Contacted Cleigh after hours an early Saturday morning at 4am in a panic as our kitchen sink sprung a terrible leak and enswamped our home and our original contractor did not respond.

Cleigh responded to my voicemail within an hour and was going to arrange a visit in about an hour, before our original contractor responded and was available to investigate.

Though we didn't use their services, I felt taken care of by Cleigh the entire time I was in contact with him. I appreciated his help and will contact him the next time we have a plumbing crisis - thanks!

We were having issues with our shower handle dropping when we pulled it to take a shower. I called BC Plumbing and I was Glad that I did! Upon looking at the problem they realized that the handle was soldered or welded on to the cartridge!
My technician Byron was gracious and very knowledgeable and prepared. He quickly got a hacksaw and was able to free the handle from the cartridge and then successfully install the new cartridge and a new handle.
When they say We Can Do That! they're not kidding, and they're reasonably priced.

Handy Dan showed up on time, was very knowledgable and courteous.  Upon looking at the three plumbing issues at hand, he recommended measures that I take in order to get the items repaired.  Now, I am not an expert by any means on home repairs, so he took the time to explain everything to me, which was enlightening and refreshing.  A true pleasure to work with, I would recommend this place of business to anyone with home repair issues or anything of the sort... they do anything from painting and electrical to audio visual!  Go Handy Dan!

Recently I used HIPS plumbing 2times for different rental properties. The first time it was Nick. He is fantastic, very skilled and quoted a very good price for a leaking spout. The second time it was Jeff, he's also friendly but I think his quote was kind of high for a very simple job, so I take off 1 star.

So I was recently notified by the water company that I have a water leak somewhere on my property.  After 3 plumber visits and outrageous estimates I finally found this guy TOM to fix my water main leak.  He did very good work, cleaned up everything and left my yard like it had never been destroyed, and his prices were very competitive. While I had him on property, I went ahead and replaced my 11 year old hot water heater. He also did an outstanding job with that and replaced all of the connections and everything and it's beautiful. It's rare to find a good and honest and clean worker who shows up and finishes the work perfectly. I highly recommend Tom for your plumbing needs.

Keegan Bosch keep was punctual and very communicative and always available for questions.  Fixed all our plumbing issues at a very reasonable price.   Bosch is very trustworthy and capable.  Will be our go to plumbing company.

Had a poor experience with this company when their technician Adam responded to a home warranty claim for a backed up kitchen sink.  He looked at sink and made some calls and returned to tell me they denied the claim.  After I paid the 85 service fee.  He had no idea why they denied it and he didn't have time to wait while I tried to call home warranty but for another 65 he could snake the sink and fix it.  I paid the 65 as I needed use of the sink.  After speaking with home warranty turns out he told them it had to be vented thru the roof which isn't at all what he did.   I knew it was strange that warranty wasn't covering a simple sink back up.  Now I know something was lost in the translation from Adam to home warranty.  Very disappointed.

I did get a quote to mount a shower head, we discussed a leakage in the dink, mom 86, injured and on wheelchair, explained to Dominique the dispatcher who was Rudd from the beginning and has a demanding tone, when they arrived Dominique prevented the installation stating that couldn't t reach me to approve additional cost, I'm in healthcare and can't be on my phone, yet no call or message of text. Repair undone, called again she says we lost their time snd now I have to prepay over 400 dlls fro
Initial quote just to fix a sink faucet and install an already provided shower head, then I though I'll get an estimate for mirror and toilet, tried to Ralf to this dispatcher again. She quoted me over $1400. Hundred, then I think how much to remodel the whole bathroom. She is controlling and wants me to call her again and again even there id no answer, finally talk snd she says they don't need to take bathroom dimensions and she knows the cost but never gave md a $ amount, then she wants to be right snd argue, then she decides she doesn't need our business, I did ask iz she owns the place ( I already know she doesn't, an owner values their customers) she didng tell me then I ssid she's an obstacle to the actual crew that does the work, I am an educated proffessional, I have an accent, I feel discriminated, even though I had paid for st least 2 other proyects, she use to be profesional

They guys did great work at a great price.. most other plumbing company's charge you around $350 JUST to take your toilet off and put it back on.. that does NOT even include the repairs.. how crazy is that??? other plumbers quoted me $600 to replace $10 gasket, which takes 10 min and anyone can do it.... Not these guys tho, they charge hourly.. it turned out being much more work than expected, they had to replace some pipes, new gaskets, etc.. a bunch of stuff.. and all that work STILL came out cheaper than anyone else what have charged for simply replacing a gasket..

Adan Ramirez provided great service and was very personable and knowledgeable. I was very happy with his work. I would definitely, recommend him to my friends and family.

Thank you to the team at Red Carpet Plumbing. They are fast, efficient and reliable. We had a leak in our outside main water line that was causing our water bill to skyrocket. They made the repairs and saved us a ton of money.

