I am so happy and feel so lucky that I found rishon plumbing. They are extremely helpful, skilled, and very very trustworthy. I own a couple rental properties and it is very hard / almost impossible to find plumbers that are trustworthy and extremely skilled and I finally found both in Rishon Plumbing. They are extremely responsive, quick to set an appointment, get the job done well, and charge a very reasonable and fair price. I have gotten ripped off and traumatized by many other plumbing companies during my search and trial for a go-to company over the years and have struggled to find plumbers that won't just trick you on massive fixes you don't actually need and then charge you an exorbitant amount for the unnecessary services. Again, I can't reiterate how lucky I feel that I found Rishon. George and Mike are the ones that have helped me through multiple repair jobs now. Now whenever there is any sort of plumbing issue, I call rishon right away with hesitation and can fully trust the job will be well done with a great price. I also would fully refer this company to any of my friends in this area, and have done so to multiple people now.

I had the best experience with Victor and highly recommend his services. I called him regarding a sewage back up and he responded immediately and was very professional. He took care of the problem quickly, at a very fair price, and in a timely fashion.

Hermes Plumbing sent a technician late at night to resolve our water and gas leak. The technician was very informative, explaining all the issues and giving us tips for future maintenance, and very personable. He fixed everything. We asked for his card. I would totally recommend these guys. Very professional and thorough.

This wasn't my choice of plumber. My tenants unfortunately called these plumbers to relight a water heater. The tenants were forced to pay CASH on the spot. What kind of reputable business demands cash? If you call this company:caveat emptor. They have post office boxes with street addresses throughout Southern California to legitimize their service. Their Venice business & Santa Monica business addresses are both residential addresses. The plumber who came out wrote on the invoice 15 year old water heater from 2003. This was completely incorrect. The water heater was manufactured in 2007 & purchased & installed new in 2010 from a large home improvement chain store. So here's what happened: Chris came out & relit the pilot for a $120 service fee thinking in his mind that my water heater was 15 yrs old. Two days later the pilot went out. I left multiple messages with their answering service without a reply. Finally my son got in contact with the plumber Chris. He told him we needed a new water heater for $1400. Later the same day, I spoke with Chris. I have a COMPLETE TRANSCRIPT of that call. He absolutely refused to come out again to look at my water heater. He was rude, intimidating, demeaning & unprofessional. Later I got ahold of the owner Brian who I believe isn't the actual owner, but merely a customer service representative-- a sort of middle- man for the actual owners who are very ORGANIZED. He promised he would have another plumber Jose come on a Monday ( it was a Friday) when I spoke to Brian. I didn't hear back the whole next week. Finally the next Friday Jose( second plumber) came out. He backed up.his co-worker's story that my water heater needed replacing. He even feigned trying to relight the pilot. Fast forward to a few days later: I got another plumber to come out. I had arranged to install a new water heater per Rocket Plumbing's advice. New plumber told me I don't need a new unit-- there was no rust or leaking. He was able to fix the unit with a part he had & gave me a warranty. Here's the bottom line: I have requested a refund of the $120 because the plumber did not do his job. He aged up my water heater on the receipt in a ploy to pressure me, an absentee owner, into purchasing a new unit. Brian ( the owner?) refused & told me I was wasting his time & money & that I just wanted to get something for free. Brian tried to get me to give him the phone number of the new plumber I got to.fix the water heater. I sent him the invoice, but not the #. I'm assuming he was planning on intimidating the other plumber. This is how they operate. They assume that most customers have little knowledge about plumbing ( which is a great assumption if you are calling this company.) Chris actually yelled at me: ARE YOU A PLUMBER? I'm expecting Brian to reply to this review with a boilerplate I tried everything to satisfy this customer but believe me he didn't. I deserve a refund. I'll be protesting in front of their phony street address/mail box store soon. Update : re: Brian's response: The water heater is perfectly fine the new plumber had a part & fixed it. He didn't just relit the pilot. He gave me a One year warranty. You even admit that your plumber made an error on the receipt about the date of the heater. The tenant who.paid cash told me that he would not recommend you as plumbers. You are the intimidating ones. Let me know if you would like a full transcript of my conversation with your plumber Chris. I waited a whole week for the other plumber Jose to come out- then when I contacted you- you acted like it was a big chore to send him out after it had been promised. You are listed on a website as the customer relations person. Why should I pay $ 120 for someone to light the pilot & then it goes out two days later-- did Chris tell the tenants he thought the water heater was failing? Please move back to Chicago, and God Bless. It's not my problem if you lost money because your plumber screwed up the original job. You owe me the money & you have made the decision to not do.the honorable thing. Shame on you. What kind of customer would be pleased with paying $120 to relight a pilot & get a receipt with the wrong manufacturing date? I will pray for you.

