I've had these guys come out for a couple of issues and have always been fast and effective.  We had them come out about a year ago for a minor bathroom plumbing issue, and just recently to help with a broken and leaky thermostat on our water heater.  Great work and fast.  Always a pleasure and will keep using them.

I discovered a leak in the water pipe behind my refrigerator. I called ERP and they sent Tim right over. He explained clearly the problem, solutions and cost. He fixed the leak in under an hour.  I highly recommend Tim and his company.

After our previous plumber retired, our family was at a loss for who to call. Found High Speed Rooter and Plumbing and was highly pleased with the ease of making an appointment and the professional courtesy of Alberto, who came out first thing in the morning for a toilet installation. From beginning to end, professional courtesy and great service and pricing. We will recommend them highly to family and friends.

Had these folks come out and do an estimate (Los Angeles area) on an exceedingly simple project. Move a gas line 15 feet. This is under the house work, parts would run under 100$ (I know because I had somebody else do the work) Turn off gas, cut the line, add an elbow, add a flex line, drill a hole from under the house (All push fitting, didn't even need to solder anything) and run the pipe into the kitchen, and re-connect the stove, and put a plug in the old kitchen fitting.
These folks came out, looked at the work and quoted a price of $1200 to $1600, I asked why so much, and they responded two men, all day. He went on to explain that they were licensed and bonded so that is why they cost more
Total, my guess estimate was that this was about 4 hours of work, and should come in under $500 or so at the top of the range.
I couldn't get rid of these people fast enough; they must have thought I looked stupid.
In any case, with a little more research (using the Nextdoor neighborhood app) I found a local, Licensed, and bonded, plumber to do the same work at $500, and was happy to pay him for his honesty. Took about 4 hours, and he was done.
In short, this company treats customers as if they are stupid, although they are VERY nice and professional, from the moment they meet you, no excuse for this kind of estimate, a complete and total rip-off, you will pay double or triple what you should. Shame on these people, scamming you with a smile.

These guys have come over for a few updates and copper repipe in our home. I just recommended them on the app, NextDoor. They're honest, reliable and they do a good job. They actually communicate well with their costumers and follow up if they need to.

He was personable and did a great job. The work was done as I requested and was done quickly.

Trevor was great. Came out the same I called and snaked all the sinks. Was quick and friendly. Will call him back for any other plumbing problems and would highly recommend him!

I had contacted a few plumbing service providers in my life but I have to say that working with Edwin has been a delight and pleasure. He was very professional and very responsive to all my questions, he has done a great job with the plumbing issues we had as well as done it with a speed and precision we were all excited. There are a lot of plumbers. We needed someone we can trust and establish a long term relationship. We needed someone we can depend on and be able to count on whenever we have any issues. We can finally say that Westside Plumbing and Rooter is it. Edwin is our guy! Thank you so much for doing such a great job for us. Recently, our home experienced a water leak in the slab. Needless, to
say, we were not happy because this was the second time that this had
occurred, and we were not looking forward to having the recently
installed travertine floors jackhammered up. Anyways, to make a
long story short, after interviewing a number of plumbers and
re-piping companies we decided to go with Art Hovsepian, the owner of
Repipe Pro. It happens to be one of the best decisions that we have
ever made relative to having a contractor do work on our home. Art was
incredible. Even before we decided to go with his company, he took the
time to thoroughly go through our home and assess our needs and
explain in detail what the re-piping process would entail.  He was
knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk to while taking the time
to answer our many questions. When the work was to commence, we had Ed
as the foreman and his crew assigned to our project. Again, we cannot
say enough good things about the quality of their work. They were
punctual, took great care of keeping everything well covered and
clean, and worked in a very professional fashion. The end project
turned out better than I can describe. The workmanship was of the
highest caliber, with clean cuts and joints, and the layout of the
plumbing was aligned perfectly with straight runs and piping fasten
securely to all the framing. The care of doing nothing but the best
quality journeyman work was evident throughout the entire job.

