M.C. Plumbing replied quickly to my inquiry and came out to give me a free estimate. They diagnosed the problem and their quote was reasonable compared to the other estimates that I received. I was very comfortable hiring them b/c of their excellent yelp reviews and Saul's professionalism.

Saul came back the very next day to do the job. He was friendly and extremely capable. I was very pleased with the end results. I'll hire them again if I need a plumber.

Rocky is very good! He works Sundays and he is knowledgeable about the pipes in my house. He replaced my kitchen faucet and fixed the valve problem. I would recommend him to anyone who has plumbing needs.

Krass came out last minute to replace our kitchen faucet. He did an outstanding job and rate was awesome!  He previously replaced our hot water heater with the same awesome service.  I would highly recommend this company!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Had an issue with water heater and my home warranty company referred me to them. They decided I needed a new unit and said I would get a call once they had gotten approval from the home warranty. Did not hear from them for almost a full day. When I called they said they're technician had gotten approval the previous night. Then I was told they couldn't get a unit for over two weeks. After, letting loose on my warranty company I was told three days and ideal would call me as soon as the unit was in to schedule an appointment. Guess what? Never called. I followed up. The unit was in but they couldn't install for another day. Completely ridiculous since I had previously been told I was on their emergency list and would be taken care of immediately. I have also never been on hold less than 10 minutes any time I call. Maybe they need to hire more staff or not be so outright rude. Either way, I will be making sure I will never be referred to them again.

My water heater went out just as we were getting ready to head out for a nice day with family who was visiting. I immediately called our warranty company who gave me the phone and work order number to nationwide plumbing. I called them and they hadn't even received the work Order yet. They weren't sure if they were going to be able to get to it that day, being it was Friday a little after 11am. I told them I had family visiting and they were staying with us and asked if there was anything they could do. Dave asked me to take pics of the water heater and the label and send them to him so he could get the ball rolling to expedite the issue. Talk about initiative!! I got a call back in less than an hour saying that they would be out within the hour. I asked if they were coming out to just look at it aha he said no, they were coming out to take care of everything!! Wow!! Sure enough, Dave and Chris were outside my door and ready to knock this out. I drained it before they got there so it took them about 30 minutes, and that's including the time we spent talking and joking around in between. These guys took good care of me. They know exactly what they are doing and are genuine good guys. I was able to meet up with my family to enjoy the rest of the day. Plumbing issues are inevitable but because of this recent occurrence, I know who I can depend on In the future. Thanks guys!

My usual plumber was getting too old to perform a lot of the work I needed, so he recommended Craig to me for the jobs he just couldn't physically do anymore. The old guy still does all my drain clearing, because old business relationships, are old business relationships. But Craig is now my goto for gas related work. Jose has always been thorough the times he was sent out to my locations.

The first time I called Craig, I needed help because my gas got shut off by the gas company, due to leaks. Craig taught me step by step, how to deal with the gas company, and get my gas turned back on. He didn't even charge me for his advice. It was over a year later before I needed Craig's services again. But again I needed help dealing the the gas company. Which with SWG, is nearly impossible without someone intimately familiar with how they work. Craig will be an ally in dealing with SWG until you get the required results.

I needed to have someone put a door and frame  looked for a handyman and RC got back to me he came to my house seemed like he knew what he was doing so we trusted him to put up a doorframe and trim went to Home Depot and he showed us what to get got all supplies paid 200.00 and He charged us 200.00 for labor so upset when I seen the results he did a terrible job! I wish I can give him no stars he is sloppy worker, don't waste your money on him it's not worth it. my Trim  don't match on corners he cut them to short he put lots of cocking to fill the gaps plus he took are cocking when he left that we bought. and there is a whole on the side of trim that he cut I don't know why.

Fantastic Service. I called regarding a leak in my house this morning and Dennis arrived in 20 minutes. I mean, I was still talking about what to do about the leak and they were at the door.

The service was fast, professional and very cost effective. Even the advice on  making sure to avoid mold was worth it.

