Keith performed the testing of my backflow prevention assembly. Keith was on vacation, but he answered my call and booked the service right after getting back. He called me an hour before the scheduled time, arrived on time, and completed the testing in just 15 minutes. I recommend Keith for his professional service, excellent communication, and great value.

I've been a customer for 12 years. Plumb Medic has done everything from the little replace the valve behind the toilet to major kitchen and bathroom overhauls. Today it was the outside water valve which I forgot to drain last fall. Joe and Kevin are really friendly and professional. The work they do is solid. The parts they use are high quality. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

Simply the best. We had a problem with our plumbing that other plumbers couldn't fix. Experience really does matter. They fixed it quickly and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

5 stars. Got the best price among those that I requested quote and was even the first one to reply. Hesitant at first since I saw no reviews on his profile. Came on time. Did the job fast and disposed the old water heater quick. Definitely will contact him again should I need plumbing job.

Mark and his son are great guys! They did an amazing job putting together a tub with a friend of theirs for me. Always early, always professional, always fair and willing to fix any misunderstandings that came up right away. Will definitely be recommending Mark to anyone I know that needs plumbing work. Thank you so much!

Amazing service! I had a hybrid water heater installed and they followed all of the instructions to the letter. While other contractors that I have used before often take shortcuts when they do installations, they use high quality parts and make sure that everything is complete according to the manufacturer specifications. They even double checked with the manufacturer directly on a part that was unclear in the installation guidelines. They are also very flexible on scheduling and showed up at the exact time they said they would. They are, quite possibly, the most professional service that I have used across all contractors period!

Came right out. Cleared our stack fast. Charged reasonable rate. Explained everything clearly and felt very comfortable having them in my home to do the work. Definitely recommended.

Jeff and the entire team are extremely professional and very competent. There prices are competitive. We've had them do four jobs so far: Whole house humidification. Sump pump system advice and replacement and the gas portions of a whole house generator. We've also used them for a very simple drain cleaning.
They ALWAYS are on time, they do exactly what they say they will, they take care of your house (drop cloth's, shoe covers etc) and they do high quality work.
Completely recommend.

My girlfriends hair is always clogging the drain so I called Guaranteed. They came out and saw the bath was clogged, really badly. In no time they had the clog cleared. While they were at my house they also replaced the hose to my toilet as it was dripping/leaking about a cup every week, with no problem. Staff was very friendly and the lady I talked to on the phone was helpful with sending someone out on a timely manner. I would call them again!

They were very pleasant to work with and Rich was so helpful. Came out at 10 pm on a Saturday evening to clear a clogged drain. He was quick and very professional. The price was super reasonable for a Saturday night emergency service. Absolutely great company to work with.

Due to some extenuating issues, I need help getting to the door to let anyone in. I explained that to the woman who answered the phone. She was wonderful & accommodating. She said she would look into it & get back to me. Sure enough, she kept her word. 5 thumbs up for customer service. This morning, the tech arrived on time, got down to replacing the leaking garbage disposal. He cleaned up completely. A very kind person, with double masks. I would definitely recommend them & use them again.

They never called me back! So after waiting 24 hours, I called a different plumber who answered the phone and came out immediately.

Water was dripping from the faucet of our soaker tub and tech. replaced the hot and cold water cartridges. Unfortunately, this didn't fix the problem and water was still dripping. Tech. then informed me that the problem was in the faucet, and there was no way to get to the faucet because it was tiled over and tiles would have to be removed to access the faucet. This would require major work and construction. The cost of the cartridges were $300 each and labor was $295 for a total of $895. He told me that I could just shut off the main water supply to the tub until I wanted to use it, and then just turn it back on. I told him that I would just keep the hot and cold bath tub valve shut off completely and not use the tub again.
I did not pay the invoice since the repair was not fixed. My wife and I take showers and seldom use the tub anyway. This service call to Horizon was made back in June of 2015.
Last week we had a plumbing problem and called Hopkins Plumbing & Heating. One of my neighbors remodeled her kitchen and Hopkins did all her work. She was very happy with Hopkins and recommended them to us. I mentioned to Brian, the owner, about our problem with the soaker tub and he asked if he could just take a look at it. He said that the cartridges were replaced but not the little screws and rings that cause the leaking. He went to his truck, brought back some small parts, turned the hot and cold water valve to the tub back on, and guess what? NO LEAKING. It's been a week now and not a drop of water has come out of the faucet. He also told me that the cost of the two cartridges cost $5 each. Horizon charged me $300 each. Brian did not charge me for the 5 minutes he spent on the tub.
I would have paid Horizon the $895 if they fixed the leak. Obviously, this seems like a complete rip off, but I guess they have to charge these rates to pay for the millions they spend on advertising yearly.

This company was doing cement and plumbing work for my neighbor. And like most contractors, made a mess and were inconsiderate of the neighborhood. That aside, I was planning to call them to do some work for my house until I discovered that the son of the company owner helped himself to my garden hose which is two houses down. He dragged my hose through cement, mud and muck, borrowed it without asking and then had the gall to toss it back without winding it back on the spigot. Disrespectful and rude. When I confronted the son his reply was it was an emergency. He left sand and grit on my sidewalk and curb.
Folks, I'm not sure if you want to hire a company whose owner helps himself to other people's belongings.

Yesterday I had Horizon Services come out to give me an estimate to hook up two short lines in a new shower valve that was already installed. This entailed adding two 10 dollar fittings and a 5 inch piece of copper. I have renovated many houses in the past and know it is about a 45 minute job . the guy they sent quoted me $900 !
When i told him that was outrageous he immediately dropped the price to $700. First ,how many elderly , and unfamiliar people, has this company cheated with their first price ? Second, $700. was still outrageous ! When I told him this he turned aside and snarled , you are never going to beat that price
Well I paid them the $55.50 appraisal fee which they do not take off the price of the job if you DO hire them ! Then, I found a small local plumber who did the job in less than an hour and charged me $180 !
These people are rip offs . Do not use Horizon Services .
Please get the word out. I am sure the elderly ,and uneducated are being raped

Knowledgeable guy and seems nice enough but he totally ripped me off knowing I'm a young homeowner. Here are the prices he charged me in case you're wondering if he's an honest businessperson:
$500 to replace a bathroom faucet
$200 to replace a shower head (I know nothing about plumbing; he could have told me I could easily do it myself)
$225 to replace a fill valve in the toilet
If you care at all about getting a fair rate, look elsewhere.
