Called at 8:30am with a leaking pressure relief valve and water on the interior floor. Over the phone George had a good idea what the problem was. He and partner were at the house before 10 with a quick confirmation of the problem. Replaced pressure regulator with a quality part and added expansion tank to the water heater and out by 11 am, problem solved!

We used Plumber 2 The Rescue several times through the years.  They replaced our pipes with copper.  Yesterday, George came and replaced the tube that connects to the drinking water/ice maker in our refrigerator, and he also replaced our sink faucet.  He was very nice and polite.

We kept hearing a drip when we flushed our upstairs toilet. Alberto was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and suggest that he fix the wax seal first and see if the dripping stopped. All other plumbers I talked to said that they would have to open the ceiling to figure out the problem. I appreciated that he was willing to attempt this fix first before having to open up our ceiling. Alberto was able to come the very next day after I called. The pricing was very reasonable. I will continue to call Saucedo plumbing in the future.

Chris is a friendly guy, gets down to business, works efficiently, and would summarize what's going on as he worked through the problems. For the reasonable pricing, I had him clear out the kitchen pipes and the two bathrooms.  He also made sure the unit below me didn't get clogged up from the work. From the telephone call with the office manager, Darcy, the whole process was easy, professional and I felt like I was getting an honest work done. I would definitely call them again for future needs. Nice people, forthright way of doing business, and gets the job done.

I am going to add them in my contacts .  Tech came in within an hour of speaking for a free estimate. He also did a detailed inspection and was able to find the cause within his inspection. And fixed it right away. I highly recommend Mr. Joe, F. I liked the way he did detailed inspection. I can tell that bcoz another person came to inspect and just 30seconds later, tells me it will cost $300 to change the whole pipe.

Hermes sent Mike and his brother out to address our broken kitchen line to the drain. They showed up on time, identified and fixed the problem in short order. They were courteous and professional. I am pleased to be able to recommend these tradesmen.

Zorro and his team are extremely reliable, knowledgeable and efficient. I just purchased a new home, and the existing water heater was leaking/incompatible with the home's piping/vent system. Zorro thoroughly explained the issue to me and resolved it within a day. He installed a tankless system, repositioned my pedestal sink and installed my downstairs toilet. He was extremely helpful and responsive via text. I'm impressed with the quality of work and am hiring him again to replace all my fixtures. Overall very pleased and will exclusively be using Z&H for all my plumbing needs.

They were great. They were efficient and super helpful.   They were also available on short notice, and our building's plumbers showed concern and answered all questions. The company communicated well about all billing and all appointments.  Will definitely hire again if another issue may arise.

I got several quotes from competitors. Others quoted $75-$250 minimum for diagnostic. After speaking on the phone with a friendly representative at Sal's, a worker was sent out with a few hours to look at my issue for a free diagnostic. My issue was a slightly clogged outdoor drain. He recommended a procedure that would cost $500-$950. I really appreciated that I did not feel pressured into making a decision right away, and he gave me some advice if some alternative solutions that resolve the problem, at least for now.

With services like plumbing one of my biggest challenges in the LA area is feeling like there is a lack of trust between customer and service provider. Although I did not move forward with the recommended procedure for my drain, Sal's understands the importance of building trust, which is huge for me. They will definitely be my go-to for any future plumbing issues in my home.

I called 911 Plumbing services this afternoon when a corroded pipe in the bathroom started spraying water everywhere!  

From start to finish, the service was exceptional.  Mike and Greg arrived within 20 mins, and got the job done fast and professionally, and they were both friendly and explained what needed to be done, and what the options were.

Our 2 kitchen sinks--including 1w/disposal--very inconveniently choose to back up totally yesterday.  Out of town guests, cooking for all
planned.  Plunger, Earthworm degreaser no help.  
Called our usual guy/explained it was kind of an emergency, & he said he'd be able to come in a week!  Since gotten him quite a bit of business before, we were disappointed.

Cali Rooter & Plumbing gave me the most reasonable quote for installing washing machine hookups and were available to do the work quickly.  They showed up late, but did not even attempt to ask for more money when the job got more complicated because there was an old metal box within the wall where the plumbing needed to go (an old electrical box maybe?) and its removal was difficult.  I was pleased with their politeness and their work, and would use them again!
