Used Victors Plumbing to replace sewer line which we had previously discussed. They came as promises, completed job as promised. Cleaned up. As I had previously said,  having worked with many plumbers over the last 45 years,  I highly recommend Victor!

Jose came the same day I called. And he fixed the plumbing issue we had under our kitchen sink. It was alittle more money than we thought it should have been (the service call fee) but he did a good job and was efficient.

It was my first time using any plumbing service at all and I had to call for my organization I worked at so I was unsure what to expect. I searched on Yelp and found Prodigy and they sure did not disappoint. They were very kind and was able to get a technician out the next day. The technician, Alexis inspected our sink and  quickly resolved the issue. He even informed me the cause of our leakage was because our sink was getting detached from the wall causing our pipe to break and although that wasn't what he specialized in he was able to help me stabilize it to prevent the pipe from breaking again. There was also another leakage from our roof that I was concerned about so I mentioned it to him and while he told me that's probably not something he can do, he was still kind enough to check it out for me. I had a great experience and I will definitely be using Prodigy again for any future inquiries I will have. Thank you Alexis and Prodigy!

I had come home after work to find six inches of standing water in the crawlspace under my house. I passed on two different plumbers before calling Adee. The first didn't even go under the house (water was drained) before quoting $2,000. Another came out, refuting the first diagnosis, but upping the estimate to almost $5,000.

Boy, am I glad my next call was to Adee. They sent out Michael Farnsworth, who arrived in less than hour. He got under the house, mud and all, then came back with the good news. The leak could be fixed for under $700. It was late, so we set an appointment for 9am. He arrived on time and got the job done alone in under two hours.

Some of these companies seem to hire plumbers straight out of a trade school, then spend more time drilling into them the importance of upselling instead of the value of providing good service at a fair price.

Lords of Plumbing answered my call immediately, scheduled an appointment the very next day, the service man arrived on time and was courteous, knew exactly what he needed to do to fix the leaking pipes under my kitchen sink, had a pleasant demeanor, and got the job done quickly and for a price that seemed perfectly reasonable to me.   I would highly recommend this company to someone in need of plumbing repairs.

I made a bit of a fool of myself with our water heater; I couldn't figure out how to open the metal case, and with Thanksgiving coming up, didn't have enough time to deal with it myself.  Ralph was very prompt and courteous; it turned out that a roof leak had put out our pilot light.  I'm sure he gets really simple situations like mine all the time, but he was very polite, showed me how to fix the problem, and didn't charge a penny.  Next time I have real plumbing issues, I'll definitely call again :)

About three days ago, a pipe underneath our water heater started to leak into the concrete slab of our house. As close as we were to Christmas, we were worried that we would have to pay an exorbitant price for the repair and possible work to the foundation. Our situation was dire and we needed a solution quickly.

A friend of ours recently had a water heater put in and recommended Western Rooter & Plumbing to us and I cannot tell you how glad I am for that. In previous repairs in our house, we had used companies that overran their quote price and were chronically late. These issues may be common but I was hoping to find a company that was both reliable and true to their word.

This, thankfully, was the case with Western. Our primary point of contact and plumber was Josef and he was prompt, on point with his quote and diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately. As an example, I was told he might arrive for an estimate between 1:30 and 3:30 and he arrived at 1:35. When he and his team arrived for the repair job, they came twenty minutes early. When the project finished, it was exactly as quoted and the work done was exactly as described.

In the end, we replaced our water heater, had our pipe repaired and addressed the water leaking through the floor, all in a single day! We went from having no water to our kitchens, bathrooms and facets to hot water and peace of mind knowing our house is secure from water damage once again. I honestly cannot recommend Western Rooter & Plumbing enough. We are extremely pleased with the work performed and the cost was on point and reasonable.

My kitchen sink was leaking from the drain garbage disposal.  What was a small leak turned into a major one.  Couldn't use it until Properly Done Rooter came and fixed it by replacing the whole disposal in only an hour.  They did a great job quickly. Thanks!

I was very pleased with their service. I've never had a plumbing issue but when I came across one, I knew who to call. My friend referred me to the plumber they use for the houses she sells (she's in real estate). She swears by them and I thought I'd try their services. They were so professional and helpful. They arrived on time and fixed the issue. Their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Our kitchen hot water pipe was so Gross!!!
I only got a little bit of hot water going through  this for the last seven years. It wasn't until Josh from Free Flo Rooter that came to save the day! He quickly got the job done and made it seam like it was an easy fix. I no longer have to suffer washing dishes with cold water. I finally have HOT WATER!!!

I called 4 plumbers yesterday! I had to leave messages and not one of them called me back. I could have kept going down the list, but with it being a plumbing issue which are typically time sensitive, I figured I'd get a call back fast. Nope. Today Thousand Oaks Plumbing was the first call that I made from a new list. I didn't have to leave a message because someone actually picked up the phone. 2 hours later, a technician was at my house fixing our leaky sink. He was efficient and professional. I also loved the electronic invoicing and payment option. My only issue and reason it's not a 5 star review is due to the cost. I don't have much to compare this to as I didn't shop around, but as a first time homeowner with her first plumbing repair, I didn't expect it to be so pricy for what the technician said was a simple repair. I know that he probably isn't responsible for the pricing and for all I know it could be the going rate, but it hurt to pay so much. I might have to shop around next time we have a less time sensitive repair.

I needed something replaced right away and Hector came, checked it out and returned with what was needed to repair the faucet in a timely manner.

Richard came out quickly to help me with a water heating issue. He figured out the problem quickly and was able to fix it.

Overall he had very positive energy. He also took some time to let me know about another potential problem with my system, and said he could fix it but was very honest about the pros and cons.

Tony was prompted with his response and very knowledgeable with his and his company's work. He gave me a lot of insight and suggestions on what we can do for our house. Unfortunately, we are out of their service the area. If you are around the Sherman Oaks area, I would definitely recommend him and his company!
