Very happy to have found this company. We were given a time to expect Mike with a call before, and he was true to his word in showing up right on time. He pinpointed our problem (with a gas fireplace), repaired it right then, took time to give me advice about another problem we had, and generally left me satisfied and convinced that we had found someone we could trust. We manage the condo in La Habra but live in VA. So happy to have someone we can call when we have future issues. Thank you, Mike; it was a pleasure meeting you.

Steve was very responsive and very efficient.    He knew exactly what the problem was with the pipe repair under my sink and fixed it quickly.   He also cleared out the drain and was only here for a little over an hour.   Experience counts in that business!

Plumbing emergency of course. Finally got a hold of someone at after hours. After some texting back and forth they finally sent Adrian out.   Adrian was able to diagnose and fix issue.  Would definitely have Adrain come out again.

Mark and his team did an awesome job repiping my entire house, installing a tankless heater, filter and softener system. Mark is very responsive and knowledgable, and answered my calls and texts with questions in the evening and on weekends. Every single thing we needed done and had questions about, was finished quicker than we expected. Mark takes his customers and business very seriously!

I didn't know what to expect. I never called anyone to unclog my kitchen sink.  Carlson Plumbing was AWESOME! They arrived on the time they scheduled. Plumber Bryan did excellent work unclogging the sink.  I will definitely be calling them for my business!  Thanks so much!!

I had a mixed experience with these guys. I had two toilets that were not flushing properly (taking 2-3 flushes to flush solid waste).  They charged me $175 for doing a clean out of the drains but it didn't do anything.  The next day the flushing issue remained the same.  

On the phone they did state that my toilets were too old and needed to be replaced.  Then they wanted to charge me $750 per toilet to replace it (although this price would include a pressure toilet provided by them).

Their prices are quite expensive.  I bought two toilets and hired a handyman to replace them for $600.  The handyman even picked up the toilets for me from Home Depot.  These guys were asking for $1500 for the same service (although perhaps better toilets - not sure what kind).

Just wanted to share my experience.

Wish I paid some of the money I paid these guys to my handyman.  I guess they did their job but $175 is a bit much to tell me that I needed new toilets.   One positive was that they did show up the next day, so they were prompt.

The worst experience with this company.  We had pipe leak at front yard.  Since it is under palm trees the service guy suggest to by pass around the trees.  After the work is done our whole front yard sprinkler doesn't work anymore.  Now, the service guy doesn't even know if the leak is from the pipe or sprinkler.  We were so upset and want to talk to their boss.  But he refused to talk to us over the phone and his excuse was he wasn't the one doing the job site so he doesn't know anything.  I am not sure what to say to that.  They also add more hours that they didn't even work for.  So we negotiated the amount that we owed since they mess up our the sprinkler system that will cost us more to fix it.  They agree to accept the amount and took the check.  Now they tried to sue us for the rest of the mounts left.  We are very disappointed with this company.

Ray was professional and very responsive, called him because the tenants reported the bathrooms weren't draining. He came out immediately and unclogged them.

A day later the tenants reported that it was still happening, he came out for no additional costs and said that he had snaked it some more.

Fast forward 2 days and it's still happening, I told him of the issue but I didn't get a response back. He was very professional and I can't really say I had any issues.

We bought a new washer and dryer and had them installed. The installers didn't attach the waterline securely and as a result we had a major water leak after doing laundry overnight. The three walls surrounding the washer were soaked. l knew that if we didn't get it taken care of we could potentially grow black mold. We initially called the installers and they gave us a ton of runaround. This was especially concerning as we had two newborns in the house at the time. We called Ron at Get Rapid Restoration and and he came out to our house within an hour of calling. He assessed the damage and and got to work immediately. Ron is professional and did good work. When the job was finished the area was cleaned and restored back to its previous condition. His prices were fair and we would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

We had a Monday surprise in the form of water leaking from underneath our house. Vianka and her team were prompt in their response and true to their words. We had several technicians who reached out and changed their timings at the last minute. We greatly appreciate the team at Atomic Rooter for being prompt and analyzing and fixing the leak within a day. We are working professionals and truly appreciated the professionalism of this team in terms of being on time and communicating throughout the whole process. We will always call them first anytime we have a plumbing situation.

