My experience with Pro Install Services has been very positive. Pro Install Services replaced 3 toilets and installed a vanity top in my home.

First off, in our current Covid situation Ryan always respected my health by constantly wearing a mask while in my home.  Also he did an excellent job in explaining to me the scope of the work being done; he kept me in the loop on any issues (which there were a couple) that occurred and made the necessary adjustments in an expedient professional manner. He made aware of all pricing for each job prior to any work being done.  

Lastly the work was done in a neat, quick, and  professional manner. Without hesitation, I would strongly recommend Pro Install Services for home installation and remediation work!

They came out person was very nice and respectful their price is beyond expensive they suck you in with a cheap service call and charge you a crazy amount for any service.

These guys are rock stars! i would trust these guys 1000%. I had a problem nobody else could diagnose but called and Don Meir himself came out to my home and use his expertise found the issue, had he not found it i would still be in a fix. I have called them for big and small and not ONCE were they late unprofessional or tried to sell me something i did not need.

Chris initially came out to take an estimate for the project. He explained the solution well and offered an alternative. Provided tips in case I wanted to attempt a DIY which I ended up opting not to. Kelly and Bob were out the next week to complete the job.

Professional, transparent with pricing, and timely completion. Great communication as well. Would call again. Very satisfied.

I'm a little late in writing this review since the last work they did for me was over a year ago but since I just joined Yelp, I figure better late than never. I have used Russell Bros for several years now. The first time was when my regular plumber, let me down and left me abandoned with a broken / frozen pipe in my attic. Dennis managed to crawl over the fiberglass insulation and squeeze into a very small area to fix the pipe. I then hired him to replace my entire heater and with his help, I selected a super efficient Weil - McLean gas burner that is extremely high-tech. Dennis did a great job installing the system and my gas bill is now over 50% lower than it used to be.
Most importantly, they do the job when they say they will and they do it right. I have also found their pricing to be extremely fair. I highly recommend.

After having draining problems for a few days I finally called Roto Rooter to clean out my main line drain....they found roots in my line and proceeded to call thier camera guy..(who arrived in ten minutes)..lol....and after looking into my pipe I was told I had a collapsed  line that needed to be replaced ASAP at a cost of 6100 dollars....I wanted a second opinion so I called William Archer...thier man came right over and after looking over things he wasn't convinced I needed a new pipe .....so he suggested I have his camera guy look at it the next day...and after this second inspection I was told my pipe was fine and no replacement was nessesary saving me all that money...thier honesty is priceless and I gave them a five star rating ...you will not regret using this company ...they are in my opinion an excellent choice

We recently worked with Queen B when looking for someone specializing in high velocity AC systems to come do a routine service check. Tiffany was so friendly and knowledgeable while booking the appointment, and then Tony and Jaime, the technicians, were not only courteous and friendly, but they got the job done quickly, and took the time to answer additional questions, and give some other advice on how to improve efficiency and air flow. First rate plumber all the way! I didn't know this guy from Adam, but the 5 stars across the board was enough for me to hire him. I really did try doing the job myself but only made the pipe crack!
Mike arrived faster than any contractor I've ever worked with. He was clean, well groomed and pleasant. Conversation was easy and right away he looked under the bathroom sink and said confidently, I can fix that! No problem. Mike went right to work and able to hold good conversation while completing the job in less than an hour. He cleaned up and to my surprise came in at a very low cost compared to other quotes I got over the phone! I will call him for all my plumbing needs for as long as I'm alive or he's in business. This guy is also a one man show but never hesitated to give me a time within a few hours of my initial phone call. Extremely satisfied!!!! More contractors should be like this guy!

I saw the good reviews and scheduled an appointment *2 weeks* in advance on my day off. He never showed. When I finally called, his excuse was that he had an emgergency job that morning. That's fine but what happened to calling your customers and letting them know your running late or not showing up at all. This guy has no office, he answers on his cell phone and appointments mean nothing.  AVOID.

I have dealt with Mr. Bennett on three occasions now. Each time he has been very professional, friendly, and knowledgable. His rates are also very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call him again.

Avoid using allied at all costs.  The install at the beginning could be good but the system doesnt last at all.  Within 8 years, the evaporator coil had to be replaced two times already.  The evpaporator coil was replaced in may 2021 and it cost 1900 to repair (labor only).  Not only was it expensive for the repair, i waited over 4 weeks to get it repaired and they never return my calls to let me know status. The same repair 5 years ago was only 500 dollars.  I tried to get an itemized breakdown of 1900 but they dont return calls once they got my money.  The next time my unit breaks, i plan to replace the whole thing with someone else so i dont ever have to use them again.  I would give zero stars if i could.
