I have nothing but great things to say about Alan. First of all, he was the only plumber to give me a fair quote that was within my expectations. Everyone else came in with ridiculously high quotes for the easy job of replacing my bathroom sink pipes.

Alan did a great job and even went out of his way by coming back the next day to clear my drain line at his own insistence. I would highly recommend Alan to anyone.

Kevin Q came out on a Saturday night to cap a busted water line. He came out within 30 minutes with no rush charge and got it handled on a holiday weekend. Very thankful!

Minde did a great job replacing and painting cabinet molding.  He was efficient and very precise with his cuts and overall workmanship - it looked like new!.  Will be a repeat customer.

Almost 3 years to the day from my original review, I hired Jim again to do additional work (replace a series of very old wall connections.)  Once again, he did a fantastic job and stands by his work.  There was a minor issue with one connection and he came back immediately to square it away.

If you've found this, stop looking and call Jim now.

Noticed my kitchen faucet leaking in the morning. Called up Go Go Plumbing. About an hour later they were at my house looking at my problem. Told me I needed a new faucet and I could go to Home Depot pick one up and they'd install. Did that,called again and they were back about 30 minutes later. Install all done within 15 minutes. Excellent response time. Very professional service. I highly recommend them.

I have used Tweedy Plumbing for quite a while and had no reason to complain until recently.  
The cartridge on my Newport Brass Faucet needed to be replaced, so I called them to do the job, just as I had once before. When Newport Brass sent me the replacement part they noted on the instruction to plumber to only use a silicone based lube on the faucet cartridge and rings.

I showed these instruction to the plumber they sent out. He scoffed and said no problem they use plumbers grease.  I didn't know the difference so let him proceed with job.  When he finished the faucet spout was so tight I had a hard time moving it with two hands!  Also it took so much effort to move it that it was coming loose at the base and a black oil--which, I know now, was a mixture of the grease and water--was oozing out the top handle and mid section of faucet.  
Called they came back, worked on the faucet some more and proclaimed it fixed & that I could spray WD40 on it as it was fish oil based, (not true, it's petroleum based!)
OK spout still too tight and very hard to move.  Meanwhile grease and water continue to seep from faucet.
Called Newport Brass, they said the plumber must have used petroleum product in spite of what I asked, and that causes the O rings to swell and ruin the faucet cartridge!
I have ended up having to get a new faucet, pay to have another plumber install it too boot!
Will, of course, never use Tweedy again, and you should think twice before you do either.

Clint replaced a gas line and a water line under pretty rugged conditions for us in April of 2016.  He showed up on time to give us a bid and and again to do the work a week later.  Although he ran into some unforeseen issues he was very fair, even generous, about the extra cost.  I have been in the trades all my life and I would recommend him as competent, hard working and honest.   Do yourself a favor - call him or keep his number.

Had a leak in our bathroom, Kenny was able to come out the same day and get it fixed. He sent pics/videos of the problem to show what needed repair. Quick response, friendly dude, repair completed quickly. Would definitely recommend!

whenever i have plumbing issues i would not wait to call Prodigy. I like the way they inform and call customer about the update of workers and estimate time arrival.  We have some clog toilet issues and Alberto Ramos showed up and fixed it in timely fashion. He is super efficient and professional! Also he tried to explain to me whenever i asked questions and raised issues and concerns.  He is very patient too and have great interaction with customers.  because of Alberto's works and i have noticed Prodigy only hires such intelligent works like Alberto. Thank you Prodigy for solving my problems once again and i will definitely come back to you next time !!

On last Friday I discovered that the hot water pipe had a leakage and I needed an immediate repair.
I called several plumbing companies that I found in Yelp, left the messages in their voice mails, but no return calls.
Next day, Saturday morning I went to anther website and I got the phone number of Victor. I called him and he came at the time he promised and completed the job.
He charged a fair fee and our family was very pleased to have the water back.
I thought that I was the first one to leave a review on Yelp, but I found his company.

I can't believe I'm the first person to review JR and Norm's Plumbing. These guys have been such a lifesaver for me over the years - they've installed my water heater, done the plumbing for my bathroom remodel, and generally been quick to respond when any other issue involving water comes up.

I had to call JR at Norms this morning after we noticed funky odors for a couple of days, we checked under the house this morning and sure enough there was a pool of water in the crawl space from a leaking drain pipe. Upon further inspection, the backup had pushed its way up an old drain in the bathroom that had never been capped, so now I also have a soaked closet and mildew farm. Oh joy. Oh rapture.

JR is just the best, he's great to work with and reasonably priced. I've never had to bring in another contractor to fix something he or his guys screwed up (which I cannot say about other plumbers I've hired.)  I have a rule now that nobody but JR touches my pipes.

If you are in the Long Beach, Cerritos, Lakewood, Bellflower, Paramount area you will not go wrong with Norms. (Picture is of JR outside my house, he'll be back tomorrow replacing the drain from the kitchen all the way out....)

Kevin and Paul did a wonderful job  replacing a leaking trap behind our Washing machine... Very quick, courteous... Went out of their way to keep the Dry Wall intact (so my final repair of the Drywall wont be a disaster!)

Fredd was awesome! He came out and fixed a slab leak that was causing major issues in an emergency situation. He was the only plumber we called that was able to come out right away and he took care of it quickly. He showed me the problem and told me how he was going to fix it and did the job. Seeing him work I can tell that it's a lot of hard work and it requires a lot of expertise and Fredd displayed both at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Fredd's Handyman Services.

We had both of our toilets not working at our business in the middle of a busy week. Carlos answered right away and was able to come out within 30 minutes. He identified the problem and was able to fix within the hour. They went above and beyond putting new seals and cleaning up everything, leaving it cleaner than they found it.  Very professional and reasonably priced. We will definitely use them in the future.

Mr Harris installed a new sink for me. He was efficient and made sure I was happy before he left.

Talk about fast and trustworthy! My tub was backing up and finally stopped draining all together. I was convinced I had a major clog. I called A-1 in the morning and was given a 2 hour window for that afternoon. Bradley showed up early in that window, and was friendly and professional. He quickly discovered it was the 'stoppage' mechanism- or whatever that thing is called- and switched it out in a flash. No fuss, no cryptic plumbing 'speak' - just a honest, transparent transaction. It ended up being a quick visit, and I was charged a very fair price accordingly. I couldn't be happier and would recommend A-1 to anyone.

These guys were great! Called them on a Saturday after my parents water heater stopped working. They were able to squeeze them in and were honest and fair with their quote. Their old water heater was from 1991, so figured they got their moneys worth. These guys were clean, professional, and quick. The new heater was installed the following Monday. They included all the new hoses and straps, even a drip pan! Their work was top notch! Took them about 90 minutes from start to finish and they hauled away the old stuff and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely contact them again and refer them out.
