Can I give Scott 10 stars....100?!? OMG I can't tell you how great he was in my service call. Super nice, knowledgeable and professional!!!! He came out and gave me an estimate, I was cool with it and he was back in 45 minutes with what he needed. He removed my old reverse osmosis system out (and took it it with him--BONUS) and fixed my water line to my new frig!!! AND.... he cleaned up after all that!!! Whaaaaa? He's is now my go-to guy and MC Plumbing is my go-to company!!!!!

Rocky did a great job on my house, he explained everything in detail and ensured I was happy with his work before leaving. I will only use Rocky and Action Plumbing in the future. Thanks for a great experience!

Kitchen sink  was losing pressure and had gotten worse. Called a few places and Daniel from Much Better Plumbing was the only one who answered right away and was able to come the soonest. First, he said they're punctual and he is telling the truth. Daniel showed up exactly on time. Second, they come to give a free estimate. Third and most importantly, they are honest and will give their best recommendation without trying to upsell you. It was a quick simple fix and we appreciate you coming by today, Daniel. Timely, honest, professional and kind. You will be our go to plumber from now on.

Pete and his team are very efficient, fairly priced, and do a first class job from start to finish. They had to cut a lot of holes into custom-painted walls and left them textured and repainted as nicely as they were prior to the work beginning.

Victor came right on time and solved my badly clogged shower in minutes. He showed me what he did and even cleaned up! Super friendly and of course wore his mask. Highly recommend!

DONT USE THIS COMPANY.   THEY Will RIP YOU OFF!!!   Paid them to install new water heater, it lasted 1 day.  Called them to check out why it stopped working.  They said they would try and get some out.  Never heard from them.  Called them the next day, they said they would try and get out there.  When pressed for a better time frame, Chris,who said he was the owner said he wasn't coming out to repair it.  Great customer service.  The only reason I gave them 1 star was to warn other customers.  DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
As a follow up.  I paid this company several hundred dollars to bring my repair up to code.  When it was inspected, it failed.  I will have to pay another company to come in and bring their work up to code.  It wasn't just a simple fix.  They will have to replace the plastic drain pan, replace the plastic plumbing that will melt, and put in insulation to keep the water heater from burning you.   So sad that they are allowed to maintain their license so others can be ripped off.

August 2020 was our first experience with Craig's Plumbing resulting from a Master Bath shower and tub remodel.  They were the plumbing sub working with Kera Bath & Shower.  My August 13, 2020 review gave the details of our happy experience and satisfaction with Craig's Plumbing and their employee Jose.
March 2022, we again contracted with Kera Bath & Shower to replace wall mirrors, sinks and counter tops in the same Master Bathroom.  We were pleased to hear that Kera Bath & Shower would again work with Craig's Plumbing for the faucet and drain hook ups in the new sinks.  
As with our first experience, Craig's Plumbing, through their employee Jose, accompanied by his Father this time, completed their work in an excellent manner!  They were on time,  ensured no leaks, everything was working fine and everything was cleaned up in an outstanding manner!  Thank You Jose and Craig's Plumbing!  My wife and I are happy to give Craig's Plumbing a 5 Star rating and recommendation!  Keith Hopkey

Water Heater went out around 8:00pm.  I called and at 6:20am the next morning they were at my house to put in a new water heater.  Old Mid-West values of honesty and fair value are their standards of operation.  They will be my plumbers for all future work done at my home.

A/C went out 9pm last night and Bumble Breeze was able to get someone out quickly the next morning. Wesley was very friendly and knowledgeable. Bumble Breeze customer service is top notch. Would definitely recommend them for A/C repair

They do bigger projects than just faucets, hot water heaters, etc.  A couple months back I needed a gas line run from the gas meter to the back yard for a large BBQ island with side burners, as well as a gas fire pit.  I dug the trench to save a few bucks, then they came in and ran a 1.25 corrugated stainless steel gas line inside of a 2 ABS sleeve with a shutoff back at the gas meter.  I gave them a deposit to buy the supplies and get started, and the balance was due upon completion and passing of inspection by the city of Henderson.  They always showed up on time.  Clean.  Professional.  Knowledgeable.  Based on their ability to do special projects like this along with MANY five-star ratings, these are my new go-to plumbers.  No question about it.

I am ecstatic with the service and results I received from Ino and Valleywide Leak Detection. My pool has been leaking for the past few months. I hired another local leak detection service to solve the problem. They failed after multiple attempts, and I have nothing good to say about them.  Ino's name was given to me as the absolute best. That is an understatement. Today Ino arrived about a half hour earlier than his appointment time. Within an hour he found the leak, and then proceeded to repair it. All of this was done at a very fair cost. Ino is knowledgable, courteous, professional, and a real gentleman. Most of all, he is incredibly excellent at what he does. If you have a water leak, look no further than Ino and Valleywide Leak Detection. My only regret is that I didn't find him/them before wasting money on the other company. Ino is incredible!

Came out to give estimate on a few small repairs.  I didn't get an estimate, said he needed to talk to the boss, so he left.  It's over 24 hours later and no response.  I called another company 90 minutes ago, they came out within 30 minutes and had all four repairs done in an hour. Update: Tiffany at the company thinks this is funny, lovely business model.

When you fail a customer (e.g. showing up 40 minutes and not even taking the the time to call) the first thing you should say is I'm sorry not go on a rant about how bad the customer is. Thank you for proving my point.

I can not believe how amazing my experience was with Atlas ! Our garbage disposal has been acting up for months and finally it just gave up on us! I had no idea what to do I came on good 'ol Yelp and requested a quote with a few companies.

Atlas was the first to respond and not with a quick don't know until we see it but with a very upfront quote and even informed me about which model would cost what! I was able to make an appt the next morning at 8 am!!! How amazing - and the lady who answered the phone was so nice and can't even explain to you all how she was able to calm my nerves!

This is the best part - before our technician came to our home he sent us a whole introduction on himself and sent a photo ( Danny Lloyd) How reassuring to kind of know your tech before he enters your home!  

He was in our home for less than an hour and our sink / garbage disposal has NEVER worked better even when we had the initial one done !

If you need great, fast, and trustworthy work done do yourself a favor and call Atlas !

They contacted me as soon as I put out a request and handled my issues and numerous questions with sufficiently and professionally. I will be a return customer!

I can't review Scott's work because as soon as I asked him to either put on shoe covers or remove his shoes to protect our hardwood floors, he turned around and mumbled under his breath that it wasn't worth it, got in his truck and drove off. He is about as unprofessional as you can get.