Very impressed with Vegas Strong. As new annual club members, we were visited by Kent to perform tune-up & inspection services. He was very professional and polite. He took time to answer our many questions about our aging HVAC. He was extremely thorough in the work that he did, as well: cleaned out the coil, fixed a small wiring issue, tweaked a valve to fit properly as it was causing an issue with efficiency. He also tested the unit and showed the readings. It passed and he didn't try to hard sell us on a new unit. So, he's definitely trustworthy as well. Thx Vegas Strong A/C, and thanks Kent!

Called Valleywide on July 8th and left a message about my pool leak. Ino called back in about 2 hours and I talked to him about my situation on my leak that after it goes below the skimmer basket inlet line the pool won't lose water. He said he could get Steve out there the next day (REMEMBER THIS...THE NEXT DAY) to do the service and find the leak. His tech Steve came out on time and performed all the pressure testing and dye testing on the pool. Steve said couldnt find anything in the pool except a small crack in the skimmer basket area and maybe to change out the autofill part. But he also said that these two issues couldn't be the factor on the pool losing so much water in a 5-day period. Steve wanted to do a bucket test on the spa to see if that could be the issue but was pretty sure it wasn't. So he left the bucket and asked me to send him pictures of the lines outside and inside the bucket and I did. Plus I paid him at that time $199 for them to find the leak. Which he said that they guaranteed to find it! So he replied from the pictures I sent him that the spa was fine. Said he needed to come out and do the same testing on the pool and also a bucket test to see if it had to do something with the pop-ups.
 So this is where all the chasing and getting blown off starts with this company. Had to track down Steve to get him to come out again for the follow-up testing on the pool and bucket test. He kept saying that he had to check with Ino and also he was in the middle of moving from Arizona. OK...fine I can understand this first time. So he came out again and he still couldn't find the leak and asked to send him pics on the bucket test again. Steve also mentions that he talked to Ino and that he said that the pop-ups couldn't be the problem because the pool would most likely be draining a lot lower. So I sent the pictures to Steve and he said that the pool is fine? Ok...So where is the leak? Steve said he would have to talk to Ino and get back to me. So no calls from Steve of Ino for a week. I call the office on Monday, July 29th at 9 am and also at 1:40 pm and left a complete message with my full name and contact info and my home address to make sure they had no issues finding me in their system. NO CALLBACK MONDAY!!! I call the next day Tuesday, July 30th at 10:15 am AND STILL NO CALLBACK. Why am I being so detailed about the days and times? So Ino can go to his messages and check exactly when I called. So until I get my leak detected? I wil not change this review. And for all this inconvenience, I will not pay another dime!

So we had some minor plumbing issues so I thought i'd give them a call again. A couple of small leaks and we needed a hose clamp for our water softener. I called and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Jose called me this morning letting me know he was a few minutes out. When he got here I pointed out what the issues were and he made a few recommendations, wrote an estimate and started the work right way. Excellent service and came within their service window without issue. Won't hesitate to use them again.

Honest. What mo can you ask for? Our HOA uses Jenni for all of our plumbing needs. Never a crazy bill. Even called them out once for a leak and were told it was a stuck landscape valve and to have the gardener fix it

After a flood in my home called Atlas, Came to my home unscrewed a plastic cap on the manifold, charged me $103.00 said he would come back with the right cap. Never did.

Very fast and excellent service. Danny came out gave me an estimate and was able to fix my plumbing problem. Would definitely call him for any plumbing problems in the future.

Scott has been our plumber for almost ten years now.  We first got him out of the phone book.  He has done a good amount of work for us over the years and always does a great job for a good price.  

A prior review commented that he did not call back quickly enough.  It is true that he sometimes takes a little longer to call back than a big company who has professional answering services and schedulers - but that's because he is a one-man shop and does all his own scheduling - which is how he keeps his overhead and therefore prices low.  Once the appointment is made, he always responds quickly and gives you the same courtesy he gave the last customer by not constantly answering his phone while out on your call.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Scott.  He is personable and knowledgeable.  I trust him in my home (and I'm not very trusting with tradespeople in my home!). I have had nothing but good experiences with Scott and highly recommend him.