These guys are the best! I hesitate to write this because they are gonna get so busy with all the five star reviews, but it's hard to have people you can trust do work for you and this company is amazing. I have used them for a main line sewage break that was so bad we had raw sewage all over the backyard ; they fixed everything and sent out a restoration company so you would have never known. Also for another line break ( I just bought a house built in 1923, it's going to happen). I have also had minor problem that they came and fixed immediately. This Saturday I found my basement flooded by a leak in a pipe at about 3:15 pm. I called them and Nick was here before 4 pm. He couldn't fix it completely but did enough that we have water until Monday when they can come and replace the pipe. I have such peace of mind knowing they can fix it and the price will be fair!

I needed a Good ,Fast, Honest plumber. I had a burst pipe that was leaking in the ceiling, causing lots of damage fast. I first called the Family Plumber in Los Alamitos. They still had about two hours left before closing, but didn't want to come out. Ok... I can maybe understand that if they are busy. So, they scheduled to be ther first thing in the morning. They called an hour and a half late. When they got there, they took a look and said they would be back later. One hour, two hours... nothing. I called Johnson Plumbing. He came right out, gave me a decent price, and repaired it all within an hour or so. Great work guys!

As for Family Plumbing, they called to check in many hours after the job was done by Joe Johnson Plumbing.

We had a clogged kitchen drain issue and Luis was quick to respond to our inquiry. During the initial investigation, Luis and Rafael were able to identify the root problem that required reconfiguration of drain pipes. They committed to come back to start/finish the job the very next day and made it happen. They were friendly, professional and had masks on the whole time. I will give them a call again if I run into plumbing problem. Thanks guys.  - James W. In Irvine.

I don't often find myself saying that I love having a plumber or a heating expert at my house.  Most visits are usually filled with anxiety and skepticism, BUT you won't experience any of that with Cornett plumbing and heating.  I ended up working with Wayne who is a member of the Cornett family at the kick off to a big demo project for our guest bathroom.  Wayne was punctual, courteous, clear with the plan of action and found ways to save us money on the project.  

We needed to replace an old heater, I mean seriously old, and relocate it from a closet on our ground floor to the attic so we could take back some of the space it was taking up in our bathroom.  We needed to have an abatement done since it's an old house and Wayne made sure to set everything up and made it convenient for our schedule. Once we were in the clear with the abatement, Wayne and his team showed up and got to work right away reducting the attic space.  Did I mention they're incredibly careful with making sure they leave your house better than they found it?  All of the guys that came through our house on behalf of Cornett were great.  They were all respectful and just all around nice, good guys.  It's important to feel a sense of confidence when you have strangers in your home.

We hit a snag when we ordered the replacement furnace, but that had everything to do with the new emissions standards set by CA and not by any fault of Wayne or his company.  In fact, because we had an issue with the new furnace, he went above and beyond to make sure we didn't have any surprises budget wise. He was always very clear in his budget updates and always made sure we were happy during and after the project was done.

We plan on working with Wayne and his crew again in the spring when things start to heat up and we're ready to add air-conditioning.  For now, thank you Wayne and the entire Cornett crew for such a positive experience.

I requested replace watwr heater. So, they gave me multiple quotes from over $5,000 to $1200.   I settled to fix additional plumbing and orther eater heater option for $3,0000... in 2 extra days... Technician needed to bring 2nd person as this was abrove waterheater and he almost fell installing new water heater.

Son and father plumbing service very good team work punctual, organized, clean  very professional. Response quick and does get the job done in a timely manner very well service. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends, hard workers and deserve five stars.

Steveo, the plumber from A1 Best Pluming,came right over and he was very polite. We had a broken water line in our wall! Water was leaking out and our stress level was super high! But Steveo was cool & calm. He cut back our dry wall and figured out the issue quickly! He worked hard to get the job done right, but at a fast pace! He's old school with a ton of skills & experience! Our place is almost a hundred years old. So we need a plumber, that has worked on pipes from the 20s & can use a few tricks of the trade to fix things fast made to last another 50 years!!

A1 saved us money  over the other quotes from other pluming companies.
