Best Leak Detection in Los Angeles CA

I had two different technicians come out for estimates on a leaking toilet, drain repiping project, and water heater replacement over the course of about 2 yrs. Mike G and Gulio were the technicians and both were top notch. They did a thorough evaluation, gave a very reasonable offer, and were very responsive to my multiple questions over text. On the last visit, there were 2 rats in rat traps in the crawl space and not only did they STILL go in and evaluate, but Gulio went the extra step in volunteering to dispose of the rats. I met with 2-3 other plumbing companies in the bidding process and flood bros seemed to do a more thorough eval, had better communication, and also happened to have the most competitive pricing. In the end, I ended up going with my contractor who offered a very competitive bid bc I was doing other work with him. If it weren't for that I'd have gone with FB. For future plumbing issues flood bros will be at the top of my list.

Love these guys!!! Our Gardner hit a copper pipe and made a hole. We needed a plumber right away as we had to close our main water valve. Rockstar came same day and took care of the issue super fast! They fixed the pipe quickly and efficiently and knew exactly what they were doing. This is the 3rd time we used them and they have been super professional, friendly, funny (much needed when you're stressed out about your pipe being broken) knowledgeable and all around awesome!! It's also nice to know we can always trust them. Highly recommended!!! Thank you Rockstar and especially Joe and Rodrigo - you guys were great!!!

I manage a small older building and we often have plumbing issues so I deal with a lot of plumbers. New Pro and Miguel are hands down the best company I've dealt with in the past several years.
We had a sewage backup recently and I called a few different companies including our regular plumber as well as New Pro. If the other companies showed up at all they showed up late and when they did show up they seemed annoyed by our problem. Miguel was on time, professional, courteous and thorough in his free examination and estimate. He explained everything to me clearly and was honest about what he could and could not do. We hired him immediately and he did an excellent job.
While working on that job he discovered a pipe leak under our building and he gave us another thorough explanation and fair estimate and again he was immediately hired. It was the easiest time I've had dealing with this type of service for as long as I can remember. Fired our old plumber and New Pro is now the first plumber on my list. Thanks so much Miguel!

In the midst of another construction project, I had an immediate need to replace my sewer line.  Victor was able to come out the next day and assess the situation, then return the following work day to complete the job.  He was honest, very personable, fair-priced, and completed the work quickly and professionally.  I would not hesitate to call Victor any future plumbing workand recommend him without qualifications.

We've had lots of different plumbers come to our house in the 15 years we've lived here, and without question Mike and his crew are the best.  They are very professional, well-priced, and they always do a great job.  They also show up when they say they will, which is hard to get these days.

Pro service, fast response, clean workers that are easy to understand. They solve simple problems with simple solutions. I would hire again when needed.

Rocket Plumbing responded to my call right away and was able to come to my home within a couple hours. Sam re-lit the pilot in the water heater and told me how to do it myself next time. He also advised me on future care of the water heater so we can avoid problems and cleaned the dead foliage away from it to avoid suffocating the pilot. Thanks for the quick service!

My sink was backing up and my garbage disposal wasn't working. The plumbers came and got it to work again, but noted the disposal was rusted/aging. I appreciated being given the chance to choose whether they replaced it or not, and in the end I decided to have them do it. I asked them to fix one other thing while they were at it, and they were kind to add it on. I also appreciated how the men handled my over-eager dog, who kept trying to join them. Overall, a great experience.

I called 3 plumbers for bids 2 showed me pipes rusted though claimed that was the problem. They were old pipes pipes they were very tricky their bids were both over $3000. (My zip code didn't help). Flood bothers pointed this out I'm not use too such honesty like the old days. They repaired my problem for less than $500. Guys I've found a plumber now I need a good electrician & Carpenter. I really was blown away I'm so use to everyone just going for the 1 time rip off & not caring about repeat business & future word of mouth. I'm happy to leave this recommendation we need more people like this

These plumbers are the best! We had the pleasure of getting to meet Gino when he came to fix our bathroom sink, and then again when our kitchen faucet connection burst. Every interaction has been nothing but a pleasure and he also does fantastic work! 10/0 would recommend Sal's to anyone!

