Keith performed the testing of my backflow prevention assembly. Keith was on vacation, but he answered my call and booked the service right after getting back. He called me an hour before the scheduled time, arrived on time, and completed the testing in just 15 minutes. I recommend Keith for his professional service, excellent communication, and great value.

These guys are the best!!! They've been our family plumber since the mid-90s and we've never been disappointed. They arrive on time, provide excellent service, are always fair and go above and beyond - especially for little old ladies. Thank you Tom & Mike!

5 stars. Got the best price among those that I requested quote and was even the first one to reply. Hesitant at first since I saw no reviews on his profile. Came on time. Did the job fast and disposed the old water heater quick. Definitely will contact him again should I need plumbing job.

Mark and his son are great guys! They did an amazing job putting together a tub with a friend of theirs for me. Always early, always professional, always fair and willing to fix any misunderstandings that came up right away. Will definitely be recommending Mark to anyone I know that needs plumbing work. Thank you so much!

Really nice guys and great plumbers. We recently bought a house that had been vacant two years. The sellers had to replace several corroded plumbing fixtures before the close, and when our shower and sink didn't work right we thought for sure they needed to be replaced too. Mike and Dan took them both apart, oiled them up, and got them running like new. Saved us a fortune.

Jeff and the entire team are extremely professional and very competent. There prices are competitive. We've had them do four jobs so far: Whole house humidification. Sump pump system advice and replacement and the gas portions of a whole house generator. We've also used them for a very simple drain cleaning.
They ALWAYS are on time, they do exactly what they say they will, they take care of your house (drop cloth's, shoe covers etc) and they do high quality work.
Completely recommend.

I called Roger Ross Plumbing at the recommendation of a neighbor. The Patriarch has his own bathroom next to his bedroom, this is good because at almost 87 years of age and with declining mobility, he needs this. Dad's toilet had been clogging on and off, and we decided it was time for a professional.
Plumber came out on Friday, two days ago, and fixed the toilet. This morning it clogs again, and we can't get it unclogged. We called and had to leave a message. I explained what happened and that they were just here.
I get a text back from Marina, and, well, see the screenshots. The earliest they say they can come back is this THURSDAY 4/15 and no, I can't speak to anyone until tomorrow about this.
This is completely unacceptable and terrible service. It would be one thing if they hadn't JUST BEEN HERE to fix this exact problem.
Don't use them. Anyone who would think it's just fine to leave a mobility challenged senior citizen with a waste filled toilet for four days that they just fixed should not be in business.

Completely unprofessional... We called Guaranteed Plumbing on two occasions in the hopes to resolving a leaking tub diverter. Ron came out for ten minutes and appeared in a hurry to leave. Despite his lack of interest, at first he appeared to be an honest guy, but misdiagnosed the problem as a need for new calking and grout around the tub. I went to work that week and tore down and replaced/sealed the grout and tub. I wasn't mad about it and In fact I appreciated the advice. When it leaked again I considered calling them again for the work. The 2nd time Ron came out; he told me it was a leak from the tub water diverter and a leaking trap. To replace the hardware he quoted me with $1k. Though it seemed like a bit of work, it seemed over priced and Ron became very pushy to have a deposit of $500 upfront. Later that night I spoke to an acquaintance of mine that was willing to proved me the work at $125 for both the labor and hardware for each job. I immediately canceled GP from coming and spoke to Ron the next morning. Instead of being a professional he resolved to blaming me for having to come out twice despite it was his misdiagnosis the first time and banned me from call them again for more work because I refused to pay a $1,000 for a job I could get done for $250. He could of at least ended it on a high note with something like Hey sometimes we aren't the cheapest but I hope you would consider calling us again and maybe we can work out a better price the next time. But no he had to say something stupid. I don't write reviews usually but I would discourage anyone from using these guys again.

Amazing customer service and overall experience! I have been (unfortunately) ghosted by my handyman and other contractors for several weeks. I filled out the online form today and someone (Rich) came over in a few hours to give an assessment and estimate. I was so glad to know more about my bathroom issue and will be using Nichols when I'm ready to do the work. 5+ Stars and highly recommended!!!

Due to some extenuating issues, I need help getting to the door to let anyone in. I explained that to the woman who answered the phone. She was wonderful & accommodating. She said she would look into it & get back to me. Sure enough, she kept her word. 5 thumbs up for customer service. This morning, the tech arrived on time, got down to replacing the leaking garbage disposal. He cleaned up completely. A very kind person, with double masks. I would definitely recommend them & use them again.

Called on Sunday morning after discovering our hot water heater was leaking, and they were out and replaced it by early afternoon. Quick, efficient, and grateful they were able to come out and do the job same day!

Still waiting for a callback. I set up my heater checkup on August 18th for an October 1 appointment. Got a text confirming this appt the night before. The morning of Oct 1, I got a call canceling my visit and was told Dec 1 is the earliest they can come out. The morning of they cancelled me. I took off work for them. I am also a priority plan member. I left an earlier yelp review about this and was responded by someone who said I should call a customer service manager. Did that this past Monday. It's now Saturday and no response. Is this the same Horizon it used to be?

I have a defective sewer lateral write up from the city. The repair job involves a lot of street digging before the pipe can be replaced. I am so glad to have found Bart Emanuel & Son for the job. Joe and his crew definitely have the experience, tools and equipment to get the job done right, and their cost is very reasonable and affordable. Highly recommended.

Got hosed. Overpriced Heater replacement. Did a poor installation. Not happy. Will never use again!

Knowledgeable guy and seems nice enough but he totally ripped me off knowing I'm a young homeowner. Here are the prices he charged me in case you're wondering if he's an honest businessperson:
$500 to replace a bathroom faucet
$200 to replace a shower head (I know nothing about plumbing; he could have told me I could easily do it myself)
$225 to replace a fill valve in the toilet
If you care at all about getting a fair rate, look elsewhere.
