me and helped me understand how to avoid this from happening in the future. I absolutely recommend and will be using again!
