Jason is amazing. He fixed a broken shower valve in my house. It was a really old valve so it took a lot of work to replace it. He got the job done and went the extra mile to help fix another problem I was having. Professional, knowledgeable, and dependable. I highly recommend.

Terrible Experience and would never call again. Giving 2 stars rather than 1 since they did respond fast to calls and later issue when there was still a leak coming from our sink that they did not fix the 1st time. Hopefully I don't jinx myself, but the other item they replaced has had no issues thus far. Also, received a call back from owner but his attitude sucked so bad, I didn't bother calling them again even with offered discount.

I won't go into all the details, but especially as a first time home buyer you rely on service providers to help you determine solutions, the right parts and places to source as needed.  

A perfect ex. is I had sink with 4 holes and trying to find a similar set up was not easy and not a gazillion dollars (who knew faucets were so $$).  Their recommended vendor was expensive and I felt gave me a fishy story, and even if I had moved forward it would have taken at least 2 weeks to get the parts.

The other plumber we called gave us a simple suggestion to get a more modern soltuion by adding a face plate to cover up the remaining holes, have the facet/ hot/cold/ sprayer all in one piece, use one hole for soap dispenser and worked perfect and much easier to find that kind of set up!
Also, they were going to charge me $300 for installation and the other company was $119!

Highly recommend Prodigy Plumbing, they were communicative and timely. Jerry did a great job, he was quick, efficient and polite. He also left my kitchen looking like nothing happened. My kitchen sink stopped draining on Saturday evening and they were out at my home first thing Sunday morning when all other places turned me down. Prodigy Plumbing to the rescue, thanks guys!

We have had problems with our kitchen sink backing up multiple times with 3-4 weeks time.  Called Sal's plumbing for estimate, and they were very responsive, even on Labor Day weekend.  Plumber quickly came up with a plan and install led a new clean out on the outside of the home for better access.  While a little pricey, job was done quickly and efficiently.  Thanks!

Trevor and Gabby are amazing humans. I highly recommend them! I needed to swap out my shower head and he came by and of course I bought the wrong size but he happened to have what I needed on hand. Installed it in seconds and was kind enough to waive the fee. A gentleman and a craftsman. :)

They are amazing! They redid the sewer in a full day and did it with half the cost of another plumber. The most well orchestrated work I've ever since! Ralph, the owner is a true gentleman! The work was fast and clean:)

They've done two jobs for me. One was replacing a long, damaged a sewage line 7 feet deep (at it lowest point) and they recently returned to clear out a different sewage line for $150 ($30 of which was for travel (which was fair considering where I live.)They were awesome. The first job I believe cost around $7,000-$8,000 4 or 5 years ago, which was a very competitive bid at the time and they did a great job and stayed on schedule. And they kept me appraised of any problems they ran into. They replaced the whole pipe and connected it to the city's lines at the demarcation point. And additionally they did it in the allotted time they said it would be done.

Just honest competent people. That's really all I ask for and they delivered. That was my experience and it seems from the other reviews these experiences were not flukes.

Nick did it again!! Poor guy, he spent a long heartbreaking resolving our issue with our bathroom sink. Unfortunately, my son (we think and it's happen before) dropped a lego piece down the drain. The piece was so powerful that it tore nicks brand new snake cable!! He was able to stop the clog by clearing out the sludge and replacing the Drain pipe with one that was much wider and more free flowing!! There was so much sludge it turned his brand new gloves black!! Thank you nick for fixing our clogged sink and sorry about your cable...

Once you find a plumber like this, you never need to look for one again.
I had a serious emergency at my house on a weekend. I got a hold of Papa's Plumbing. Serge and his crew came out in record time. They fixed the problem in no time and the cost was a fraction of what I was quoted by someone else.
I can't recommend these guys strongly enough.
If you have some regular maintenance or a huge plumbing project, there are the guys for you.

My Drain Company came out to give us a second estimate on a new water heater or even possibly a tankless water heater.  The service person showed up on just a few hours notice, and immediately took a look at the water heater. He made a simple adjustment, and viola, it worked.  He was honest enough to tell us we could use the 12 year old water heater for years to come potentially and it wasn't necessary to replace it.   Then, he did not even charge us!

He also looked at a different plumbing issue we had, and was able to give us a fair estimate right away.  I'm not sure we can do the work this year, but when the time comes, we would totally trust this company!!

Thanks for being so honest and so reliable.  What a difference from so many other companies!!!!!
