I am doing a remodel of my backyard and needed a plumber to install natural gas lines from my meter to my backyard. I am adding a fire pit and outdoor kitchen. The total length was 115 feet. After having 3 plumbing companies give me estimates then up the price when getting ready to start the job because they said they had to install the pipes differently then what they had agreed on. Their prices went up $2000 more just on labor. I decided to dig the trenches myself and then I found Andrew the plumber and he agreed to complete the gas lines. He told me how to get the inspections done quickly and he gave me a fair price and stuck to his word. Andrew is not only a good plumber, but he is also and stand up guy. He takes pride in his work and explains things so you can understand what he is doing and why. I recommend Andrew to handle all your plumbing needs big and small. I will be using him for now on whenever I need a plumber. I will also, be telling all my friends and neighbors about him.

Needed a water softener and dishwasher installed. Don came out gave us a quote, got us scheduled, and got everything hooked up in a timely manner! The dishwasher was a new install and we had not purchased everything we needed to hook it up. Don made a run to town and got the parts! I will recommend Dukes to anyone and everyone that needs a plumber in this area!

John, Rob, Steven and Dan from Mcs have all been to my home to make repairs or requested replacements of the water heater, RO system, toilets, faucets etc.  I only trust Mcs plumbing because they have earned my trust, time and time again.

Oh my word! I just received a handwritten thank you note from Royalty. I've used them twice now. Once for shower mixer replacement and most recently for kitchen faucet replacement. Reliable, quality work.

Tried contacting this business by phone, and they texted me back an apology for missing my call. But once I let them know that I needed a small job done, all I heard were crickets. They have a bunch of great reviews which is why I contacted them, but I guess they don't have the time to deal with small jobs. I moved on.

We had a toilet that was cracking and needed a replacement quick. We have used Shane before for our plumbing needs and we made an appointment. Shane showed up on time and did a professional job. There was no additional weekend upcharge and the fee was very reasonable. He even provides a discount for repeat business. We gladly recommend his service.

Worked with Danube for one of my projects at Sky Las Vegas (Flooring, Baseboards, Canned Lights and TV Mount).  Did a fantastic job was a jovial person to work with.  Cleaned up well after and completed the assigned job.  One day behind schedule but that is almost anticipated in this business.  Overall was satisfied with the job.

One of the most respectful handyman I have met.   Waiting for estimate.  Jason is trustworthy, which is rare these days.   Glad i found Jason.  A dependable handyman is necessity if you're a homeowner with a bad hip replacement.

We scheduled our   annual check up for our heater/ air conditioner unit with Elite , a company we have used for previous  plumbing issues , and the technician arrived exactly on time . I was thrilled ! He reviewed his findings and said nothing was wrong but our system was getting older (16 years old) and would eventually need replacing . JR gave us an easy  to understand explanation of our options and pricing without the  high pressure sign on the bottom line tactics some home improvement and big box stores use  . We decided to replace the units and they finished everything that day . The  installation crew made sure they didn't damage anything while removing the unit from the attic and cleaned up everything afterwards . They tested the unit and showed us how to use all the features of the unit we purchased . The next day , Christmas Eve, Jr called and then stopped by to make sure everything was up to his exacting standards , a true professional I highly recommend .

I needed to replace our garbage disposal. Robert was very responsive when I contacted his company. He came out the next day on time. He brought and installed the new disposal. His services were very reasonably priced. He even fixed an issue with my backyard faucet for free. I highly recommend him if you need an honest plumber.

Shawn came the same day I requested service. He fixed the problem and spent some extra time to double check that everything was working. I couldn't ask for service any more quick, efficient, and courteous. Thanks!

We needed to replace our garbage disposal replaced. we had a handy man company come out. Their estimate was 3 times the price of secure plumbing.  Secure plumbing was at the early part of the time window provided, charged us within the estimate provided and I would hire them again a heartbeat!

Ashley in the office kept checking to make sure everything was working properly and she was very organized. We would definitely request her services again, along with the plumber Garry, if needed, and most certainly recommend them to our friends and acquaintances.

Chris is amazing.  Responded rapidly, priced fairly and excellent work.  A guy you can depend on.

These guys are predators, I had a slab leak and my hot water line needed re-routing. I had a gentleman by the name of Scott De La Cruz and I use the term loosely, stop by my rental and after a quick review he agreed  it was a broken hot water line. I explained to him that I had a brother who happens to live out of state who was a plumber, he also agreed it most likely a hot water line. My Bro explain to me, a lot of plumbers will try to sell you on re-plumbering the entire home. I explain this to Scott, and he stated he need time to write up the quote and he would get back to me the next day. Well the next day came and went, it wasn't until mid day the following day that I heard from him, by then I had two other quote's both for re-routing the line. After explaining to him I knew how the game was played he texted me a bid that would range form 20-25,000 dollars. Unbelievable! I then text him and told him he was Nuts!! and he was the type of guy who gives his industry a bad name. If you run into these guys run and count your fingers as well. Bottom line I had the job done for 900.00 dollars, the State Contractors board should really take a look at this company. Please don't let there high ratings fool you.

Wow is all I have to say! I called this small company for my high water bill. They came out and determined I had a leak between the water meter and house in the yard. they said there best recomenation would be to replace the service line because my home is 23 years old with dredded black poly pipe. they gave me a quote which I thought was high, boy was I wrong, two other companies quoted me about $700 more than there quote. They came back out after recalling to scheadule work to be done. They were done in one day, and my yard doesn't even look like they touched it. Great Service!!!

I called for a plugged drain. Paid for a lot if trouble  shooting.  Every step he took the problem got worse. Such as: Your main is probably crushed from a tree root. You may never be able to  wash a large load of clothes again. Your roof vent is plugged. We may have to cut into this wall because the pipes behind  here may have turned. It's your angle stop. I bet your toilet is plugged up in the S turn.  So he removes my toilet and drops it and busts it. I got charged $189.00 for a new toilet ! He charges me $458.00 and leaves.  I do a load of clothes and the water  comes up under the toilet.  I call he comes back uses a big $94.00 per hr electric snake. Pushes it down about 50 ft . Replaces the toilet.  Charges me another  $158.00 ! My tile is chipped on the floor.  The wallpaper is scratched and dirty. The wooden door is chipped.  Then that night I took a shower  and the tub was plugged.  I plunged it and it was ok. The toilet was never installed correctly.  It tipped and banged each time you sat on it until I finally tightened the bolts.I called Rants to ask for him to take off the cost of the toilet and the second visit.  He wasn't having it. He whined so much with so many excuses it began to hurt my ear! I knew he wasn't going to man up. So I hung up the phone. His father never would have done business that way.