I have used this company in the past to clear drains and like their timeliness and professionalism.  I then went to use them for a more difficult issue with my overflow drain and will NEVER use them again.   The issue was offered to be fixed for $200 which is close to the price they charge for coming out ($165-$185) even though they were already there (fine just get it done).  They cut into my wall and then weren't able to access the spot they needed so the plumber proceeded to try to fix it via a mickey mouse fix from the front of the drain.  This solution wasn't even offered to me prior to cutting into the wall.  

Behind the wall they found backboard which they didn't want to cut into, so then were going to work on fixing it from below (which was already open at the time they did the mickey mouse fix).  The mickey mouse fix didn't work but she still charged me for it.  

Connie (the owner) is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with.  She said I should feel lucky that she is even giving me the name of the drywall guy after I asked her for a week for it.  When I was asking my questions about trying to understand why they are going to fix it from a spot that was already opened NOW that the mickey mouse fix didn't work and why they didn't do that from the beginning her response led with 'OMG this is so frustrating'.  Wouldn't use this company.  Had another company come out after my friend cut into the backboard and they fixed it quickly and easily.

I'm usually in support of women owned companies but not one where the customer is treated like this.

I FINALLY found a plumber I can trust. Mr. James is a great. I had a terrible plumbing issue that shutdown my household. Mr. James came out immediately and fixed the issue.  He is very PROFESSIONAL, neat, knowledgeable, TRUSTWORTHY, and the price was reasonable.  Mr. James knows what he is doing. Finally, a plumber that I can trust and rely on.

Great guys to work with. Brandon and Luis were very kind and helpful in finding the cause of our leak. Would recommend them to anyone.

Called Ford's tonight after hours after both showers were backing up. They sent Scotty out.  He was here within the hour, snaked out the drain, did a camera down the drain so we could see if there were any major issues which in turn help really clear the drain.  He was so great, honest, trustworthy, and reliable!  He was professional, knew what he was doing, and was determined to get things moving for us. Prices were fair, especially for an after hours call. So glad we found Ford's and Scotty!!

We've used Prodigy Plumbing for various projects and issues in the past and they've always done a great job. They not only know what they're doing, but they have GREAT customer service, which goes a long way with us. Their office staff and plumbers are all so friendly and personable.

Our latest project, as part of our DIY kitchen remodel, was converting that old style wall mounted kitchen faucet to a modern counter mounted faucet. Well, that's easier said than done and definitely a job I was leaving for the professionals at Prodigy. Jerry was our primary technician for this job and he is so great to work with. Always professional, an expert at what he does, offers his opinions and recommendations in a way that makes sense, and leaves not a spec of dirt behind. The final outcome looks amazing. It looks so neat and tidy under the kitchen sink cabinet. And no leaks :D

Will definitely be using Prodigy again. Hopefully not before that next project comes along, but I know they'll be there when that shower drain clogs up again (which I'm sure will have nothing to do with my wife's hair).

Paxton and Rob were great. They arrived as scheduled and took a look at the plumbing for the shower since the water temp was off kilter. They looked at the pipe system, quickly zeroed in on the problem, adjusted the valve, answered all our questions, and the shower works like new.  Thanks for running an honest business and for a job well done!

We've used Non Stop Plumbing 4 times in the last two year for our plumbing needs. Ruben and his crew are responsive and on time and good at communicating what we need. We've never had any issues working with them and know that our plumbing needs are well taken care of.

Just as I was falling asleep one night I hear the ominous sound of rushing water.  I went downstairs and quickly discovered a major pipe leak in the garage.  Panic stricken, I searched Yelp and was lucky enough to call Mainline Plumbing.  They responded immediately and arrived quickly to my house.  Within short order - and in a most calm and professional manner - they fixed the leak entirely (and for a very reasonable rate despite the emergency call).

I have used Mainline since for non-emergency work and they were equally responsive, professional and helpful.  They are the only plumber I would call now and I cannot recommend their services more highly.
