I contacted Rishon plumbing yesterday about a new tankless water heater and today I already have a new one. Needless to say, George was responsive, informative about what I was getting and upfront about pricing. He and the crew were efficient, cleaned up after themselves and showed me around the new unit. I will be sure to use them again for any other plumbing needs I have.

Our tub spout diverter wasn't working and shower wasn't draining so I sent Real Plumbers a message over the weekend. Instant response and they were here first thing Monday morning and had everything fixed within an hour. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend!

We needed to have a new garbage disposal installed, and some under-sink drainage pipes needed replacing.  Job was done well - within an hour - for a great price.  Would *definitely* use them again.

I had what looked like an entire crawlspace flood. So I frantically searched Yelp for a good company that can deal with floods and found Flood Brothers. I called and they answered right away and sent two techs out in just a few hours, Brendon and Eddie.

They were really, really nice and professional. They checked to make sure my water meter wasn't running to rule out a live leak. They quickly realized that it was just localized water accumulation at the front of the crawl space and the rest of the space was completely dry.

I've used Saucedo plumbing twice now to unclogged one my house. Both times as I paced with worry about there being a bigger problem that the owner did everything to fix the issues quickly and efficiently. Prices are more than reasonable and he even gave me food tips to look out for during my bathroom remodel.

Chris and Randy recently repiped my main bathroom (this was necessary as the pipes were original galvanized and were beyond showing their age).  They did a great job and performed the work in a very timely manner.  I had three different quotes on this work and Ace Plumbing was the most through quote.  Chris took time to explain everything that would need to be done and even split the work into two different phases, which was very helpful.  He looked at what needed to be done and assessed the situation.  The price was fair, which is where I wanted to be.  I obviously didn't want to over pay but I also wanted a competent plumber, so I didn't want an underdog bid either.   I am very happy with the work!  I've had other plumbers who dropped the ball on aspects of work and I regretted ever working with them.  Chris and Randy were the opposite, they went above and beyond.  They were very professional and came back a day or two after to check the work, which I highly appreciate. They also fixed a few other minor things that I pointed out around, this helped me out immensely and is highly appreciated. Their customer service was great all around.  Darcy, who responds to the phone inquiries was great also. I now have a new plumber and I feel like I have piece of mind moving forward.  I highly recommend Ace Plumbing.

When making an appointment ask to have the work done by josh ! He is so nice !!!! Very prompt i would definitely ask for him hopefully not too long lolol. The dispatcher is very nice as well i think his name might be matt but he asked about the issue he has great customer service over the phone . I needed a plumber after hours to fix a sewage back up issue. Mike from Hermes Plumbing came extremely quickly when I called them, quickly diagnosed the problem and called to advise me.  They were very prompt about taking care of the issue and were also very courteous!  I would highly recommend them!!!

After calling Rocket Plumbing to unclog our toilet, we arranged to have the the tank plumbing replaced since tank was leaking. Sam was easy to work with. He gave us a quote and a detailed description of job. Arranging the return visit was quick and the repair work was done efficiently. Charges were reasonable and we were able to apply the online discount. One week later, toilet is operating normally. We'll definitely call Rocket again.

These guys are fantastic! They are very responsive, super fast and very good at what they are doing. They were able to replace my faucet in the most efficient and professional way and went a step further to explain why I didn't need a part I originally thought was needed. I really am pleased with the level of quality and professionalism of work that Flood Brothers Plumbing (service tech: Kyle) performed. The job was to fix our toilet/shower (wouldn't flush and water backed up). It was a great experience from start to finish. Kyle arrived on time and kept me updated throughout the process. My mom and I had several questions about the process and maintenance etc - all of which were answered. Also they provided me with several options and opinions moving forward. Flood Brothers Plumbing did it all at a very reasonable price and worked quick and on time. The communication was prompt and easy. Sergio assessed our needs and gave us a smarter and more cost effective solution versus what we were requesting. I loved that Sergio gave us his thoughts from the perspective of a homeowner himself. Connie and her team are truly AMAZING! I first lucked out by finding them from yelp for a tenant's clogged commode. It turned out to be a blocked sewer and Connie and her team fixed it that day. The next time I saw Connie and her team they tried to scope another property's sewer line but it was stopped up. Connie coordinated another company to do the clean out and then I met with Connie and we ran the scope down the sewer and Connie explained what we needed to do next in great detail. She also researched the city sewer lines and gave me so much helpful information. I highly recommend American Drain Works!

We moved into our first home on a Friday. Less than 48 hours later, on a Sunday morning, our toilets weren't flushing. Gary at Cali Rooter & Plumbing was the only plumber who could make it out that same day. He snaked the main sewer line, but was encountering some major resistance. He needed to look at the line with a camera, which he did same-day. Diagnosis -- the main sewer line had collapsed. We had had a sewer inspection while in escrow two months earlier. The inspector said the 80-year old cast iron line should be replaced soon, but it wasn't urgent. I thought I had a six months at least. Guess not.

I should say this about Gary -- he gives you all the information you might need and then some. He's patient about explaining what your options are and what would need to be done depending on the choice you make. We chose to replace the line and fix the city connection, which had a slight crack in it. It was a big job, and it wasn't cheap. But Gary's quote was in line with what I had heard this job might cost back when we had the inspection.

It required digging three holes -- one near our take-out, one in our front yard, one very deep one in the street. They had to get permits and the go-ahead from the city to do this. Gary said it would all be fixed within three weeks. They fixed it in less than one week. They had the permits by Tuesday, the DWP was out marking lines with paint on Wednesday, the seven/eight-man crew came out Thursday and dug the holes, pulled the new pipes through and connected them to the city. The city inspector was out there the next morning and gave the go-ahead. The crew filled the holes back in, and we were all set.

We never once had to move out of the house. Even that first Sunday when the line backed up, Gary and his guys were able to clean it out enough that we could get by until it was fixed.

Gary also gave me lots of advice on other aspects of the plumbing and water valves on our property. He's very friendly, very helpful. I will go back to him for any other jobs that pop up in the future. But hopefully we're set for a little while. Thanks to them.
