I highly recommend Flood Brothers Plumbing!! They are not only safe,professional, and know their business well but they have the kind of customer service I just don't see that often anymore. When I called at the end of a Saturday  (because the large plumbing company we all know the name of, sent a guy who could not unclog my sink)  to have my sink unclogged, they arranged to have one of their guys come out on Sunday to fix it. They took my problem and made it their own and got the job done because they knew I was having a socially distanced dinner on Monday and had to have my sink fixed. Thank you Flood Brothers! I highly recommend your company and your people! Anthony is the best!. I know I can count on him 24/7 for my plumbing challenges.

We contacted Rockstar Plumbing to replace a few shutoff valves. They were extremely responsive and promptly came out for a free quote, and they were great about scheduling the repair itself and walking me through the necessary steps. Just days after the work was completed, we experienced an unrelated plumbing issue. Rockstar Plumbing was again very quick to respond and address our problem.  We would happily use this business for our future plumbing needs.

They were great! I had been waiting almost a week for the plumber originally assigned by my home warranty. When that company left me in the lurch, I called my warranty and they called Hermes and got me an appointment within hours for my leaking toilet. These guys were great, fixed the issue, educated me on what was going on, wore masks and even coverings on their shoes. I'll definitely request them in the future should I need a plumber.

We called Rapid Action Rooter on a Saturday with a semi emergency and Mandel came over right after he finished his other job. He was fantastic and fixed our blocked disposal in our kitchen sink that was backing up. He wore his mask and was super professional. He is a really great plumber and a genuinely a great guy who is passionate about his job. Great guy, great family owned business, you can't go wrong calling Rapid Action Rooter. Sam came by on two separate days to get a bunch of work done for us. We ended up replacing three faucets, one in the kitchen and 2 in the master bathroom, as well as a few other items. Sam was efficient and got the job done. For one of our bathroom faucets, he had to cut part of the granite counter. Before he started that, he even asked if the baby was sleeping 'cause it was going to be loud. I thought that was really considerate of him. When he was done, he came out entirely covered with dust, but he made sure the bathroom wasn't, which was great. Easy to work with. Our plumbing issues, all resolved!

Once again this Company delivered.  The booked me an appointment very quickly and Brendan showed up on time.  As a always, he was clear about what needed to be done, answered all of my questions and was very respectful of social distancing and all Covid-19 protocol, which I know is very concerning to many at this time.  He fixed the issues quickly and effectively.  This is not the first time Brendan has responded to a service request at our home and he is always professional and I have complete confidence in the work he does.   I recommend him and Flood Brothers without hesitation.

Made an appointment and the person did not show up on time. As with many, weekday appointments require coordination with in-office work schedule. Incredibly disrespectful of a customer's time. Would give a 0 star if possible.

Connie has helped us with our plumbing several times and she is the best plumber we've worked with.  She explains things clearly, she and her team do quality work and are fair and reasonable with their billing.  I would strongly recommend them.

These guys are amazing, especially Kevin who came out to help us. Our tenants had a water back up issue at the dishwasher. It was super quick to get someone out. We had a miscommunication at the site which resulted in Kevin waiting for 30 mins to get in the building. No complaints from Kevin but only amazing service - diagnose the problem very quickly and resolved it. And because it was so quick, he was upfront and honest and didn't charge us! You guys have a customer for life from me.

Armando is amazing! He responded to my online request within ten minutes. Then he was able to come fix my toilet in my apartment two hours later! The job took him only ten minutes, and he was so kind and explained everything to me. I appreciated that he talked me through the process and I know he charged me fairly! Highly recommended plumber!  John is very reachable--he replied to my Yelp message almost immediately and we communicated further by text.  He has extremely flexible hours and repaired our leaky shower head within minutes with parts he already had on hand.  We will definitely be recommending John/Cali Rooter & Plumber to others in the area and using his services for years to come.
