My garbage disposal needed to be replaced.  Alex took out the old one and installed a new one I had already purchased. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.  The job was done in no time at all.

Bob's knowledge of plumbing exceeds anything I could've ever expected from a plumber at his rates. The savings that I experience with Bob allowed me to get a little extra work done without going over budget and I would believe anyone would appreciate that.
If you need a plumber from simple to sophisticated this is the guy you need!

Jason is a pleasure to work with-- I had called him after getting his coupon in the money mailer bc I was afraid that I had a major problem with my toilet.  He was on time, showed me his plumbing license, and spent a lot of time with me, Answering all of my questions.  Luckily, the problem wasn't a problem after all.   He is also not the kind of plumber whose gonna charge you an arm and a leg, which I really respect and appreciate in this day and age. Now I know in the future, who to call, if and when there is a problem! He also rescues dogs and other animals, which to me, is a win win. I would recommend him to anyone.

Called the House Doctor and he came out the same day to give me an estimate and then did the repair the next day.  He actually threw in an additional repair in my kitchen when I simply asked him a question about my sink.  He replied I'll take care of it
and they did.  They were so professional and friendly and best of all AFFORDABLE!! Wish I could give them more stars because they deserve it.  I called around everywhere even resorted to asking friends & family if they knew of any handyman that could help me.  So glad I did not go that route.  I highly recommend the House Doctor Plumbing.

We had a plumber out just to permanently close off some pipes that had been attached to a wetsink. While he was here, he shut off the water and turned on the faucets to clear the water (all standard). However when he turned the water back on our upstairs shower was running and the door was open and he didnt check it. The water flooded our bathroom and caused damage to our kitchen ceiling which now needs to be replaced. We called about an hour after the plumber left, were transferred to him, and his suggestions was buy new drywall and replace the ceiling yourself.
Since this visit I have called and left messages numerous times but keep being told Rick the supervisor isnt in. We used this company many times in the past but obviously will not again, I am shocked at the lack of customer service and accountability for the damage caused.

Love these guys...always timely, professional and they leave you with the assurance that everything is handled and going to be fine. I would recommend them to ANYONE who has plumbing issues.

Customer service is lacking with this company.  I spoke to an older man who gave me an estimate.  When I called the next day to get more info. and to clarify some things on the estimate he was rude to me and hung up on me.  I was prepared to hire them to do the work in my home, but I decided to go with another company, because I don't give my money to people with no customer service skills, and you shouldn't either.

We just moved into our very first home and panicked when our thermostat went blank. Joe arrived promptly and discovered that the mysterious emergency switch in our basement stairwell actually turns off the entire HVAC system, including the thermostat. Yikes for us, but easy for him to get the job done.

He serviced our system and gave us an estimate on a replacement for the 22-year-old AC unit. We bought our own Google Learning Nest thermostat off Amazon, and you heard it here first folks, DON'T DO THAT! It wouldn't work and I regret not letting Joe provide it himself. He reinstalled the old thermostat and now we've got a tuned up HVAC system that runs better than ever.

When the bell tolls on our ancient AC, we'll have Walsh & Son handle it all like the pros that they are. Thanks, Joe!

Very efficient, very well done job. They replaced several galvanized pipes in our basement, improving the routing and overall appearance of the water lines. Previously been to our home to replace the water heater. First rate work.

When my AC broke during the recent heat wave, I decided to call Horizon to fix it.  Their radio and TV ads gave me such a good impression of them.  
 The first problem was the appointment schedule.  I called them on a Sunday (hoping to take advantage of their weekend hours) and was told that there was no one who could even come to take a look at our AC unit until Thursday!    Our appointment window was 2-6PM.    The day before the appointment, I called them again to confirm the appointment, and to make sure that they would call my cell phone number when they were on the way.   I emphasized the importance of the cell phone number, and I was assured that they would call that number, rather than my home number, when they were on the way to my house.   I explained that I would be waiting in an air-conditioned place just down the street until they called me on my cell, at which time I would go to meet them at my house.
When I did not hear from them until 5PM, I called them and found out that they had already been at my house and left, because no one was home!   I found out that they had called my home phone beforehand, rather than my cell phone, after I had gotten their assurance that they would be calling my cell phone.   I was furious!   I asked them to send someone out immediately, and they said that they could not send anyone until the following Monday.  Unbelievable!  
Needless to say, we dropped Horizon then.   We immediately called a small local service called G & R Mechanical in Hatfield, PA, and got an appointment for the following day.  They called my cell number as I instructed, so that I could meet them at the house.  They quickly repaired our air conditioner with just a new part.  The whole thing cost less than $120, and they were so professional and friendly.  
Horizon could take a lesson from them.

I lived in one of the apartments they rent out. I have NEVER seen such negligent apathy. They are absolute slumlords that have no regard for their tenants' quality of life or the status of their properties. I have called to report a problem with the house many many times and they would be so nice on the phone and act so concerned and then NEVER come fix the problem. Or, they would come look at the problem, say they'd be back and then NEVER come back. They are jokes. Also, the house has had a PLUMBING issue for about 3 months (every time it rains the drains back up and the toilet wont flush) so if that is any indication of the quality of their plumbing business, I would STAY AWAY. Don't be fooled by their fake kindness. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU OR THEIR BUSINESS(ES).

Did more damage than I previously had and had not returned any of my calls after my acknowledgement of the damage thy caused.!

After my wife and I spent over $10,000 to have our lateral replace, we called them back for an estimate to do additional work, which would be more thousands our dollars but they wanted $95 to come do an estimate, definitely not how you keep customers, I have other willing plumbers to come give free estimates to make a couple thousand bucks.