UPDATE:
I have added one star to my review because this problem was addressed REALLY QUICKLY. I was contacted within minutes of posting the review.
I have issues with how this whole experience went down that I don't feel like spending time getting into. BUT...
At least you know if you are unhappy with how a job is done they will try to make it right. And I think that's important.
INITIAL REVIEW...
They will under quote, then hit you with a higher price once they arrive.
The Problem: dripping kitchen faucet.
I texted a picture and received a quote of $125-$150 (see screengrab of text attached)
Upon arrival I am told once this type of faucet starts dripping it is best to replace it since it's just as much to repair it. New estimate? $275
What changed between my sending the pic, with the problem and now? NOTHING! He didn't even touch the faucet before giving me the new diagnosis and quote.
He could just as easily have said in a text what he revealed in person.
I am the building manager for this job. I know this type of faucet costs $50 or $60 dollars top. The one they replaced it with is probably in the $50 range.
I tell the plumber this and question the $125 jump in price. His response. The office sets the prices.
As he well knows. I just want this job done, he's here, so I agree to the price so I can move on with my day.
Quoting a lower price to get out to a job so they can then gauge you is shady business practice in my book. But you decide.

Mark Flores came out and was very professional and helpful and fixed the problem right away. I definitely will use them again I highly recommend this company.

Red Lilly Plumbing was able to send someone on a Saturday last minute appointment when others couldn't. John the technician was on time, courteous, professional, and willing to answer any questions I had. Very happy with this company and John.

John came out on a Friday evening. He diagnosed the issues with my toilet and sink very quickly. He was able to get me a out of stock part the following Monday and replaced it expertly. He was pleasant and professional (and always covered his shoes)! The prices are competitive and they give discounts to first-time customers. I'm very, very happy with the caliber of work that was done in my home and the customer service.

Our kitchen sink suddenly clogged up and we were in desperate need of a plumber. We had snaked the cleanout not too long ago so I was concerned that the clogging was due to bigger issues.
I reached out to multiple companies. NonStop Plumbing was very prompt with their Yelp messages and I liked that they had a transparent price up front. The Yelp coupon was also a plus for deciding to go with them, and they did a fantastic job!! They figured out that the clog was in the pipe just under the sink (not the cleanout) and fixed it no problem with the price they quoted.
Other plus:
1. Mask, of course.
2. The guy put on shoe covers before entering our house.... yay thank you!!!
3. He also was very attentive to cleaning up after finishing the job. Lots of appreciation for that gesture!
4. Payment options. We went with the online option through Venmo so no cash exchange. Great! The owner sent me a link and it was done.
We would definitely use them again!!

Update review on these, my GO TO plumbers. They are very busy for a reason. I am a single woman landlord and have been hustled , or attempted to be hustled by many. But never Mainline, who are always honest and always trying to save me money. I knew from 4 or 5 years ago from them and their last clean out of my 80 foot 4 inc house line , eventually I would have to address the 6 inch clay line from my sidewalk clean out to the city line. But they looked at it maybe 5 years and said you can wait and did not press me for it.
So, This week a neighbor had to get an emergency replacement in the same length in the street because of very big roots. I asked if they had a time for an overdue camera check up on my line. Wow, root and breaks in line all along the camera feed. They just gave me a very reasonable rate as they are literally next door finishing another job. Yelp likes this other company too . I called Ranelle and told her the price and she said: Do it! We can't for that price right now, and most people can't. HOW HONEST IS THAT?? God looks over me , but so does Ranelle. This is a straight shooting company and I will call them back when I next need a clean out or other service. Trust them as I do. thank you.

Called up RJ Plumbing and John was able to come next day. John swing by to inspect and fix the copper wire responsible for sustaining the pilot light on the water heater. He was very quick, professional, and honest! Good to have hit water back at home!

Called Tip Top last night to clear a stopped up drain for tenants. Tip Top was super responsive & accommodating as we went back & forth. In my delay, the time booked up, yet they followed up first thing this morning to offer another time that worked.
As if being able to schedule exactly when I needed was not enough, Cesar arrived promptly & cleared the drains efficiently, answering loads of questions. He was extremely thorough & attentive, taking special care to clean up and make sure all needs were addressed.
Their price? Super! Any of the other plumbers I called charged separately for the visit & drain cleaning. Tip Top charged to fix the problem, not for the visit.
The best part was I learned about their partner company, Limegreen, who can help rebuild a bathroom with water damage. Hurrah!
Hoped to get the drains clear and did not expect to find a great resource for addressing a long list of other plumbing To Dos. Thanks, Cesar & Tip Top! Looking forward to working with you again soon.

Matt came by my restaurant to fix a clogged urinal this afternoon and he was incredible. On time, super efficient and quick, and extremely friendly. Explained exactly what the problem was and gave me some easy tips to prevent the problem from happening again (or at least with much less frequency). I will definitely recommend Lords of Plumbing to anybody that's got a problem on the Westside. Thanks Matt!
