Received prompt professional service from Jeff and Matthew.  They were very courteous, helpful and did a great job.  My issue was pinpointed in minutes.  Although their estimates aren't the lowest but they are doing the job right and installing quality equipment to ensure lasting stability.

I don't normally post lots of reviews or bad ones at that but I think potential customers would like to know some issues I have encountered with Jose's service, which I had for a long time. At first they did a decent job and I tended to accept/look the other way when I noticed incompleteness. Issues follow:

1. There have been numerous broken sprinklers & while Jose has personally repaired some of them, one time he blew me off on a broken sprinkler and I had to replace myself. I only found it because I noticed gushing water one day. That was the last straw for me and I let him go shortly after this incident (note current Gardner has been with me almost two years and has yet to break a single sprinkler).

The problem is his people rush through the lawn and are looking to get out quickly, which leads to mistakes. What is especially frustrating is that for one pipe they broke half of it and didn't bother to say anything about it - makes me wonder if Jose docs pay from these guys & that is why they don't report the issue right away. I wasted lots of water that probably cost me 20 bucks not to mention replacing the head that cost me around 10 (plus time).

2. As I noted above his people rush to get out as soon as possible. I actually stayed home one time and timed them at about 7-8 min. Given the numerous broken sprinklers as well as general lack of maintenance on other plants around home (bushes etc), the rush job was evident.

3. My wife would constantly complain to me about the lack of maintenance for non-grass and I would have to contact Jose more than I remember. I personally don't like contacting gardeners because I know that overall it's hard work for low pay, but it seems like Jose failed to meet a reasonable level of work.

4. On occasion, the gardeners would miss a week and yet I would pay for the full month. This was rare during beginning (if ever) and more evident towards the end. I can't say it was a high percentage of visits but enough that I noticed.

5 Jose increased the price on me when I believe I was paying a reasonable/fair price. To be fair he increased the price for every customer, but I have never encountered this with other Gardner's especially in such a good economy.

My guess is his costs were so high that he did some math and figured he needed to increase rates such amount to pay bills. That's fine but Garden services have a market value and when you go over that rate, people look elsewhere. He also wanted to be paid in advance of services, something else that other gardeners don't do - usually you get paid after u complete work not up front.

Overall I was very disappointed in Jose's incomplete and rushed services and gave them many months to improve. I hope he takes this constructive feedback to heart and improves his services or I think he will lose lots of customers like me.

My advice to you is simple, please work on people's lawn like if it was your own, do a complete job and leave the grounds beautiful every week, and if you break sprinklers, inform the owner & fix them.

Jay is such a professional! He remodeled our hall closet into our new bedroom and it is nothing but perfect!  He expanded our master closet and made a built in dresser. He painted everything and was soo careful not to damage our new carpeting. Can't wait until he tears into our master bath!

KNC aka Kris was a life saver! Had an emergency kitchen clog on a late Saturday evening before hosting family for dinner and after a few Youtube DIY attempts to fix it, I gave up and used Yelp to find a plumber.  Kris was the fastest to reply, with a straight forward quote to fix the clog which was very fair, and was willing to come Sunday AM.  Long story short, Kris arrived promptly Sunday AM, which was also Super Bowl Sunday, and was able to fix my kitchen sink clog that had built up over the years.  It required a 70+ foot snake from the sink and as well as the roof to clear the clog, but when Kris was done, the sink flowed like new again!  Lastly, Kris was very professional and mindful of cleaning his workspace and provided electronic invoice/receipt for his service.  I would highly recommend him and will definitely be using him for more home plumbing maintenance projects in the coming months. I wanted to move the laundry hookups from my garage to an upstairs closet. All the other plumbers I contacted tried to talk me out of it or told me it would be a huge/expensive job that wouldn't be worth my while, all without even coming out to look at my house.

Luis was the exception - he offered to come out for a free estimate, was very confident, and explained exactly how he would move the plumbing/gas lines. He got to work and finished the job within 3 days, which included demolition of an existing cabinet, patching up the walls, installing a vent to the outdoors, and having an electrician put in a new outlet. His price was very reasonable, and at the end of the job provided me with a detailed invoice describing everything he did along with a 3 year warranty on his work. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and talented. Don't let his youthful appearance fool you - he is the best! 6 months later, I am enjoying my indoor laundry with zero problems!

Best costumer service you can find in the southbay.  Their response time was 30 min. Tech Jessy Sanchez works clean and is very organized. He was very cordial and professional. And the best part was he got the job done!!

Matt Graham, the owner, and his team came out to fix several plumbing issues we were having. Fixed everything quickly, no hassles, cleaned up, reasonable price. Have recommended Graham Plumbing to several neighbors and friends who also rave about the service they received. Will continue to call Graham Plumbing with my plumbing needs, as well as recommend to all.

I guess I should have read the reviews first. Now I can see why recent reviews have given this business low ratings. This business is not reliable and is not ready to meet with customers. I scheduled an appointment between 8:00-10:00 am and they never showed up. I waited almost 3 hours. I called several times and spoke with Tony, he said the plumber will be at my place before 10:00 am. They never showed up. Tony didn't even make a courtesy call to let me know they weren't coming. This shows what type of customer service they offer. In a way, I am glad I found out now then later. I spoke with Tony at 10:40am he said the reason why his plumber didn't show up was due to the coronavirus. This was even sadder to hear that Tony would use the coronavirus as an excuse of not showing up. I told Tony if they are not prepared to meet with customers they should at least inform their callers in advance that they are not ready to do business. They should not make appointments if they can't meet with customers.  They just wasted my time and now I have to wait another day or 2 to get another plumber.

Frank was very helpful! He thoroughly inspected and listened to our concerns. I highly recommend Western Heating as they are responsive and on time !

Jesse did a great job installing a new faucet and fixing a loose toilet seat. He responded quickly, arrived on time, and quickly did the installation and repairs!

I booked an appointment online for the next day, and Chris was able to make it happen! He fixed my garbage disposal and shower drain super fast and was very pleasant and explained everything clearly. I will definitely call Chris again if anything else in my old house needs fixing!

Great service. Came out on a holiday to unplug my main. They had to remove 2 toilets to resolve the issue and still gave me an amazing price. I will be calling for all my plumbing needs.

So far so good.  Plumbers are expensive.  Having one in the book that makes it not feel expensive is a plus plus.  Called at 7:30 AM.  They were at the house at 8AM.  Charged me $90 to cut the copper line and install a new valve for the dishwasher.  He was quick about it and really made me feel like I made the right decision in calling them out.  Will be having them come back to do recessed gas and water outlets for fridge and gas stove.

Our water heater broke down and needed a complete replacement. He gave us the best price, fixed same day, and even repaired a water hose that was stuck without charging extra. Would definitely call them back in the future.

What a waste of time and money. These guys charge top dollar and require multiple call backs to fix what they broke on the first trip out. The new ownership changed this company from a ok to garbage rating.

There are many other plumbers out there, next time we will use someone else.

These guys are the best! Not only did they help me to determine the exact part I needed for my faucet they had in stock and at a great price as well. Very helpful and  knowledgable . Very impressed with the customer service.  I would definitely go back hto this place
