Its hard to find an honest plumber, so when I had an issue at my house, I was concerned.  Their price was fair and I got an appointment for the same day while other local plumbers had me wait for days.  Kevin was awesome, he explained the process and  was professional.  He didn't just throw out any number, he explained the procedure and had written documents which justified his assessment.  They stand behind their work 100%.  The receptionist was friendly and called back to check up the on us after the job was completed.  I felt so satisfied with their work that, i signed up my office as well.  Excellent service all around.  Thank You !!!  A++++++++++++++++

Bob's knowledge of plumbing exceeds anything I could've ever expected from a plumber at his rates. The savings that I experience with Bob allowed me to get a little extra work done without going over budget and I would believe anyone would appreciate that.
If you need a plumber from simple to sophisticated this is the guy you need!

Jason is a pleasure to work with-- I had called him after getting his coupon in the money mailer bc I was afraid that I had a major problem with my toilet.  He was on time, showed me his plumbing license, and spent a lot of time with me, Answering all of my questions.  Luckily, the problem wasn't a problem after all.   He is also not the kind of plumber whose gonna charge you an arm and a leg, which I really respect and appreciate in this day and age. Now I know in the future, who to call, if and when there is a problem! He also rescues dogs and other animals, which to me, is a win win. I would recommend him to anyone.

The house doctor was my angel today. He came to repair our only toilet after it started leaking and my husband was unable to get it repaired before he had to leave for work. It ended up being a bigger job than was originally anticipated, but he was so kind, and so professional, calling me to show me every step of the way what was going on and what the problems were so I understood what the issues were and knew I wasn't being ripped off. We originally thought it was just a broken seal. Turned out it was a clog in the main line, as well as needing repair done to our flange. This guy is the real deal. I'll be calling this guy for any future plumbing needs.

Buyer beware!  I've been a happy customer of Good for over 15 years.  Their people are awesome to deal with, very professional and do a great job.  Here's the problem, in this tough economic climate, they are charging for time to and from your residence, a gas fee, plus a $55 dispatch fee!  I was charged $155 for 45 minutes of work.  I wish someone bought me gas and paid me for my time to drive to and from work.  Bye bye Good, it's been nice knowing you.  (also charged $189 for a valve I could have bought on Amazon for $127)

Called Lucas Plumbing to come out for a few small jobs in our house - they scheduled me for the next day.  I was told they would come prepared with shoe coverings and most importantly - masks.

When they arrived, they both had useless cloth masks around their necks and one did not have shoe coverings.  I first gave him shoe coverings and he looks at them with an attitude, saying they're not going to fit.  Then I asked him about masking up.  The one did, the one with the attitude reluctantly did as well, but only putting it half on.  I was getting a really strong d***khead vibe off this guy right off the bat.

I went and got two disposable medical grade masks and told them to use them rather than what they were wearing.  The man rolls his eyes, shakes his head and asks Do I really have to?.  I pointed out that I CLEARLY had two small children in the immediate area he could visibly see - one being a newborn - and we'd like to take precautions.  He snaps back I have asthma, to which I reply All the more reason to wear one, then.  At this point he saunters over to me like I'm asking him to suit-up in a clown outfit and dance for me - I say: You know what?  Leave.  Get the f*** out of here.  He huffs and saunters out like your loss.

The complete lack of respect when entering someone else's home is absolutely astounding.

Whoever this clown is - he is an absolute LIABILITY to this company.  I don't care what BS you choose to believe, but PLEASE WEAR A MASK.  

The owner of Lucas Plumbing has until 5PM today to call me and explain the behavior of their employee.

Thank you for such responsive and excellent service.  I am extremely satisfied with my experience.  My tenant called me on a Sunday complaining of a toilet leaking from the first floor into the basement.  I called Bukowski Plumbing and spoke to Robert.  They arrived at the house at the agreed upon time, repairs were completed perfectly, and the price was fair.  I'm so happy I called Bukowski Plumbing, they are now my new plumbing service!

I had scouted out 4 other plumbers before hiring Walsh & Son (Joe) for a leaking water heater project. It wasn't a small task, but Joe made it look easy!  Joe replaced the water heater along with redoing the pipes, replaced the water expansion tank and pressure reducer valve. All under two hours!

I told Joe that we had an appraiser coming out that same day and he completed the work with just enough time for the appraiser to stop by and it worked out smoothly!

Joe is a one man team that is personable, reasonable and very good at what he does. I would highly recommend Joe for any plumbing tasks if you want things done right and fast! He's also reasonable with pricing compared to a lot of the larger plumbing shops. We've found ourselves a new go to plumber for any future work!

Great service from this company - even on a Saturday. They fixed my ancient AC and the repairman even ran over to the hardware store to get the correct filter.

What a bait and switch. We were lured by a $89 checkup of our furnace. We had to pay twice that because of two furnaces. The technician found so many ridiculous things wrong with them. He came back a month later to check out our A/C and 'service' it. He couldn't check the blowers because it was too much work to get to it and would cost us an additional $300/system. Not sure what he serviced. He changed the filters with ones we had on hand! It wasn't necessary since we change them monthly. Once again, made the same recommendations from before and this time the prices were a bit higher. Stay away from these people.

I lived in one of the apartments they rent out. I have NEVER seen such negligent apathy. They are absolute slumlords that have no regard for their tenants' quality of life or the status of their properties. I have called to report a problem with the house many many times and they would be so nice on the phone and act so concerned and then NEVER come fix the problem. Or, they would come look at the problem, say they'd be back and then NEVER come back. They are jokes. Also, the house has had a PLUMBING issue for about 3 months (every time it rains the drains back up and the toilet wont flush) so if that is any indication of the quality of their plumbing business, I would STAY AWAY. Don't be fooled by their fake kindness. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU OR THEIR BUSINESS(ES).

After repeated calls to have Affordable finish their work by we had to resort to a lawyer to get their attention. Next time we will use someone reliable.

If I could give zero stars I would ...a little back story ..
So I called in to have a job done , replace a curb stop the women on the phone sends me an estimate/contract to my email and it don't look right so I call back and explain again what is needed and she tells me that a curb box install includes a curb stop shut off valve .... not working here or being a plumber myself I take her word at face value and have to assume she knows what she is talking about .after calling 3 times to confirm. Boy was I wrong , so the 2 guys pull up on a Saturday morning over an hour late by the way appointment was 9-10 they show up at 11.
They don't have the parts to do the job on his truck .
He calls his boss and the order is wrong as I try to explain what I was told he gets an attitude with me like I wrote the order wrong .and tells me it's gonna be $500 more
So the short end is shit customer service , that can't keep an appointment and gives u an attitude instead of fixing the problem their staff caused
The guys that came out were cool and apologetic but over all this company is the worst . I would not recommend them for anything ...