I would add, that even though I have been affiliated with construction
for many years, I seldom see the high level of workmanship that Art
and his team performed on my home. For those who need to re-pipe, turn
to Repipe Pro if you want a company that will give you an incredible
job with top notch material and service at a fair and reasonable
price.

Don't let them fool you with their warranties. We were convinced 8 years ago to upsize to a 50 gallon hot water tank as it came with a 12 year warranty. NOT!! Their warranty is going to cost us $635 to get a new one as the current one broke. $240 for the difference in cost between 2005 and 2013, $275 for another installation, and another new valve at $120. Good deal for them. They told us that Bradford White was the best on the market, apparently not if we am writing this. I am in sales and I know if I have a customer that is unhappy, I would try to do whatever I could to make the customer happy, but obviously they do not care about customer service.  The person they sent out, Kyle, likes to lie to make a better case for himself.  He had to audacity to call his company and say I told him we were going to write a check and stop payment. Wrong!! We charge everything and pay one bill every month for convenience for everything. Guess if you are going to lie, you better get it right. We have water everywhere in the garage so we are going to let Allstate take it from here.
Not sure what the outcome is going to be yet, but I will update when I get any more information. PLEASE beware that warranties they give are not honored and after talking with the office manager, they really don't seem to care.  I guess there are more of us out there they can take advantage of if we don't know what we are getting into.
It sucks right now as we have NO hot water to bathe or wash with and we
feel like being back in the 1800's boiling water for the tub. Have to wait until everything dries out before we can reinstall anything.

John is a great person and a great plumber.

We remodeled our Kitchen and need to have new plumbing lines installed under our concrete slab.  John's work was remarkable. The concrete was cut clean and the trench done precisely as needed. A new vent pipe was required as well, and John was able to run it up thru our second floor with minimal drywall repair.

He also rerouted our gas line and professionally installed our new kitchen appliances.  

We could not be happier with John and crew.  He has my highest recommendation.

I just want to thank Gabriel for doing a great job at my home. I highly recommend expert rooter plumbing service. Thank God when I called them I was able to get a plumber out to my house within an hour.

Just purchased a clothes dryer and needed to have a new spring valve put in before it can be installed. I also needed my tankless water heater to be descaled. I had called another plumbing company and they said they were busy for the next 2 days. A-Quick Rooter & Plumbing company came out same day. Did all the work and installed my new dryer. Jeremiah and Ray were both pleasant, professional and clean. Great job, great guys and a great company they work for. I will be calling them again for future work.

Josh was great. He responded within minutes and was able to come out to give me a free estimate on a main line that was broken. The price was reasonable and would definitely call drain fast again!

It's so hard to find a reliable, well-priced, high-quality handy man that you trust, but Danny is all of that and more! We had Danny install a barn door and chandelier and he did an excellent job. You can tell he cares about what he does and really thinks everything through. There were somethings we didn't have at the house, and he went to Home Depot and picked the items up so he could finish the job the same day. We will definitely be back with more projects!

Scheduled 4 separate plumbers to troubleshoot main filter leak and faulty saltwater softener. Of the 3 that inspected, only Justen from Lowrey's Plumbing (family owned and operated) spotted other critical issues (acidic discharge from tankless water heater that already ate thru previously installed copper pipes - other 2 plumbing companies completely missed it; as well as the discharge that was eroding the concrete walkway opposite the wall).

Justen was punctual with keen eyes to spot root cause on issues and honest, as he was competent with recommendation at sensible cost-effective (e.g., discharge without expensive new drainage) solutions. He was thorough and kept the work area tidy. Prompt responses and surprisingly patient with numerous questions I peppered him with. Justen is my go-to plumber I highly trust and recommend to family and friends.

Had a clogged sink drain every time you turn on the garbage disposal it shoots water up into the sink with what looked like dirt and grime.   Parzival plumbing set an appointment and I asked if sooner put me in.  They had an earlier opening communicated via text when they would arrive.  They were right on time and did a great job fixing the issue by clearing the line.  Following up to make sure I was happy.   Great service and friendly people.

Tired of this business littering their advertisements at my residence. A No Advertisements sign is posted but they ignore it. Will not contact Ken's Plumbing ever.
