Exterior hose bib had a constant drip.  I tried to remove the existing bib with no luck.  I called Karl and he came out first thing the next morning as promised.  Fast,  courteous and professional service.  Highly recommend

I just moved to Philadelphia and didn't know any service professionals. I reached out to a few with great reviews on yelp for a quote and availability. Got a quick response from Ken and he was able to schedule me for a same day appointment. Communication was easy via text. He arrived 5 minutes before the scheduled time. I also give him props for wearing shoe covers and gloves as well as using a drop cloth to keep the area clean. He was thorough and did a very good job. He was also quite reasonable compared to the quotes I got on yelp from some of the other providers. If you are a looking for a reliable plumber, I would recommend him.

It was difficult to find someone to respond, but Bruce came out the morning after I reached out to cap an old HVAC pipe that was causing a leak. Finished the job quickly and for a cost in line with other quotes.

Mike and his team are on-time, knowledgable, clean, and, courteous. Services are reasonably priced and they get it right the first time. Recommended enthusiastically!

Manny was able to get over to our home within 24 hours of first contact (home warranty claim).  He was very friendly and helpful and most importantly seemed genuine in his consideration of a customer.  He had to jump through some hoops to get our project completed, but he did so efficiently and to perfection.  We could not be more satisfied with his work and highly recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing services.  We have some other plumbing improvement projects planned in the future and will not hesitate to call DrainPro to do the work.  Thanks, Manny!

My tankless hot water heater broke and I reached out to local companies to get quotes. Wells Brothers was the first one to return my call and were extremely pleasant on the phone. I was given a very reasonable rate - the second lowest - and only decided on another option because I could get hot water restored sooner elsewhere. I would have went with them if that hadn't been the case, even though they were only a tiny bit more expensive. (You could tell they were genuine people and that goes a long way.)

Will definitely consider working with these guys in the future. They're worth a call if you need some work done!

Show up on time.  Great services and reasonable price.  The owner Anthony is  very skillful.

Sean arrived on time as scheduled.  He was courteous and professional.  Problem was diagnosed quickly.  Issues/cost were clearly communicated and the job was done in no time.  Bonus points:  Kept work area clean and wore plastic boot covers making post job cleanup a piece of cake.  Looks like we've found reliable plumbers!

They showed up as promised, and are here now attempting to fix the problem that American water caused this morning.  They are very honest, and we will use them again. This visit I do not have to pay, because the water company caused the problem, but will definitely use N.C. Jefferson for any future plumbing issues. Highly recommend this company,

Bruce is a great guy who does great work if you are lucky enough for him to show up for appointments, so as showing up is part of the job, unfortunately I've gotta give him a low rating.
He's missed two scheduled appointments and I'm now behind the eight ball having plumbing repairs done on my home prior to move-in.  I now need to find a plumber in the last minute, which means I could (and likely will) end up paying too much for less than competent work, which pisses me off.
Far less than ideal and not what I wanted to be dealing with during the stress of the move.

Called and spoke to Drew at 930pm for a leaking water heater. He walked us through on the phone how to turn it off so as not to flood entire basement and then he was out to our home by 730am the very next morning to fix it. Highly impressed and recommend to those in the area.

Rogelio was very responsive right from the start. He kept me informed every step of the way and he assured me prior to his arrival that he would able a to repair what I needed fixed. He also did a superb job repairing the furniture piece and he did it in the time he anticipated, Very courteous and polite, I will be contacting him again for additional work.

Hey I just wanted to say thank you for being respectful of the little lady upstairs. The basement was spotless! That was a very tough job. It means a lot I was able to leave my business (all I have) while you both were there, and not worry. Rob and Wendell were the technicians on point at my studio.
