Do not use this company!! They are scammers. Came out to my moms house 3 hours late, didn't even solve the problem and still charged her $125. When we called to dispute they were rude and mean. Don't use this company, nothing but a bunch of thieves.

A late Sunday issue with the PTrap was taken care of by Monday morning.  Great service, techs were professional and very considerate of our home, explained the issue and replacement was installed in under 30 min!

I have used harker plumbing for many years. The are reliable,  trustworthy and do great work. I recommend them whenever possible.

Larry is great. Doesn't upsell you like some others, tells you what you need and charges completely reasonable rates. Had him out a year or so ago and he did great work. Today, I wasn't sure about the condition of a valve, and Larry told me to send him a photo, which he evaluated and advised me on at no charge--we talked for 15 minutes through all aspects of the issue! The repair wasn't something he did, but he talked me through what I should know and where to start.  Call Larry first!

I wanted to update my review on  Albert Ellis. After repairing our aging HVAC we finally decided to replace them as they were over 15 years old and at the end of their useful life. Replacing dual HVAC systems is a big investment so my husband and I decided to get a few estimates before making a final decision.

The Hutchinson sales person gave us a quote that was  $14,000 more than  Albert Ellis  for the same exact units and this was with there buy one get one promotion . This made our decision very easy. We received excellent services from the owner David Ellis and his ace technician Dan. They spent considerable time specking our the project, pulling permits and carefully  installing our units. Their attention  to detail and respect for our home was very much appreciate. They were prompt, worked a full day, wore booties and put down heavy drop clothes and really made sure they did not disturb anything in our home during the entire project.

After the project they followed up to make sure all inspections were passed with flying colors. Even the inspector commented on how well done the installation was. Dan the technician was always available when we had questions and spent time showing us how to use the new digital thermostats which have advanced technology and operate like a nest. He also filled out all of the paperwork for us to receive our state of NJ  rebates which is a refund of over $2,000.  I highly recommend using Albert Ellis for all your plumbing and HVAC. The owner is old school, cares about their customers and stand by their work. Their prices are very competitive and they offer excellent service.

I had a pipe freeze on Xmas and was desperate to have someone come out asap, since we didn't have any water all day. Keith was responsive, came out right away, replaced the broken pipe and I'm back in business. I really appreciated communicating through the app, and as well via text. I hate calling places. I'm so impressed, I scheduled more work to be done with Keith, that I had been delaying for months. Thanks again!

Another Friday plumbing emergency.  while using the garbage disposal without warning it came to an abrupt halt and it was still full. Instant stress! I don't know anything about garbage disposals except the on and off switch. I was expecting to have to replace it. I took a deep breath and immediately reached out to Tony the owner of iFixdit. He came to my rescue previously with replacing my water heater. I explained what happed and he patiently and meticulously walked me through troubleshooting the problem. And with his knowledge and expertise we got the garbage disposal running . He is a true professional!!  

If you have a plumbing problem, call him first.

Klein and Company have been my plumbers for the past 15 years. ALWAYS  an exceptional job. Prompt, knowledgable, courteous and clean. Big or small job, you wont be disappointed.

Every single time I call these guys, they go out of their way to be helpful and informative.

This time around, I needed a very specific, hard to find tub. When I called and inquired as to whether they had it in stock, they took down my phone number to call me back (instead of leaving me on hold perpetually) while they looked for the item in question. Not even ten minutes later, they actually returned my call and told me that they were picking it up from their supplier and that it would be at their location within 1.5 hours.

Finding a place with such amazing customer service is a rare find these days, and they definitely deserve to be recognized for it!

I have been a 20 year customer of Len Schmidt; first in my residence in HaddonHeights and now with my rental duplex. They are reliable and responsive- invaluable to me as a landlord. I can count on them to work with me, respond quickly , and do a thorough job.

After buying a house we were having trouble with our hot water heater and gave these guys a call.  They were able to quickly make time for us and came to fix the water heater.  The guy was very nice and efficient.  It took them a surprisingly long time to send us an invoice but I was pleased that it was not too expensive when I finally got it.  I would definitely use them again!

What a rip-off! Do not use this plumber. They installed a new toilet about 1-1.5 yrs. ago. I called them because the base was wobbling - not  even a year old. I called again because the toilet runs for no apparent reason, but I can count on it to run every time I sit on it. They came by and refused to repair because the one year guarantee had expired. They do not stand behind their work and customer service is horrible. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I've lived in Hamilton for 10 years and wish I found ALL BETTER PLUMBING a lot sooner than I did. I went through a few in the past and had called a number of them recently who either didn't show up or didn't return my calls. Then I came upon ABP and found that Will is a solid pro, very fairly priced and does a thorough job. In the past year I've had him install a new kitchen sink which was a more complicated task than it sounds due to the new sink being deeper than the previous; a new water heater as mine was on it's last legs; a new shower diverter after mine failed and a few other jobs, too. He's now my go-to guy for all plumbing needs and I recommend him to anybody and everybody who needs a plumber in & around the Hamilton/Mercer County areas.

Gary called & showed up in less than 1 hour on a Sunday- ran his root cutter & retrieved the cut roots & was on his way in less than 1 hour- second time I've used them for drain problems- one storm- 1 sanitary- both times they hit it out of the park! Thank You