Scott Rocks!!! His response to my kitchen flood from a broken refrigerator water filter was faster than I could have hoped for.
I was unable to turn off the water feed to the fridge from the wall. Scott replaced it, plus I'm having him replace my water shut-off valve in the garage before it fails.
The price was beyond reasonable, but the peace of mind is priceless.

We had a new water heater installed last year per our previous home owners warranty etc.  It was Rheem and it was a lemon.  We have been told home warranty companies will use whatever the cheapest options are, and we were told by 3 plumbers it was worthless.  We have had numerous issues with it.. many times we have had no hot water! We switched to a new company for our warranty and alas the same issue started up last month.  They put us in touch with one drop plumbing.  I will advise the front desk clerk is very hard to understand (must be her accent) so it's very difficult to understand her and get things on the books, but our home warranty chose this place.  We contacted them because we have had to shut off our water heater 3-4 times a day and turn it back on for 5 minutes of hot water.  We didn't know it made our power bill sky rocket $200 more!! I don't know why we have to pay this, for faulty equipment, but we had someone come out to look at it, there was an error code, and the front desk clerk told us THEY needed to order a part, it might take 1-2 weeks, and call us when it's in for installation. We patiently waited, almost 2 weeks with no hot water.  Finally the plumber came, with no part, and said he knew nothing about the error, issues, nothing.  He was there to run a diagnostic.  I almost lost it.. horrible communication.  So we called One Drop back.  The front desk lady told us WE had to order the part, as it was still under warranty, pretty much telling us we needed to handle it all.  I'm not a plumber, what part do I order?, why not tell us this 2 weeks ago vs. saying they had to order it?, it was a total mess.  I was so upset, it ruined my weekend.  The front desk clerk didn't seem to care and I rated the company 1 star.  Then 5 minutes later, the plumber who came called us, said he ordered the part as a rush, might take a couple days, call us when its in and they'll install it.  It arrived, they came the next morning first thing, fixed/installed it within 20 minutes, so far zero issues, hot water is working!!! The plumbers they have are absolutely amazing, I wish you could talk to them directly they need a new front desk clerk that's for sure, that has better communication skills and better customer service, but the plumbers/workers themselves are amazing and really helped us out thus why I gave them 4 stars.. they are the ones who deserve it!!

So we used Thor on two occasions: a leaking toilet and a broken ac unit.  Both times they were able to send repair men same day. First time I paid $140 which I thought was fair and reasonable for one hour of work. The second time I paid $450 for the ac repair.  Before calling Thor I got diagnostic done by another company and they were pushing new unit for $6500.  I'd say spending $450 made me actually happy.  

Both times I was happy with the employees sent to my house; nice, polite, seemed knowledgeable and, most importantly - effective.  I don't know if they are the cheapest in town, but I would trust them on both - their work and their estimates. Will definitely call again if need be.

Manny showed up with his partner within the hour to fix my broken AC unit.  I was afraid the entire thing had blown but he said it was most likely the capacitor and he could fix that right now for $120.  30 min later, AC blowing cold air and the day was saved.  Great service, nice guy, fair and honest.  Highly recommend.

I couldn't be happier with their service. They were able to work around my schedule and the technician was very polite and knowledgeable.  He showed me a picture of what was wrong with my Heater unit and explained what could be done to fix it and how much it would cost.

I was a customer of Yes Air Conditioning for nearly 10 years and used to think they were a pretty reliable company. I had one of their technicians come to check out my unit every six months, at the beginning of summer and winter. This year I called in early June for an appointment and the earliest I could get was July 16, so I had to wait 6 weeks which is bad enough, but it gets much worse.

Today, July 15, after I have been waiting for 6 weeks, they called me with less than 24 hours notice to inform me that they were canceling my appointment because they had other customers waiting for their services.

Therefore, even if you have been a long-time customer, they may cancel you in order to service new customers. Just because you have an appointment scheduled doesn't mean they will show up. As I said at the top, I used to think they were a good and reliable company, but that was when they were much smaller; apparently they have gotten to be too big for their britches. There are a lot of A/C companies in Las Vegas and I will be contacting one of them soon. Of course, YES will be losing my plumbing business too but they won't care, because their advertising attracts lots of new customers all the time.

Our air conditioning went out so we called goettl after hearing good comments from a family member. They came within an hour not only did we purchase an air conditioner from them which was installed the very next morning at an outstanding price but they offered to put us up in a hotel over night. We declined so they set us up with portable air units to cool us down for the night...!!! Hats off to the outstanding customer service provided by Jeremy and Nelson and the owner Wacky Zach...!!! The best service we have ever had.... Great price as well.... And born and raised in Vegas I'm so grateful for this awesome air conditioner....!!! Would recommend these guys to anyone who is in need of air conditioning....!!!!
