Amazing Service !!! I Called Prodigy Plumbing after having a shower cartridge broken and malfunctioning for weeks. The repair was very quick and the plumber from Prodigy was very kind and thoroughly explained the situations and cautions.

Dave did such an amazing job replacing our water heater! Our water heater broke and we decided it would be best to replace it instead of repair. We called up D&D and they were very friendly and explained exactly what we needed. They quoted us a very fair price and were very transparent in their costs for parts and labor. In less than 24 hours from our first call we had our old water heater removed a new one picked up and installed a hot showers again! Thank you so much Dave and D&D! Our water heater recently died and we no longer had hot water. We called Sal's plumbing and they arrived within 30 minutes of our call. They confirmed we needed a new water heater as the one we had was over 15 years old and I knew it was time. Sal's gave us a very competitive quote to replace the water heater and we went ahead and had them replace it.

Sal's plumber, Dominic was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He did a great job installing the water heater and completed the job in a timely manner. We will be calling Sal's Plumbing for any of our future plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

Just had Min come out to look at a gas leak I believed I had based on the gas company using a sniffer. He actually was able to come out and troubleshoot and show we where any smell would be coming out of and that it was completely normal. He gave me some good maintenance tips for the pipes that I have, but left me feeling very good and more educated on the process. I will for sure be calling them again as needed and requesting Min to come. Thanks

Our outdoor spigot broke and we had a major water leak on our rooftop deck. They responded within 5 minutes on a Sunday morning and Michael did an incredible job fixing it up. He was so informative and guided us through the problem and the fix. Felt the price was very fair and the workmanship was great. Also, Michael was just great and made a bad situation feel good. A+ job!

R.J. is the best! Western is correcting a problem at our condo that was caused by another service provider and I asked for a plumber to come up because I wasn't getting water in our middle bath. RJ, the plumber they sent, was responsive to that issue - cleared it up right away - PLUS looked at my clogged disposal as an extra measure of customer service attentiveness! The initial problem was making everyone here have a bad couple of days - no water, rusty water, etc.. So nice to have a sincere, hyper-competent service provider on the site who saw the 'frazzle' and fixed it with kindness!

What a pleasure working with Waterworks Plumbing . Ali was able to answer my call in the late hours of the day give me a fair and honest quote with just a few pictures texted over. Next day the office called and scheduled the work and by end of week Ali had replace all hardware I. Both of my Calabasas bathrooms in a fast and clean manor. Ben, Anthony and their crew came through after we were given the runaround from another well-known, local plumbing company.  It took the other company, who shall remain unnamed, 3 weeks to come assess the issue and, after 4 phone calls, get us a camera inspection. We had to call them every day to see if they were coming on the scheduled day and time, to only find out that we were going to get rescheduled AGAIN!  After firing those guys, it took Free Flo Rooters - Anthony, Ben, and their crew - only 2 weeks to drill my living room and kitchen floors, dig 5 feet deep and 12 feet long tunnel under my dinning room, refill the 5 foot hole and tunnels back up and pour concrete over it.  We knew  the job was major and will cost us thousands of dollars, but they made the process stree-free and quick.

We couldn't have asked for a better plumbing company.  You will not find anyone else more reliable, trustworthy, and affordable.

We have had good & great experiences with Palisades plumbing they are not the least expensive but if You are lucky enough (or request) Joe Green to work on plumbing concerns you will get the best.  Joe is excellent at diagnosing a problem thoroughly explaining and fixing it so that you do not require follow-up.  He's extremely trustworthy, he does not over-sell to increase cost and is safe to leave to complete his work without supervision.  Finally, he leaves the area he works on neat and cleaner then prior to any plumbing issue.  I highly recommend Joe Green & Palisades Plumbing.

Words can not express how lucky I am to have found this guy. I had just purchased a house that needed inspection and minor plumbing work to clean the drains. All I can say is wow, doing a great job is one thing but customer service was an easy 10/10 and that's what is most important to me. He came right on time and I felt very comfortable having him in my home during these tough times. Came prepared with a mask, gloves and hand sanitizer on hand.
